Some weeks after the banker case the flatmates are reminded that the syndicate has not forgotten them and sends a warning. As a result John is in an ICU and learns a lot about Sherlock. Sherlock also gains new insights. Since this is earlier in their relationship things are still a bit bumpy sometimes. Spoilers for TBB. John Whump. H/C. Panic attacks and a case.
