That's right it's a brand-new story featuring another crossover with Ben. This time with the world of Total Drama, which I've been a fan of ever since I first saw the show. I was excited to hear that Total Drama is coming back which is part of the reason I got the desire to make this. Another is that out of the few Total Drama fics I've read, only a select few I'd say were great. Which got me thinking of this as I pictured Ben as a good candidate.

The show was so fun and funny to watch with its crazy, creative and disgusting antics.

So now let's begin the new story in my life. Hope you enjoy, though I feel I should tell you this one is a prologue. Something to show you how things happened that led to Ben's involvement.

Prologue

Within a mansion was an angry 11-year-old boy, at least that's how old he looked. He has a large forehead and black hair which is styled like devil horns. He wore a small red colored long sleeve shirt that had white sleeve and gold cufflinks. He had on black shorts and wore a red bow tie on his collar. He was Billy Billions; wealthy billionaire, evil super genius, and rival to Ben Tennyson… at least that's what he believed.

"Man I can't stand that Tennyson." Billy grumbled as he sat on the couch of his living room. "I finally manage to escape from that lousy dimension 12 only to see that I'm now stuck as a kid and Ben isn't even playing hero anymore."

It was aggravating for him to learn. All that time he planned to get payback on Ben for taking away the popularity and attention that should've been his back in middle school. He had learned about Ben, his omnitrix and how he went and played superhero. Yet another reason he disliked him for getting fame and stealing his spotlight. The billionaire still recalled how he had planned to send Ben to dimension 12 using a trans dimensional laser he had built. Only to his embarrassment and misfortune that Ben who just so happened to have been in the form of the one he called Diamonhead. The aliens crystalized body caused the beam to bounce back and send him to the dimension instead. The worst blow to his ego was that the guy never noticed what had happened at all. He spent five years trapped in that miserable dimension before finally escaping.

Except that when he finally came back and tracked down his nemesis, he learned disappointing news. Ben Tennyson wasn't playing a hero anymore. He no longer wore the omnitrix or did anything heroic. Apparently, he had opted to retire and live a normal life. You would think this would make it so easy for the billionaire to get his revenge on Ben and it would except for one problem. There was no point anymore.

Oh, sure he could easily eliminate Ben now that he was powerless but if his nemesis isn't being a hero anymore then what's the point. Going after him when he's nothing but an ordinary citizen who no longer had any fame or glory would be as petty and lame as taking candy from a baby. It's so beneath him that it isn't worth doing anymore. He wanted to defeat his enemy when he was at his best so that he could prove his superiority. Now there was no way for him to prove it anymore. With the superhero now retired from the spotlight there was nothing for him.

"Oh how I'd love nothing more than to see him humiliated." Billy Billions complained.

"Still whining about your retired nemesis, master Billy? A feminine voice spoke out.

The billionaire turned to see his bodyguard/creation Mazuma enter the room. She is a robot he built (secretly in the image of a girl he had a crush on from middle school). She looked like an attractive teenager with a slim figure and long blonde hair in a high ponytail that reached her waist. Her eyes are blue eyes with red cross shaped pupils and was wearing what resembled a cheerleading outfit. Her outfit was comprised of a black shirt with a yellow Billy Billions' "B" logo on her chest, a claret red collar, claret red short skirt, and claret red striped calf-height white socks in claret red-white sneakers. She also has yellow earrings and red striped, white sweatbands on both her wrists.

"I am not whining Mazuma!" Billy berated her while crossing his arms grumpily.

"Of course not. Your just throwing a small temper tantrum as you wallow in bitterness." Mazuma stated in a tone that some could swear had a trace of teasing buried far beneath as she walked next to him.

"I need something to distract myself." Billy said before spotting the tv remote beside him and figuring he might as well try that first. "Guess I'll see what's on." He turned on the tv to try and distract his mind from the constant aggravation. The screen finished loading the channel as it seemed he stumbled into the middle of a theme song playing.

"Cause when the world needs heroes on patrol… Teen Titans, GO!"

"Urgh no!" Billy immediately changed the channel not wanting to watch a superhero show.

"Call me, beep me if you want to reach me. When you wanna page me it's okay."

Once again Billy changed the channel when he heard the heroic theme song before giving a mocking face while making quotes with his hands. "Bah she thinks she can do anything, she's not even a super genius like me."

"I find her fighting skills to be quite respectable." Mazuma commented before looking to her inventor. "Was I based on her when you created me by any chance?"

"NO!" Billy quickly denied that outrageous thought despite any minor similarities. "And don't ask me any other question related to that!" He didn't want her knowing in who's image he based her on. He then turned back to the tv as he heard the sounds from the new channel running.

"He could walk through walls, disappear and fly. He was much more unique than the other guy."

"Oh come on!" Billy yelled as he slammed the remote control on the armrest of his couch while face palming his other hand never noticing he changed the channel again. "Isn't there anything on that isn't about freaking superheroes!"

Kazuma's eyes flash red for a moment before looking to the billionaire. "Might you try channel 39 sir?"

Raising his head with an eyebrow also raised he shrugged before complying.

"Coming soon to tv will be the hottest new reality tv show on earth, Total Drama Island!"

