This is a songfic challenge so please forgive how short these are. These are mostly centered around Sara and her divorce with Grissom, but also features her growing relationship with Nick.

This story follows the season 4 episode Butterflied, but with introspection from Grissom's point of view, and it ends after the episode does. The original writers did a spectacular job portraying Grissom's emotions during this episode, but I found myself wishing the opening scene had been a little different and I really wanted a longer end, and perhaps you'll like it.
