Hey there, this is a big chapter. Probably the biggest so far, lets see how our favorite rabbit adventure reacts when he meets his new companions. Remember, Bell is still pretty new on the city, he joined Hestia just a few days and haven't had the minotaur accident yet. Let's see what can happen now.

At the Abaddon Church

Bell soon awaken from the craziest dream yet. He had dream that Hestia had arrived with a big group of people, all that were going to join his familia. One of them was possibly the scariest man Bell ever saw.

He looked around and saw that he was in the sofa of the church.

''What just happened?'' Asked Bell.

''Bell are you ok?" Asked Hestia worried.

''Oh goddess, I had this weird dream. You were there and so those people. Including that huge man with a scary face, you told me that he was joining our familia.'' Said Bell.

''No that totally happened. We got new members, look.'' Said Hestia pointing at her surroundings.

Bell soon saw the supposed ´´new members´´ of his familia looking at the church. Some of them were already cleaning the place and moving stuff around. Bell didn't know what to say, they were already more than he could imagined. A few days ago, he was the only member of Hestia, now he had more people to work with.

''Huh…'' Said Bell nervous.

''Take it easy, you banged your heard really hard on the floor.' Said Farness.

''Yes, you should be more careful when you faithed.' Said Serpico.

''Boy you went out like a little girl.'' Said Magnificio.

''look who is saying that.'' Said Erica with her arm crossed.

Bell looked around to see if he really saw that man and he was there too. Guts was sitting on one of the church seats while looking at Casca.

''Aaaah.'' Said Bell shocked to see Guts again.

''Can someone shut him off?" Asked Guts annoyed.

''Son, are you ok?" Asked Azan.

''Uh yes, I am just a bit off by…him.'' Said Bell looking at Guts.

''Well you are not the fist one.'' Said Serpico with a laugh.

''How older are you kid?'' Asked Roderick

''I am 14 years old.'' Said Bell.

''One year older than me.'' Said Isidro with a smirk.

''don't be worried kid, we are now future comrades. We should be glad to see each other.'' Said Azan.

''Yes, I know Guts seems scary but take your time. You will get used to him.'' Said Rickert.

''For sure, when I meet Guts he wanted to smack me all the time and now he can't go on without me.'' Said Puck flying above Bell

''that's not true.'' Said Guts

''You wouldn't have any of this if it wasn't for me!'' Said Puck.

Bell saw the tiny blue elf and was amazed at that. It was like something out of a fairy Tale book.

''Are you some sort of Elf?' Asked Bell

''Yes, finally someone got it right.'' Said Puck

''Wow I never seen elves like this.'' Said Bell

''Well I am a super special kind of elf.'' Said Puck.

''You wish.'' Said Ivalera.

Bell just laugh at that. Those people were at least a bit friendly and could be good to him.

''Hey kid, tell me are you the only member here?" Asked Guts

The boy was at first a bit nervous but then he answered the man.

''Yes, I am Bell Cranel. Solo member of the Hestia familia.'' Said Bell.

''Good what weapon do you use?" Asked Guts.

''I use a knife for now. But I want to know how to use a sword in the future.'' Said Bell.

Guts got a bit surprised by this. They got a literal rookie.

''You gotta be shitting me. He is just a kid.'' Thought Guts

The rest of the group kept looking at the church and saw it was pretty much just an old regular one. No symbols or other things around.

''I got say this church has survived a lot.'' Said Serpico.

''Yes, unlike the Holy See I can see this place be a heaven for being in need.'' Said Azan.

''Don't tell me that you all have prayers and all that crap still?" Asked Guts

''No, we all stop with this whole worshiping thing when we came down.'' Said Hestia.

''If all the gods were really true about showing the word the true, I would imagine this place to bit more clean.'' Said Farnesse.

''I am not perfect ok! I am just a tiny woman! Can you expect me and Bell-Kun to clean all this?" Asked Hestia.

''Stop being such a brat;'' Said Guts.

''Oh shut up you big meanie!'' Scream Hestia.