The pint-sized billionaire looked up to see a trailer of some kind was now playing. He had never heard of that show before and his curiosity was slightly peaked. At least it wasn't superhero related.

"22 campers will be chosen to spend 8 weeks on a crummy summer camp on an island. Where they will compete against each other in various competitions guaranteed to push them to their breaking points. The last one standing will win the grand prize of 100,000 dollars. So be ready to see the ultimate survival challenge take place on Total Drama Island!"

"Oh please, what kind of idiot would allow themselves to be publicly humiliated… on… national… television." The billionaire began to slow in speech as the gears in his head began to turn. Slowly an idea began to formulate in his mind that began to turn his frown into a fiendish grin.

"I think I've just solved the answer to my problem."

Three days later

Canada, a country known to be the second largest on earth, second only to Russia. It covered the northern two-fifths of the continent of North America. Despite Canada's great size, it is one of the world's most sparsely populated countries. This fact, coupled with the grandeur of the landscape, has been central to the sense of Canadian national identity. It was a country of beauty with scenery with one of them being the renowned Niagara Falls. It may not be the largest water fall in the world but it sure as heck had the most water flowing through it on earth.

"Boring!" A male voice said as he cut the dialogue revealing he had been watching a documentary show on tv which he now muted. "I already know Canada is awesome so why did I bother watching that."

The person was revealed to be a good-looking man in his mid to late twenties. He has black hair that is well groomed, black eyes that seemed to hold a lot of mischief, a stubble on his chin and wore a necklace with a small brown looking shell on it. He had a 5oclock shadow beard and was also wearing a dark blue short sleeved jacket shirt with a white longed sleeved shirt underneath. He also wore stylish pear-colored jeans and blue and white shoes. He was currently lying back on a reclining couch chair.

He was Chris McLean, a famous show host who was becoming a rising star. His former acting career in movies and tv wasn't successful but his career as a show host was booming. Which was why he had now been planning a new tv show he was going to produce. A show he planned to fill with drama, action, suspense, conflict, danger, violence, comedy and frankly anything else he felt would be needed to make the show a number one hit.

"Total Drama Island…" Chris hummed at the name he already picked for the show. Which was fitting since it was going to take place on a deserted island. Which he had bought for himself using treasure he had found there that had been buried by pirates long ago. Gotta love it when things went great for you.

He had everything planned out. The location, the release date of the first episode which would be in over a month. The challenges that would be held, the rewards that would be given after each episode, the food that would be served. All of that had been prepared for the day.

"Hehehe." Chris chuckled to himself knowing his future victims were not going to be happy with his cook's food.

Everything was settled except who would be chosen to compete. That remained to be decided as he pondered on the twenty-two open spots available. He had been sent hundreds of mailed auditions from those who wished to enter. Most of which also came with videos of each contender giving said audition. So many poor souls that had no idea what awaited them if they were chosen. But that's another part of the fun for him, to see the looks on their faces when they learned what would be occurring.

Now he just had to be pick twenty-two to make his cast. Normally he'd let someone else do the work for him but for something this important he had to do it himself. After all he can't afford to have some lousy contestants get chosen who will bring down ratings and his career along with it. He had to chose unique individuals, people who weren't like another to make the cast as diverse as possible. Which was why he planned to include people who were smart, dumb or of average intelligence. The only thing he didn't want to include was someone ugly. After all who would want to watch an ugly contestant? Then again there's nothing like having a participant the public hates and wants to see get taken down above all else. So perhaps he should take that into consideration.

"Welp guess I better check the auditions again." The host got up before going to a drawer and pulling out a DVD. "Thankfully the producers were kind enough to compact all the auditions into this disk, so I don't have to constantly switch tapes after each one." With that he put the disk into the player and prepared to start his elimination and selection process as he held a clip board. The tv began to resume playing the list of auditions.

Fifteen minutes passed but so far Chris hadn't seen anyone that stuck out to him.

"Is it on?" a boy said before confirming it and raising a kazoo. "Ok watch this guy's, I'm going to bag me a big old moose." He then blew on the kazoo and a moment later a rustling sound was heard, and the camera turned to show a bush rattling from something moving around. The camera then turned back to show the boy with a bow and arrow preparing to fire. He then fired the arrow… while his eyes were closed.

"AAAAARRRHHHHHHH!" A loud feminine scream was heard, startling the Chris as he looked to see the boy suddenly get a horrified look on his face.

"Mom? MOM!? OH SHOOT! I'M SO SORRY!" The boy cried out in panic as he ran out of view to his supposed parent. The video then quickly paused.

"Ohhahahahaha! Awesome! Hahahahaha!" Chris laughed after pausing as he felt like he was going to bust a gut. He kind of wished the video showed the mom just so he could see where that arrow ended up. "Now that's a definite winner for a spot. I'll be sure to look up his profile later." The host wrote down the name of the contestant on his clip board. He then resumed playing the list and a few more minutes passed before he would find his next candidate.

