Chapter 2:

Hello guys, gals and non-binary pals! Thank you SO FREAKING MUCH for all the Favorites, Follows and Reviews. Like, when I posted chapter 1, I honestly didn't expect that many people to read it, let alone want it to continue. But, as I've seen support for this story flood in the last few days, I can say that this story will be completed, as short as it will be. This story was only meant to let me try writing Izuku and Rumi for a full-length romance fic I want to write later. I've come up with a Quirk for Izuku, and some basic ideas. No date on a release.

Sorry for the delay in getting this chapter out, I'm busy, have other stories I'm working on, and I literally don't go home everyday. I often sleep over at work due to bad weather or scheduling. It's weird. And, while at work, I have no internet as I'm literally in the middle of nowhere in the mountains.

Some quick info about this story: Izuku & his classmates are ~27y/o, Rumi is 31(de-aged from canon). All Might is gone, All for One & Shigaraki are in Tartarus, and Izuku, Bakugo and Todoroki are the top three, Hero Rankings below.

Also, I don't read the manga, but I know some big plot points that happened because people on the internet like to spoil things. However, I will be avoiding ALL manga spoilers or speculations in this story. Just roll with the story. Don't think too hard about it.

Hero Rankings:

#1 Deku (Izuku)

#2 Tsar Bomba (Katsuki)

#3 Shoto (Shoto)

#4 Miruko

#5 Edgeshot

#6 Crust

#7 Kamui Woods

#8 Ryukyu

#9 Nejire Chan

#10 Mt. Lady

#15 Suneater

Chapter 2:

Izuku never understood how he got himself into the situations he often got himself in. Being attacked by a slime villain? A random turn of events. Fighting the Hero Killer? Again, it just happened. Catching a tour bus full of attractive Korean hero fangirls? Random, but at least a lot of them were cute. But this? Izuku legitimately had no idea how he got into this situation.

He was working at his desk in his home office when Mina, Uraraka and Toru just waltzed right in carrying large shopping bags. Which was odd, because he was the Number One hero and his house had a plethora of redundant— and sometimes wacky— security measures and defenses created by not only Mei, but also Melissa Shield.

So when the three pro heroines just casually walked into his apartment without warning— and without asking him first—, he understandably had some questions.

"W-what? Mina? Uraraka? And is that you, Toru? What are you doing in my house?"

"Heyo~ Midori!" Mina greeted, arms full of shopping bags. Without warning, she plopped them down at his feet. "I'm gonna put these down, they're really heavy."

"Midoriya, why didn't you tell us your apartment was so swanky?"

"Hey, Deku! Sorry, but we let ourselves in."

"How exactly did you get in?" He questioned. He really hoped Mina hadn't melted his lock, again.

Mina held up a keycard. "Your mom gave it to us when we asked."

"What? Why would she do that?"

"We told her we were going to surprise you," Uraraka told him, dropping her own pile of floating shopping bags. "We got stuck talking to her for three hours about how you've been doing lately. Really, you should call her more."

Izuku sagged. "Yeah, I know. I've just been busy." He eyed the ever growing pile of shopping bags at his feet in worry. "Say, um, girls?"

"Yes?" All three women perked up.

"Why are you in my house? What's with this giant pile of bags? And why is it here?"

"We're here to get you ready for your big date~!" Mina cheered, eyes flashing. Izuku's stomach started filling with dread, he had completely forgotten about that. He had an interview with Hero TV tonight.

"Oh, uh, s-sorry, but I'm going to have to-"

"Oh, Deku," Uraraka whined. "Don't tell me you forgot about your blind date?"

"Yeah, I did. Sorry. I have an interview-"

"Reschedule it." Mina cut him off suddenly.

"What?"

"Reschedule it." She repeated herself, beginning to organize the shopping bags. "You're the Number One hero, tell them you're busy, they believe you, and they'll get over it."

He deadpanned. "I don't think Takahashi would like that-"

"Your PR guy can blow me," Mina said crudely. "Takahashi is a major ass-wipe. He's not your boss, so don't let him tell you what to do. Remember last year when he didn't want you to go to Sir Nighteye's memorial on the anniversary because it 'ruined the image of strength you were trying to portray'?" She threw the bag on his desk with a little more force than necessary. "He's a dick. We've been telling you to get a new PR rep for years now."

Izuku faltered, "Takashashi is… business-orientated. I just can't get rid of him. I can't do all the behind the scenes promotion and business stuff myself. Besides, he's the best in the business."

