Legend of the Sun God

Thank you for reading chapter 1. I guess if you're here it means you enjoyed the first chapter. It was on the shorter side because I wanted to experiment with a few things. The next few chapters will be around 10k words each at least. I wanted to get most of the baby stuff out of the way though, and tbh didn't want to send Ghislaine out. I just can't see her settling down with Paul and Zenith accepting it. Without her marrying Paul there's no reason to stay. So she will move on and so will our boy Leighton.

A/N: Was thinking about adding Divine axe Rhitta to the story but what do you think? I have a perfect plan of how to introduce the axe to Leighton.

A/N: For those confused how Leighton figured out Rudeus is a reincarnation, it's simple. He's not an idiot and neither is Rudeus. A good way of thinking about it is going to the beach for the first time. Most people when they go to the beach for the first time will show signs of great curiosity and usually marvel at the littlest things. Rudy is skipping all of that and just sprinting to the ocean like he's been there before. (I hope that analogy makes sense.) Anyways enjoy the chapter.

Disclaimer, I own nothing, nothing at all

Chapter 2: Progression In Another World

A year and a half has passed since I've been reincarnated and I haven't made any progress. The problem is I can't read. To be fair neither can Rudy. So we are kind of at a stalemate. Although we both do talk to each other about our excitement and magic. If I wasn't sure that Rudy knows I'm a reincarnation before I sure am now. The way Rudy talks to me is straight forward. He doesn't give me any of that child act. I'm certain Rudy was mature in his old life. Though to be honest I don't actually care about learning about his old life. I might be a little interested in his wisdom but that's it.

6 months later

After asking Paul and Zenith to read to us every night for the past half year we've more or less learned basic reading skills. With that the following day Rudy and I went to the chest where the books were kept. With a little bit of teamwork of me holding the chest open and Rudy jumping in we managed to open it with no effort. Rudy came out with a book that read 'Magic Manual.'

"Can you believe it Lei, it's finally time to imagine how cool we're gonna be." Rudy shouted practically bursting with excitement. I could understand his excitement because I was just about as ecstatic.

"Yeah, let's get to reading Rudy." With that we nodded at each other and Rudy turned the page.

After a few days of learning magic theory we finally decided to try it out ourselves.

"So we just have to say the incantation?" I questioned still a little confused if it was that easy.

"Seems like it. I guess I'll go first" Rudy replied nonchalantly

"Bestow the protection of water on the place thee demandest, let thine crystal clear flow here, WATER BALL" As Rudy finished the chant sure enough mana collected in his hands before forming a perfectly round ball of water. Our faces lit up as we saw it worked. The waterball fell straight to the ground but we didnt care. Rudy casted magic. His first time casting and it worked. It caused celebration in our books. But now it was my turn. I repeated exactly what I read in the book.

"Bestow the protection of water on the place thee demandest, let thine crystal clear flow here, WATER BALL." Sure enough after completing the chant a waterball formed. I tried to keep my focus and launch it out of the window but it fell lifelessly to the ground just like its predecessor. That didn't get in the way of our little victory dance. After trying it a few more times we realized we ran out of mana fast and decided to call it a day. Although before I could walk away I saw Rudeus trying to do something. He was focused solely on his hand and wasn't saying anything. All of a sudden I saw mana gather to his hands a water ball formed and it too fell to the ground. I was completely surprised by what I saw.

"Did you just skip the incantation?"

"Yea uh.. I guess I.. did." Needless to say we were both shocked and I decided to try it for myself. After attempting to do it for a good 20 minutes I realized I might not be as gifted as my older brother. Though I decided not to give up. Skipping the incantation seemed to only bear positive results and I'd be damned If I let my brother leave me in the dust.