"57, 58, 59… 60" A masculine girl counted as she did pull ups before dropping down, not looking the least bit worn out after that. "You see that? I'm the only girl in my whole school who can do more than ten pull ups." She then gave the camera a challenging glare which for some reason gave Chris a chill. "So whatever you throw at me, I can handle it, so bring it o-"

Before she could say more a basketball suddenly hit the back of her head. She turned to the person off screen responsible for it before giving a loud. "HEY! Your dead you hear me!" and then proceeded to charge at said off screen assailant as the sounds of pounding could be heard along with a male screaming. The image went into static for a second before the picture returned and she walked back into sight looking calmer now. "So if you want a really strong competitor that get's along with everyone, pick me…" she paused to look at the cameraman. "You can edit this right?"

Quickly the image went downward then up showing the cameraman silently said yes as she gave a simply. "Thanks."

"Ok so we got a tough one here." Chris pondered on this contestant. She certainly seemed like a tough person which would be a good addition. Though he got the feeling she wasn't exactly someone that made friends. Not unless they were also work out fanatics. Still it would be interesting to have her compete since practically all the challenges will require physical skills. Plus there was the fun in perhaps seeing her confident spirit get taken down a bit.

Maybe if he was lucky one of the contestants would anger her and she'll attack the poor sucker like a rabid animal.

He then gave a shrug. "Maybe she'll also scare the other campers, bet that would be fun to watch." He then wrote her name before resuming to seek out his next cast member. Eventually he came upon another worthwhile one as a boy introduced himself.

"You may not know me but you will. Because I'm going places, you see I have a plan." He scooted a bit closer to continue but stopped when someone called him and congratulated him for winning class president. "Thanks Joey." He thanked the off-screen student for his words before turning his attention back to the camera. "So like I was saying, I got intellect on my side and that's what's going to win it for me. I got this in the bag so chose me and you'll see how."

"Hmm a confident nerdish contestant." Chris hummed after pausing the video again. "We'll I haven't picked a brainiac yet and I can't deny I'm curious about this plan of his." He thought about it for a moment longer. "Oh, what the heck I'll give this guy a shot." With that he wrote down the candidate's name before resuming the search.

The next audition that caught his attention was one showing a black and white coloring. A hand grabbing a starfish at the beach before raising it to the sun and the candidates name being called out by an echoing voice. His handsome face was revealed as he was shown lying down shirtless in swim trunks while the voice kept repeating his name. A dolphin then swam to shore before him as the voice called his name one last time before fading to black.

"Oh yeah he's definitely gotta be on my show." Christ quickly wrote down the contestant's name. Sure the guy didn't say a word in his audition but he knew that with his looks the female audience would be drawn to watch the show. Plus, there was no telling how the female competitors would be like with him around. That was all the reason he needed to pick him for the cast. Plus perhaps there will be some cat fighting over the handsome stud.

The following audition that interested him was one of a guy in a tracksuit.

"What this show needs is a real athlete and I'm your man. Check this out!" he said before raising a foot as he ran back to prepare to throw it. Only to not see a gym bag behind him as he tripped and fell backwards. The scene switched to him on a high dive as he jumped off with a graceful form, only to land painfully on the pool before slowly sinking like a sunken ship. Then it switched again to him dribbling a basketball and going for a slam dunk. Only to somehow hit his head on the basket and fall to the ground where the ball then bounced off his head.

"Ohhh that's gotta hurt! Hehehe" Chris chuckled knowing this clumsy boy would be a good source of painful comedy. After all everyone needs a good laugh and he certainly loved to laugh at others pain. He wrote him down bringing his number up to five so far and continued his search.

The next that stood out was of a girl who wore a red marching band outfit and a princess tiara for some reason. Chris paused the video thinking he saw something. He played it back in slow motion rewinding until he paused it at what he saw. The girl was giving a grin to the camera that for some reason he found crazed. It only lasted for halve a second before it disappeared, and she began speaking.

"Ok so there are somethings you should know about me." She said before looking up for a moment as if in thought. "Well I'm really loyal and I'm like really smart like you have no idea. Maybe even a genius and the thing I'm best as it…" the image panned back to show her holding a baton that was on fire. "Twirling fire batons!" with that she twirled her flaming baton with efficient skills before throwing it up and catching it. Which caused her roof's fire sprinklers to go off as the fire alarm sounded, the water putting out her flaming baton as she seemed to realize her folly. "Ooops guess I shouldn't have done that indoors… SORRY MOM!" she called out before it faded to black.

Chris gave the girl a deadpan look. "Something tells me she might be an irresponsible and possibly destructive person…" he then got a large grin "PERFECT!" he cheered knowing that would be a nice addition. After all unpredictability is a must for a good tv show. Helps keep things in suspense when the audience doesn't know what's going to happen next. Very important indeed and who says crazy doesn't sell?

The next video that caught his attention was a teen who built an actual bomb from household appliances which he then used to blow up his neighbor's car to bits. The neighbor was then heard in the background yelling and calling the police as the teen ran off.

"I'm sort of tempted with this one but then again he might be too hazardous, wouldn't want angry parents to protest or worse sue me. That and he's likely going to go to prison after that stunt." Chris remarked seeing this one appeared a bit deranged, maybe even psychotic. He then continued looking for more prime candidates.

