I decided to write a mini scene inspired by the Sherlock Holmes character Mrs. Hudson, imagining what a normal day would be like for her; this is what I came up with (nothing earth shattering here, I just thought it would be fun). John, although retired, offered himself to go on service to Afghanistan for some time. Sherlock misses him dearly, and they both write letters to each other, where they slowly realize what they feel for each other.

Coming back from a very nice evening out, Molly starts feeling cold and sleepy and Sherlock does his duty.
