So if you guys couldn't tell from the last time which you should know, hell you didn't even need to read this story, Chara never killed nor did she ever have intentions on killing the monsters that's what Frisk did. Chara was treated as a scape goat, a way for players to say that they never killed the monsters even though they did, I better not see comments saying Chara killed the monsters, anyways back to the story.
Act 1
Chp. 3
Dream catchers Pt. 1
An hour has passed since Frisk had that encounter with Chara, Frisk had never seen anyone that mad before, but he understood why, he killed her friends and her family, who wouldn't be upset. Frisk was laying on the couch trying to regain control of his brain, he never got to say sorry to her at all, but at that point sorry wasn't going to be enough to make Chara feel better around him. Also, what the hell did she mean by "I'll always be in your head." Frisk had no idea what Chara meant by that, and what world was he just in. It wasn't the void, if it was it would've been darker, a dream? their was a possibility it was all a dream, but the stabbings felt to real to be a dream, another world? that would make sense for the stabbing, and being thrown across the room.
Flowey said to him during their talk about her that Chara that she was a pleasant person to be around, she may have shown that she wasn't the perfect kid and was always causing mischief for them, but even Asriel knew she came from a troubled home. Despite Toriel and Asgore and even Chara trying to hide it, Asriel saw through it, when she first tell into the underground Asriel saw that her face had multiple bruises and a disfigured arm, whilst that could be chalked up as her falling down, Asriel believed that some one had hurt her to much. His believe turned into a fact when he saw her behavior, crying at random times druing that night, flinching at the sight of someone raising their hand to her, how quick it was for her to be angry, and let's not forget, self harm. Chara had hurt herself in so many ways, from cutting herself, from attempting to set herself on fire, eating soap, ramming her head into a wall, drowning herself, you name it she probably tried to do it. Hearing from what Flowey said about what Chara did made him feel sick, how evil, or how bad is their brain, can somebody be, to harm such an innocent child, Frisk understood what it must felt like. Even though he didn't to through any abuse, he meet other orphans who did, From being starved because they didn't get a A on that test, to waterboarding when losing the spelling bee, being whipped by a whip with razors attached to them because you ripped your homework assignment up, choked out because they didn't like their food, and so much evil things being down to children on a daily biases. Frisk saw the same behavior from what Flowey described in the same orphans when he was their.
"Maybe if I go to sleep again she'll come back to me." Frisk thought to himself
Frisk knew it was going to be some time before he went to bed, and by some, I mean 6 hours left before he goes to bed, so in the mean time, it was time to do something else.
Frisk got up and walked to the door.
"I need some answers, and i know who can help me." Frisk said to himself
"Mom." Frisk said
"Yes Frisk?" Said Toriel from the kitchen
"I'm out tonight I'll be home later." Frisk said
"Where are you going." Said Toriel
"Just to meet Alphys, she's not that far away." Said Frisk
"Ok honey just tell us if you'll be staying the night at her place tonight ok and no doing naughty stuff with her and Undyne in bed, you're to young for that." Said Toriel
Don't worry their Will be no lemons in this story, not even crazy over the top make out sessions, I'm not doing that.
"Mooom, stop doing that, I know what I'm supposed to do and what not to do, goodbye." Frisk said as he shut the door
While it is true Alphys got permission from the government to set up a brand new research center, it was going to take some time before it was complete, it was being built from an abandoned lab used primarily for chemical weapons. Nothing bad happened, no accidents, no deaths, no meltdown either, it just got shut down by human rights activists, chalk one up for human decency. Both Alphys and Undyne were living in the big city just 30 miles away from Frisk, but thanks to a new hyper train network system, getting from here to the city took about 15 minutes. Frisk went to the nearest station, which was just a ten minute walk, and waited for a train, given on their fast speed, the next one should arrive in three minutes
"Psst hey Frisk it's me, Flowey." Flowey said behind him.