Bell didn't know if this could work. These people seemed to a bit off on what an adventurer in Orario did.

''Goddess are you really going to make them into our familia?" Asked Bell.

''Yes Bell, I am going to make the ritual soon. I want them to get comfortable first.'' Said Hestia.

Bell felt soon someone touching his hair and playing with. He saw it was a young woman with brown skin.

''Huh hello?'' Asekd Bell all red.

Casca soon was sitting on Bell lap, pretty much putting her chest in his face. Making Bell die of embarrassment.

''Uh…'' Said Bell all red.

''Hey look, Casca is showing her goods to Bell. Mind if I get…'' Said Isidro a bit naughty and he got a punch from Schierke.

SMACK

''Ouch!'' Scream him

''Don't be a smartass!'' Said Schierke

''Casca, please let Bell out.'' Said Farnesse.

The blonde woman took Casca out and put her on the floor. Bell looked in confusion this adult woman having the same movements as a baby.

''What happened to her?" Asked Bell

''Sorry she has…mental problems.'' Said Isma

''Yes, Casca was once one of the strongest warriors that ever walked. However, due to an event that happened two years ago left her in this mental state.'' Said Rickert all sad.

The Goddess felt the sadness in everyone. She would know more about Casca situation later; it was late and they need it to move on.

''i guess we can start with introductions. Everyone, please introduce yourself to Bell-kun.'' Said Hestia.

''Names Azan, proud knight and warrior.''

''I am Serpico, fencer and often times cooker of the group. I hope we get along.''

''Farness, I am a noble woman who become an adventurer. I know my way with swords and I am a mage in training.''

''Schierke, I am the main mage of the group. I have been studying magic since I was a child. I know how to use a proper spell and when is the time cast it.''

''Puck, I am an awesome elf that can go around and help you in small problems.''

''Ivalera, unlike the morron in blue I know how to get around. But I am mostly pattern up with my girl here.'' Said Ivalera pointing at Schierke.

''Roderick, I am the fiancé of Lady Farnese and excellent swordsman. I am also a great sailor so if one day you want to get out this city and go to the sea, I am your man.''

''Erica, I am apprentice of smith. My adoptive father was a cool smith, so I want to become one just like him.''

''Rickert, I am also a smith. I was being taught by Erica adoptive father Good. I can make you some cool swords in no time.''

''Isma, I am a bit of cluts but I can still give a good amount in my job. I am not much of a fighter, but I can do wonders in the water.''

''Magnificio, I am a bit of negotiator. Put me in negotiation with someone and we will have no problem.''

''I am Isidro, the cool one. I am just a kid right now but one day I will be the strongest swordman and I will get a harem.' Said Isidro with a smirk.

''None of those things will ever happen.'' Said Schierke with a sweat drop.

''Shut up witch!''' Scream Isidro.

''And this is Casca. She was also an adventurer but due to an event…she got in this mind state.'' Said Rickert.

Bell saw all thse people in front of him. They looked way more advanced than him so this could help him mature and become a stronger adventurer.

''Nice to meet you all. I hope we can get alone well.'' Said Bell bowing.

The white-haired boy saw one person didn't introduce himself, the tall swordman.

''I am sorry, but who are you sir?'''' Asked Bell.

''Names Guts, that's all you need to know.'' Said Guts

''Don't worry Bell, Guts is just tired. He is cranky when he doesn't get a nice rest.'' Said Puck

''So Bell do you have anything to eat?'' Asked Serpico.

''Yes, we been walking all day. Asking questions that we forgot about our stomachs.'' Said Roderick

''We can go to a restaurant.'' Said Erica

''With what money?" Asked Serpico

''Oh don't worry. Just a second.'' Said Bell going to the back.

''Oh he has food.'' Said Magnificio

Bell soon arrive with a bag full of food. There were vegetables, sandwiches and other stuff around. It was supposed to last him and his Goddess a week, but it appears it was going to go out a bit quickly.