1 month later

This whole month was spent trying to use the water ball repeatedly until our mana reserves ran out and we realized that the book was lying to us. Mana isn't determined by birth, it's determined by that grind. It was around two weeks ago where I finally learned wordless incantations. A hard grind indeed. I pushed myself to exhaustion several times but it was all worth it in the end. Not to mention we also learned how to actually fire the spells. We had been trying to set a distance before a size when we should have been doing just the opposite. Now we know and to say we both felt unstoppable is a huge understatement. We felt like we could take the whole world.

"Lei, I think we should move up to intermediate magic now. Afterall we pretty much got this stuff down."

With how much time Rudy and I spent together we truly became brothers. I'm not gonna lie. I found myself caring deeply for him and even decided I'd take a bullet for him, or whatever the hell the magic equivalent for that would be. That being said I know if I wasn't ready to move on Rudy would also wait. He understands I'm younger than him both physically and mentally. He seems to have taken up the role of the supportive older brother who will protect his kid brother by any means. Now I wonder if he had a little brother of his own in his past life.

"If you feel like we're ready Rudy then I'm all for it." I replied.

At this time I am 2 years and 7 months old. Rudy is a little under 2 years and 9 months old. I'm sure for our age to be going up to intermediate magic already must be unheard of. I'm sure Rudy must have figured it out as well. Ever since I started spending a lot of time with him his confidence seems to have risen most likely due to my praise of his genius. Reincarnation or not, Rudy is smart. Smarter than me without a doubt and that's saying something considering I was at the top of my class in my old life.

"Yes, let's do it then Lei. Imagine if we can reach saint class by the age of 5, I bet we can probably even reach King class." Rudy's confidence was radiating off of him as his face held a shit eating grin.

"I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself Rudy, but yeah it would be nice to go up a little higher in the ranks."

"Trust me little brother we're gonna be the strongest duo this world has ever seen. And if you stick with me I'll make sure you get some ladies for yourself." Rudy exclaimed with a pervy smile.

I couldn't help but genuinely smile at his words. Even if they were a little inappropriate, who cares. That's his way of expressing affection. I guess my animal-like features struck a chord in Rudy cause he decided to pet my ears and I didn't quite know what to do about that. I simply let him do it cause it did kind of feel nice.

After giving him around 10 minutes to get that out of his system we walked the halls as he began to read the incantation. As he did a MASSIVE amount of water began to form in his hands.

"RUDY?" I shouted.

Rudy simply continued reading until he was done. Only then did he realize what he had created. A ball of water way taller than a door and wider than two windows floated in front of his hand. I feared what would happen next as I knew there was no good outcome regardless of what he did. Unfortunately for us he decided to blast it at the walk and the result? Destruction.

"AAHHHHH WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!" I rightfully questioned.

"I DUNNO I DIDN"T KNOW I WAS SO DAMN AWESOME LEI SORRY." Rudy was shaking but he still had a bit of a smile on his face. I honestly don't know if I should be proud of that power display or mad because I know we'll be blamed for it. I decided to go with the former and would just bear the grunt of the punishment with him.

"RUDY, LEI ARE YOU BOTH OKAY?"

"YOUNG MASTERS WHAT HAPPENED?

"What the hell happened here could it be a monster attack?

Zenith, Lilia, and Paul quickly made their appearance. It seems Lilia and Zenith were cooking beforehand and Paul was training. Zenith reached down and cupped her sons face before pulling him into a very loving embrace.

"Rudy what happened here, who did this?"

Rudy remained speechless, afraid of the punishment. I can't blame him. But If we dont tell them what happened and they figure it out themselves it's gonna be worse for us so I decided to speak up.

"Father, Lady Zenith, Lilia, well you see Rudy and I were practicing intermediate magic and well we didn't know it would be so strong. But don't blame Rudy If I hadn't expressed my wanting to move onto Intermediate magic Rudy would have never made this mistake."

I lied of course I didn't want my brother to get into any trouble whatsoever. I even threw in a few fake tears and sobs to make it more believable and so they would go a little lighter on myself. However the reaction was not what I expected. Instead of getting scolded I was met with surprised looks from the 3 adults and a light smile from Rudy.

