Hey guys! I am back with something that came to me a couple of months ago when I was rewatching Criminal Minds for the thousandth time. I hope you all like it.

To me, this world is nothing but evil, and my own evil just happened to come out cause of the circumstances of what I was doing.

Aileen Wuornos

General P.O.V.

"Morning Lex, how was your weekend?" Supervisory Special Agent Arizona Robbins asks, sitting down at her desk.

"Good! Mark and I took Nicky to a baseball game which he loved! He even got his baseball signed by a few players."

"Awe, I miss my little man. Tell him that Aunt Z is going to come see him as soon as we get an actual free day"

"So that means you won't ever come huh?" Lexie says, causing them both to laugh.

"Robbins, Grey conference room. Now." SSA Derek Shepherd says, not stopping to entertain any questions.

"And there goes the hope of having a slow day" Agent Owen Hunt groans as he too passes them by.

Sighing, the women slowly stand, just as Christina Yang passes by them, "Twenty bucks says that we're going to Arizona."

"Oh, haha Yang." Arizona says, following behind her. "You're so funny."

"I know," the Korean woman shrugs.

Walking into the room, the three women see that everyone else from their team was already present. Along with Shepherd were agents Addison Montgomery, Richard Webber, and- wait where was-

"Good morning my pretties. I hope that all of you guys are well rested because you are not about to sleep for the next day or two." One Ms. Calliope Torres struts into the conference room walking to the front of the room, but not before letting her hand run across the back of Arizona's chair, briefly making contact with her neck causing the blonde to shiver.

Grabbing the remote off of the table, she flips on the television screen, "This is Jenny McGiver. Her body was found at a bus stop in Omaha, Nebraska, three days ago" pulling up numerous pictures, she continues, "She was strangled to death and her kidney was removed but that's not it."

Callie pauses as pictures of a new person appear, "This is Andy Southall, he was found at a trash dumpsite also strangled… three days ago. He also appeared to have had his torso cut open; everything was still there, only his kidney appeared to have been… replaced?"

"Wait so the unsub is strangling each victim to kill them, then he's taking organs out and placing them into another body?"

"Strangulation is a crime of passion; it's weird that the unsub would use this as the killing method. You strangle someone in the heat of the moment, not with something that's premeditated."

"Ok, so strangling must memorialize something. But what?"

"That is what we have to figure out soon because this isn't the first one. Police did some digging, apparently, this has been going on for almost a year now. Two people go missing within 4 days of each other then, on average, about 3 weeks after the last person is taken, both bodies show up in random places. However, the set of victims before were closer in range." Callie supplies, pressing a button causing two more faces to appear on the screen.

"The unsub took Abby Langley and Jason Miles in late February. They both were reported missing by loved ones and both cases went cold until 4 weeks later, when their bodies appeared in Benson park about 200 feet apart in mid March. Jenny and Andy were reported missing in late July which was only three weeks ago. Jenny's body was found a week ago and Andy's body wasn't found until yesterday. Police were already alarmed after the first two. They were trying to piece things together but after finding Andy yesterday they decided to call us in."

"So the unsub kept the bodies for a shorter period of time… why is that?" Richard asks.

"Maybe something set him off? A change in timing or deadline?" Lexie says.

"But there's also the question of what is he doing with the organs of the second person? With the large gap between abductions, those extracted organs would be beyond invaluable by then." Arizona supplies, staring at the images of the victims in the conditions in which they were found.

"One of the many questions that we have to figure out about this case. Wheels up in thirty." Derek says, standing.

Dispersing one by one, each member of the team leaves to prepare for their departure.

Gathering her papers, Callie, heads out of the room to her "cave" as everyone called it.

"I'll bet you are excited for this case, sugar lips." Callie says, sitting down in her chair, turning to see the blonde standing at the door.

"Excited? Why would I be excited about someone being dead?"

"Oh please, you know I didn't mean it like that. What I mean is that this is an interesting case, you love those. Boosts that ego of yours when you can figure it out."

Walking further in the room, closing the door, Arizona smiles, "Well I can't argue with you there."