"But you don't need him anymore." Uraraka said firmly. "Come on, Deku, you can't tell me you like all the TV interviews and stuff? Since when was that the kind of hero you wanted to be?"

"Yeah," Toru said. "What, are you trying to be a career hero now?"

Izuku winced. 'Career heroes' were the very type of heroes that not only Stain fought against, but Izuku himself. At least, in the public forum, and not, y'know, actually fighting them in back alleys. Career heroes cared more for their public image— and income— than actually saving people and fighting villains. All in all, it was the exact opposite of Izuku himself.

"You know I'm not." He said sternly. "I just… in order to be Number One, I need to jump through certain hoops. It's not as simple as you think."

"Whatever." Mina cut him off, waving her hand. "Save that kind of talk with someone like Iida who probably already has a lecture prepared…" She reached into a bag and pulled out a dress shirt. "We're here to get you ready for your date~!" She sang.

"Your first date in a decade." Toru said helpfully, making Izuku sag.

"So, we bought you some new clothes." Mina said, giving his closet the stink eye. "Since we all know you have zero fashion sense."

Izuku frowned. "Hey-"

"So we bought you an entire new wardrobe!"

"Mina, you didn't have to. I mean, I can afford-"

"Don't worry about it, Midori." She cut him off. "I need to spend my makeup line money somewhere. And, besides, Eijiro doesn't wear anything I buy him, the half-naked barbarian." She mumbled under her breath.

"O-okay."

"Good. Now, hurry up and take off your clothes."

"Eeep! What?!" Izuku's eyes went wide, his face doing a nice imitation of a lobster. "Why?!"

Mina jumped at him, clawing at his shirt. "Come on, take them off already!"

WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS GOING ON?!

"No! Stop! What are you-"

Toru joined in, grabbing him from behind as Uraraka started going through the bags. "Calm down, Deku. It's not like we haven't seen you without a shirt before."

"That not the point-"

"Oi, Midoriya, you have a pretty nice body." Toru commented, her invisible hand running across his abs. "You sure you don't wanna go on a 'blind' date with me?" She laughed at her own terrible joke.

Merciful gods above, kill him now.

Before he knew it, Izuku was standing before the three girls dressed in only his underwear, thankfully they had allowed him to keep them on. They had even somehow taken his socks off. Standing there almost naked in his room in front of three of his really good female friends was an awkward experience, especially since they all started talking business, completely ignoring his almost naked state.

"Alright, Midori," Mina began, holding a dress shirt out in front of him. "Let's see what kind of colors match your complexion best-"

"Green!" Uraraka cheered.

"I don't know, yeah, it's pretty cute, but we'll have to see."

"Oooh! What about this black one here?" Toru asked.

"I like your taste, girl!"

Needless to say, Izuku served as their personal dress up doll for nearly two hours. After the seventh outfit, his mind shut off, doing a good imitation of Aizawa as he practically slept standing up.

As he was trying his best to ignore Mina poking and prodding him, Uraraka shoving clothes into his arms, and Toru making not-so-subtle comments about his body, he heard;

BEEP BEEP

It was from Takahashi.

[Takahashi: Are you ready for your interview tonight with Hero TV? I'll have a car and cameras ready to pick you up in 1 hour.]

Oh god, this man is not going to be happy.

Izuku typed out a quick reply as Mina mumbled about him moving too much.

[Me: I need to reschedule]

The reply was instantaneous.

[Takahashi: Why?]

[Me: I have personal business tonight.]

[Takahashi: What kind of personal business]

[Takahashi: and why would you plan it for tonight when you have an important interview?]

[Takahashi: Cancel it. Your hero work comes first]

"God, he really is a dick." Toru said suddenly, apparently reading Izuku's screen over his shoulder.

Izuku tried his best to ignore her, typing out a reply.

[Me: Sorry, it was pre-planned but I forgot. Can't cancel]

[Takahashi: Doesn't matter. I have you scheduled for an interview and radio show tonight. You can't skip out on any more public appearances. You're the Number One Hero]

Mina grabbed his phone before he could blink, typing out a response with a scowl before shoving it back into his hands. "There. Now you have the night off."

Dread began to fill in Izuku's chest. "Mina! What did you tell him? Oh god…" When he glanced at the phone, it was worse than he imagined.

