A possible ending for the Great Game episode, Moriarity has something a little more interesting planned for Sherlock and John then a boring old bomb. Neither are very happy about it.

What if Sherlock wasn't the first Holmes that John Watson met. What if he met another while he was serving in Afghanistan.

John had found it eerie at first, and then the eeriness faded into a dull comfort. At intermittent moments he'd feel a set of eyes watching. He never caught him at it. Of course he didn't. He was Sherlock Holmes.

Mycroft brings a murder to Sherlock's attention, Sherlock and John visit a gay bar pretending to be a couple, and come out as one! Drama ensues. Slash.

Mycroft is abducted by aliens. It's quite possibly the worst thing that's ever happened... to the aliens.