''I hope you all are hungry. I bought early today.'' Said Bell

''Oh great, I am starving.'' Said Puck

''Gimee Gimme.'' Said Isidro

'Learn to share!'' Scream Azan

Guts saw the group eating; he didn't want to join them. He just sit there quietly, trying to take a nap.

''Aren't you hungry?" Asked Hestia

''No, I am not.'' Said him.

''But you need to eat. Either way you will die.'' Said Hestia.

''i can stand be without food for at least 3 days. I will leave.'' Said Guts.

''This is so not right. I will leave this sandwich right here just for you!'' Said Hestia.

''that's nice of you goddess.'' Said Bell.

''Yeah, I am pretty sure I was modeled to become a great goddess.'' Said Hestia with a smirk.

''Shut up Hestia.'' Said Guts not wanting to hear this garbage.

''Hey! I am your goddess now, you have to talk nice to me!'' Scream her.

The black swordman just rolls his eyes from that scene, he didn't know what he did to deserve this.

''Fine, thank you.'' Said Guts picking up the sandwich

The man eat his sandwich quietly, while the other eat their food in harmony.

After dinner it was time to talk about the next steps.

''So how do we officially become members?' Asked Roderick.

''Yes, I am still not sure how this work.'' Asked Rickert.

''Hey Bell, you have been here for a while. Tell us.'' Said Isidro.

''Well it's a bit more complicated.'' Said Bell.

''I am sure we can understand what is happening just fine.'' Said Schierke.

''Yes, teacher and I will be more gladly to learn whatever language this city use.'' Said Farness.

''I will also do that.'' Said Ivalera.

''Count me too.'' Said Erica.

Hestia took a deep breath and started to explain.

''Look everyone, is simple for us gods to explain. To fully become a member of the familia you need to make sure the person and the god are bonded it.'' Said Hestia.

''So to become a member we need to kind have a great connection with you?" Asked Roderick

''Yes.'' Said Hestia.

''How do we do that?' Asked Rickert.

''We can start in putting the Falna.'' Said Hestia.

''Falna?'' Asked most of the group.

''Falva is like a blessing. Only a god can do that, this way not only you can show to the other familias that you are a child of mine, but I can also see your progress.'' Said Hestia.

''So this way not only is a way to identification, but also how strong can we get?" Asked Serpico.

''Yes, let me show you all. Bell-kun can you law down?" Asked Hestia.

''Sure.'' Said Bell.

Bell took off his shirt, a bit embarrassed he might add and law down for the familia to see.

''Observe.'' Said Hestia touching his back

Soon appeared on the boy back a kind glowing scripture. Showing his skills, scores and the level he was.

''Wow! This is so cool.'' Said Puck

''This is unbelievable. We can see how much a person gains in strength and magic with just a touch from a god?" Asked Farnese.

''By the way you all are going to start at level 1. Mostly because since you are all new to the whole adventure game here in Orario you need to start from the beginning.'' Said her.

''Is like no matter we did before coming here, we are still beginners?" Asked Rickert.

''Yes, I am sorry but that's how we put it.'' Said her.

''So to do that a person needs to take off his or her shirt?" Asked Schierke.

''Yes, I will then pinch my finger and touch your back. Now who wants to go first?" Asked Hestia.

''Oh me first! You can go all the way down with me goddess.'' Said Isidro with a smirk.

Hestia didn't know if she should laugh or punch him. Luckily Azan did that for her.

''Huh?" Asked Hestia.

Smack

''Ouch!'' Said Isidro.

''Behave yourself!'' Scream the old man.

''You old fart.'' Said Isidro.

''After that we need to go to a place called the guild. We can put your names on the register, this way the entire city will know that you all belong to the Hestia familia.'' Said Bell.

''Tomorrow we do that. Its already pretty late.'' Said Guts.

''Oh you mean that big building on the center?" Asked Isma.

''Did you all went there?' Asked Bell.

''No, we almost did but we felt we could be tricked or some other thing. So, it was best finding a god first.'' Said Serpico.

''Wow, that was smart. When I started as a solo adventure, I kept having to give most my money to the guild, but once I was accepted on this familia I was allowed to keep most of the money.'' Said Bell.

