Chapter 2:
Regina and Emma wake up abruptly in their respective beds on different sides of the town. Regina in her bed at her mayoral manor, Emma in her bed at Granny's bed and breakfast. They both had the same thought; ' What the hell was that? Did I really just confess my love in the astral plane or was that really just an elaborate dream my subconscious thought up to satisfy my seemingly unrequited love? And why do I feel so magically drained?'
Regina reluctantly got up and out of bed once she realised there was only five minutes before her alarm was set to go off. She walked slowly into her ensuite bathroom. Feeling sluggish in her magically drained body. What should have been a refreshing sleep, has her feeling even more tired than when she had gone to bed the previous night. Something she wasn't sure was even possible. Because as far as she was aware you couldn't enter the astral plane while still alive. Not unless she used magic unknowingly in her sleep.
That was only possible if her heart knew that her soulmate and meant to be true love was also going to be there when she arrived. But that would mean that Emma was her soulmate and true love. ' Could fairy dust be wrong?' thought Regina as she entered her overly large and lavish shower. She turned on the shower, adjusting it to the right temperature. She stepped under the water, letting her tired muscles relax under the heat of the water. She let her mind wander as she underwent her regular morning routine. Recalling the passionate and intense kiss she shared with Emma while in the astral plane.
She had no idea if it was a true love's kiss or if that it was possible a true love's kiss could occur in the astral plane. But one thing she knew for certain, is that she very much enjoyed kissing Emma Swan. ' Now how do I go about getting Emma to want to kiss me here in the real world?' thought Regina as she finally stepped out of the now lukewarm shower. She then wrapped the big fluffy towel around herself, and walked over to the sink. Plugging in her hair dryer and straightener.
She didn't enjoy the effort it took to straighten her hair every morning, but it was a necessary evil. Her naturally curly hair needed to be beaten into submission so that she could maintain her professional look she has had to don since the first curse. Only difference lately is that her hair as grown a bit since the first curse was broken. Though thankfully not as long as it once was back in the Enchanted Forest when she was the Queen.
Once she had finished doing her hair she walked back into her bedroom. Continuing onwards to her walk-in wardrobe. She put on one of her designer pantsuits, then sat down in front of her mirrored vanity. Then began her painstakingly slow make-up routine. As today she didn't feel up to using her magic for mundane things like getting ready for a long day at town hall. Considering she needed to start the day creating a dramatic scene with magic at a town meeting. She needed to conserve as much energy she could before then.
When she was finally dressed and ready, having only had a cup of coffee and a small bowel of porridge with apple slices, brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon for her breakfast. She left her home and got into her Mercedes Benz car, then headed off to the town hall. To be ready for her cue to crash the emergency meeting, held by Emma and her parents. Regina heard Ruby whistle loudly in order to get the rowdy crowd to stop their talking over each other. "SHUT THE HELL UP EVERYONE AND LISTEN TO OUR SHERIFF FOR ONE DAMN MINUTE!" yelled a frustrated Ruby who could see just how irritated Emma was getting from the towns people not giving her the respect she was due.
Though upon hearing Ruby all but growl out for everyone to stop talking, did they finally stop and focus on Emma. "Thanks Ruby. As you all know we are in the midst of a curse that brought everyone back here to Storybrooke. We called this emergency meeting to discuss who we believe to have cast the curse. And that person is none other our Mayor Regina Mills…" stated Emma, giving Regina her cue to enter the hall.
The town hall erupted with people talking over each other again; "We should punish her!" shouted Whale….
"Burn the Evil Queen!" shouted Grumpy…followed by Regina entering the hall a fireball in each hand.
"You want to burn the Evil Queen? How about I help you with that!" said Regina with all her sass and flair in her voice and mannerisms. She then threw the fire balls towards the crowd. Prompting Emma to throw out two water balls to counter the flames.
"I see the saviour has decided to play…" said Regina with her signature smirk and arousal in her voice and eyes.