[Me: And as the Number One I get to live my own life. So fuck off. I'm taking tonight off]

"No, no, no no!" Izuku was filled with panic. What was he supposed to do now? Apologize? Tell Takahashi that a friend of his had taken his phone? Would he believe him? What was he-

"Yes, yes yes!" Mina gave a wicked smile. "You should learn to put your foot down Midori. Don't let him push you around anymore. He's a dick."

"B-but I… I…" Izuku's brain had stopped working.

BEEP BEEP

Oh god, Takahashi had replied. Mustering enough courage, Izuku glanced at his phone through trembling fingers.

[Takahashi: No need to be rude, Deku. We can act like professionals. Fine, you can have tonight off. But we'll have to make up for the missed interview and radio show next week]

That was it. He had the night off, and Takahashi hadn't crawled through the screen to kill him. Huh, that wasn't as hard as he had expected.

"See, Midori, you just have to learn how to talk to people." Mina said, a smug smile on her face. "Now, come on, let's finish getting you ready for your big date."

~Page Break~

Izuku arrived at the restaurant a ball of nerves.

Really, what was he supposed to suspect? Mina and the others had been tight-lipped about his date, with his only hints that she was 'less of an ass than Bakugo', and according to Kirishima, she was 'super manly'. So, that narrowed it down to like 95% of the population of Japan. Izuku only hoped that Kirishima had meant it in his usual and strange way, instead of her being, like, y'know, actually like a man.

Izuku tried his best to rack his brain about who it would be. It couldn't be any of the Pussycats, they were outside of the age range he set for Mina, and she promised to respect his choices. It could be Mt Lady, for the same reason, as well because she was dating Kamui Woods. We wouldn't say no to going on a date with someone like Sirius, but he knew the sea-heroine was still on the water. Was it an upperclassmen? Oh god, Izuku's mind froze. What if it was Neijire? He thought the woman was beautiful, but boy of boy, was she a handful he was not ready to deal with. Or, more than likely, would never be ready to deal with.

He mindlessly talked to the waiter at the podium, who escorted him to his table in a private back room, courtesy of Mina who had set everything up. He was really early, he knew that, but he was so worried he'd be late so he arrived nearly forty minutes early. After his waiter brought him a non-alcoholic drink, he was left alone with his thoughts. And his phone.

The Hero News was slow tonight, which was a godsend, since the crime rate had been bad the last few years, with it steadily dropping every year.

As he mindlessly scanned his work and personal phones, he couldn't help himself from glancing up at the door behind him every few seconds when a waiter or waitress would walk by. Did he mention he was nervous? Why did he sit with his back towards the door anyway? Hadn't Aizawa beaten it into his head enough at school that you should always sit facing the door so you had a perfect vantage point on your surroundings and of everyone entering and exiting?

So maybe his teacher was just a little overly paranoid.

After nearly thirty minutes, Izuku was deep in his scannings of the local crime reports when a voice sounded behind him.

"Damn, did Mina really set me up with you? Huh, this could be interesting."

Izuku's mind froze, HE KNEW THAT VOICE! The unintentional sultry tone, the informal speech, the 'I don't give a fuck' attitude. IT WAS HER!

Spinning around in his seat, Izuku was greeted by one of the most beautiful, badass and enviable heroines in Japan, who looked absolutely stunning in her modest red dress and heels. The current Number Four hero, only behind himself, Bakugo and Shoto, as well as the highest ranking heroine in the history of Japan;

"M-Miruko," Izuku stuttered out. "It's you."

"'Course it is." She raised a dangerous brow. "What, were ya hoping for someone else?"

"No, no. Nothing like that-"

"Good." She cut him off, "Because I'd hate to start off this blind date poorly." She paused for a moment, eyeing him and the table. "Well, ya gonna invite me to sit, or what?"

"Oh! Right!" With the speed of One for All, Izuku leapt out of his seat and pulled back her chair, motioning for her to sit. "Would you like to sit?"

"My, what a gentleman…" She drawled, taking a seat.

Hurrying back to his seat, Izuku felt his mind go blank. "Um… I… uh…"

Miruku, able to see his clear hesitation, spoke up. "So, Imma be perfectly honest with ya, Deku…"

He gulped. "Y-yeah?"

"I haven't been out on a date since school, and I'm not really looking for anything really big, y'know? Like, you could be cool and all, but I'm not looking for anything really serious. My girlfriends just wanted me to get out for a night of fun and I said, 'why the hell not?', so now I'm here." She eyed him for a moment. "One of those girls was Mina, who I'm assuming talked ya into this too?"