After three minutes a video began to play the audition of a girl who's face was painted up in a horrifying look. She then began to act out a scene from her favorite horror movie while speaking in a voice that almost seemed possessed.

"Gaaahhhhh!" Chris screamed in fright as he immediately skipped her audition. "Too much horror!" Now he enjoyed freaking out and scarring people a lot but even he had a limit. Plus he didn't know why but something about that girls eyes just really creeped him out. No way was he going to be forced to interact with someone like her repeatedly if she survived long. "What is with the freaks applying for my show!?" he questioned indignantly as he continued the list and hoped there wasn't more of her kind auditioning.

The next video was one of a kind of dorky looking boy who played on a digital sound system while singing about girls. Eventually his father started complaining about the racket which he apologized for before whispering to the camera only to be suddenly cut off in mid-sentence as it ended.

"And he didn't even finish it properly." Chris muttered. At first, he was considering rejecting this candidate when a thought entered his mind. This boy seemed like he thought he was going to get lucky with the ladies. Perhaps adding him would create some nice conflict. Maybe he'll even get a slap to the face if he pushed their buttons too far. "Ok you're in boy." The host told the screen before writing him down.

The next video was of a girl who played music and started to sing about gator boys into a microphone.

"Gator boys are cool yeeeeaah yeeeaah! Wanna be with you yeeeah yeeeah! Can you hea-"

"ARRRGH MY EARS!" Chris shouted as he immediately muted the video and held his irritated ears. He suddenly saw her stop singing and looking startled. Hesitantly he put the sound back on the tv and heard her father complaining also as she answered him before she told the camera how she was going to be famous and show them all. "That girls voice is so annoying, and her singing is torturous… EXCELLENT!" The host said with an evil chuckle as he imagined his campers having to listen to her. It would be even sweeter if she were the kind of girl that sang while she showered which would be a bonus of torment for those poor victims. Though he'll need to remember to get soundproof headphones.

A few minutes later he came into the audition of a girl who was sitting on a bench trying to pass buttons.

"Vote for me." She called out to passing students with a happy voice before turning to the camera. "Oh hi, so as you can see I'm running for student council president. Which if I win will make me the youngest one ever in my school." The camera then went to static for a sec before showing a closeup. "If you pick me for your show I promise I'll conduct myself with integrity, honor and I'll get two new pot machines for the cafeteria." Her eyes then widened in realization as she swore. "Dammit I mixed up my two speeches, can we start over?" she asked her camera man who shook the screen earning a glare from her. "What do you mean no?" the cameraman then told her how he had to get to gym class. "You promised to help me with my audition tape for Total Drama Island!" she said while gripping the camera as she berated her companion before giving a final "Vote for me." to the camera.

Chris gave a deadpan look. "Well she's clearly someone who's bossy." He then put his pen under his chin as he thought about that. He hadn't chosen someone like that yet and maybe the audience could come to have a like/dislike point of view towards her. That could lead to some fun debates between viewers on said character. "Oh what the heck, she's in." he told himself before writing her into the growing list before moving to the next one.

"YO CHRIS!" A gruff and angry sounding voice called.

Startled Chris jumped in his seat, the remote flying in the air before he caught it. The person who entered was a tall and bulky black man with a muscular built, a bald head, black eyes and a unibrow. He wore a beige shirt, green cargo pants, black shoes and a chef's apron and hat. The man looked more like he should be serving in the army rather than here.

"What is it Chef? I specifically said not to be disturbed today?" Chris said in annoyance.

"Yeah I know that but we just received this package for you." Chef said while bringing a large box big enough to contain a microwave into view.

"And I should care why?" Chris said uninterestedly.

"Cause it contains money and a disk." Chef revealed earning a surprised raised eyebrow form the show host. His interest now peaked he got up and grabbed the package to see the contents were indeed what Chef said. The money was inside a small suitcase which had a CD included inside.

"Huh, ok now I'm curious." Christ said before taking the disk and looking at it curiously. He went to his DVD player, took out the audition disk before inserting the mystery one and then playing it. The image began to play a countdown from five. When it reached one the screen showed an image of a kid lying on a throne like chair.

"Greetings Christ McLain." The kid greeted him. "My name is Billy Billions and I'm sending you this message to offer you the chance to make your future show Total Drama Island a huge success. And all you have to do is include one contestant of my choosing to star in your show."

Both Christ and Chef blinked at what they were seeing and hearing.

"Who's the kid with a head like Jimmy Neutron and why is he trying to meddle with my show?" Chris questioned in annoyance. If there's one thing he really didn't like it was someone changing his plans for his show. He had no problems listening to ideas to see if they met his expectations. However, that was for challenges only since he loved coming up with new obstacles for his cast to overcome. When it came to choosing who will be casted into his show that was something, he took care of himself.

"You may be wondering who I am?" The screened kid said with his fingers interlocked while he had an up to no good look on his face. "As it so happens, I'm a rich billionaire who's taken an interest in your project. The money I've sent you which totals 25,000 dollars is a minor offering to prove my wealth and seriousness. For more information go to this page to speak to me directly by video chat."

A website address appeared listed on the screen.