"Did you really think I would just let you get away with this?" replied Emma playing along with Regina's theatrics.
"No, I thought you would have come for me earlier than this, I am disappointed…" said Regina as she made the room shake, sending a mini earthquake in Emma's direction being careful not to hit anyone else.
"Earthquake really? Well then two can play at that game…" declared Emma as she sent a strong gust of wind back in Regina's direction forcing Regina backwards.
"Is that all you got Miss Swan?" taunted Regina, loving this play fight just a little too much. She had forgotten just how much she loved to banter and 'fight' with Emma. Her heart was beating fast in her ears and arousal pooled in her underwear at the sight of Emma's smug face as the traded magical blows.
"Don't Miss Swan me!" said Emma without thinking.
"Or what?" taunted Regina further, loving every reaction that Emma sends her way.
"Or I will do this…" replied Emma as she threw the dagger, she conjured in Regina's direction knowing that Regina would teleport herself away at the last minute.
Regina teleported herself to her vault as they discussed would be her's and Emma's meeting place after they completed their ruse. The elegant dagger that Emma threw at her barely missed her and got caught up in her magic along for the ride. It clanged against the stone wall behind her once her magic dissipated.
Emma followed shortly after; her own signature magic dissipated around her. "Now that was fun. Do you think they bought it?" said Emma as she came over to sit next to Regina on one of the lounge chairs in the hidden room inside the vault.
"I think so, I did notice a person in the crowd watch us closely. She had bright red hair. Blue eyes and was wearing a green jacket. I didn't get much of a chance to observe much else as I got a little caught up in our mock fight. I almost forgot how it felt to work with you. Even if we are at odds, I still feel a thrill and a deep sense of connection. Do you feel it too?" explained Regina.
"I definitely feel a connection to you. And it isn't just through Henry. I have felt a connection sinceI touched your arm and activated your magic with Jefferson's hat. I didn't understand what it was though. I thought it was just sexual attraction at first, but then we worked together with that trigger diamond and I knew that it was more than that. It was also a magical connection. And by the way what I said in the Astral Plane I meant it. I do love you." Replied Emma as she moved to sit next to Regina not sure if she would be receptive to her straddling her lap.
A bright smile engulfed Regina's face, that she couldn't help herself but to pull Emma into a deep and passionate kiss. Emma kissed her back just as deep and passionately, only breaking away when much needed air became hard to come by. They hold each other close briefly while they caught their breath. Once they regained their composure, they sit back against the lounge. Holding each other's hand, fingers laced together in the slight gap between them.
"Well now what should we do?" asked Emma, turning her head to be able to look Regina in the eyes.
"For now, we wait and see what happens once word gets out that we can make a memory potion. See who comes to stop us. And I think we should take things one day at a time to see how we work out romantically." Replied Regina as she too turned to face Emma.
"Well then I think we should hold a stake out. We take your potion making kit to your office at town hall, we remake the memory potion; even though we know it won't work. And then stake out your office to see who turns up. See if our hunch about the red headed woman pans out." Suggested Emma.
"How did I manage to fain your trust and respect? I still don't understand why you would love me." Said Regina, full of vulnerability and insecurity. She didn't feel worthy of Emma in the slightest.
"Regina, you earned it being yourself. By being the best mum Henry could ever ask for. You've been working hard to redeem yourself. And it isn't like I am completely good you know. I have my own dark side that I have to battle and work to better myself everyday. Besides with you I always know when you are lying. My ability to know when someone is lying isn't always accurate. But with you Regina I always know when you are lying." Explained Emma trying to help Regina see her own self worth.
"I appreciate you trying to help me believe in myself. And aside from Henry and Daniel, you are the best thing to ever come into my life." Declared Regina with a genuine and bright but small smile upon her face.
