Chapter 2: The First Clue

Harry and Ginny woke up lying in bed with their arms wrapped around each other. Harry rolled over and got out of bed before he changed into his clothes. Ginny got up and did the same before Harry picked up a letter James wrote to the people that were still in Dumbledore's office by using a quill that was charmed to write what he said. Harry summoned Blaze to take the letter to Dumbledore. When Blaze picked up the envelope he flashed in a flame into Dumbledore's office.

The Office of Albus Dumbledore

Everyone was sitting at the desk while waiting for Harry and Ginny to appear from the Chamber of Secrets. Molly and Arthur were sitting there not worried because they really never like Ginny. They loved their sons but they were disappointed when they found out Ginny was a girl. They were thrilled at the idea of another pair of twins, but they were annoyed to find a girl. Ron was sitting there worried for his 'friend', Harry as was Hermione. Fred and George were actually worried for both of them as was Bill and Charlie who were called in from work because of a family emergency.

When the Phoenix appeared they all gasped in shock. Dumbledore let the bird fly onto his desk before taking the letter from it. Blaze pecked Dumbledore's hand in anger at what he did to her masters. Blaze then flew to Fawkes the Phoenix and explained why she pecked his hand to try to calm Fawkes. Dumbledore gasped as he saw all the seals on the envelope. The seals were of all of Harry's ancestors. Harry placed all of those seals to make sure Dumbledore couldn't put him back with the Dursleys without serious consequences and to simply annoy

Dumbledore. Albus opened the letter and it read.

Dear inhabitants of Albus Dumbledore's office,

(Read out loud, Dumbledore)

Professor Dumbledore, you are the worst person I've ever met. YOU created two of the darkest lords in the world. YOU created a dark lord in the making. YOU tried to murder my soul mate and wife, Lady Potter. YOU gave Grindelwald the ideas to take control over muggles. YOU manipulated Voldemort to become dark and you killed his soul mate. YOU not only placed the imperious curse and magical blocks on ME but my wife.

Mr and Mrs. Weasley, Ginny will no longer be staying with you, not like you'd care. She will be staying with me in my Manors, Castles, flats, cabins and houses. Don't even bother making her stay with you because she is emancipated and chose to stay with me and not you.

Ron and Hermione, you two are the worst friends I could ever have. You weren't even my friends. You became my friends by force. Hermione, you're a dumbass whore that tried to use my name to elevate your status. Ron, you are also a dumbass that tried to do the same thing as Hermione, but you also did it to try to gain my money and fame because you are an idiotic jealous prat. And I will certainly not share my 98.9 million Galleons with you all except Charlie, Bill and the twins. Minnie you also deserve Galleons because you have been an amazing woman and godmother.

If you, Minnie, wish to contact us then send a letter to the place your house began. You should know where that place is because you knew my parents better than anyone there. If any of you attempt anything drastic it will provoke the ire of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter, Black, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor and Peverell. Let's not mention the factions the Potters led for centuries because that would most certainly end with the House of Weasley. I won't do anything because I'm not sure you could pay anything or give something up and I certainly won't make the twin's lives worse because you don't have a stopping point.

PS: Bill Ginny said hi and same with the twins and Charlie. Ginny is also changing her name to Ginevra Lily Potter.

Molly was the first to gasp when she heard the names."But…but they're dead." She whispered.

"It said portraits, mum. That means they spoke to a charmed quill to write that letter or Harry did it." Fred told Molly.

"YOU PUT HER ON THE IMPERIOUS?" Bill roared as he turned on Dumbledore while Charlie and the twins looked at him with rage while Percy looked appalled.

"I…I did." Dumbledore admitted with shame."How did Harry get a Phoenix?" Dumbledore asked as he tried to change the subject. Ron and Hermione were shaking with rage at the fact that their plan to steal his money had failed. What made it worse was the fact that now Ginny could spend all those 99 million Galleons.

"99 million Galleons." Ron whispered in rage."I lost 99 million Galleons." Ron whispered again but unfortunately Bill heard him.

"YOU ONLY WANTED HIS MONEY?!" Bill asked in his rage."If I was head of house I would pull a Black and disown you. I would disinherit you immediately. I bet he has done that to you two and added us on his will if Ginny died before him. Just then a piece of parchment appeared and Bill read it.

Dear Bill,

I want you to know that you are on our will and that Harry and I can't actually die because we are essentially immortal because one can't die until the other dies. So we have to die at the same time or live forever. Don't worry, if you have kids we will make sure to tell them stories about you.

Ginny

"THAT SLUT!" Ron yelled before storming out. Harry and Ginny materialized in front of everyone and they began speaking.

"How am I a slut?" Ginny asked in confusion.

"How did you get here? You can't apparate at Hogwarts." Hermione snapped

"I don't know. Let's get back to the main question. How is Ginny a slut?" Harry asked with a charming smile that made Ginny melt inside and for Hermione to blush disgustingly.

