After the fall, a Sherlock in absence of his blogger decides that perhaps the solar system isn't so dull after all.

Sherlock didn't plan too far past the final Act of the Game - defeating Moriarty on St. Bart's rooftop. Now he finds that, like chess, the endgame is the most important part of the game. He must take down the Spider King's web, deal with his insufferable brother and, most importantly, return to a changed London.

After Sherlock's return, Molly decides to take some time off. Not that it ends up being quite that simple.

Sherlock and John receive an unexpected visitor, a baby girl. As they proceed to care for her, they learn something about her that shocks them both, but especially Sherlock. This "shock" eventually turns Sherlock's negative attitude around.