"There you go, telling the truth again. You as well aside from Henry are the best thing to come into my life as well." Responded Emma. Squeezing Regina's hand slightly in reassurance. Regina squeezes Emma's hand back in return. Then leans in for another kiss. This one more lingering then the last one. They deepen the kiss, Regina laid back on the lounge pulling Emma along with her. She wanted to feel Emma's body on top of her own.
Though she didn't feel that she was ready to take it further than kissing just yet. It didn't feel like it was the right time yet to do more than what they were doing just yet. For one they need to organise the trap for the current villain to fall prey to, as well as to participate in the stake out Emma mentioned. Even so she did let her hands wander across Emma's dress. Relishing what she could feel over the soft leather material. The feel of Emma's hot heat through her leggings pressing against her own through her designer pants.
When they break away from the kiss, Emma leans her head in the juncture of Regina's neck and collarbone area. Taking in the smell of Regina's perfume on her skin and apple scented shampoo and conditioner in Regina's hair. The feeling of Regina's pulse throbbing against her cheek. "You smell so good Regina." mumbled Emma into Regina's neck. As she held Regina in her loving embrace.
"You smell good as well Emma." Returned Regina as she rested her head in Emma's neck. While her hands rested comfortably and deliciously on Emma's clothed buttocks. Giving them a slight squeeze every now and then.
They hold each other for a short while longer neither one of them wanted to let the other go. "Hmm. We better get up, we have a villain to catch." Said Emma reluctantly as carefully got up off Regina and the luxurious lounge they were lying on.
"Of course you are right yet again…" grumbled an equally reluctant Regina as she too got off the lounge. She adjusts her clothes as best as she can, Emma doing the same with her own outfit.
"I should see about heading on over to the station see if there has been any news and if anyone took the bait."said Emma.
"I should be getting back to my office, get things set up for the trap later and the stake out. How about we have dinner later at Granny's with Henry before we go for the stakeout. I know he still doesn't have his memories but you could introduce me as your friend or something like that. And I don't know maybe I can get to know this version of Henry. If that is alright with you." Asked Regina shyly.
"Yes that would be great." Said Emma before giving Regina a light kiss on her lips as a parting goodbye for now. Regina smiled slightly in gratitude for being able to spend some time with their son. Regina and Emma then parted ways as Regina headed to town hall and Emma to the station.
When Emma gets there, she is bombarded with questions from David and for some reason Hook. "Aye love what was all that about with the Queen at town hall? You two fighting again?" asked a confused Hook as he wasn't privy to their plans to find out who is behind the curse. Just as a precaution as he was known to go along with the villains plans if they promised he would get a chance at killing Rumple. And frankly Emma didn't completely trust him.
Sure he had his good moments, but conveniently it tended to coincide with him wanting something from them. "Did you two figure out the memory potion problem?" asked David before Emma had even got the chance to answer Hook's question.
"Regina was just reacting to being falsely accused of doing something. And I was only making sure that no one got hurt in the process. As for your question dad, we are still working on it. I came in to the station to see if anyone had noticed anyone in the crowd reacting strangely to the fight Regina and I had." replied Emma cryptically, just in case Hook was in league with the current villain. Considering he did seem to believe the fight so readily. But then again he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Or he just wasn't willing to believe that Regina could be redeemable.
"So, Swan did you want to go out sometime on my boat with me, you can bring the lad along if you like?" asked Hook testing the water to see if Emma would be interested yet in being with him.
"I am a bit busy with trying to figure out this curse thing. But you could take Henry out on the boat for some sailing lessons, I am sure he would love it." replied Emma dismissively, hoping that he would get the hint that she wasn't interested in him the way he was interested in her. She wouldn't mind being friends with him but nothing more than that. Although getting Hook to agree to just being friends is going to be a challenge. One she was willing to accept, as long as it meant that he remained on their side.
If needed they could always find a way to make use of him. For now the plan was to keep him in the dark about their plans, the less he knew; the less he could spill to the enemy. "Alright love, as long as it will make you happy; I will watch the lad. Anything else I can do for you?" replied Hook, being agreeable for now.