"Yeah, it was all Mina." Izuku replied. Before quickly saying, "And I haven't actually gone out on a date since UA either, and, if I'm honest, I'm not really looking for anything serious either."

Her brow rose. "So, we're both just looking for some fun?"

"Seems like it."

"Good." She visibly relaxed, setting her carrot-print purse on the table. "I hate formal situations. I'm not the kind of gal, so, if ya want this night to end well, you'll have to follow some ground rules."

Izuku gulped. "L-like what?"

She raised a well-manicured finger. "First; we're here to have a good time as normal people, so no hero business." She held up a second finger. "Second; none of this 'Miruko' business, I have a name, use it. I'll do the same. Third;" she held up another finger. "If I feel this is getting boring at any point, I'm out. Fourth;" She held up a fourth finger. "Don't expect to come to my place tonight or for me to come to yours, I'm not that kind of woman."

She put her hand down, Izuku's face was red, much to his dismay. "That all acceptable to you, Number One?"

"Y-yeah, that's all good with me."

"Good." She reached across the table, snagged his drink and took a swig, almost immediately gagging. "What is this crap? It's disgusting."

"Non-alcoholic sake." He answered.

She put his drink down in disgust. "What's the point of booze if they don't get you drunk?" She eyed him. "What, don't tell me you have a thing against drinking?"

"No, not really. I just don't drink a lot. That way I'm always prepared."

She groaned dramatically, her ears swaying as she moved her head. "Typical hero answer. Listen here, buster, you want some fun tonight, right?"

"Y-yes?"

"Then we're gonna drink until we drop!"

Oh no.

"First things first, we need drinks. I don't do dates sober."

"I thought you hadn't dated since high school?"

She gave him a confused expression. "Yeah, what about it? Did you actually wait until legal age to drink like a wuss?"

"Well, um-"

"You don't have to answer that," she cut him off. "I can tell just by looking at you."

"Is… is that a good thing or a bad thing?"

"Let's just say it wasn't my type back in school, and leave it at that."

Izuku couldn't help his curiosity. "Oh?"

She gave a shrug. "Eh, I was into the stereotypical bad boy delinquent type in school. But now? I think they just need to grow up and keep it in their pants. I want someone fun and cool, sure, but you also want a guy who's not a major dick." She gestured to him. "Not that I'm saying you are, hell, from what I know about you, you're a boy scout through and through. We'll just have to see if you know how to have fun or not."

Izuku wasn't sure what to say. "Well, my friends would never really describe me as fun," She frowned. "But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't up for some fun."

She grinned. "Good answer. So, Midoriya, jeez, it feels weird calling you that, I don't feel like makin' the usual date small talk."

"Okay? Well, what do you want to talk about?"

She shrugged. "What does the Number One Hero like to do for fun?"

Izuku tried not to wince. His idea of 'fun' before becoming Number One was visiting hero museums, studying heroes, writing journals about heroes, following hero news, etc. But something told him that wouldn't impress Usagiyama.

"Well, I don't really have a lot of time for fun nowadays," He said, still thinking and trying to stall for time.

Her forehead ticked. "What do you do to relax? Don't tell me all you do is work?"

If only she knew.

"I like to work out?" He said before he could think.

Her eyes lit up like Christmas morning. "Really? Actually, with a body like yours, I can see that." She chuckled. "Hell, I've always been a sucker for muscular guys."

"Yeah?" Izuku asked, ever so hopeful. Though he guessed from her personality, it made sense.

"'Course. Back in school, I had a rule that a guy couldn't take me on a date unless he could beat me in a feat of strength."

Somehow, that made total sense. "How often did that happen?"

"Only like three times!" She cackled. "The weaklings!"

Izuku sweatdropped. Good thing he was quite literally the strongest person in Japan, he didn't have to worry about it. Not that Usagiyama wasn't a powerful woman, he was literally something else. So, there was no way he was going to have to-

Suddenly she clenched her fist, stood, and slammed one foot on top of the table. "Fight me!"

Oh no.

"W-what-"

"I wanna see how I compare to you! I bet I'll give ya a run for your money!" She declared.

"B-but we're on a date?" His eyes nervously jumped to the terrified waiter who was peeking around the corner. "And we certainly can't fight here-"

"Then we'll fight later." She cut him off, determined. "I assume the Number One hero has a place where we can duke it out without breaking too much shit?"