"I suggest you get to it right away because I don't like to be kept waiting." Billy said before the video cut off.

"Well that was strange." Chris mentioned with Chef silently nodding before the host shrugged and got his usual grin again. "Well, I better get back to checking the auditions."

"What!" Chef shouted out as he looked to the host. "What about this billionaire kid?"

"Meh I'll get back to him later." Chris uninterestedly said.

"But what if he get's angry and takes it out on you?" Chef questioned as a thought came to mind. "What if he decides to buy your whole show?"

"He can't do that." Chris said offhandedly before he suddenly froze and slowly turned to Chef. "… Can he do that?" he repeated now sounding uncertain before he got a horrified look and held his head in growing panic. "Oh man what if he does do that! The rights to my show are owned by the producers and they'd sell it if given an offer they can't refuse." A frown grew on his face as he shook his fist in the air. "Those no-good two bit jerks would totally do that." He crossed his arms. "Fine I'll see what the spoiled brat wants."

With that the host got his laptop out, booted it up and then went to the address he got. A connection was established as he waited for a few moments for the other end to pick up. Finally, the screen changed to show Billy Billions on the same throne from before.

"Hello Chris." The billionaire greeted him officially.

"What do you want kid?" Chris got straight to the point.

Billy's eyebrow ticked at the rudeness but let it slide. "As I mentioned in my tape, I want to help your show become a big hit. Which is why I have one special contestant I'd like to recommend for you to put in your list of contenders."

"Who is this so-called special contestant and why exactly should I put him or her on my show?" Chris questioned.

"Glad you asked, I sent you a file. Check underneath the stacks of money and see." Billy told as the host looked at the suitcase and spilled it's contents out where a document fell out. Chris picked up and opened it to see the picture of a teenager with brown hair and eyes who looked to be fifteen to eighteen perhaps. "That is Ben Tennyson, the one I wish to have you enter in your show. If you look it over, you'll see I included a list of his known skills."

"Hmmm soccer player, above average grade marks, has a driver's license but no car… yeah I'm not seeing anything interesting here" Chris remarked in boredom as he looked to the boy billionaire.

"Skip to the next page!" Billy impatiently shouted.

"Jeesh keep calm little man." Chris told the boy before flipping the page and seeing some interesting things. "Huh fear of peacocks and clowns, stinks at physics and…" the host stopped when he read the next part. "A former superhero?" he looked at the junior billionaire with an "are you serious?" kind of look.

"I know what you're probably thinking but no I'm not kidding." Billy told the host.

"Uhhh even if it's true why would I want to put a superhero on my show?" Christ questioned.

Now don't get him wrong the idea did have some appeal but also had its share of unappeal. On one hand that could draw a lot of attention to his show, especially if this hero is renowned. On the other hand having a superhero compete against regular contenders would be completely unfair. And while Christ might like to rig challenges to be difficult he wasn't for making the games being one sided. Especially when this guy would become the clear favorite and expected winner. No one likes an obvious winner for obvious reasons, heck it would make wagering pointless.

"He's a FORMER superhero!" Billy stressed the word out. "And he doesn't have his powers anymore so there's nothing to worry about. He's no real threat to the other competitors."

Chris pondered on that before another thought crossed his mind. "You do know my show is for Canadians, right?"

"I'm sure having a lone American would make things more interesting. Just think of it like a foreign exchange competitor to try and draw in all of those Americans." Billy remarked.

"He hasn't even auditioned, so how do you expect him to even want to be on the show?" Christ asked on the other problem since forcing someone to compete wasn't something he did. Unless it was on a contract they signed then it's fair game for him to make them participate.

At that Billy got a devious smile as his hair seemed to look more like horns now. "Oh leave that to me…" he finished by snickering before growing into a full blown evil laugh that left quite a lot to be desired.

Ben Tennyson was riding his bike home from school after competing in a soccer match. It was the local championship finals and he had helped his team win it. He had played on the field scoring goals and, in the endgame, had acted as goalie. Near the end of their time limit he had stopped his opponent from scoring a goal that would've tied the game. With that his team won it all as the crowd cheered. His teammates even lifted him up while cheering for his accomplishment. It was more satisfying than the fact he had beaten his old school bullies Cash and J.T. who had been on the opposing team.

The teen looked down to the MVP medal that hung around his neck. Feeling a sense of pride in having earned it after all the hours of practice he put into his game. His mind also recalled meeting an attractive brunette of Asian descent named Julie after the game. She had watched his game and went to congratulate after everyone else had left. By the time he left he felt like he might have just found someone to date and maybe get into a serious relationship.

He soon came upon a trailer park. It was where his grandpa Max was residing with his trusty Rust Bucket RV. Ben rode past a couple of the vehicles before spotting his grandpas in a corner beneath the shade of a tree. He pulled over when he got close enough and with some eagerness went to knock on the door.

In a few seconds the door opened and Grandpa Max walked out. The years had been kind to him as he hadn't really changed after 6 years passed. He was still healthy and looking fit for a man his age.

"Hey Kiddo." Max greeted as Ben wasted no time and ran to give the man a hug which he happily returned. When they separated he asked. "How was your game?"