"You're telling me Rudy casted Intermediate magic Lei?" Zenith asked with a face somewhere between cheeky and evil. It gave me shivers and instead of answering with words I ran behind my brother, my bravado gone and nodded. I tried to save but now it was time to throw him to the wolves. Sorry Rudy, it's survival of the fittest out here the world's harsh man. I was met with a look of slight annoyance from Rudy.

"OH DEAR DO YOU HEAR THAT THIS IS WONDERFUL OUR BOYS ARE COMPLETE GENIUSES OHHHH WE NEED TO GO AHEAD AND HIRE A MAGIC TUTOR NOW." Zenith was bursting to the brim with excitement.

"Now hold on a minute Zenith I'm sure we agreed that if Rudeus was a boy we'd teach him swordsmanship." Paul asserted.

"That was before we found out that he's a magical genius dear." Zenith replied.

"That changes nothing, deals a deal you can't just go back on like you never made it. As for Lei, the promise I made to Ghislaine was that I'd let him follow his own path but Rudy's path has been decided at birth and we're sticking to it."

"SO YOUR NOT GONNA LET YOUR OWN CHILDREN MAKE THEIR OWN CHOICES ARE YOU SERIOUS?"

Yea the fight was starting to seem like it was gonna get real ugly. I felt very uncomfortable there and since I was still clinging to Rudeus I could tell he was just as uncomfortable if not more considering these are his biological parents it makes sense.

"Um mother, father can you gu-"

"STAY OUT OF THIS RUDEUS." Both Paul and Zenith shot at Rudy before he could even finish his sentence. Poor kid.

"PAUL YOU'RE SUCH A DAMN DEADBEAT I'M SURPRISED YOU DIDN'T LEAVE GHISLAINE TO ROT AFTER YOU FOUND OUT SHE WAS PREGNANT CONSIDERING YOUR PAST."

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ZENITH I WOULD NEVER LEAVE ANY OF MY CHILDREN ARE YOU STILL MAD ABOUT THAT WHOLE SITUATION WITH GHISLAINE I TOLD YOU IT WAS AN ACCIDENT."

Yup this definitely wasn't gonna end well.

"ACCIDENT? THAT'S WHY YOU MAGICALLY SLIPPED AND GOT HER INTO BED WHILE YOUR WIFE WAS PREGNANT RIGHT, YOU KNEW DAMN WELL SHE WAS IN HEAT AND YET YOU STILL TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER YOUR A DAMN PIG."

Starting to see just how accidental my birth was now…

"I MADE A MISTAKE AND I'VE APOLOGIZED TO YOU A HUNDRED TIMES IT WAS AN ACCIDENT I REGRET IT TOO THIS DAY AND NOTHING GOOD HAS COME FROM IT."

Ouch yeah that one hurt.

"Master, Lady, you forget your children are listening to your every word." Lilia pointed out after not speaking for a while.

The look of realization on their faces was all it took for us to understand they forgot why they even started arguing in the first place.

"Lei you know I didn't mean that. You know daddy loves you very much and nothing in the world makes me happier than you and Rudy." Paul tried apologizing but to be honest the damage had already been done. I mean how do you react when your parents just told you that you're an accident they regret. Happened in my previous life as well. The difference is even if Paul is cheating scum he's way better than my father in the other world was.

"It's fine father. I'm fine." I said that but it was clear to everyone that I wasn't due to the tears rolling down my cheeks and the clear cracking in my voice. Paul embraced me and continued apologizing while Zenith joined in on the embrace and also tried to apologize.

"I have an idea that can fix your dilemma. Why don't you have the tutor teach them magic in the morning and have them learn swordsmanship in the afternoon." Lilia suggested.

Paul looked down and thought before turning to Zenith who nodded. With that it was set. Rudy and I would be learning magic under a tutor. Though their words still hurt.