"I know a place."

"Good." Her eyes lit up. "If this date goes well, we can go a few rounds. That sound good to you?"

"Y-yeah."

"Your stutter is adorable." She faux-mocked. "I just don't get it, you're the Number One, the strongest guy in Japan, and you still stutter when you're nervous? Like, how does that happen?"

"Old habits die hard, I guess."

"Oh?" Her ears perked up.

"Not the story for tonight, I'll need real alcohol for that."

"I can respect that. So," She set her carrot-print purse on the floor at her feet. "What kind of guy are you, Number One?"

"Um, I'm a hero fanboy by heart."

Usagiyama snorted. "Really? Even now?" He nodded. "You're serious? Shit, I would've thought that you of all people would, I don't know, lost that."

"What do you mean?"

She shrugged. "I dunno. I guess that I'm not the same person I was before I was Miruko. But you, you're still the same?"

"I… I think I changed a bit. Got more confident, sure of myself, but, yeah, I think I'm still the same."

"Shit. Lucky."

"Oh?"

She gave a small shake of her head. "Nah, I'm gonna need alcohol for that, too."

"Alright."

"Got any family?" She asked, changing the subject. "Just between pros, here. I know you keep your private life, well, private."

"My mom."

"...That it?"

"Yeah, my dad ran off when I was born. I've never met him."

"Hmmph, well, he sounds like an asshole."

"I guess."

"I have seventeen siblings."

Izuku's eyes bulged. "What?!"

"I have seventeen siblings." She repeated, like it was normal.

"How?"

"My parents fuck a lot?"

He went red. "Jeez-"

"Oh, grow up, Midoriya." She told him. "We're both adults here."

"Well, yeah, but it was very sudden-"

"Whatever."

"So, what are your siblings like?"

"They're annoying little shits." She said quickly, before a small smile graced her lips. "But I love 'em, they're family, y'know?"

Izuku could really relate. He had his mom, he used to have All Might, and he had his friends, but never any siblings.

"Yeah." Is what he said.

"Well, I don't know about you, but I'm fucking starving." She grabbed the menu and flipped it open. "Where is that waiter? My big intestines are eating my little intestines over here."

Izuku didn't need that mental image.

"I… I think you scared him away-"

"Ha! Wimp."

Izuku signed. "Not helping."

"Whatever." She eyed the waiter peeking around the corner. "Oi! Man up-"

"I'm so sorry for her, sir." Izuku cut her off, earning a growl from the rabbit woman. "We're ready to order."

"Y-yes, sir."

~best mha ship page break~

"So, you mean to tell me your Quirk really didn't emerge until the UA entrance exam?" She asked in disbelief. It was common knowledge, but it was hard to fathom. Especially considering how powerful he was. And he had a late start, too!

It was about an hour later and the two were still enjoying each other's company, and indulging in a few drinks. Well, Usagiyama was determined to drink all the booze in the place and Izuku, while giving in and drinking some real alcohol, was being far more moderate.

"Yeah, I didn't know I had a Quirk until I attacked the Zero Pointer." He answered, following the same lie he had been telling for years. "All I wanted to do was protect someone, and, well, I destroyed it with one punch."

"Sounds like a dumb manga I read once-." She said before covering her mouth, eyes going wide. "I mean, I don't read-"

"You read manga?" Izuku's eyes lit up.

"If you tell anyone," She growled, pointing at him. "I will literally kill you. I don't care if you're the Number One or not. I will kill you."

Izuku had the nerve to chuckle at her. "It's fine, Usagiyama. I read manga too."

"Of course you do. What, do you have action figures too?"

The awkward pause was all the answer she needed.

"...You gotta be kidding me?" She leaned forward in her seat, elbows resting on the table. "How does a stuttering hero otaku like you become the Number One hero?"

"Hard work and dedication?"

"And a whole lotta luck." She mumbled.

"So," Izuku began. "Can I ask a more personal question?"

"Depends on what it is."

"Who is the real Usagiyama? Is she Miruko? Or is she the woman in front of me?"

Usagiyama said nothing for a second, before a grin crept onto her face. "You'll have to discover that for yourself, Midoriya. Maybe… I'll let you try to find out next time."

"That… sounds like commitment to another date?" He asked, hopeful.

A playful glint appeared in her eyes. "Only if you promise to loosen up more next time… and if we go somewhere a little more casual."