"Hmm, well maybe you could keep an eye out for anything weird or suspicious going on around the docks and the town that would be great." Responded Emma, wanting to be civil. Hook nods his head in agreement, before heading out of the station to go back to the Jolly Roger.
Once Hook was gone, Emma breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank god he is gone. Dad you need to be careful what you say around Hook. We can't be absolutely certain he isn't working with whoever is behind this curse. He is a pirate after all and pirates will side with whomever that can give him what he wants the most. Considering at the moment what he wants is to get into my pants. I think we should tread lightly since I have no intentions of ever being with him. Regina and I are going to set a trap to lure out whomever is behind all of this. Oh, just so you know. Regina and I kissed earlier. We have feelings for each other and intend to take things slowly. I hope you are okay with that." Explained Emma.
"Regina has changed, so I have no objections. Who knows, what the two of you share could become true love. And then you could break this curse together. I am sorry I almost blew your cover about the mock fight you and Regina had. Now that you are officially back in Storybrooke I think you should take back the sheriff's badge." Said David, as he took a seat behind one of the stations' computers. He had reports to compile into the town's database so that Regina can read them without needing to decode their rather messy handwriting. The only one who had neat writing among them was Snow, but that wasn't any help to them at the station.
"I don't know if we are true loves or not, but even if we are that is for Regina and I to figure out what to do about that if or when it occurs. I don't want to rush her, or seem like I am forcing her into anything. I am letting her dictate how fast or slow we take things. She has never really had much choice in her life. Except for to make the choice about casting the first curse. Though I am not sure she even really had much of a choice in regards to that either. What with Rumple whispering in her ear that casting the curse will give her the happiness she had longed for." Continued Emma.
"That is true. She has had a hard go of things back in the Enchanted Forest. Not many people thought to find out what truly motivated her to become the Evil Queen. Even I was guilty of that. Only hearing your mother's side of things. I may not know much in regards to why she was that way. But I do respect her willingness to try and make up for all the bad things she did. And that's all that matters, as long as she continues to try and redeem herself she can be classed as one of the heroes." Explained David, wanting to get his point across without upsetting his only daughter.
"Either way, Regina will always be a part of our family since she is legally the adoptive mother of Henry. And if we can find Rumple and Neal then we might just have a chance against whoever we are up against. Has anyone seen them yet? I didn't see them at the town meeting." Stated Emma, being firm about her feelings in regards to Regina.
To pass the time Emma helped David out with filing the patrol reports and any tickets given. It felt nice to just spend some time with David without there being any underlining pressure to be someone she was not. One thing about being a former foster kid, was constantly having to adjust your behaviour to suit the family who was taking care of you at the time. And it was something she was trying her best not to do with her parents. She wanted them to love her for her, not what she could be or do for them.
Soon enough it was time for Emma to meet up with Regina and Henry at the diner for dinner. Introducing Henry to his adoptive mother was going to be a weird encounter. Emma walks through the diner's door, looking around for Henry. She spots him in a booth close to the back entrance to the bed and breakfast rooms. He was sitting there nose deep into a book. A familiar sight that warmed her heart to see. She walked over to greet him; "Hey kid, how was your day?"
"Pretty good actually, I found this really cool book. See?" answered Henry lifting the cover of the book he was reading. It was a book about the various magical realms and what you might find there. Emma was rather surprised it wasn't the 'once upon a time' book.' She half expected for him to find it while he was visiting the library. But she guessed it wasn't time for him to find it yet.
"That's great Henry, I am glad you found something interesting to keep yourself occupied. Sorry this case seems to be taking longer than my usual ones do. There is someone I wanted you to meet, she is a good friend of mine from before. She should be here any minute. Her and I are going to conduct a stake out after dinner, so I thought it would be easier if she joined us here for dinner. I hope that is alright with you?" asked Emma tentatively as she sensed that Regina had entered the diner.