Standing once again as Arizona reaches her, Callie straightens the blondes collar of her button down shirt. "Please be careful"

"You know I always am, baby girl" Arizona smiles, wrapping her arms around the brunette, "We go through this every time Calliope."

"I know, I know but it's our thing. I feel like if we don't do it then something may happen."

"Ok, if it'll put your mind at ease..." Arizona smiles, leaning her forehead against her girlfriends, "I love you"

"Love you more snookums" Callie smiles, rubbing her nose against the blondes before slowly leaning in for a kiss.

Just as their lips are about to meet, there is a loud knock on the door before Yang pops her head in, "Come on Robbins, you two do this almost every day. You should be sick of each other by now" she groans, walking away as Callie and Arizona laugh.

Leaning in for a quick peck, Arizona smiles, "We'll all be fine sweetness. Just like we always are."

On the plane…

"Reviewing the case files, none of the victims are high risk. Abby Langley was a 28 year old interior designer, married with a 4 year old son. Jason Miles was a 34 year old trainer and a single father. Jenney Giver was a 32 year old engineer, no kids, no spouse. Andy Southall was a 25 year old junior pre-med student at Princeton… he was home visiting family." Derek tells the team.

"There is a pattern though. The unsub is taking one man and one woman. That can't be a coincidence. Not to mention, the report notes that it appears the women are being killed first."

"Was there any signs of sexual abuse? Marks or bruises that show them being restrained?" Addison asks.

"No to both of those. Nothing about this case makes sense." Derek sighs.

"Robbins when we land, I want you and Hunt to go to the latest two crime scenes. Lexie and Monty talk to the victims' families. Webber and Yang you'll come with me to the station to set up"

Once the team landed in Omaha, they hit the ground running. Arizona and Owen went to the trash dumpsite first.

"Well this is an interesting place to dump a body." Owen says, looking around at the piles of garbage.

"Not if the unsub sees his victims as trash and wants to dispose of them as such." Arizona says, raising an eyebrow.

"Why here though? Why go through all of this trouble to break into a dump site and dispose of the body? That just seems to be more trouble than it's worth."

"Unless…" Arizona starts, holding up the picture they have from the crime scene with the body still in place.

"Unless?" Owen draws out, silently urging the blonde to let him in on what she's thinking.

Glancing at the redheaded man, she asks, "What if the body wasn't originally dumped here?" Seeing the uncertain look on his face, she continues.

"What if the usub threw the body in a dumpster, the dump truck came and emptied it, and unknowingly brought it and dumped it here."

Pondering the blondes' words, Owen slowly nods his head, "It would explain why the body was positioned in such a careless way." he finishes, pointing at the photo.

Nodding and pulling out her phone, Arizona immediately hits speed dial number one.

"I have been waiting for your call. Give me something so my fingers feel useful."

"Oh I have plenty of ways your fingers can be useful mama, but for now I need you to use the location from my phone and search for dumpsters near here. We think that the unsub may have actually dumped the last body in a dumpster but it got carried here to the trash dumpsite."

"Ok, but if they did that wouldn't one of the workers notice when they got out to watch the trash be dumped in the truck?" Callie asks over the sound of her fingers moving across the keyboard.

Shaking her head as if the brunette can see her, Arizona says, "Not if it was one of, if not the last, stop on the route."

"Ouu good thinking. I will look up what I can and cross check with trash routes that have emptied at this site over the last 3 days. I'll hit you back before you can even say spank me"

Laughing, Arizona blushes, "Thanks baby."

Hanging up, the blonde turns back to Owen. "So Calliope is going to look up routes and see who emptied their loads here over the past few days. One of them may have been carrying the unsub."

"Nice Robbins. I'll call Shep and let him know"

Nodding, she heads toward their vehicle. "On to the next one"

At the Precinct…

"Ok, thanks Hunt" SSA Derek Shepard said, hanging up the phone.

"That was Hunt. He and Robbins believe that Andy Southall was not originally left at the dumpsite. He may have been transported via a trash truck."

