Currently, Yukari is in Gensokyo and checking for any abnormalities there since Reimu is still in the New World, barricading the entire Qua-Toyne/Louria border perimeter. The Sage Leader is just glad that Gensokyo's First Champion already have a successor to maintain Hakurei Shrine. This is crucial for Gensokyo's existence.
Ever since Gensokyo managed to beat Kokusho and integrate them to the Union in 2065, the Void Legion became a crucial spy element that they needed. In fact, it's thanks to them that Historia Alliance managed to get the exact numbers of Lourian forces and cripple both their navy and air force.
Kasen made her return to Gensokyo after confirming the total number of captured wyverns. Yukari noticed this and decides to approach the Oni Sage.
"So, what do you think about their wyverns?"
"I think we already got enough to basically cripple Lourian air force. And if what I heard is true, then I don't think we need to continue with the capture mission. Parpaldia actually managed to create stronger wyverns by combination of biological inheritance and magic, albeit at far slower pace compared to the Alliance."
"I see... And it's only thanks to bio-technology that the Union and UNM owned that we're able to mass-produce our wyverns and dragons. We don't even need magic to do so."
"It also made our Flame Dragons comparable to Gahara and Emor's Wind Dragons. Rashomon is the original Flame Dragon and he's also an Ancient Dragon, so he's obviously far stronger than the ones Epsilon Army create for us. And if what the records that Moriya Shrine told us are true, then I'm glad to have Ingvild Leviathan helping me managing our Water Dragons. Mizubara is also the original and an Ancient as well, so we know what to expect."

After receiving the information of the enemy's main fleet discovery, 350 wyverns sortied to attack it. Three hours had passed since the manacomm ceased alongside with their scream.
A cumbrous silence wafted inside the headquarters.
There was a report of them meeting enemy wyvern units, and some of their wyverns have been captured. When it was time for them to return, not a single Dragon Knight returned. The headquarters were wrapped by uneasiness.
"Why they haven't returned?"
No one answered the face-paled Patagene's question.
'It can't be... they were annihilated...?'
In the history of Rodenius Continent, wyverns are the strongest creature. However, since they are a valuable species, their numbers weren't that many.
The 500 wyverns of Louria Kingdom, gathered to unite Rodenius Continent was a large force finally gathered after 6 years with the military assistance from Parpaldia Empire. With their overwhelming strength, they are surely able to conquer Rodenius Continent. The 350 wyverns that sortied to support the navy would surely return and grant the greatest military result which will remain in the history.
However, this was not the reality.
He didn't want to think about it. He didn't want to think about it, but there is a high possibility that they were annihilated. Several days ago on the 15th day of this month, the event of the battle when Historia defeated Lourian navy was reported by the military observer officer Breweye as he was asked to give his testimony alongside General Nou of Ejey Fortress, who also witnessed said battle.
It was previously unprecedented for a mere military observer officer to testify in the Government Council, but as it was a battle report that determined the fate and survival of this country, the country's representatives were seriously listening.

A mock flew from a corner of the Council Room. By all rights, they should be rejoicing since the Louria's invasion was prevented, but since the result from the first battle was too out of bounds, the Government Council had fear of some sort to Historia.
"In the report from the diplomatic delegation dispatched to Historia, they heard that Historia citizens can only use magic in limited manner. But in your report, 'Louria Kingdom Navy's warships were pulverized into fragments by something similar to a massive explosion magic.' So which one is the truth?"
Breweye answered Rinsui's question.
"The attack done by Historia is, to put it in simpler words: 'something similar to a massive explosion magic'. It can't be concluded whether or not it was magic, but since it exhibited such tremendous power and the closest similar thing that came to my mind is only the explosion magic, I used that expression in the record."
"Then, so that means Historia repeatedly launched large explosion attacks without magic, which destroyed Louria Kingdom's warship? That is absolutely impossible."
A mockery flew again, Breweye thought that it will be a waste a time to explain more than this and so he became a bit sullen. Again, Nou looks at him with sympathy.
Prime Minister Kanata, who was silently watching the situation, carefully began to talk.
"At any rate, the sea invasion this time has been prevented. Though Louria still should have about 1,000 ships remaining, if they were beaten up this much by just 17 ships, they would be on guard and it will take time before they able to launch another invasion. Military Minister, what about the situation in the land?"
"Report from Commander Moizi stationed there, Lourian troops are now increased to 70,000 and they keep bothering us all day long. When he was about to sortie his men, they were stopped by Magus Trio Joint Forces under joint command of Vanguard Marisa Kirisame, Elementalist Patchouli Knowledge, and Dollmaster Alice Margatroid. "So they will wait until the number is reached. Hmm... Any words from our observer on the Artillery Fire Support Base?"
"As scheduled, General Nou will be dispatched to Gim to add more observers there. Admiral Pancare also allows Naval Officer Breweye to take part as well. Additionally, Historia decided to bring more artillery units consisting of 24 Claymore Howitzers, 16 Nuke Cannons, and installs 4 more Tremor AGASes to their base in preparation for the aforementioned heavy bombardment."
They immediately protest for what Historia has planned, relaxing and waiting for Lourian troops to pile up. But everyone understood that it is impossible to defend against Louria without Historia military power. In addition, it was obvious that in the unlikely event of Historia bared their fangs at Qua-Toyne, at that point, the country's destruction is inevitable. Right now, they have no choice but to trust that Historia plan will be successful.