"Sure Ma, it would be great to meet some of your friends. You have been spending a lot of time with her are you sure she is 'just' a friend?" replied Henry with his cheeky smile upon his face. Knowing full well he just threw his mother for a loop.
"Ah, would you be okay if she was more than a friend?" asked Emma worriedly.
"Of course Ma, you deserve to be happy and if the Mayor makes you happy. Then who am I to stand in your way." Answered Henry, a bright smile upon his face when he noticed Regina standing beside their table.
"She really does. Hi Regina, why don't you join us?" said Emma a little sheepishly, when she realised that Regina had been listening to her conversation with Henry.
"Henry this is Regina, the Mayor of this town, and someone I care deeply about." Introduced Emma, with a warm smile upon her face at seeing Regina's reaction to what she said.
"Nice to meet you. You can just say you love her in front of me you know." Said Henry, with all the sass he learned from Regina.
"Yeah, I know you little smartarse." Retorted Emma, rolling her eyes at the obvious amusement Regina was showing at Henry's snide comment. Regina was pleased to see that he still had a little bit of her in him, even without his memories.
"Nice to meet you too Henry. What are we going to order?" greeted Regina, as she took a seat next to Emma.
"I was thinking of trying their tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches. And a hot chocolate with cinnamon. What about you?" replied Henry, as he looked over the menu.
"I was thinking of getting the grilled chicken breast with seasoned vegetables and gravy." Replied Regina, as she read over the menu as well.
"Hmm, I think I will have the grilled pork chops; with a loaded baked potato and a side garden salad." Mused Emma as she read over the menu as well. One of the waitstaff came over and took their orders bringing over a their drink orders as soon as they were ready. Then took the food order over to the kitchen so that Ruby who was on cooking duty tonight could get their orders made.
When the food was ready the three of them ate in companionable silence at first until Henry began to ask Regina questions in earnest about the town and about how Regina had met Emma. Regina answered all his questions as best as she could without revealing everything about curses, magic and other less than ordinary things about the town. One thing she did however was make sure that she told the truth, knowing just how much he hated it whenever anyone lied to him. He was a lot like Emma in that way.
When they had finished eating, Henry wished them both a good stakeout and a good night as he was heading on up to his room in the suite that he and Emma were staying in. Ruby came out from in the kitchens with a couple of thermos full with coffee just how Emma and Regina preferred it. "I will keep an eye and ear on Henry don't worry he will be safe here with Granny and I. Good luck tonight." Said Ruby before handing the thermos and heading back into the kitchen as she had a few orders to fulfill.
Regina and Emma then left the diner to get into Emma's bug. Emma drives them over to outside town hall where they can see inside one of the windows from the car.
"So, we just sit here and wait?" asked Regina slightly bored from waiting for something to happen.
"Until the person who cast the curse makes a move on your office." Replied Emma.
"Is this really what you do for a living?" asked Regina, wanting to fill the silence.
"Yes, we watch and listen for any movement. It's called a stakeout." Replied Emma sarcastically. Just then they saw movement in Regina's office, so they got out of the car and dashed into town hall building as fast as they could without using magic. When they reach Regina's office. Regina opens the door using blood magic.
"No one is supposed to be able to get passed my magic. I used blood magic and there is no one who can get passed it." said Regina both confused and worried about who they could be dealing with.
"Then who are we dealing with?" asked an equally worried and confused Emma.
"I am not sure, but they must be pretty powerful if they can break through my blood magic." Replied Regina as they both entered her office. The light was still off but they could see an outline of a figure wearing dark clothes hovering over by the potion making kit, trying to see just how far they had come with making the memory potion.
Once the intruder noticed Regina and Emma's presence they turned in Emma and Regina's direction giving them a good view of their face. "Freeze!" shouted Emma in an effort to prevent the intruder from fleeing the scene. Instead of doing what Emma said the intruder engulfed themselves in green magic smoke and teleported themself out of the office building.