"So the unsub may have dumped him closer to the other victim."

"Yes. They are on the way to the other scene as we speak."

At the Second Disposal Site…

"Robbins" SSA Owen Hunt calls out.

Looking up from where she is examining the area, she sees Owen pointing. "See anything interesting?" he smirks.

Glancing down the small alleyway, Arizona smiles, "A dumpster."

"What are the odds that this may be where the second victim was dumped?"

"But if he was in the dumpster, and she was here on this bench– I am assuming that the way they have to get into this alley is to back in. It's easier." She turns in that direction, "If I'm facing this direction, at a higher level, I have a clear view of this bench. How could the workers not notice her at the very least?" Arizona says.

"Maybe it was dark? This area doesn't look like the most high profile.. Maybe they saw her and thought it was a street walker trying to get some sleep."

"You may be on to something Owen" Arizona says, just as her phone rings. Pulling out the ringing item, Arizona smiles and answers.

"Hey dollface"

"You love me right?" Callie asks.

"What?" Arizona asks, caught off guard by the brunette's question.

"Do. You. Love. Me? Yes or no?" Callie repeats.

"Yes, you know I do" The blonde says in a confused tone.

Smiling, Callie says, "How much?" in a teasing tone.

Snickering, "A little less each second that it takes you to get to the point" Arizona says with a playful bite in her tone.

"Ok, grouchy." Callie rolls her eyes in mock annoyance, "Get ready to love me a lot more because your girl found something. It turns out that the bench where Jenny Giver was found has–"

Arizona cuts in, "A dumpster near it. Yeah we just saw baby girl"

"Hmm, well what you don't know is that I found the dump service that runs this route. I also know that they do this route tre early on Sunday mornings around 4 a.m. to be exact. Which means that it is very dark at the time and this particular spot is the last stop on the route AND it was logged that the workers emptied it at approximately 5:38 a.m. on Wednesday, August 3rd."

"Which is the morning they found Abby" Arizona says.

"Correctamundo" Callie smiles.

"Damn, you were right. I really love you woman."

"I know. Now I am sending this information to your phone. Go do with it what you please sweet cheeks" The brunette says, hanging up before the blonde can get another word in.

Shaking her head with a grin on her face, Arizona walks back over to Owen. "I take it by the smile that Torres found something"

"Yes." She nods, "She just confirmed everything that we were thinking. This is the last stop on the route and it is dark when they do it because they start at 4 am."

"So we need to get a forensics team out here to examine the dumpster."

"Yep"

Back at the Precinct…

Walking into the Police Station, Arizona and Owen make a beeline for their team. Looking up at the sound of someone entering, Derek immediately asks, "What have you got?"

"After speaking with Torres, we believe that the unsub did not deviate from dumping the bodies close to each other. We believe that he placed Jenny Giver on the bench and Andy in the dumpster but due to it being earlier in the morning when the dumpster was emptied, the workers did not notice that there was a body, let alone two." Owen states, sitting down as Arizona moves to grab herself a cup of coffee and a sweet treat.

"After reviewing the case files for the other two victims, the male was "stowed away" if you will; meanwhile the female was on display, just like these two." Richard says, leaning back in his chair.

"You think that the unsub may be partial to women?" Yang asks.

"Most likely. He's hiding the men away and throwing them out like trash as if he's disgusted or has no interest but then he takes the females and puts them on display like he's proud to show them off or wants to treat them with care."

Listening as she sits at the table munching on her donut, Arizona leans forward using the conference phone to key in Callie. As she answers, Arizona says, "I need you boo"

"Always primed and ready to serve you" Callie immediately flirts back, causing Arizona's cheeks to redden as everyone in the room snickers.

"Hey, hey behave, you are on speaker." Arizona warns her girlfriend.

"OH!" Callie says, clearing her throat and sitting up a little straighter in her chair, "Try giving a girl a warning next time. How may I help you, my lovelies?"

"We are trying to narrow this thing down Torres." Derek says.

"Ok, sir. Give me some information" The brunette says, readying her fingers to type.