Frisked turned around
"What are you doing here?" Asked Frisk
"I just want to know where you're going." Said Flowey
"I'm going over to alphys, remember when i asked you about Chara, and you told me what she was like, well I just had a dream about her, and she said she'll always be in my head, I want to know what she meant by that." Said frisk
"Wait a minute, how could you know what see looks like, and how do you know that it wasn't just a stupid dream." Flowey asked
"I've seen the family photo album's I know what Chara looks like, and let me tell you she looks cute." Frisk said
"Ugh, gross, why dont you say that to her face." Flowey said
"Oh I already did, and she said she liked it, I must have a talent for stealing hearts." Frisk said
"Are you seriously trying to date my sister?" Flowey said
"Maybe if she wasn't dead i would consider it, but you know me, i flirt with everyone. Also did you ask me that because you want her more than me?" Frisk said
"Frisk what the well is wrong with you, no I don't want to date Chara, I'm happy with her being my sibling, not my lover. Goodbye, I'll meet you at the nerds place."
Flowey then went underground as he would wait for Frisk outside the apartments. Frisk then waited for the train.
33.2 seconds later
The train has arrived, Frisk got on broad the VIP section of the train, he usually went on the normal side of the train was, but this time he wanted to be away from other people for the time being. Another person behind him also went in with him, he was wearing a black suit with a black fedora on his head, Frisk knew who it was right away. They both got in the same both together and shut the sliding door behind them. Usually the VIP section was lively and there was normally more people on board, not this time around, their was just five other people on board the train.
Now you may be wondering, who is this mysterious person that Frisk knows, his name is Conrad, and he's from the agency, yes the agency that Chara lied about being apart of just so she could get the drop on Frisk, is the agency I'm talking about right now.
Conrad: Age 38
Gender: Male
"Conrad is an elite member of the Agency, was tasked with both espionage and sabotage of any and all dangerous groups in the state and or country, protected government officials from assassination, and given assassination targets of some of the most corrupted officials within the system, just so theirs no confusion here, I meant he takes out corruption not protects it. Has a yellow soul and has a very serious and sarcastic attitude.
"So Conrad how's life?" Asked Frisk
"Meh could be worse, I could have been tasked with taking out some of the most dangerous men in the country, but no I'm stuck protecting you, because for some reason the agency can't trust you enough with your God like powers." Said Conrad
"Nice to hear you're still doing ok for yourself." Said Frisk
"Yup, besides from protecting you i'm just doing ok for myself." Conrad said
"Hey the contract isn't so bad, it has a lot of benefits, better retirement plan, more paid time off, extra family benefits, and more importantly, and better paycheck." Frisk said
"Heh I guess your right, all that stuff is neat." Conrad said
"So hows the family?" Frisk said
"Oh just the usual, my two little angles are still a huge nightmare to deal with, and my loving wife, well, nothing bad about her still, unless of course you count her making to much food for us to eat and we end up throwing it away and she gets mad at us and tells us to not throw it away whilst also making just as much food from the night before. So all in all, just the same thing." Conrad said

As the train was halfway to its destination Conrad spoke up.
"So why are you going to Alphys place?" Conrad asked
"Let me guess, you heard what I said to that Flower." Frisk said
"Yes, yes I did, and i have something interesting to tell you about that girl." Conrad said
Conrad then pulled a up a file on his computer showing the file of a certain, "Chara Teal" from over a hundred years ago and showed it to Frisk
"Is this the girl your talking about?" Asked Conrad
"Yes that's the girl I had my dream about." Frisk said
"Ok good, now i should let you know that she has a very complex history, if you wish to know more I'll send you the details through your phone, it's up to you if you want to read it, but it will explain what her behaviour could be like should you cross her again. Now let me tell you about this, I've studied about this stuff in collage about the human soul, it's entirely possible for the spirit of a dead human to follow and interact with another human, it just needs the right soul and Determination to become attached to it." Said Conrad
"Ok, why are you bringing this up now? And how Do you know who Chara is? Said Frisk
"Because having a dream about a real life person from over a hundred years ago and her leaving a cryptic message behind is not a coincidence, she came back to this world because of you. And I know her because I had investigated into her disappearance, not right way of course, but I wanted to find out what had happened to her and why and how she disappeared, of course now I know now where she went. But anyways, you are something important, but I can't tell exactly what made her follow you and be with you, you did something to awaken her, how did you do it?" Conrad asked
"Well...

I landed onto her Grave when i first fell down into the underground, is that why she's following me?" Frisk asked
Frisk was holding some of the truth back, he knew exactly why Chara was following him, he landed on her grave, which awakened her from death, all the time he went through the underground he could hear her, granted he couldn't tell who it was at first but now he knew who it was, or at least he thinks it is was her, could've been a completely different person all together.