The entire family went to have dinner together and it was silent. I had gotten better. I wasn't crying anymore but I was still visibly upset. Rudy looked worried about me but decided to stay quiet. I'm guessing he didn't know what to say. Zenith tried to break the silence.

"So… are you boys excited to learn magic?"

"I'm done eating." I said and left the table. I returned to the room Rudy and I shared and fell asleep quickly. I wanted to let this sadness boil overnight.

5 months later

Paul and Zenith had finally found a teacher willing to teach us. Apparently there weren't many around where we lived. So we had to wait until someone was available. I turned 3 a couple of days ago but nobody cares. Yearly birthdays aren't celebrated in this world, instead a birthday is celebrated every 5 years. So basically when you're 5, 10, and 15 which is the age you're considered an adult. In the time it took us to find a new tutor I started training in swordsmanship with Paul, Rudy however seemed more interested in magic for the time being. Paul allowed it as after the fight with Zenith he learned he has to give his kids a little more freedom.

To be honest I already knew I was an accident from birth so it didn't actually hurt much long after. The sorrow lasted about 3 days but after that everything seemed fine. That's when Paul asked us if we wanted to learn the sword yet. Rudy declined and I accepted. Since then Paul has been teaching me the basics in 3 different styles of swordsmanship: Sword God Style, North God style, and Water God style. After about 5 months of training in the styles I'm about intermediate in Sword God Style but still an amateur at the others. Must be because I'm only 3. Paul said it would probably take me a few years before I even reached advanced, which I'm not surprised by considering Paul is only advanced in all 3. Paul has told me the stories of how my mother is a Sword King and is among the top 10 strongest swordsmen and swordswomen in the world. I'm truly lucky to have such an amazing mother. Honestly I don't know what it is but I just feel so much stronger in the sun. It gives me a warm feeling unlike when I'm in the house. It's probably something I've inherited from my mother with how amazing she is.

Finally a couple days after reaching Intermediate rank in Sword God Style, our tutor finally arrived. It was a pretty normal day when we heard a knock at the door.

Paul was holding me and Zenith was holding Rudy. They opened the door and in front of us stood a girl with long blue hair and blue eyes with a witches hat. She looked about 14 years in age which threw me off guard and looked at Rudeus… Well let's just say he has taken this new arrival a bit more seriously and activated his scouter. I wouldn't be surprised if he calculated all of her measurements already and knew the color of her panties by now.

"Good day my name is Roxy Migurdia, the tutor you hire-"

"SHE'S SO TINY." Rudy shouted.

"Look who's talking pipsqueak." Roxy clapped back.

By the look in Rudy's eyes I could tell he's enjoying every second of this.

"So then where are these two genius students?" Roxy questioned getting more serious.

"Right here." Zenith said, grabbing my hand and holding it up as Rudy did the same all on his own.

"Yup you love to see it. Two idiot parents believing their kid is some kind of genius and hiring a tutor to waste everyone's time." Roxy said under her breath.

"What was that?" Zenith questioned with the look of a serial killer.

"Oh uh nothing I mean it's just. I don't think these two toddlers could grasp the concept of magic theory.

Little does she know we've known about magic theory for around a year now.

"But if you insist we will begin." Roxy said, sighing. She then moved a bit further into the yard and called us over which we obeyed.

"So what do you want us to do Miss?" Rudy questioned. Just listen while I explain magic theory for now. That's pretty much all you gotta do for now.

We then spent the next 3 hours listening to stuff we already know about. After she was done explaining, she began the incantation for waterball and fired it at a tree. The tree snapped in half and fell. Roxy lazily turned around with a lazy expression on her face. That expression disappeared fast when Rudy spoke up.

"Um, Miss, that's my mothers tree. She's been raising it for a while now and she's gonna be mad if she sees that it's been broken."