"This unsub is removing the kidneys of his victims. He's strangling them. He puts the females on display and "throws away" the males." Addie says.

"We still haven't figured out what he needs the kidneys for" Lexie says.

Chiming in, Callie says, "I know I'm not a profiler but the only thing I associate a kidney with is a transplant."

"Hold on momma, you may be on to something." Leaning back in her chair, Arizona thinks. "What if this unsub is trying to play doctor?" she asks, looking around the room at her colleagues.

"From looking at the autopsy, the cuts weren't precise and clean showing any medical training and the stitching was all over the place" Owen says, examining the photos on the board again.

"Unless… unless it was supposed to be that way" Lexie says slowly.

"What do you mean?" Derek asks.

"There is a type of stitching called a Blind Hem Stitch. I-It's where you do two or three straight stitches then a zig zag. To someone who may not know much about stitching, it looks like it's just been thrown together." Lexie says, pointing to the stitching shown in the picture.

"So we're looking at someone with basic sewing knowledge at the very least" Richard concludes.

"Right."

Looking at the phone, Derek says, "Ok Torres, we need a list of known members of local sewing clubs, tailors, anyone who has so much as picked up a needle in the last 3 years"

"Got it. I will hit you back soon." Callie says before hanging up.

"Hey baby" Callie says in a chirper tone.

"Hiya sweetness. Got anything new for me?"

"Sadly, not yet. That's why I am calling. I am currently searching through sewing clubs and let me tell you, there are way more than I thought but a lot of these members are over the age of 55. I am cross referencing with any children or grandchildren that may have a criminal record but not much is coming up."

"Wait, Calliope. That's it.."

"What, what? Don't keep me in the dark my love."

"The unsub is taking the kidneys of the victims. What if he has someone that needs a kidney transplant? Maybe a child, grandchild, sibling, parent."

"Oooh I see what you're saying. I'll key in Shep" Callie says before dialing in their boss.

"Go ahead Torres" Derek says, answering the phone.

"Sir, I have Robbins on the line."

"Shep, the unsub is using the kidneys to try and perfect a transplant. Think about it. Each victim is cut open and the only thing missing is a kidney. He's taking the kidney from one person and trying to perform a successful transplant on the other."

"If that is so, where does the straggalation come from?"

"We need to examine the bodies again. I'm starting to think that it wasn't the initial cause of death. I think just maybe the unsub was trying to perform the transplant, something goes wrong and out of rage, he strangles the victims."

"That is a solid theory Robbins, good job. Meet me at the morgue in 20." He says, before hanging up the phone leaving the two women on the line.

"Man oh man, does your geniusness turn me on…" Callie sighs happily.

Laughing Arizona responds, "You know me Calliope, I do what I can to please you." before ending the call.

Twenty minutes later found Shepard, Robbins, and Grey at the morgue examining the bodies.

"Just as we thought, these were done while they were still alive but judging by the amount of bruising, there wasn't much blood in their system"

"That is correct. Autopsy showed that the victims lost a lot of blood. When I cut open the stitching, there was an attempt to insert the kidney but the blood vessels were not connected properly."

"It's just like Robbins thought. The unsub is trying to do it but can't get the part right so they begin to bleed out and in the middle of his rage, he strangles the victims."

"So what is the other victim doing to make him strangle them?" Lexie asks.

"They're simply in the way or a liability." Arizona says, just as her phone rings.

Answering without looking at the caller ID, she says, "Yeah"

"Isn't this spooky?"

"What?"

"That you're thinking about me then I call. That's some strong spiritual connection"

Deciding to mess with her girlfriend, Arizona responds, "Uh, who is this?"

Scoffing, Callie rolls her eyes although Arizona can't see her, "You wound me."

Chuckling, the blonde shakes her head, "Please tell me that you got something"

Smirking, Callie says, "Oh I got everything sugar. Just tell me what you need."

"Calliope…" Arizona groans.

