Janeway wakes to find herself covered in someone's blood, with no knowledge of how it got there. with the help of Tom they try to find out what happened that night, but has time already run out?

Chakotay must survive for twenty four hours in a Minecraft inspired dimension. If chakotay dies in the game then he'll perish in the real world. Q promises to allow them to play the game fairly,does that sound likely?