Roxy quickly panicked and ran to the tree pulling it back to where it had been split and casting healing magic on it. Gotta say it was pretty impressive. I would have never thought she possessed that much physical strength with such a little body but shows what I know about otherworldly physics I guess.

Right now you both try that water spell.

"Rudy." I said.

"Yeah Lei?" he replied.

"Time to flex our god-like abilities." I said with a confident smirk.

"I was gonna do that anyways." Rudy laughed.

"What are you two laughing about?" Roxy questioned.

"You'll see just why our parents call us geniuses." Rudy replied with a shit eating grin.

We then both proceeded to launch our wordless magic at the same time. Much to Roxy's surprise.

"Did.. did you ju-"

"Yeah we did." Rudy cut her off.

I nodded and smiled.

"It seems like training you both will be worthwhile afterall." Roxy said looking like she has the worst hangover in her life.

1 year later

A whole year has passed and we have progressed greatly. Every chance Rudy would get he would use dating sim pickup lines on her and for some reason they were super effective. It was actually pretty funny to watch. I however was considered cute by Roxy for simply existing. Sometimes we would be training and I'd ask her a question or express a bit of frustration at my slow improvement and would end up hugging me and calling the cutest thing to ever walk the realm. During this year we mostly spent time learning history and other things from Roxy like math and more advanced vocabulary. We did light magic practices which got us to advanced magic level. During that time I had also trained with Paul and have moved up to Intermediate in all sword styles.

With time to myself in the sun I confirmed my suspicions. I'm definitely stronger during the day. Like way stronger during the day. Not magic wise but physically. My magic doesn't seem to get buffed but my physical strength and sword skills are greatly enhanced. Paul even fears what I'll be able to do at just the age of 10. He said with enough hard work I could probably be a sword saint in all 3 styles by then. Of course this buff only seems to work in the sun so whenever the sun goes down I seem to go down about a rank. I'd say at night I'm still intermediate at sword god but in the others i'm beginner. The year has taught me a lot though and I look forward to seeing what my future holds for me. I'm sure it will be a blast.

Rudeus also started training with us in swordplay. He's still a beginner in all 3 but that's normal. Seems his magical genius didn't carry over to swordplay. I can't say I'm surprised. Rudy had always seemed to avoid it and only after some persuasion from Roxy did he even think to pick up a sword.

I learned that I can also fight using my own advantages. Being a half beast makes it quite easy to move on all fours. Paul said he can't help me incorporate it too much into my sword play but my mother would be able to help me no problem and If I wanted to improve in that regard I should try to train with her. I honestly look forward to seeing her again.

A few months later

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUDEUS." Roxy and Zenith shouted.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUDY" Paul and I exclaimed.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOUNG MASTER RUDY." Lilia bowed.

"Thank you everyone, it means so much to me." Rudy said with a genuine smile.

"5 years old already huh Rudy? Seems like my boys are getting big. Make sure you bring your dad some girlfriends to meet." Paul joked

"Why of course father you know me so well. Only the best ladies will be presentable for a man as honorable as you." Rudy cracked back.

Everyone exploded into laughter. It was all around a good time. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Makes me envious of how my own 5th birthday will be.

"Here you go son." Paul said, handing his first born a sword.

"Ah.. um thanks dad." Rudeus awkwardly accepted.

"That swords a bit big for you but soon you will grow into it. One day you'll have your own wife and kids. You're gonna need a real weapon to protect them. Magic is cool but it's far from reliable, you know, it sucks in close quarters and that can be the difference between life and death." Paul explained.

"Uh huh yea uh thanks." Rudy replied bored.

"Rudy, look what I got you. A new book." Zenith exclaimed.

"AHHHH YES THANK YOU SO MUCH MOTHER." Rudy shouted in joy.

"Damn mages and their damn magical toys." Paul whispered under his breath causing everyone to erupt into laughter. Even the usually stoic Lilia partook in the laughter. It was truly a great night.

