Camera pans to a little cottage and a bolt of lighting is shown in the background as we head into the house where a boy and a goomba sit down adjacent to each other.

Goomba: so, tell me how you got here,

He uses his mouth to pick up a spoon and uses it to swirl around his tea,

???: Do you need any help with that

Goomba: (shocked) oh no I am very versatile for a goomba,

The boy takes a deep breath and starts to talk,

Flashback: yesterday:

A boy is walking with his friends down the road as cars pass them and the autumn breeze blows leaves of the trees and into the air,

Zack: So your the new kid right, what's your name?

???: Oh me I'm Evie,

This is me Evie, the 16 year old boy who has just moved to the small town of denim. I had just finished school when these kids came up to me and they started to talk,

Zack: Cool, so where you from?

Evie: I'm from France, but I moved to England when I was one so this is mostly my home.

Zack: Well it's nice that your here, it was getting pretty boring around he-

Evie puts a finger over his mouth,

Evie: You here that?

A rumbling noise is heard faintly in the distance,

Travis: Yeah bro that sounds weird,

It starts getting louder and louder until...

Duck!

A car flies through the air and smashed down around 5 feet away from them as a dark figure comes down the street and starts destroying buildings and uprooting trees and throwing them at pedestrians.

Evie: What's the hell!

Zack: right them dip,

They start to run away but before they get far a light blue Crystal flies through the air and straight into Evie.

Evie: Ahh Jesus Christ!

It sticks into him and it seems like he absorbs it as it sinks deeper through his skin and eventually cannot be seen.

The dark figure looks at him in despair what quickly turns into fury as he raises his arm and rifts and portals start to appear around him as demonic creatures come out of them.

: GET HIM!

The monster charge as Evie and like some sort of special Instinct he right hooks one of them in the face as of them grabs Evie and throws him across the road,

: No that's gonna go to-

To late, he flies through the air into one of the portals...

Gone forever!

Evie stand up from his chair and goes to the door before he is stopped,

Goomba: Where you going?

Evie: to the cave I slept in last night,

Goomba stands up and stops Evie from leaving

Goomba: You can stay here, it's to dangerous out there!

Evie sits back down and sighs and his head goes into his arms.

Evie: you know anything about this darkness person anyway strange mushroom man?

Goomba: Yes, he doesn't have a name, he is a creature of pure evil who broke the boundaries of universes making them collide in a horrible mess of distress and fear... His only goal in life was to cause chaos and he planned to do that but collecting 5 magical crystals what held great power with them.

Evie: Wait a minute is that the thing inside of me?

Goomba; Yes i think so, that is the last one he needs before he has them all,

Evie looks puzzled,

Evie: How did he get them all?

Goomba: Well there used to be a group called the amazing four, who were heroes who kind of looked like you who ran around protecting creatures and defeating the creatures of darkness, over the years they lived in this dimension what darkness had no access to and they hid the four crystals there after they had found them on adventures over the years... that was there downfall, darkness somehow found a way to get here and took all the crystals and the amazing four disappeared, presumably dead and gone forever...

Evie stood there with a wide mouth what he quickly shut and started at the goomba,

Evie: Am... I in danger?

Goomba: Yes very much so, so I would recommend either getting the Crystal removed from you and going home if it's still alive or start planning out a grave,

Evie: What if I used the powers against him from the Crystal

The goomba spat out his tea and looked at him,

Goomba: Harnesses them! How would you do that and even if you could he has four of them powering him he's unstoppable!

Evie: Well what if umm... I got together a army and took the crystals of him!

Goomba: that is.. that is... a very good plan I like it,

Evie: you really think so?

Goomba: Well yeah, you can build up a army and take back the crystals! I know he only has one of them in his dimension always there but I don't know what he does with the rest, listen you get some rest now and in the morning we can go look for someone who can help us, there is a spare bedroom on the right,

Evie: Thank you! I feel better already.

Evie walks to his right into a room with a bed in and a closet, he lays inside the covers of the bed and pulls out his phone as he scrolls through pictures of his family,

Evie: I'll be home soon Mam, dad... I know I will...