"Where," He laughed. "Like karaoke?"

Her eyes flashed with playfulness. "Maybe. Or a wrestling match."

Izuku decided that it was going to be more fun than he thought getting to know the real Miruko.

"So, what do'ya say, Number One?" Her tone made it sound like a challenge. "Think you can handle another date with yours truly?"

Izuku grinned, feeling confidence flow through him. "If you're ready to lose our spar, sure."

"OI!" She cried. "Them's fighting words! Oh, I'm so gonna kick your ass."

"You can try." He chuckled.

"I was gonna go easy on you, but now I'm gonna destroy you!"

"We'll see."

"Where was this Midoriya earlier?" She asked, sounding genuine but still laughing. "Now, this, is the type of guy I'd agree to a second date with."

"I don't know… I guess I'm just having some fun."

"Well, I can't wait to see you let loose! It's gonna be sweet!"

Izuku felt himself smiling. "Yeah, it'll be fun."

Usagiyama sighed. "As much as I don't want this date to end, I'm pretty sure the restaurant closed fifteen minutes ago, and the waiter is giving us the stink eye. So we should probably head out."

"Why hasn't he said anything?" Izuku asked, looking around.

Usagiyama chuckled. "'Cuz we're the Number One hero and the strongest woman in Japan! He doesn't have the guts to tell us what to do."

Deciding to leave and let the wait staff go home, Izuku and Usagiyama made their way outside the restaurant. Luckily for them, there wasn't a paparazzi in sight. But, as it was so late, it made sense.

"So… Izuku said, not knowing what to say as they stood there side by side. Should he offer to escort her home? That's what a hero would do, but would she like that? Would she take it as an insult?

"So." She replied helpfully.

"I had fun." He said honestly. "With you."

"Yeah, me too. Surprisingly."

"Can I- can I ask about the possibility of a second date?"

A wicked grin crept onto her face as she took a step closer, nearly against him. "Lemme know if this answers your question."

"What-"

She stood on her tiptoes, pecking him on the lips. It only lasted a second, but it made Izuku intoxicated by her taste. "Wow, that was my first kiss in like a decade, and it sucked."

Feeling a wave of confidence come on, Izuku said, "Sounds to me like we need more practice."

Her face lit up. "See! This is the Midoriya I'm interested in, right there!" She punched him in the arm. "I knew I was right in agreeing to your request for a second date-"

"But didn't you insinuate a second date earlier?"

"I don't know what you're talking about." She lied, grinning. "You're the one head over heels for me," She flipped her hair back. "Admit it, I'm amazing and you want another date."

"Correct in one."

"Have a date and time in mind?"

Izuku visibly deflated. "So, sorry. I'm really busy. It was a battle to get tonight off…"

She shrugged like it wasn't a big deal. "Figures. But I understand. You're the Number One, you don't exactly get an empty schedule. So… how about we figure out when we both have time off and go from there?"

"Sounds good to me. But how are we supposed to let each other know? Have our secretaries contact-"

"No, Midoriya, you idiot." She cut him off kindly. She held up her phone, it was pink and the case had rabbit ears sticking out the top of it. "We'll just text each other. What's your number?"

They exchanged numbers, with Izuku realizing this was the first time in literal years he had given his personal number to someone. It felt nice.

"So, text each other when we're free?" He asked.

"Seems to be the best bet to me." She answered, putting her phone in her purse and standing right next to him again. "Just don't make me wait too long, or I'll lose interest."

Izuku opened his mouth to reply when she surprised him with another kiss, longer this time, but still too short for his liking. When he finally came back to reality, she was walking the other direction, giving him a wave that ended in a middle finger.

"See ya, Midoriya! I'm still gonna kick your ass!"

Izuku felt himself smiling as she left. And if he watched her butt until she turned a corner, he wouldn't tell you, nor would he tell you. Mind your business.

To be continued

Author's Note

I'll be 100% completely honest, I'm not super happy with this chapter. It was really hard to get back into it for some reason. I guess it's because this is the first time I've ever tried to write Rumi and I wasn't trying to copy any popular versions of her on this site. So, if she's not her usual self you see in other fanfics, that's why.

But, as I've said, this story is just to practice writing Izuku and Rumi for a romance story along the line. No date on that, btw. I'm a busy man.

No date on Chapter 3.

Thanks again for all the Reviews, Follows and Favorites! It truly means the world. Sorry again for the delay.