"Yes that would explain why she's following you, the only thing missing now is her voice, if you hear her speak inside of your head, it means that her spirit is inside of you." Said Conrad
"How are you an agent when you should be scientist like Alphys, you two would make the perfect duo, just don't ask her out she's already dating someone else" Frisk said
"Well before I was an agent, I died want to be a scientist, the person who would study the human soul, see how far it could to, and push it further. I know we as humans had lost our magical powers long ago, and I wished one day we could unlock our full potential, but the Damn bastards never wanted to do anything with my research or my knowledge, all because I don't believe in religion. And so, with no other way to pay my increasing student debt, I turned to contract killings for the Agency, from small time hits like taking out gang leaders, cultist groups, and recovering stolen assets, to major assassination killings like the assassination of Prime Minister "Ben Work" most known for his monopoly over the housing markets and forcing thousands of people out onto the street for not paying his BS mortgage rate. And the drive by shooting of "Shellie Anburg" who gained a notorious reputation for treating her workers like slaves, rigging elections, paying for laws that benefit her at the demise of everybody else. You name it I've probably put them down or had a hand in doing it. But anyways, I have extensive knowledge about the human soul, the ability to use magic, and for dead spirits to get attached to that person with the same soul as them." Conrad said
"Very interesting, also you seem very proud in you killings, but for me personally, I think that they could've changed, they were blinded by greed, if we took that away from them, then they could've become a better person." Frisk said
"Oh come on Frisk, you're always acting like this, you think that everything can be shoved by not killing people, Well news flash, some people In this world deserve nothing but death." Conrad said
"Anyways that's all the thing I have to say, I'll be taking my things somewhere else now, conversation is over, but I'll leave you this doucment here, and send you more info about Chara on your phone." Conrad said
Conrad left the booth and Frisk was alone now.
2 minutes and 34 seconds later
Frisk got off the train and began his journey towards Alphys place, which was in a very good spot in the city. Frisk passed by many humans who gave he positive feedbacks on freeing the monster, he didnt pass just humans, he meet some of the monster too, many of whom were living very happy lives right now. The city was big, home to about 500,000 people it was a very busy city, people wearing suits, taxis everywhere you go, big neon signs, loud traffic, poor people begging for food and money, Fast food chains on every block, overall a mix between utopia and dystopia.
6 minutes and 23.4 seconds later
Frisk had arrived at the ground floor of where Alphys and Undyne were living at the moment, it wasn't all that tall but it was taller than most other building around it, the place was in the middle of the city so it was very loud when trying to sleep, thankfully they both lived on the 23rd floor, away from the noise.
"Hey, did you forget me?" The Flower asked
"No of course I didn't why would I do that." Frisk said
"No you did forget I was coming here, anyways here put me in this flower pot I stole." Flowey said
"You know. Out of all the things you've done, this is the least worst of them all."
"Yeah yeah yeah, don't remind me of my mistakes." Said Flowey
Frisk put Flowey inside the pot and used some dirt from a near by flower box and went inside the building and went to the front desk employee.
"Are you here for somebody?" Asked the employee
"I'm here to see Dr. Alphys, she just moved here recently." Frisk said
"Ok let me run the name check to make sure you're not lying." The employee said.
...
"Ok name checks out you can go meet her." The employee said
"Thank you." Frisk said
Frisk got inside the elevator with Flowey and went to her floor and then to her room Frisk then buzzed Alphys room and waited for her

"He.. hello." Said a very smart yellow reptile
"Hey Dr. Alphys it's me Frisk." Frisk said
"Oh hey Frisk how's it going, why are you here?" Alphys asked
"I'm here because I wanted to see you again, that and because I have a problem that I need you to help me with." Frisk said
"Oh ok then, just let me buzz you in ok." Alphys said
Alphys buzzed the door letting Frisk
"Hey frisk how's it going?" Alphys asked
"Oh it's going fine, Toriel still doesn't like Asgore but she can at least have him in the same house, so theirs that." Frisk said
"Oh that's good at least, I hope the two can make amends with each other a fix that long burned down bridge between then." Alphys said
"Yeah I hope they can too." Frisk said
"Anyways what's wrong." Alphys said
"Well I've had this dream about the first human child that tell down her and my agent has told me that see may be in my head, can you help me try and find her?" Asked Frisk