Ben gave a grin. "See for yourself." And then he lifted his medal for his grandpa to see.

His eyebrows rose in interest. "MVP huh, looks like you've done well for yourself." He then gave a warm smile. "I'm proud of you Ben. Your coming along well if your life."

Hearing those words filled him with pride. He always thought highly of his grandpa after his summer where he found the Omnitrix. It's why he came to view Max as another father figure, someone he wanted to be proud of him. "Thanks Grandpa."

"So Ben, summer vacation is once again coming up soon. Have you thought about what you'll do?" Max asked.

Ben blinked as he honestly hadn't. He had been so busy with school and his soccer games that he hadn't really thought about what he'll do this summer. "Umm not really, thought I guess I'd just spend my time relaxing and doing whatever." He said knowing his plans sounded weak.

"That's not much of a plan Ben." Max remarked on the obvious before reached for something beside the inside of the RV. "So I thought you might like to try out for this." He handed Ben a paper.

Ben took it and saw it was a flier promoting a new tv show. "Total Drama Island?"

"Yeah it's a new game show they're making in Canada and they're looking to accept one American for their competitors." Max explained earning a look from Ben.

"You want me to try out for a game show?" Ben questioned finding a bit odd. His grandpa never seemed like much for game shows. He was most into watching sports, weather, music and a few other things. Although he supposes in a way a game show could be sporty if it involved physical activities.

"You always like to have fun so I thought it would be good for you to try something new for a change. Soccer season is over so there are no more games to train for right now. Plus, you made it clear you have no real plans for summer vacation so why not give it a try?" Max suggested.

Ben hummed in thought as there was some truth to those words. Since soccer was over, his main source of fun was now gone. The next sumo slammers game wasn't coming out till after summer vacation. Gwen was also likely going to spend her summer preparing for her college admissions and who knows what else. It seemed like there wasn't much for him to do this year.

His mind then recalled the omnitrix and the crazy adventures he had because of it. Sometimes he wondered if he was right to give it up despite the desire, he felt to try a normal life again. Not to mention conceal his secret identity again. Still though, even if he wasn't going to have any super powered adventures, he could perhaps have others.

"It sounds fun but you know the odds of me being chosen is about as likely as winning the lottery don't you think?" Ben asked since the choice of selection was up to others. Not to mention there was no telling how many were auditioning.

Max shrugged. "You'll never know unless you try."

"Fine then." Ben relented before pondering on something. "So, I guess I should make an audition tape right? What should I even showcase on it?"

"Just show what your good at and speak the truth." Max advised.

"Alright then." Ben concurred before an idea came to mind. "Say Grandpa do you still have Gwen's video camera from when we went to that baseball game? You know, where those robots tried to replace the president with one of their own?" he idly recalled that adventure with some fondness, specifically when he participated in the game and scored made a homerun. That and smashing Cash and J.T's robot duplicates heads together, ah good times those were.

"Hmm let me check." Max said before going to check one of the storage drawers. He rummaged through a couple of things before finding said camera. "Here it is." He then handed it to Ben. "Careful not to break it."

"No problem." Ben assured before taking it and thinking off what he will record. "Although I still don't think I'll get picked, I'll at least try my best."

1 Week Later

Ben could only stare dumbfoundedly as he held a letter in hand with the word's congratulations on it.

"I don't believe it." He could only say as he looked at the letter announcing his selection for the tv show. He hadn't been expecting to actually win the selection, guess he was luckier than he thought.

"What is it, Ben?" Gwen asked at seeing looking glued to the letter in his hand.

Ben turned to the other occupant in the room. His cousin Gwen had grown up since their summer vacation together. She had grown taller surpassing him by an inch and had begun to blossom as her body filled out. The red head's hair had grown out, now reaching her lower back near her waist. She wore a white shirt under a dark blue sweater, black stockings under a black mini skirt which seemed to highlight her legs, and black high heels.

The relationship between them had improved since their days as kids. Both had grown in maturity and bonded, becoming almost like siblings.

He turned to his cousin. "Apparently I've won the chance to be on TV and I'm going to Canada."

"Canada!?" Gwen repeated incredulously.

"Yeah that's where the show will be held." Ben said while handing her the letter for her to see.

"I can't believe you're going to Canada." Gwen remarked in disbelief. "You must be lucky to have been picked." She then gave him a curious look. "What exactly did you do in your audition tape anyway?"

Ben shrugged his shoulders. "Nothing much, just showcasing my soccer skills and a few other things while mentioning why I might be a good choice." He saw her giving him a certain look. "All without looking like some arrogant dweeb." He added for reassurance as Gwen smirked.

"Well, that's good to know at least." The red head said with a familiar teasing look. "It'd be a shame to see you reverted back to your previous immaturely childish tendencies."

Ben gave a small smirk. "You wish doofus." Both gave a small laugh at the old nicknames they referred to each other in the past. Before the mention of it would irritate the other but now it was a playful joke between.

"Still I'm a little envious you get to see Canada. It's known for it's beautiful scenery and uninhabited lands." Gwen remarked at the opportunity Ben was given.

"You do know this isn't a vacation or field trip but a game right? Which by the way is taking place on some small island where I'll be spending the whole time in till I either win or lose?" Ben deadpanned at her.