''We come from a long line of people who got tricked bere.'' Said Farnese.

''Ok.'' Said Bell.

''So what about those levels? How do they works?" Asked Roderick

''To level up you need to achieve a great strength or achievement. The body and the Falna will know when is the right time to level up.'' Said Bell.

''Oh is one of those situation.'' Said Azan.

''Also, there is the fact that here our years of experience will come to great advantage here.'' Said Roderick.

''And everyone here will start at level one.'' Said Serpico a bit annoyed.

''You mean guts too? Well he is going to shoot to level 10 in just a few days.'' Said Puck.

''I don't care for levels. They are just a stupid way to measure power that is not need it.'' Said Guts.

''But levels are the way that most adventurer gather respect. Some say above level 4 is above maximum strength'.' Said Bell.

''I don't give a crap for what others think. If a person is strong, they are strong, there is nothing to do with what shitty level they are in.'' Said Guts.

The boy couldn't believe what he just heard, it was almost like Guts was against everything an adventurer in Orario was all about.

''Ok, lets get this conversation to another day. Right now, I need to put Falva in a lot of people.'' Said Hestia.

''Alright.'' Said Schierke.

''The girls will go first.'' Said Farnese.

''This seems fair.'' Said Hestia.

A few minutes later

Hestia was done with putting the falva on everyone. Now she understood why people like Hephaestus and Loki looked tired most of the time, doing this was a bit exhaustive. Right now, she had done in everyone, except Guts and Casca.

''Wow, so now we have the falva thing on us?" Asked Magnifico scared.

''I didn't feel a thing.'' Said Erica.

''Me too.'' Said Rickert.

''Yes, this is impressive.'' Said Farnese.

''I guess there is a bit of written magic or something involved.'' Said Schierke.

''She even made for us. I can't wait to level up!'' Said Puck.

''Oh yeah, like that's going to happen.'' Said Ivalera.

''Guts you and Casca are the only ones. We can take care of her.'' Said Erica.

Guts went out of Casca sight and went in direction of Hestia.

''Let's make this quickly.'' Said him taking out his shirt.

Hestia rolled her eyes and went to look at Guts back, she was about to pinch her finger, when she saw The Brand of Sacrifice. That symbol alone was enough to make her blood get cold.

''AAAAAAAH!'' Scream her.

''What is wrong goddess?!" Asked Bell worried.

''THAT!'' Scream Hestia pointing at the mark.

They all saw the Brand of Sacrifice, and they kind forgot about the mark. They didn't expect that to play a role in this world.

''What is this!'' Asked Hestia.

Guts took a deep breath and just said one thing:

''Is a curse mark.'' Said him.

''This isn't like any curse I ever seen. Guts, this thing looks like it could bring someone from Hell right here. You need to have this thing taken out!'' Scream Hestia.

''It's not that easy. This thing won't leave until I die or I killed the person responsible for it.'' Said Guts all serious.

''but…'' Said Hestia all nervous.

''Just do the dammn thing. I don't have all night.'' Said Guts all pissed.

Hestia didn't know what to say, unlike his earlier grumpy behavior, Guts looked legitime angry at that moment. She decided to put that question for later and do the ritual.

''Alright.'' Said her.

After putting the Falva in Guts, only one person was left.

''What about her?' Asked Hestia

''Casca won't be going to the dungeon, but it will be good for other to know which familia she belonges to.'' Said Rickert.

''Yes, this way we won't ever lose her.'' Said Erica.

''What happened to her?'' Asked Bell curious.

Guts and Rickert got a little somber with that question.

''it's a long story.'' Said Rickert.

''one that is not for you all to hear.'' Said Guts.

Then Casca jumped into Hestia bed, rolling like a child.

''I guess she liked your bed goddess.'' Said Bell laughing.

Hestia saw the girl and she couldn't help to think her as a baby. Her big baby.

''Yes.'' Said Hestia smiling

With the help of Farnese and Erica, Hestia managed to put the Falva on Casca back.

''Alright! All settle.'' Said Hestia.

