Part 9 - Issues and Uley's

As they then went outside to sit around the bonfire place outside of the house, Bella and Charlie sat down near the fireplace, and sat talking amongst themselves, when a car came screeching halt and out came a person, that Charlie recognised, and stood up and went over to the person, and she too heard him;

"Charlie, I am sorry to take from what you are doing, but there is a serious issue going on at your house."

"What kind of issue, Mitch?" Mitch sighed, then said

"Your alarm went off and the company sent for us, when they saw on the cameras of what was going on, caused them to call for us to go over. And when we got there, the little worm was in your daugther's room, rolling around on her bed, with some her what we think is her undergarments."

Mitch was rather red of embarrassment, while Charlie was red for he was angry now, and Bella was pale of hearing this, and said

"Do you know w-who this boy is, and why?"

"He hasn't said of why, but it is Edward Cullen that broke into your house, and did those things to your well private clothes, Bella."

Bella was pale but also rather green, and Charlie knowing her, pulled her hair back and she bent over after turning around into a bush, and threw violently up there, and Mitch winched of the sounds, as she was also crying, as soon she was done, and Charlie just held her in his arms, and said

"Is he arrested that boy yet?"

"Yes for as soon we found him, we surprised him by opening the bedroom door as it was unlocked, and while he tried to get away and out the same way he came in by, he was rather over-rumpled by us, 5 men ontop of him, and he was handcuffed and foot-cuffed, while swearing his head off, that Bella is MINE, and she will LOVE me and all that jazz. He is down at the station, and we haven't called his parents yet to come either. We all felt you two needed to know, so I flew down here as you saw and heard me coming."

"Yes, we did, and thank you. So he awaits me coming to his room then?"

"Yep, chief, he doesnt know that it will be you to interview him, nor that we haven't even called his parents down there either for him."
Bella nodded, and said

"Daddy, you go, and be careful, but also keep updated, I will stay for the night." Making him nod, and said

"OK, but you stay with the Uley's ok, and I will call you when I know. I promise."

Bella nodded, and the two shared a quick, but emotional hug at this, then he went with Mitch, and Josh had only heard the screeching car coming, but nothing of what had gone on, none of the others had, and he said

"Bell, you OK?" She turned and flung into his arms, whilst crying, and he just held her there for moment of need of hers, then she told him everything, and he was shocked but also angered of what this boy had screamed off and what he felt was his right to pilifer through her stuff like that.

"While he is gone to that, where are you going to stay now?"

"Well if it is ok with you and Ali, I would love to stay at your place for the night, as I don't feel I can go back there. Not yet at least."

"Of course you can, sweetheart, you rather want to stay with us than at the Black's, as I know the issues of Jacob is like. Charlie couldnt help himself to tell us others."

Bella nodded, and relieved, as Ali came over to see the two talking to each other about something, so she came over and said

"Everything ok, who was it that came that screeching halt, and where is Charlie?"

Josh told her everything, and her eyes were wide, then said

"Of course you can stay with us, sweetie. And your dad?"

"He will keep me updated to what is going on, but he will probably come too, and stay with us or one of the others too, as the house is now a crime scene afterall."

Alison nodded, and then pulled the young, rather shaken girl into her warm arms, and held her for a moment or two, just to give her some warmth, and then took her back inside to make her a hot chocolate, for the shock was wearing off rather quickly, and Josh smiled at the two's backs and went back over to the fire, and most of them wondered what was that all about, and Bella gave him a nod from the window, telling him he could tell them if he liked for her and Charlie's sake.

Old Quil said

"What is going on, where did Charlie go, and who came? Where is Bella?" Josh sighed then told them everything, most of them were shocked of the event that taken place, and when Bella and Alison came back out, Sue said

"Oh sweetheart, are you alright?"

"No, I am disgusted by that asshole of an ex of mine, to think I still belong to him and all that fuckery. I am pissed off too."

Most of them were shocked she actually swore, but also what she said, as Old Quil said

"Edward Cullen did this to you?!" Bella gave the eldery man a nod, and he nodded too, and looked rather angry at this point too. Jacob was shocked to hear this part, as he did not know who she had actually dated, and had her heart broken, for Charlie had refused to tell him or his father any of this at all. Alison just wrapped an easy arm around her, and held her to her own side, and Sam sat by them, and he too was furious for the Swan's pain in all this. He placed a gentle hand on Bella's knee, and she gave him a shy smile, which he responded back with his own smile.

Josh gave the two a knowing smile, but said nothing either, as it was their business not theirs to know if it leads to something or not. Either way, Bella had a friend in their son, and that was alot better than nothing at all really. After an hour or so, her phone pinged and she took it up and looked at it, and it said

"Bells, I will come and join you at the Uley's to stay for the night, tomorrow we will be able to go in and gather some of our stuff, as we need to stay away for the time being. But I will say, it is bad, baby-girl, really bad. I will tell you in the morning when we are both awake, sweetie. I love you, Dad."
Bella smiled at the end of it, but had a deep frown soon after, and Josh noticed and asked if he could see it, and she gave him her phone, and read it, and he nodded, and said

"Write back to him, to tell him that you are both welcomed to stay for the time being, for as long you both need it, Bell. It is more than ok for us."

Sam nodded at this too, and Bella wrote back to her dad, then also added her own love you daddy, sleep tight when you get to the Uley's too. And to tell his officers a big thank you for being so quick to take that asshole down like they did. And Charlie wrote back, I will, see you in the morning. Bella nodded at this, as Alison and Josh could see the tired look, and shared a look between themselves, and then Josh said

"Bella, lets get you home, you are tired arent you?" Bella nodded, and stood up, and he took her up in his arms, and with that Alison and Sam also followed to their home, as the bonfire was over with anyways, and Josh promised to tell anything to Old Quil, as he was the Eldest of Elders here in the tribe, and he deserved to know first, as Bella was family to himself, Joy and Quil Jr afterall.

So after a little walk, they arrived at their own house, and Josh lead Bella to a room next to Sam's, and told her that was her room for now, and she thanked them all, then she was left alone, and she took out her backpack where she had some clothes with her, as backup plans if they were stay for another reasons down here at the rez, other than this one.

Sam stood in the doorway, and said

"Goodnight, Bella, sleep well."

"Oh you too, Sam. And do you work yet?"
"I do actually, I work with your dad on and off at the station, this weekend is my off time, I will go back on monday to friday next week as usual."

"Oh wow, that is really cool." Making him smile, and she smiled back softly, then he left her alone, and she got into her pjs and got herself into the bed, and fell rather quickly asleep after that.