"I have a gift for you as well, Rudeus. I also have a gift for you Lei. I won't be here for your birthday so I might as well give it to you now. It's quite the overdue gift as it is." Roxy slipped in.

"MAGIC WANDS." Rudy and I both exclaimed with childlike wonder.

"Customarily a master is supposed to give their apprentice these wands after they master beginner magic but since you both already knew it when I arrived I completely forgot to." Roxy explained.

"Don't worry Master. I love it, thank you so much." Rudy announced while tearing up.

I nodded and gave a warm smile as usual.

"It seems I have little left to teach you both. That is why I won't be here much longer. You both have mastered advanced magic and now the next step is Saint class magic. Tomorrow will be your graduation where you will use Saint Class magic." Roxy announced in a low tone though it was loud enough for everyone to hear.

"I see." I replied with a look of pure sadness apparent on my face. Over the last year I have grown close to Roxy. She was like a big sister to us. Having to see her go was going to be painful, that's for sure. Though I know in the end Rudy and I will survive. We are both strong and we both have a goal. To be the strongest damn duo this world has ever seen.

The rest of the night was spent between Rudy and I. We were laying on our bed just talking.

"Rudy, I think we should set short term goals for ourselves first before the one big goal we have." I whispered hoping not to wake up our sleeping guest and maid and sexually engaged mother and father.

"Yeah I think you're right Lei. It will help us tunnel on something more attainable before running the full marathon to the top." Rudy responded also in a whisper.

"Glad we're on the same page Rudy. I think I want my goal to be to become a sword saint in all sword styles by age 10 and also learn wordless healing magic.

"Wow you must have thought pretty hard about this." Honestly I don't think I'll ever be good with a sword so I'm not gonna prioritize that. I'm gonna focus on becoming a King class mage by age 10, and learn wordless healing magic."

"You copied my last part."

"No you just said it first cat boy."

"Hey who the hell are you calling cat boy you little pervert?"

"Uh wha-... nevermind goodnight Lei."

"Yup that's what I thought. Good night Rudy."

—-

The next day came around and by the time I woke up Rudy was already gone. I quickly got up and went downstairs only to see the whole family standing outside encouraging Rudy that riding the horse wouldn't be as bad as he thinks it's gonna be.

For the first time since I've met Rudy I he has an expression that I've never seen him wear. Fear. Since my brother was scared I decided to do what I thought would make him happy.

"Rudy." I said getting the attention of everyone.

"If it will make you feel better you can pat my head the whole way there. I usually wouldn't let you do something so embarrassing but I know it calms you. So feel free." I informed him. Rudy's eyes lit up a little and he went from a surprised look to a slight smile, so slight you almost couldn't see it.

"Thanks little bro." Rudy whispered just barely loud enough for me to hear.

I smiled and whispered back "That's what brothers are for."

"Alright you two trouble makers, It's time to roll on out." Roxy announced with a small giggle.

Rudy's hands were shaking as he was put up in front of Roxy and me in front of him.

He instantly decided to calm himself down by patting my ears and my head.

As I've grown older my hair has grown as well. It's no longer the short hair it used to be. It now falls around the middle of my back after I refused to trim it. Rudy doesn't seem to mind. Which is good cause I wasn't cutting it just cause he didn't like it. He's my brother not my damn boyfriend. I'm a very straight young boy. Thank you very much.

The horse started moving and as we went Roxy would whisper sweet words to cheer Rudy up while I would do the same. Eventually Rudy calmed down and even started greeting random people. This made me really happy. I hate to see a smart guy like Rudy so upset so once he calmed down it calmed me down as well.

Once Rudy was calm the rest of the trip was smooth sailing. When we finally arrived Roxy helped Rudy down and I jumped off by myself. The power the sun granted was exhilarating and I'm not gonna lie I would feel kind of disrespected If I was to be helped by Roxy in such a manner. In my eyes Roxy is weaker than me so why should I need her help. Even If she is stronger than me in magic there is no way she would win in a 1on1 fight with me without wordless magic. No, I'd mop the floor with her. Even if she is 11x my age. Strange. I never used to feel this prideful. What's going on with me? Question for later.