''Alright we are all members.'' Said Puck all happy

''Explained it.'' Said Azan.

''Horray!'' Said Erica.

''This is going to be so much fun.'' Said Isidro.

''How about tomorrow we make a party to celebrate?!'' Asked Isidro all excited.

''So tomorrow we need to pass on the guild to put our names on it?" Asked Roderick.

''Yes, after that we can go to the dungeon.'' Said Bell

''Good, we are going to kick so much ass in there and earn a fortune!'' Said Isidro.

''I can't wait to see what the dungeon has to offer.'' Said Farnese.

''And I will be there with you, my lady.'' Said Serpico.

''Wow, going to explore with a big party. I didn't expect that too soon.'' Said Bell.

''Bell, where are the weapons?'' Asked Guts.

''What?'' Asked Bell confused.

''The weapons. Where are this familia weapons? Don't tell me this place doesn't have anything. '' Asked Guts angry.

The boy got a little nervous and show his knife.

''I just have this knife, I got from the guild. This is a beginners knife.'' Said Bell.

Guts took the knife to observed it.

''This thing?'' Asked Guts looking at the little thing.

''Yes.'' Said Bell

Guts saw that knife and couldn't help but find worthless.

''Piece of shit.'' Said Guts breaking the thing with his normal hand.

CRASH

''Aaaah. You broke with your own hands!'' Scream Bell in shock.

''Hey Rickert, can you make any knifes for the kid here?'' Asked Guts

''We have spares. I can make a cool sword in a few hours. Erica can you help me tomorrow?'' Asked Rickert.

''On it!'' Said erica

''Later we might teach you a thing or two Bell. It appears you need some techniques to learn'' Said Roderick.

''Yes, a young lad needs to learn from old veterans like us.'' Said Azan

''You guys are going to help me train?" Asked Bell.

''Sure, we are now part of the same familia. We should take care of each other.'' Said Roderick.

Bel just smile at that. He was really happy to get new members, all that would care for him and make him get stronger.

''Alright everyone, its late lets go to sleep and then tomorrow we can start with the whole adventure.'' Said Hestia.

''How are we going to do that? '' Asked Schierke.

''We have one couch and I guess Casca took possession of the bed.'' Said Bell.

The girls looked around and saw that the place just had a few areas that could be some what comfortable to sleep.

''Where are we going to sleep?" Asked Erica.

''We are going to squeezed in.'' Said Farnese.

''We can save money and buy enough beds for everyone.'' Said Serpico.

''Yes, once we understand how the dungeon works we can save our money.'' Said Serpico.

''We will sleep on the couch.'' Said Schierke alongside Ivalera, Farnese, Isma and Erica.

''I don't mind sleeping on the floor.'' Said Azan.

''Ok everyone, good night.'' Said Hestia.

''Goodnight!'' Said most of the group.

Hours later

While everyone was sleeping, Guts was sitting on a balcony looking at the stars. He knew this wasn't the same sky as his world, but still looked the same. He vowed to get back to his world and fix things, cure Casca and kill Griffith. After that he could law down in peace and go to hell.

He took a deep breath and said:

''A new world where there are no demons, no band of the hawk, no apostles, nothing serious.'' Said Guts.

He just looked at Dragon Slayer and wonders.

''I guess I can start getting stronger for when we return.'' Thought him going outside.

He started to train, all the rest of the night. Once he was done, he was going to head out to the dungeon, he wasn't going to the guild to fill out some boring paperwork, he wanted to see what this world had for monster. He was going to be there soon and the bastards were about to suffer.

Hey everyone. Guts and the group have joined Hestia, and they are all ready to start their new lives. Remember this is before Bell gets attacked by the minotaur, so they will meet Ais also with the boy. I wanna see everyone reaction when Guts arrive in the scene.

I am not asking for perfection; the other fic had some really good elements and some really bad ones. The fact that Casca betrayed them is something that I really hated, here we have our innocent simple minded Casca, who sees Hestia as her mommy. It's kind of adorable now if you think about it.