"Ok, yes. I believe I have the guy that you are looking for. Kevin McHail. 44 year old biomedical technician. Two years ago, his wife Lynda McHail was diagnosed with pre-renal kidney failure. She was placed on the transplant list and started dialysis for about six months, until doctors diagnosed her with renal kidney failure. Upon this diagnosis, she was moved up higher on the list, but still did not receive a kidney. Last September, she was brought into the ER. Doctors did some tests and realized that she was now in the post-renal stage and she's been in the hospital ever since. Her name was moved up once again on the transplant list and oh my-" Callie pauses.

"Calliope?" Arizona questions, looking at the screen on the phone to see if the call had disconnected.

"Um, sorry, i-it says here that back in January, Lynda was next in line to finally get a kidney, but on the day that she was supposed to receive it, someone much worse came into the ER and had to receive it instead…"

Sighing, Arizona shakes her head, "There's your stresser."

"I'm not finished though"

"Ok.."

"Lynda has been pushed to the top of the list to receive a kidney, but it is now months later and… nothing. It looks like their insurance is almost maxed out so if a kidney doesn't become available within the next couple of days, they are releasing Lynda on Tuesday."

"Wow. So he's taking matters into his own hands…"

"It appears so and he already works in a medical field so it wouldn't be that hard to retrieve the necessary equipment. All he needs are bodies."

"Guys, we just got a call about another woman that has gone missing." Yang says, entering the room.

"Torres, send us everything you have on McHail." Webber says.

Once they received the information for McHail, the team split up. Some went to his home and some to his place of work. Upon arrival to both, McHail was nowhere to be found.

"Damn it." Derek sighs, whipping out his phone, "Torres, I need you to do a survey of the area. Look for empty buildings or warehouses that McHail could be using. If he has this new victim, he sure as hell isn't keeping her here."

"On it boss man." she pauses, leaving only the sound of her fingers gliding across the keyboard to be heard.

"Ok there are quite a few abandoned buildings in the area– Oh! There's a building that used to be used as a doctors office. The practice closed due to the owner passing away."

"Who owns the building?"

"The city. It is currently under renovation but the project was paused due to budget cuts."

"That's gotta be the place. Torres, sen-"

"-sending the address to your phone now!"

At the Abandoned Building…

"FBI!" Arizona yells, as they enter the abandoned building. The sound of faint music is heard. As they slowly move through the building, it begins to get louder until finally they are face to face with the unsub himself.

"Kevin McHail, drop the scalpel. You are under arrest for the murder and kidnapping of Abby Langley, Jason Miles, Jenney Giver, and Andy Southall."

Not looking up from his work, Kevin says, "I can't stop. I have to continue. I-I have to save her."

Slowly moving toward the man, Richard lowers his gun while the others continue pointing theirs, "Who Kevin, who do you have to save?"

"Lynda. She's going to die if I can't save her." he sobs.

"This is not the way to save her, Kevin. You are not a doctor." Richard says slowly.

"I have enough medical knowledge! With enough practice I'll get it." Kevin yells, hands beginning to shake.

"But you're going to kill so many in the process. By the time you figure it out, Lynda will already be dead." This catches the unsubs attention, causing him to look up noticing who was talking to him and all of the guns pointed his way, "The doctors are working to get your wife a kidney. She's being strong and she's fighting. Even if they don't find her one, don't you want to spend this last little bit of time that she may have with her?"

"I-I" he stutters looking back down at the body before him as he continues to cry. Dropping the scalpel on the ground he begins to openly sob again. Slowly putting away her gun, Arizona walks up to him, pulling out her handcuffs. "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law…"

On the Plane…

Sighing, Arizona sat down in her seat of the plane ready to get home and go to sleep in the comfort of her own home.

"Tired?"

"Very"

"Why don't you get some shut eye. It's a long flight back to Quantico''

"I will in just a minute" she says, glancing down at her phone.

"Expecting a call?" Lexie asks just as the phone lights up.

"You know it," she smiles, answering the phone.

"Hey gorgeous"

"Are you guys on the way back?" Callie asks excitedly.

"About to take off soon"

"Good. I miss you and my other fur babies. Hurry back to me"

"We'll do our best. I love you baby girl"

"Same here, my love."
