He also had not cared when Sherlock had cheated and the other guy ended their relationship without words. But now his brother's ex was his new bodyguard of sorts, and he the previous knowledge of him led to a lot more than a business relationship. Slash. One-shot.

After his career as an Auror is over, John is offered a new job as an Obiliviator. Observe muggles getting to close to the magical world, Obiliviate, and redirect them. Seems simple enough.