"I know that." Gwen huffed. "Still though you'll at least be able to see some scenery as you travel to that island right?"

Ben hummed in thought at that. "I guess so though I doubt we'll be taking the scenic route."

"So what's your plan for the game?" Gwen asked wondering about his strategy.

"Honestly I got nothing." Ben revealed earning a stunned look from his cousin.

"Nothing!? How can you have no plan?" Gwen asked in disbelief.

"One, cause I don't know the full rules of the game." Ben began to list off. "Two, cause I don't know what kind of games will be held so I can't really prepare for it specifically. Three I don't know who the other competitors will be, so I got no idea on what kind of team I might be put on. So either way you look at it I'm going in practically blind to this. So I figure I may as well wait till I learn everything, then once I do I can start to put a plan into motion."

"You better make it far, at least because I'll feel embarrassed if you're the first one taken out." Gwen half joked.

"Hey come on, it's me your talking to. I don't give up so easily." Ben reminded her on his stubbornness which was one thing he had kept from when he was 10. Only difference was that he didn't whine and complain in defiance.

"You better not." Gwen said before giving a softer look. "Good luck out there Ben."

"Thanks, cous." Ben gratefully said while thing about what he'll pack for the trip.

Meanwhile Elsewhere

"You were smart to accept my offer Mr. McLean" Billy Billions praised the man in front of him.

For some reason after the man followed with his part of the deal, he said he wanted to meet with the billionaire kid in person. So he sent his private jet to pick up the host to meet up at his mansion. When he arrived he was also accompanied by two men in suits. He didn't need to be a super genius to know they were lawyers. The only thing he wondered was why he wanted to meet up and for what reason did he bring two lawyers.

"Yeah well I know how to do business." Chris shrugged as he sat in front of the short billionaire with both his lawyers beside him on opposite ends. "By the way how did you get the kid to sign up without him knowing it was you?"

At that Billy looked up deviously. "Cause I'm a genious that's how." he said ominously as his mind recalled how he did it.

Flashback

"You will suggest Ben signs up for the Total Drama tv show, the next time you see him." Mazuma calmy stated to a dazed Max Tennyson as he stood rigid while his eyes were swirls. Which matched the ones currently in her optics as well.

"I will suggest Ben signs up for the Total Drama tv show, the next time I see him." Max repeated in a near drooling daze.

"You will not remember any of our conversation." The blonde robot added.

"I will not remember any of our conversation." Max once more said.

"You will wake up on the count of five and go about your day as usual." Mazuma said before she began to count. Once she reach five, the robot snapped her fingers and then quickly jumped away and out of sight.

Max snapped out of it and looked around wondering why he had just been standing here. He figured he must've been daydreaming about something and went about his day. Completely unaware of the unintensional role he would soon play towards his grandson.

"There's no question about it, I'm brilliant." Billy thought smugly on his masterful plan to get Ben involved without a clue.

Installing hyptonic capabilities on Mazuma was brilliant. Of course his was different from that idiot villain Sublimino. He didn't turn people into mindless drone that could easily be identified as being under an influence. His were merely a forceful guide into doing an action he wanted. All without the subject knowing or leaving evidence of being controlled. I mean really what kind of idiot let's his hypnotized victims wake up in random places from where they slept. That's a clear sign of something being off.

"Uhhh hellow?" Chris said while waving his hand trying to get his attention.

Realizing this Billy finally looked his way. "Ooops sorry about that, was just reminiscing." he apologized halfheartedly.

"Now then do you know why I wanted to meet?"

"And why you brought two lawyers with you?" Mazuma finished for him as she stood beside Billy.

"Yeah well it's to establish some ground rules with this." Chris said before snapping his fingers as the lawyer on his left opened his case and brought out papers which he slid to Billy for him to take.

The pint-sized genius took the papers and quickly saw it was. "A contract? What's this for?"

"Ensuring you don't interfere and ruin my show that's all." Christ remarked. "I did you your little favor now I need you to sign that to make sure you leave all further matters to me."

Billy frowned. "And why should I sign this?"

"Cause if you don't, I'm just going to tell this Ben your so fixated on everything about your involvement." Christ said earning a stunned look from the boy.

"You wouldn't dare! I'll buy your show if you do!" Billy threatened.

Despite that threat however Chris didn't seem fazed. "Yeah I know you could but you won't for one very simple reason."

Billy gave him a condescending look. "Oh really and what would that be?" he asked smugly thinking he was bluffing or stupid in thinking he could outsmart him.

"Because it's not what you really want." Christ stressed out the last word and saw Billy's smug look falter just a tiny bit. "You don't care about my show, what you care about is seeing this guy get embarrassed and humiliated on national tv. Which won't happen if I reveal your plans for him."

"I can still buy your show and have you replaced with someone else to continue my plan." Billy countered.

Chris till didn't flinch or lose his smirk. "Yeah, your not going to do that either, cause if you do I'll be forced to release this." The host pulled out a CD disk and threw it to the billionaire who caught it and looked at it in puzzlement.

"What's in this?" Billy questioned.

