2 Days later…

I stand in a room signing a lot of paperwork. Now you might wonder what am I doing signing paperwork? Well, I'll tell you.

I'm signing my new account paper majamble. I'm setting up an account here and converting the 500 million dollars that I have in my account in Germany to Yen. Now I almost had a heart attack, or well, as close to a heart attack when you can't have them due to not having any health problems, but I almost had one either way when I asked how much Yen I would have by converting all the 500 million dollars… Sigh, remember when I said ''how can you explain me suddenly turning into a billionaire''?

61,993,250,000.00 ¥en… or 61 Billion Yen… I didn't think or know what to do with this amount of money, so I create 2 accounts. One I only put a billion yen into it and named it ''Day to Day'' and the Second one I named ''Doomsday Funds'' and dumped the rest of my money in there. The staff got a chuckle when I named my second account that and I obviously chuckled with them to not make them think I'm an insane person that believes that doomsday is coming… I mean it is coming, but in a year it won't matter.

I of course had to start signing paperwork for creating two accounts and about 6 credit cards. 5 of them to the ''Day to Day'' account and my sixth one to my ''Doomsday Funds''. My day-to-day cards have a limit of 30 million yen for each card. For my sixth card I made it have no limit after all I was going to be buying a lot of supplies.

I started immediately looking for properties that were either easily defendable or were isolated. This leads me to look into to see if the mountain range, to which I have no clue if it has a name and I don't really care, has any property I could buy. I discovered that first, the entire mountain and the forest surrounding it was selling for about 50 million yen, and it had an abandoned Ski lodge in the mountains, not only was it defendable it was the perfect fucking place. Just had to deal with the mountainous terrarain and lower temperatures but it should be easy to deal with.

I contacted the real estate people and bought the entire mountain and forest surrounding it. They said that the area that I own is surrounded by brand new electric fences, and when I checked on them they were rooted in the ground like nobody's business, that meant that only a truck could uproot the damn thing and even then it would only bend and not snap into pieces.

I laughed in happiness when I found out about that. The real estate guy was giving me funny looks but I just waved him off and he continued guiding me around the area, to which I discovered that there is a lake in the mountain where the ski lodge is located, which houses a lot of fucking fish, like toss your fish line and you don't have to wait more than 5 minutes before you catch something and I swear there is something in the water, the fish that I saw swimming in the lake was absurdly large, at least a whole 2 feet in length! The area surrounding the sky lodge was surprisingly walled off by a wall that was at least 10 feet tall and 6 feet thick.

The real estate guy explained that there used to be an old Japanese castle but it was destroyed in the endo or whatever period, I didn't pay attention as I was giggling like a mad fool seeing that the mountains are more than sufficiently equipped to deal with the undead. I mean 10 feet tall walls! And they are 6 feet thick at least! I don't have to worry about a car or truck crashing it and making a hole in the wall! And the best thing is that there are only 3 entrances, of which the first one is a gate with its gate made out of iron and high-quality iron at that! And it is wide enough to accommodate about 2 cars side by side, while the other two entrances are two fucking iron doors at the sides of the gates that can be bolted shut!

And then I laid my eyes on the ski lodge and I was honestly disappointed it looked just like a normal ski lodge cabin. I thanked the real estate guy for giving me a guide since, to be honest, the entire fucking mountain was built like a fortress, the first line of defense is the electric fences which will do jack shit after the EMP blast happens after 3 days since Z-day, but the fences are those made out of iron, so it will be a bitch to cut it open, especially since it's an electric fence. But when the power goes out, surprise bitches, I got a motherfucking castle wall with an iron gate and two iron doors that can be bolted on the motherfucking ground!

After the real estate guy left I finally got the notification I was expecting to get.

[ NEST Bunker Selected ]

[ Confirm? ]

[[Yes]] [ No]

A bright flash of Light suddenly envelops the mountain to which the System said only I could see. Looking around it seems the entrance to my NEST bunker was moved to hug the mountains, as just outside of it lays a cave, and walking inside it there are thick gates of which the system explains that short of a nuclear blast going right in front of the gates nothing will break it open, as well as dig into the bunker.

The system also said it had a few secret entrances, and the main gate, the one in the cave I'm currently in is wide enough to fit 2 cars side by side and tall enough for any vehicle to enter it with no worries about hitting the top of the gate, this also includes the cavern since it's ceiling was quite tall.

Looking around the gates and the cavern I spot about two hidden cameras, which the system explained were part of the security system that the NEST has. The hidden cameras give a clear front view of the cavern and the gates. It also has a CCTV Camera in front of the gate to act as a distraction and to get another visual.

I was kinda curious if anyone would notice this especially since the NEST is absolutely gigantic in size, as in the covers the entire fucking underground under the mountain and, if the secret entrances are where I think they are, the forest as well. The system at least reassured me that no one would find this place or stumble upon one of the secret entrances.

