Chapter 17: Rematch with The Mage Sisters

(The Divine Terminus)

The mysterious mage continued to put the pieces of the Jamba Heart together only now it looked like it was over 80% complete. Racoon Mario, Ultra Sword Kirby, Bowser, and King DeDeDe arrived to see the Jamba Heart nearly reassembled.

Racoon Mario- There it is!

Bowser- Then let's stop gawking and bust that loser's skull already!

King DeDeDe- As cool as those big muscles were, I would rather not lose control of my soul again.

Ultra Sword Kirby- Time to end this nightmare once and for all!

Just as they reached the stairs leading to where the Jamba Heart was, a voice called out to them.

Mysterious voice- Halt! Stop right there, pink one!

Then Zan Partizanne zipped in at her lighting speed and blocked the stairway.

Kirby- You again?

Zan Partizanne- I did not expect you to survive your visit to Jambastion. What's more, you somehow managed to get past all our troops and enter the Divine Terminus!

Racoon Mario- Our fight isn't with you.

Bowser- Yeah, now step aside. A scrawny little shrimp like you can't stand against the might of the Koopa King!

Then the door leading out froze shut and we see Francisca was the one who sealed the exit.

Francisca- That's why she's not alone.

Then a burst of fire appeared in the room and Flamberge appeared out of the fire.

Flamberge- We sisters work best when we stick together!

Zan Partizanne- Now, your luck ends here! It is the dearest wish of our Lord Hyness…

Then Zan Partizanne pulls out her lightning spear and it seems fully charged.

Zan Partizanne- …THAT NO ONE INTERFERES!

Zan Partizanne created a thunder cloud that fired a bolt of lighting at Racoon Mario, Ultra Sword Kirby, Bowser, and King DeDeDe. Luckily, they dodged it. But then Flamberge tried to rush at Racoon Mario with her flaming sword. Racoon Mario quickly drew Marco's sword and blocked her attack.

Flamberge- Fast draw there, but I'll melt that little sword into goo with my fire!

Racoon Mario- I wouldn't be too sure of that. After all, this isn't any ordinary sword.

Then Racoon Mario swiped with Marco's sword again and it shattered Flamberge's fire sword into pieces. Flamberge jumped backward to try and avoid being slashed by that sword, but she noticed a large cut on the side of her face.

Flamberge- What the?!

Racoon Mario- I wasn't joking before. The sword of my ancestor, Marco Mario, is a very unique weapon.

Flamberge- Shit! So, the stories of the knight, Marco Mario, were true then…including having a sword crafted by the Lord of the Universe with the power to harm even the strongest of gods…

Then Racoon Mario saw Marco's sword was on fire, similar to when a fireball is used to give it a fire boost.

Racoon Mario- And your fire has generously powered up Marco's sword. Thank you for the help.

Racoon Mario made a flaming swing at her with Marco's sword, but Flamberge tried to fly away from Racoon Mario. However, Racoon Mario used his flying racoon power to fly after her. Flamberge attempted to create another flaming sword, but Racoon Mario threw Marco's sword while it was still fired up and it shattered the second flaming sword that Flamberge created. While she flinched, Racoon Mario flew up to Flamberge and kicked her under the chin and knocked her into the air. Racoon Mario quickly grabbed Marco's sword again and struck Flamberge with a flaming swing and knocked her to the ground. Meanwhile, Francisca launched several icicles at Bowser, but Bowser used his flame breath to melt all the ice.

Bowser- It doesn't matter how much ice you can create, I'll simply melt it all! GWAHAHAHAHA!

Francisca- Can you even fight me without your flames?

Francisca created her ice axe and tried to swing it at Bowser. However, Bowser grabbed Francisca by the wrist before her axe could reach him and seemed to break some bones in her hand with his grip.

Bowser- Oh…I'm also strong enough to break every bone in your body!

Then Bowser punched Francisca in the gut and she coughed up some blood before she was slammed against the wall. Meanwhile, Ultra Sword Kirby and King DeDeDe were fighting Zan Partizanne. Zan Partizanne dashed at Ultra Sword Kirby, but Ultra Sword Kirby managed to block her spear from impaling him. DeDeDe swung his mallet from behind, but she vanished before the mallet could make contact.

Zan Parizanne- I'll admit, I'm not as fast as that blue hedgehog, but it seems you don't have speed like his.

Then Zan Parizanne stabbed the ground with her spear and made electricity shoot up from the ground that almost hit Ultra Sword Kirby and King DeDeDe. King DeDeDe pulled out a Gordo, swung his mallet like a baseball bat, and knocked the Gordo towards Zan. Zan Partizanne blocked with her spear, but then Ultra Sword Kirby struck from the side and knocked Zan Partizanne to the ground.

Zan Partizanne- No…I will not fail Lord Hyness a second time! I have to succeed in helping him fulfil his goal!

Ultra Sword Kirby- Why are you and your sisters even doing this? Trying to revive his dangerous god?

Zan Partizanne- My sisters and I owe Lord Hyness our lives. Francisca almost froze to death, Flamberge nearly burnt in an inferno, and I attempted to commit suicide by getting struck by lightning. Before our lives could be taken, Lord Hyness saved each of us from dying and at the same time unlocked our hidden potential for certain traits of elemental magic. Which is why we are willing to give our lives for Lord Hyness. And we will help him redeem his clan's honor that was destroyed so long ago.

Then Zan Parizanne made that metal wheel with the three drums appear again as she flew up just above Ultra Sword Kirby and DeDeDe.

Zan Partizanne- Now…TAKE THIS!

Zan Partizanne fired her electric spear like an arrow with her wheel as the bow. However, it landed between Ultra Sword Kirby and DeDeDe.

King DeDeDe- Hey! You missed!

Zan Partizanne- Oh…but the fun is just beginning there, fatty…

Then a huge stream of electricity was launched from those three drums and they struck the lightning spear. Then Ultra Sword Kirby and King DeDeDe noticed sparks coming from most of the floor and realized that it was about to be electrified. Ultra Sword Kirby floated to try and avoid the shock, while DeDeDe grabbed hold of Ultra Sword Kirby's foot and attempted to hold until the electricity stopped shocking the floor. But while Zan Partizanne was distracted, Bowser jumped up and whacked his tail with her. Zan Partizanne crashed to the ground, but Racoon Mario swatted a flaming swing of Marco's sword and knocked her across the room before she could get back up. As she struggled to get back up, King DeDeDe landed on her. As she was cringing in pain, King DeDeDe tossed Zan Partizanne into the air where Ultra Sword Kirby could swing his giant sword and smack her against the bottom of the stairs.

Zan Partizanne- Help…Hy…ness…

Zan Partizanne passed out and everyone's attention turned towards this mysterious mage in the white robe trying to reassemble the Jamba Hearts. As soon as he heard Zan Partizanne call out, he turned around to face Racoon Mario, Ultra Sword Kirby, Bowser, and King DeDeDe.

Mysterious mage- Juh? What is this…interference?