At that Christ gave a mischief smirk. "Oh, just something for your eyes to see. Why don't you boot up a laptop and see its contents for yourself?"

The billionaire gave the host a suspicious look before then silently signaled Mazuma to bring him his laptop. The blonde left for a minute before coming back with it and handing it over to him. Billy then turned it on and opened the screen before installing the CD and opening whatever was on it. The boy's eyes soon widened as he saw a video playing with alarming footage. He paused it and stared at Chris in horror.

"How on earth did you get this!?" he questioned the host in disbelief at what he had just seen.

The reason for that was because on that CD was a video file of himself suffering through various embarrassing situations. Most of which were from his days at school before he got trapped in dimension 12. So far, he saw his embarrassing loses in dodgeball where he was hit on the head or face repeatedly, slipping on a mopped floor and falling headfirst into the janitor's bucket and lastly before pausing was a clip showing a pair of bullies giving him a wedgie and leaving him hanging on a tree by his underwear. Needless to say, he was quite livid after seeing all that.

"I have my ways." Chris said smugly while brushing his fingers on his chest as if polishing them.

Truth was that after the video chat with Billy and the threat of being bought out he had done research. While there was no question that this Billy kid was richer than him. One thing Chris had more than him were connections and boy did he use them to his advantage. It wasn't just with Hollywood kind of people but several other kinds that people wouldn't believe for someone like him. It was good to have connections in high places. Especially when they can provide him with the means of pulling one over on people that trouble him.

Quickly Billy ejected the disk and broke it to destroy the evidence. Only for him to see Christ still didn't lose his smug look. "You have more copies stashed away don't you?" he asked dreadfully, already knowing the likely answer.

"So many more copies." Chris confirmed. "Which I will release if you do not sign that contract to legally bind yourself from purchasing, influencing or obstructing my show and competitors in any way." He then leaned closer a bit. "So what's it going to be you evil little Ritchie Rich wannabee."

A tick mark formed on Billy's head as aggravation ran through him. His brilliant mind trying to calculate a way over this problem but failing to come up with a solution. Even if he captured Chris and threatened him into revealing the locations of the copies, he got the feeling he had also put a safety measure in place. Something like if he didn't return or wasn't heard from after a while then an associate of his would release the footage. With that in mind he gritted his teeth in anger not just at the position he's in but also how he's been outmaneuvered by a freaking television host of all things.

"Your not an ordinary show host are you?" Billy questioned knowing there was more to this guy than he had initially first thought. Too little too late he had learned now.

"When you want to make it in business, you gotta know how to stay on top." Chris answered with a grin before gesturing to the papers. "So will you sign?"

Billy grumbled under his breath. Now finding himself starting to dislike the host almost as much as Ben. He looked at the contract before he began to read it over. Making sure there was no deceit or underhandedness hidden inside it. As he read it, he began to see how specific and well listed it was. It was well though in keeping him from involving himself any more than he already has. Devoid of any loophole he could exploit to overcome it to his advantage. If he wasn't so annoyed, he would've been impressed and asked for the name of his lawyers to buy them out.

"I'll still get to see Ben embarrassed and humiliated?" Billy asked to make sure his main objective was still achieved.

"Unless he pulls of a miracle in every episode to somehow avoid that then yes he most certainly will be." Chris shrugged unsupportively which ticked Billy off even more at his uninterested response.

"Fine." He finally relented and grabbed a pen as he signed his name on it.

"Yes and over on the next page and then down in section 14." Christ pointed out before the billionaire finished signing everyone required and rudely shoved the contract back to him. "Thank you." He said almost mockingly as he took back the contract and gave it to his lawyers who checked the signature and nodded confirming it was all handled now. "Well, I guess we're done here. Hope you enjoy the show because you certainly paid handsomely for it. Now if you'll excuse me I have a plane to catch, so see ya."

With that Christ got up and left along with his lawyers leaving the irritated kid billionaire alone with Mazuma.

"It's official, I hate him." Billy remarked with a ticking brow.

And that concludes the prologue. Billy Billions in his immature quest for revenge on Ben has planned to have him embarrass himself on tv as compensation instead. He has gotten Chris to agree only to then be outfoxed by him due to feeling his show being threatened. Now Ben is on his way to an adventure that's nothing like he'll expect.

I've read so many crossover fics with Ben joining other super powered people. I thought perhaps it would be nice for once to show what he's capable of without the Omnitrix. Thus this idea was born as I pictured this crossover as a fitting way to showcase those very capabilities.

You may be wondering why I started a new fic? Well I kind of feel like I need some downtime from my Marvel fic. I got someone who could help me Marvel so we got some things to discuss. Also I want to refamiliarize myself with Marvel by watching the cartoons. So while I'm on this break I also started this fic so that I don't leave you all waiting empty handed.

While waiting for the next chapter let's talk about the pairing. I have put up a poll with 3 girls I've chosen who could be paired with Ben: Sky, Ella or Dawn. Cast your votes for who you'd like to see get paired with him and you'll see that girl make an early appearance on Total Drama Island.

If you've seen this show, enjoyed it and have your own ideas for it regarding challenges of things that can happen with characters then PM me.