'I wonder how the fuck I would explain having this gigantic complex under the mountain when I bring people here. Shizuka is too much of an airhead, I can easily convince it was always here but the others? Oh, well it isn't like it will matter after Z-day.'

I think while walking towards the gates console, which the system said is indestructible and is EMP-proof, so I don't have to worry about being locked out of the bunker because of the EMP. Approaching the console, It asks for a new password.

'What password do I use? Hmm… I'll put Jörmungandr as the Password.'

Inputting the password and sending a command to open the gate it starts opening at a… normal speed? Well that ought to be a good thing, I won't have to wait 3 years for the gates to slowly open and close and it won't give me a scare if it was a fast gate that just went SHOOSH and then BAM!

Walking inside, there is only a corridor, although a very wide corridor, probably to fit vehicles through. Walking deeper into the corridor I arrive at an elevator and looking at the elevator buttons, I am slightly surprised that first, it has 60 floors… Looking around the elevator I find a helpful map and details on what all floors hold.

The first 5 floors are residential. They have a wide-open area with gardens and parks as well as a river and the whole five floors are just a gigantic floor combined as one, so think like gigantic apartment complexes and in the middle are the most beautiful parks/gardens you have seen. These areas are thankfully fully stocked with beds and the necessary things, like toilets and showers and it even had a penthouse type apartment complex that needed an LVL 5 Keycard to access, I asked the system where the keycards were and how many keycards levels existed.

Apparently, it works just like SCP CB. What does that mean you might ask? That means If you have a 05 keycard you can go anywhere. The good thing is, is that the system gifted me the keycards so I didn't have to buy them in the system store.

It gave me 10, 05 Cards, 25, 04 Cards, 30, 03 Cards, 35, 02 Cards, and 40, 01 Cards.

The 05 Cards are like CEOs, while the 04 Cards are like Managers, the 03 Cards are the security forces, the 02 Cards are for employees and the 01 Cards are for civilians/residents of the NEST. Simple right? Now let's get back to the floors.

As I have said the first five floors are residential areas, and the first five floors are just a big area, like three football fields big.

Floors 6-10 are the various departments, like labs, research & development, and the storage area, of which are the 9th and 10th floors and they are super warehouses. Super in the meaning, they store every fucking thing, and we have even replacement pieces for a 1000 years stored in the warehouses to replace faulty equipment the departments might have. They are as big as maybe a whole 30 football fields!

Floors 11-30 are pretty much a mix between plague factories and normal factories, each floor has a specialized area where they function, and produce whatever I want, of course as long as I have the materials needed. The system also said all the factories are automatic and can't be broken, meaning no one has to do maintenance on them or check since they are top-of-the-line machinery.

Floors 31-40 are animal living areas and agriculture areas. It pretty much simulates the outside world and even has artificial suns and a day-to-night cycle, to be honest, I didn't even remember I was inside of a bunker when I entered the animal living areas and the agricultural areas.

It even had holographic ceilings that emulated the outside.

I did waste another billion yen by buying all types of animals, vegetables, fruits, and plants, and putting them inside the living and agricultural areas, I also bought horses, normal ones, and war horses. I find it weird I can't buy vegetables or fruits but I can buy their seeds, but It makes sense since seeds aren't really food.

The air and atmosphere doesn't make you feel as if we are underground as well. The animals won't even notice they aren't outside, which I quite like since everywhere in the NEST, is like this. I also discovered that all lights have a special property to them that gives the same light as the sun but in low quantities, so we won't even become paler by being underground with no exposure to the sun, as well as no radiation or anything of the kind. Also, the ventilation system is very well made since I haven't felt as if the air was stale anywhere in the NEST.

''Hah, it hasn't even been a week and I already solved 90% of the problems that I have. If the system didn't have a stupid limit on food and drinkables, I would have already completed that goddamn quest! Haaa… I need some stress relief I haven't even started going to school yet. Oi system is there an AI to manage the NEST while I'm outside?''

I say out loud.

[ Yes, Sir. I am the Artificial Intelligence of the NEST, How may I help you, Sir? ]

I hear a clearly feminine but robotic voice coming from the ceiling.

''Are you connected to THE system or not? Actually, I should name you so I don't become confused when I want to talk to you or the system. But what is a good name?''

I say as I hum at the end thinking of a good name, to name the AI.

I hit my palm with my fist as a name pops into my head.

''I'll name you Altra!''

I say with confidence that I chose a good name.

[ Thank you for Naming me, Sir. And to answer your previous question I am connected to the system but I cannot interact with it without your consent. ]

Altra answers me and as I was about to talk I receive a system message.

[ System Requests to be named as well, Master. ]

''Oh… Well, it's easy to name you since you are a plague-related system. I'll name you Necroa, is that a good name?''

I say as I question the system since it has rarely acted without my input when I ask questions.

[ Perhaps unogirinal but a good name either way. Thank you, Master. ]

''Glad you liked, it was either Necroa or Necrodermus, and if you didn't like either I would be troubled to come up with a good plague-related name.''