"So we are definitely dealing with a witch. But who uses green magic?" asked Emma as Regina turns on her office light.
"I am not sure. We really need to figure out the memory problem." Replied an exasperated Regina as she took a seat on the lounge chair in her office.
Emma took a seat on the one opposite. A contemplative look upon her face. "About that, I was thinking about a way we can at least get Henry's memories back. We need to find his 'once upon a time,' book. That should jump start his memories, along with you giving him a true love's kiss on his forehead. That should ensure he gets his memories." Suggested Emma.
"Yes, that might work. It might even break the curse. Like it did with you for the first curse." Replied Regina, just as contemplative.
"Perhaps, I think this curse is going to require more than familiar true love to break it. and I also think that by you unlocking his memories, he will be able to believe again. As we needed him believing as well as me for it to break the curse. This time though it is going to require romantic true love to break this curse. I hope to be that for you at some point, but only when you are ready. I would never rush you." Continued Emma.
"That makes a lot of sense. I too would like to be your true love. I just need time to come to terms that I deserve to be happy like that. In the meantime we should try and find that book. Maybe Belle will have an idea where we might find it." replies Regina. As she relaxed back into her chair. Emma did the same in her own, while trying to figure out where else they could find the book.
After a short time had passed and neither of them had spoken, Regina roused from her light dozing after hearing Emma snore just a touch louder than she expected. "Emma wake up!" said Regina as she shook Emma's shoulders.
"Five more minutes..."replied a groggy Emma.
"No, now or you will wind up with a very sore neck." Said Regina sternly, feeling like she was trying to wake up Henry to get ready for school.
"What?! Wait did I fall asleep? I am sorry. I haven't been sleeping all that well lately." Replied a still half asleep Emma.
"I know the feeling. I think it has to do with our venturing into the astral plane. It takes a lot of magical and physical energy to travel there and back. And your body doesn't get much of a rest while our souls are not residing inside them." explained a sleepy Regina.
"Oh, okay. Well then I think we should head on back home there is nothing more we can do tonight." Said Emma. Regina nodded her silent agreement and they both exited the building choosing to walk rather than teleport as both were still rather tired.
When they reach Emma's car though, Regina stopped before it. Preventing Emma from entering the car. "I don't think either of us should drive tonight. Come let's walk back to my place it is closer than the bed and breakfast. You can stay in one of the guest rooms if you like." Said Regina.
"Alright, let's go." Replied Emma, as she took Regina's gloved hand in her own; lacing their fingers together as they walked back to the mayor's mansion. Unbeknownst to the two women, they were being watched carefully by Robin Hood who had been following them from a distance the whole time. On orders from Zelena the intruder who was in Regina's office earlier.
He watched them walk hand in hand to Regina's house, though he didn't really think much of it. As many female friends walk together holding hands. At least that is what the green fairy told him. When he asked her about it, after seeing Mulan do the same with women she had met while she was a part of his merry men. He had a code and a part of his code was not to nark on other people's private lives. So for now he had no intention of reporting the closeness between the two witches of interest for Zelena. Instead he intends to tell her that the pirate was getting too close to figuring things out.
And that his relationship with the saviour could lead to her downfall. With that in mind he fade back into the shadows, then headed to Zelena's farmhouse to report his 'findings.' Meanwhile, over at Regina's house Regina was escorting Emma into the guest room nearest to her bedroom. So that she could feel Emma nearby, but still maintain some sense of decency. For if she were to let Emma sleep in her bed with her. She couldn't be sure she wouldn't jump Emma's bones and make love all night long. She wanted to get to know Emma more, maybe go on some dates before taking things to that level.
"Sleep well Emma, there is a change of clothes to sleep in I think you will appreciate." Said Regina as she gave Emma a light peck on her lips, then continued on into her own room where she got changed into her most comfortable pyjamas. Then crawled under the covers of her bed. Exhaustion taking over the minute her head hit the pillow.