"Alright now I'm going to demonstrate the saint class magic Cumulonimbus, stand back and pay attention because I'm only going to it once." Roxy started with unusual authority. For some reason her tone made me a little angry but I repressed it.

"Roger." Rudy and I both said like soldiers preparing for war.

Roxy started the chant.

"Grand spirit of water and imperial prince of lightning who ascends the heavens, grant my wish and bring about a savage blessing. Display your might to insignificant beings. Strike awe with a blow of your divine hammer on the anvil, and cover the land in water! Ah, Rain! Sweep all else away and expel everything! Cumulonimbus!"

With that a huge amount of rain and thunder swarmed the area and devastated the earth. Poor horse-san. Once everything cleared up the ground was nothing like it used to be. It went from plains to marshes in a few seconds. Needless to say It excited Rudy and I knowing we would be able to cast magic on that scale in just a few short minutes.

"I'll go first. I said knowing Rudy would just try his best to outdo both of us and I'd rather he boosted his confidence right now. It was inevitable but I know for sure I will be the stronger brother. Don't get me wrong Rudy is amazing and definitely way better than me at magic but…..His swordplay is laughable at best.

I stepped forward this time Roxy decided to provide shelter to poor little horse-san.

I decided to make mine bigger than Roxy's though at the start I had a little trouble gathering the clouds so in the end mine was just about the same size. Told you I'm not good at this magic thing.

"That little storm felt like a mere breeze to me." Rudy said with a yawn. I rolled my eyes at him and smirked.

"Actions speak louder than words." I shrugged.

"Say no more." Rudy said, walking forward with a huge smirk.

Immediately the clouds started to form and gather around us.

"NO WAY, HE DIDN'T EVEN USE AN INCANTATION?" Roxy voiced her disbelief.

Rudy waved his wand a few times doing elegant twists and turns as a stormy hell swallowed the plains. When all was said and done every bit of the plains was flooded. His storm was about the size of mine and half of Roxy's storms combined. It was huge but beautiful. I realized that moment. My brother would be the greatest mage of all time. Mark my words.

The Next day

Roxy had decided to leave today. Paul, Zenith and even Lilia had tried to convince Roxy to stay much like they did for my mother but inevitably she has realized that she has to improve a lot more if a 4 and 5 year old have already greatly surpassed her level of strength.

"Rudeus, Leighton, I am certain you too will go on to become very very strong not only mages but people as a whole. You have done something that 99.999% of this world's population would find impossible to do. You both are truly one in a hundred million. Rudeus with your skills in magic that surpass that of even your brother I would be surprised If you don't reach the rank of God class. Perhaps you might even become the strongest mage to ever exist. Leighton. You have amazing magical abilities that if you were compared to anyone beside your brother you would be the best around year for year. Not to mention with your sword skills growing as well as your body and physical abilities I have no doubt you will be one of the strongest beings in the world and perhaps the strongest beastman to ever exist. I have done my job. Now it is time for you to continue your own training without me. I look forward to seeing how far you both come."

After Roxy's long speech to the both of us she hugged us and gave us both a little kiss on the cheek. Which caused both of us to blush profusely with how unexpected it was. Paul started dying of laughter and all the ladies around us giggled.

"Well then farewell everyone." Roxy said with a big smile as she walked away.

Rudy and I both ran forward and looked at each other and nodded before saying

"THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING MASTER!"

Chapter End: Thank you again for reading this chapter. I feel like I did this one a bit better than my last. I enjoyed working on it and actually did this one and the last one within the same day. Not gonna lie I had fun. We still need ship ideas from people. So might give the story some time to gain some traction before I post the next chapter.

Random Question: Do you like the concept of buffed characters matching the power level of the new mc? Just a question may or may not affect the story :v