I say as I laugh a little knowing damn well I would waste an entire week trying to come up with a good name.

''Alright, Altra get the plague factories ready to produce a dose of both the T & G Viruses and the… You know what I'll rename this H.O.T.D Virus, since the name sounds like shit. Rename the H.O.T.D Virus to the… Z Virus… Yeah, I like it, fits with the T & G Viruses and the Z Virus is a pure zombie virus, although very dumb zombies it fits perfectly. But what does it stand for? I mean the T Virus stands for Tyrant and the G Virus for the Golgotha Virus… Zwitterion is a medical term, right? Don't remember what for, but it sounds sciency enough to fit the bill. Alright! Z Virus, to of which, stands for Zwitterion! Perfect!.''

I say and Altra notifies me it will take a few hours to synthesize the doses of the T, G, and Z Viruses to which I just nod and ask for directions to my private lab.

Stepping inside one of the elevators in the animal living areas, I press my 05 Card into the console alongside my hands. A quick scan after another panel appears that has the rest of the floors.

Floors 41-60 are my private testing areas. They house a multitude of labs, holding cells, storage and living areas, and various other facilities that are restricted to being only accessible to me or people with a skull card.

I didn't explain the symbol cards did I? Well, to simplify there are various symbols that I can put on any card and they grant you access to certain areas, so for example the skull symbol is a symbol that will allow you to go to the 41 to 60 floors, but they will only allow you to explore depending on your card level. So a 01 Skull Card can walk around but they can't go to the more ''top-secret'' areas or interact with anything inside the labs, take it as if you were given a tour but they only show you the ''nice side'' of things.

Arriving at my personal lab, I boot up one of the computers and sit comfortably on the luxury-type chair.

Doing a quick check-up on my accounts, other than the money that I have used to build and furnish the bunker I notice there isn't anything missing.

'I wonder what this world has that is the same as my world? Do they have TF2?'

I think as I start googling and surprisingly they do have it in here, they have a lot of games from my world in this world, although they seem to be actually cared for and taken care of, y'know instead of being abandoned and doing ''updates'' that change nothing and don't deal with the bot crisis going on, but other than that it's fine.

I sigh in frustration as I remember how TF2 was practically abandoned, but at least here, it seems they have a dedicated team to update it.

Downloading steam and then TF2 I waste a couple of hours seeing all of the new things they added or changed from my world's TF2 and I gotta say this, they did a goddamn good job at it.

Maybe after 2 or 5 hours I finally got a message from Altra saying the samples are ready. I sigh as I close TF2 and look at what time it is today.

( January 2, 2017 17:31 PM )

''Huh, it's only 5 pm? Well, I got more than enough time to kill Shido and maybe Takashi. Still haven't decided if I should kill him or not.''

I say out loud while I yawn and get up to exit the NEST.

''Store the samples, Altra. I'll experiment with them at a later date, I have a snake to kill and someone else I haven't decided what to do with yet. Get me Koichi Shido's address I have a house to burn.''

I stopped at a gas station to buy a gas can, of course wearing a disguise, just simple sunglasses, and a mask, and while the clerk gave me a weird look by buying it I just ignored it.

Getting a ping on my phone, I check it and notice that I have received the address of both Shido and Takashi. I start walking in the direction of Shido's home first since I still haven't decided what to do with him.

As I walk into Shido's house I first notice that although it is not a mansion or relatively big, it is a pretty good house.

'His father is a politician, right? Hope he doesn't miss his son, not that I think he cared for him in the first place.'

I think as I observe the surroundings, glad that Handyman is giving me stealth bonuses since it has gobbled all of my skills. Other than Shido's car, which signifies that he's home there is nobody outside at… 'What time is it?' I think before checking my phone.

( 19:47 PM )

''Huh, well I have enough time before I need to go to sleep. Alright, let's burn a snake alive shall we?''

I say as I laugh like a maniac silently.

Breaking inside his house was simple, snapping his neck was, even more, easier than breaking in without making a sound, and dumping all of the gasoline all over his house was done pretty quickly.

''Auf wiedersehen, dummkopf!''

I say as I light the match and flick it into the gasoline. I watch for a few seconds to make sure the gasoline will burn for a while, confirming it does I quickly make a getaway while hiding my tracks.

And while walking toward Rika's house I can hear the faint sound of the sirens of the firetrucks ringing in the air.

Getting in and finally into my room I plop down tired and prepare myself for my actual first day of school. I groan before slipping into sleep.

(AN: So I have no medical/science knowledge so when I changed the virus name I just named it Z Virus cuz it was only a zombie virus with nothing else, oh also I am not a german speaker, I am going off google translator so please fix any mistake in my german and japanese that I try to use in this story. Next chapter will be Lydras first day in fujima. Also can someone tell me the date of the anime/manga and the day when the zombies attack? I can't find it online and I don't want to rewatch the anime or look into the mangas to see if they mention the day. Thank you for reading, please leave a review. Correct my grammar if there's a problem as well.)