In the guest room, Emma was getting into the soft, comfortable double bed. Wearing a singlet top and track pants with the most fluffiest pair of socks she found in one of the draws of the tallboy dresser. She was highly amused that Regina had some how got a hold of her favourite things to wear to bed. Regina certainly knew her better than she thought she did. She too was shortly asleep soon after getting into a comfortable position.
' Regina and Emma found themselves once again waking up in the astral plane. This time they both could be found in the astral version of Regina's house. Emma gets up out of the bed she was sleeping in before she awoke. She steps out into the hall and bumps into Regina who had done the same. "Ow, I am sorry about that. I should have been watching where I was walking." Said Emma as she held her hand to help Regina up off the floor.
Regina took her hand without hesitation or reservation. "No need to be sorry Emma, I wasn't watching where I was going either. We seem to be finding ourselves in the Astral Plane more frequently lately. I wish I knew why." Replied Regina. As they walk through the hall together, not entirely sure where they were headed. All they did know was the feeling of each other's hand. The sound of their hearts beating loudly in their ears and the undeniable pull they feel between them. When they eventually stop walking they found themselves on the misty bridge once more.
Regina, turns so that she can face Emma while still holding her hand. She leans in for a kiss one that is lingering and passionate. Emma returns the kiss with equal passion, their tongues dance in harmony. Their hands cling to the other exploring places they hadn't touched before. They only breakaway when much needed oxygen is gulped down shakily while still clinging to each other in desperation to feel the other in their arms.
When they catch their breath, Emma pulls Regina in for another passionate kiss. This time true love's magic bursts from them expanding into the astral realm bringing joy and happiness to the once lifeless individuals stuck in the realm. Trapped between life and death. Giving them hope once again that they can reach their final destinations. But all that paled in comparison to what Regina and Emma were feeling once they broke away from the kiss. "Did we just share true love's kiss?" asked Regina in wonder.
"It looks that way, are you happy that we did?" replied Emma timidly, uncertain if she might get rejected. But still hopes that her love is truly reciprocated.
"I am very happy that we did. I have been longing for true love my entire life. I thought I had it once with Daniel. But I realise now that he was my first love. Just as special but not true and everlasting love." Replied Regina lovingly.
Regina then began to kiss Emma once more this time she took her time, letting her hands roam across Emma's singlet top. Cupping her clothed breasts, gauging Emma's reaction. Emma responded with doing the same to Regina. Soon enough they needed to breakaway from the kiss, but they still held each other close. Once they regained their breath once more, they began kissing again. This time it was chaste, an intense need and hunger for the other drove them to begin striping their clothes of one by one. Stopping briefly to allow for the other to see and explore the newly exposed skin.
Once they were completely naked, they began kissing in earnest. They began to caress and touch each other intimately, trailing kisses, nips and licks to every inch of skin they could reach while still standing. As their arousal grew, their explorations became bolder. More daring, until they reached each other's needy and dripping folds. "Are you sure about this?" asked a slightly out of breath Emma, wanting to ensure that this was something Regina wanted.
"I am sure Emma. I want this, I want you." Replied Regina. She then inserted two of her fingers into Emma's wet channel and began thrusting them in and out, corkscrewing them just enough to hit Emma's g-spot. The heel of her hand would rub against Emma's sensitive bundle of nerves. Emma was quickly becoming a moaning, needy mess. Though not wanting to come alone, Emma thrust her own two fingers into Regina's wet core, forming a steady rhythm making sure to stimulate Regina's g-spot. In their pursuit of a mutual orgasm they didn't notice that they had become horizontal and floating along the misty bridge. Emma on top, as they worked to bring each other to orgasmic bliss. As Emma and Regina reached their peak they came hard and loudly screaming each other's names. When they came down from their mutual high, they held each other close. Kissing each other lovingly as they slowly build things up for round two.