"I don't know. I've only been with you." Ginny said then continued."I've only kissed you. Well heated snogging that involved some skin, but definitely not shagging. As much as I would love to just get us back to our home before shagging you, I still am young. That won't matter in a few years, but I still don't want a few little Harry and Ginny running around yet. One day you will be a grandmother, mum." Ginny said before disappearing with Harry again and leaving a red faced Molly there and her sons that were trying their hardest not to laugh. Hermione was extremely jealous and was failing to not look jealous. Minnie was looking very emotional while also giggling openly. Dumbledore looked very irritated and was deep in thought.

Bill and Charlie left quickly while the twins left only after they realized what their older brothers were doing. They both quietly slipped out and walked to the Gryffindor Common Room.

After the Year

Harry was reading the Daily Prophet and was looking in shock. Somehow Sirius managed to escape Azkaban. On the other Daily Prophet, Harry saw the Weasleys except Ginny who was cooking breakfast. On the paper he saw that the Weasleys won a Galleon prize. They spent that money to go to Egypt to visit Bill in Egypt as he was working as a Curse Breaker for Gringotts. Harry quickly called the head house elf to him.

"Floppy!" Harry called into the Manor.

"How may Floppy serve yous?" Floppy asked

"Can you pack clothes for a vacation? I was planning on going to Egypt with Ginny. Can you also pack two of our swim suits and some of our clothes and essentials?" Harry asked politely.

"Yes Master Harry. Floppy will please Master and Mistress." Floppy said then quickly disappeared with a soft snap and reappeared a few minutes later with two suitcases packed. At that moment Ginny decided to appear from the kitchen. Ginny had a simple short sleeved gray top and jeans and she had her hair in a beautiful bun. Harry thought that only she could rival the beauty that his mother had.

"What is this Harry?" Ginny asked in a soft voice and small smile as she set their breakfast down on the table.

"Look." Harry said as he passed her the Prophets and began to eat his bacon and eggs. Ginny looked at him in disbelief."I'm pretty sure he'll go to Privet Drive. As far as I'm aware he knows I'm there." Harry said but looked at her with a sad look as she saw the picture of her family.

"That's why I packed." Harry explained as he motioned to the suitcases."I figured we could go to Egypt for a few days." Harry said but he was really shocked when Ginny attacked him with kisses. It continued until they heard someone clear their throat.

"Uhh." A hoarse voice said awkwardly as he stared at the two.

"Sirius?" Harry asked. That question surprised Sirius a lot because as far as he was aware, Harry had never seen him before.

"Harry?" Sirius croaked then cracked a grin."Already at second base at the age of twelve." Sirius said with a grin, but he was scolded a second later by the portrait of Lily while James was laughing a lot.

"SIRIUS ORION BLACK! I MAY NOT BE ALIVE TO HEX YOU, BUT I CAN CERTAINLY INSULT YOU!" Lily yelled at Sirius who was laughing and crying. Harry winced slightly at the onslaught of insults his mother threw while Ginny was giggling. Sirius began cringing from the sound. After 10 minutes Lily finally finished ranting. What ranting implies is insulting as much as possible until you run out of insults and curses.

"Damn, even longer than James' rants." Sirius rasped as Harry placed a note on the table and picked up their suitcases quietly before slipping out of the room, leaving Sirius to talk to Harry's parents.

Harry grabbed the necklace that had runes on it. The necklace was a Potter heirloom. The runes were like port-keys because you had to place the area into the rune to get there again. Harry grabbed Ginny's hand and the luggage before he activated the port-key. When they arrived, they appeared in a large living room with a balcony and a small hallway. It had a kitchen and dining area connected to it and the hall led into the master bedroom and two more bedrooms. There was also a nursery with a stuffed bunny and blue crib in the corner.

They both decided to go to the muggle mall that was in the center of Cairo. When they arrived through walking they walked around a bit more before Ginny went shopping. Harry went to a corner of the mall and shifted his height and body to look more like one of an adult. Harry went to a jewelry store while he blocked his connection with Ginny. Harry left the store having bought a golden ring with a diamond in the center. Harry quickly found Ginny outside in the food court waiting for Harry.

"How are you doing?" Harry asked Ginny.

"Good. I just had to buy a bikini and some other clothes. What'd you do?" Ginny asked Harry as she lifted her bag of clothes and looked at Harry.

"I'll show you at the beach." Harry said with a grin as he looked over to the food court.

"What should we eat?" Ginny asked but was confused when Harry's grin got bigger.

"Have you ever eaten pizza?" Harry asked as he pulled out a note of Egyptian Pounds.

"Nope. Can we have some?" Ginny said with a lot of excitement that Harry felt through their bond. Harry and Ginny just looked like two teenagers on a date instead of two weird little kids.

"How have you…never mind let's get some pizza." Harry said as they walked over to the pizza restaurant.

"What do they taste like?" Ginny asked

"Amazing." Harry said as they got their pizza and sat down at a table. Harry was very surprised when he looked over Ginny's shoulder and saw a mob of redheads in the crowd.

"What's wrong, Harry?" Ginny asked as she saw his frown.

"Your family is here." Harry said as Ron pointed to their table and the Weasleys began walking over to them.