Regina then switched places so that Emma was now the one on her back. As they kissed once again, allowing their hands to make their way down the other's body they began a new steady rhythm. Thrusting in and out making sure to stimulate both their clits and g-spots. This time their magic began to spark as they reached their mutual orgasms once more. "That's it, harder please…"moaned Regina and Emma at the same time. They gave in to each other's needs, quickening their pace and thrusting harder. More intense than before, magic sparking everywhere they touched. And all around them.
Adding to the magic that is already infused with the Astral plane. As they finally came once again, they began to fade out of the realm. With each other's names on their lips.'
When they rejoin their bodies in the real world, they spring awake. The taste of each other's lips and magic lingering over their bodies. They bolt out of their beds and rush out into the mansion's upper floor hallway. Meeting in the middle, they almost bump into each other like they did in the Astral Plane. This time though they held out a hand to steady the other. "Whoa, that was almost a déjà vu." Said Emma not really registering her hand placement on Regina's body.
"Yes, indeed." Replied Regina simply, as she gently removed Emma's hand from where she was cupping her clothed breast.
"Right, sorry about that…Um…that was intense…in the astral plane. Do you think our true love's kiss in the Astral Plane had any impact on our world?" rambled Emma as she stood awkwardly in the hallway.
"Usually I would say no, but this is us and our magic. Anything is possible." Replied Regina, doing her best to remain poised and in control of her emotions and her intense need to do everything she did in the Astral Plane; right here and right now.
"Our magic huh?" said Emma as she waggled her eyebrows and gave a sultry smile. For she too was feeling everything from the Astral Plane. She could feel the wetness of arousal at the top of her thighs. She might be all calm and confident in the astral plane, but here in the real world? Not so much. However she was willing to try and be that confident woman who shared a true love's kiss with the adoptive mother of her son in the Astral Plane. The woman she was very much in love with. Had been since their time in Neverland.
She felt it lingering in her fake memories, that sense of something missing. Her heart was singing with completeness being able to kiss her in the real world and make love to her in the Astral Plane.
Time seemed to stand still as they stood there in the upper floor hallway. As nothing else mattered but what they could see in each other's eyes. And the love that filled their hearts. "Come on Emma, it is still dark lets try and get some semblance of sleep before we need to be awake in the morning." Said a tired Regina. Emma looked back at the guest room door then back at Regina longingly.
She sighed then began to walk back towards the guest bedroom she was in before. Just as she as about to enter the guest room she felt Regina's hand on her arm stopping her from going any further. "Emma, I meant for you to come sleep in my bed with me." Said Regina, pulling her towards her instead.
"Really? You mean that?" asked a surprised Emma, she didn't think she would get the chance to sleep in Regina's bed until she had at least gone on their second or third date; if she was lucky.
"Of course I mean it you idiot. I wouldn't be suggesting it if I didn't." replied Regina affection and amusement in her voice at just how oblivious Emma can be at times.
"I'm your idiot right?" asked Emma with a goofy smile upon her face.
"Yes, now come on let's get some sleep." Said Regina as she tugged Emma along behind her. Regina and Emma then crawl under the covers of Regina's bed. They snuggle their way into the middle of the bed, then Regina grabbed one of Emma's arms and wrapped them around herself. Burrowing in so that her back curved into Emma's front. Emma kisses her on the neck, allowing the two of them to relax enough to fall into a dreamless sleep.
Meanwhile at Zelena's farmhouse, Robin was in her lounge room area. Informing Zelena of what he observed, about the Charming's, Emma, Henry, Regina, Hook, Ruby and anyone else they associate with. He made sure to emphasize that Hook seemed to be following Emma around. To thank him for his continued loyalty she straddled his lap, then leaned in for a passionate kiss. One he enthusiastically returned and deepened. While kissing him, Zelena ground down onto his hardened cock. She then broke away from the kiss to say; "You, my wicked one; deserve a reward…"