"Bill!" Ginny yelled in excitement and happiness as she pulled Bill into a hug then did the same to the twins and Charlie.

"Let go of him." Molly spat then Arthur began speaking.

"Ginny, you're coming with us back home young lady." Arthur said in a stern voice.

"I…I don't want to." Ginny cried as she wrapped Harry in a hug. Even though Ginny was a tall witch Harry was still a bit taller than a head bigger than Ginny and was a bit taller than Ron.

"You don't have to, Gin." Harry said gently into Ginny's ear as she held onto him.

"Yes she does!" Ron said as he pulled his arm back to punch him but he was stopped by the twins who grabbed his arms.

"She's emancipated. She doesn't have to go with you. She chose to stay with me because I'm actually nice." Harry said as Ginny released Harry then turned on her family with a glare.

"Harry is actually nice. Bill, can you show us your work?" Ginny asked in a sweet and soft voice.

"Sure Firefly. Come on you two." Bill said as he led them out of the mall and then he apparated them onto a dig site. "We aren't exactly sure what the hieroglyphics mean in magic." Bill said with a frown. Harry somehow knew the answer to this and how the hieroglyphics work.

"I don't know how I know this and how you didn't figure this out sooner because it's quite simple." Harry said with a grin while Bill stared at him oddly.

"What do you mean simple? The muggles only managed to be able to decipher hieroglyphs because of the Rosetta Stone." Bill said with a confused look.

"The Rosetta Stone was made by wizards. Pretty much all of the rulers of the world were witches and wizards. The hieroglyphs are the Egyptian form of ancient runes. If you have a locked door you could simply spell out open with the hieroglyphs. You just have to use your wand like you normally would to activate normal runes." Harry explained as he somehow knew how to use hieroglyphs and write them. He conjured a door then locked it. He conjured a stone tablet that was normally used for ancient art. He carved the hieroglyphs that mean open. He took his wand out after he put his dagger away. He pointed his wand at the rune he made and jabbed his wand forward and pushed his magic forward.

The door pushed open much to the shock of the others."How did you do that? We never even thought of them as runes." Bill said in shock as he took them to their last destination for the day. The beach.

Bill apparated away while Harry and Ginny went into their flat and changed into their swimsuits that they bought. When they walked back to the beach they began laying towels down and they began resting on the soft sand. After a few minutes of laying on the sand while holding hands they got up and walked to the water.

Harry splashed water at Ginny while she giggled and did the same. Harry conjured a beach ball and threw it at her head. Ginny scowled before laughing and playfully slapped his arms. She pushed him into the water and she soon followed him after an Accio Ginny. Harry swam down while holding Ginny's hand causing her to be dragged underwater. Harry suddenly felt his foot hit something solid. Harry looked down and saw a bottle with a piece of parchment inside. That was odd. Either it's really old or it's a wizard. Harry grabbed the bottle and motioned to go back up.

Once they were at the shore they grabbed their stuff and left back to the flat. Harry explained what happened to Ginny before pulling the bottle out of his pocket. He opened the cork and pulled the roll of parchment out of the bottle and placed it on the table. Harry began reading out loud.

Dear owner of the improved Hallows,

You must recharge the Hallows with Peverell magic. I understand you have that magic, but you need old magic. The battle robes and weapons of the Gryffindors are to be charged by old magic as well. You just need to find those old magics.

Pharaoh Khufu

The Great Pyramid of Khufu

"Khufu was an old Egyptian Pharaoh." Ginny said with a confused look.

"Khufu was before Merlin. It's said that in the Magical World the god of magic, Heka, gave magic to the Pharaoh Khufu. He is said to be the first wielder of magic. Apparently Heka gave magic to many more people which created the wizarding world. Heka created Scribes of Ancient Egyptian wizards. The House of Life created the knowledge of magic with the help of Heka and Khufu. That's what is normally said in the magical world and not muggle so we can't be so sure. It's just an idea." Harry explained with confusion because he didn't remember studying this. This was confusing because he also didn't remember learning how to read and write in hieroglyphs.

"Since when did you learn so much about Egypt?" Ginny asked in confusion because she never saw him go near books about Egypt. She had tried but they all seemed too complicated for her at the time.

"I didn't. I don't remember learning Hieroglyphs, yet here we are. I don't remember studying Egyptian mythology but here we are. I have read about some Mayan stuff but not Egyptian." Harry said with a frown. Ginny also frowned at this but said nothing.

"There is The Great Pyramid of Khufu here nearby. Maybe we can find out more about this." Ginny said with a thoughtful expression.

"Let's go there tomorrow. We should also go to the Great Sphinx because if my story about magic is true, then the ancient Peverell magic is there." Harry said with a grin at the thought of an adventure in Egypt.

"What…what if what they mean by ancient magic is magic from the two Hallows we have. Like to power the invisibility cloak we have to find a place tied to Ignotus Peverell. To power the wands we have to find a place linked to Antioch. For the Gryffindor thing, I guess we have to either go to Hogwarts or go to the Castle of Lions." Ginny said with a grin. Neither could sleep that night very well out of excitement.