Louria Kingdom's 34th King, Hark Louria XXXIV, was exasperated when he hear the after battle report from General Patagene. Just a few days ago, a new emerging nation named Historia, participated in the war against Louria Kingdom, and in the Rodenius Grand Naval Battle, they annihilated Lourian navy, captured all 350 wyverns, sunk 1,400 warships, and captured 2,000 warships. Furthermore, reports given by the military indicates that Historia suffers no casualties, and even the damage reports also indicates that Historia didn't receive any damages.
In short, there were no confirmed military gain of this battle at all. It was indeed a completely unexpected defeat.
"Why did we lose to Historia in this naval battle?"
"Because the content of the report from the Navy is too absurd, we are currently in the process of re-investigating the cause and verifying the credibility of the report, Your Majesty."
There were a lot of preposterous things in the report. One report says that their wyverns are suddenly immobilized after Captain Aglameus is slain. To make matters worse, there are also report of their wyverns following the enemy wyverns. When retreating, the speed also didn't make sense and furthermore, there are no reports of any wyverns being killed, which further reinforces the fact that Historia managed to capture all of their dispatched wyverns.
'Just what in the world is going on?'
Patagene had been racking his brain at this report. The enemy had a power to destroy a warship with a single hit, furthermore, it could be launched in succession. He couldn't imagine, just how much magic power it needed.
Had the ancient Magic Empire of the legends revived? He didn't know what kind of opponent they went to war against.
For ages, Louria Kingdom only has a large population, but the individual quality wasn't that good. In order to unify Rodenius, for the last 6 years, they had educated as much as possible and able to gather an overwhelming number of decent talented people. However, given the situation, they were fearful that they could be annihilated without able to do anything.
"Either way, the damage is a reality. It will be troubling if something like this happened in the future."
"Yes, Your Majesty! Until we identified the cause of our defeat in the naval battle, we will refrain from aggressively advancing our Navy. However, in the land, the number is everything. Currently, we're increasing the number of troops besieging Gim to 70,000. The dim room was illuminated by a faint orange light. Its light source was a glass ball that was brightened with light spirit's power, and under that light, there were two shadows. The two men who cast that shadows had a conversation that will influence the fate of the country.

"It's a continental country that is located northeast of Rodenius continent."

Until now, the reason why the nations in Rodenius and the surrounding area never try to invade us might be because they realized just how puny their power is. But, now that they finally able to build cannons, they judge that this is the right time to show their face, huh? By the way, to think that Louria could lose, is this possible? "A land battle is different from the sea ones, the number decide everything. In any case, Louria has a large population, so they wouldn't possibly lose to a country that had just begun to possess a cannon."
"This naval battle report had no credibility. Until we could verify it, postpone reporting this to His Majesty. You understand?"

And once again, Anbu is on the lead for this intel operation.
'This confirms it. With Louria crippled in sea and air, Parpaldia might consider ditching them. And well, AAC is ludicrous, indeed. What you need is a precise aim. My prediction is correct, as it turns out. Just ten of Red Alert Navy ships are enough to deal with Lourian fleet. Then there's this 'Eighth Empire'... In the meantime, I better report this to Master and let her decide whether to forward this to Captain or not.'
Once the meeting ended, the Shadow Division promptly leaves.

Location: Near the vicinity of Qua-Toyne Border
"Hah...! Hah...! Hah...!"
The villagers were gasping their breath while heading east. It was to escape from Lourian force.
About 20 kilometers east from Gim, there was a small nameless elven village. They had little interaction with the outside world, and so seldom obtain new information. But thanks to the effort from Historia Alliance, they were able to receive the news about Lourian scout cavalry heading their way.
The entire village started to evacuate, but there was no Qua-Toyne soldier left in the vicinity, and so, they decided to wager their life and evacuate with their own power.
Currently, the villagers had moved 10 kilometers east from the village. Their number was 200 people.
The area they passed through was nothing but short-grass covered open plains. The sky was clear and the blowing wind was comfortable. The birds were singing, while the wild cows were eating the grass in bliss. This was a tranquil scenery through and through, but for the villagers, they were traveling on the shadow valley of death. It was easy to travel through this place, but there were few covers and so it was easy for them to get discovered.
A young boy was walking hand in hand with his younger sister.
The boy's name is Parun. His mother had passed away early from sickness and so he lived only with his father and sister. However, his father received a call to service in the army when Louria was gathering its force to invade, and then left the home that morning.
His father's smile burned inside Parun's mind.
'Parun, I entrust you with Asha. You are the big brother, after all.'
He had been entrusted with everything and so he vowed to absolutely protect his sister, Asha.
Their travel speed wasn't that fast, and so Parun's uneasiness became worse.
On the rear group, there were youngsters standing guard – what's remained after the army's call for service – but their numbers was only 10 people, considerably few.
'25 kilometers ahead... If we go for another 25 kilometers, there is a base of Qua-Toyne Principality Army.'
Suddenly, screams raised from the rear group.
"It's Lourian Cavalry!"
When Parun looked back, there were 100 Lourian cavalry approaching, 3 kilometers behind their group.
It was the aforementioned scout cavalry from Louria Kingdom, a country that devoted to annihilate the demi-humans.
The villagers began to scream and ran away. However, they couldn't escape from the cavalry's speed, and the looming threats gradually closing in.
Somewhere near...
Yasei, who became bored after days of waiting, received a report that a Lourian cavalry unit has been detected near the border perimeter a day before. From what he can surmise, there was an elven settlement that the Alliance urged to evacuate two days prior in the wake of Lourian invasion. He then requested few men to accompany him from GUF Human Guard General, Hiroshi Kato. In response, the man himself decided to assist the Zen Captain alongside his wife and the best Guards in the Division.

Using his Living Radar, Yasei managed to locate both the elven refugees and Lourian cavalry unit. They were 3 kilometers from each other, but if there are no obstacles and Louria has 5 minutes allowance, then the cavalry will be able to catch up. As for his squad, they're 200 meters near the refugees.
In order not to give the wrong impression, the squad decided to stay near the refugees and only open fire when the cavalry strikes. They're currently riding a Ka-29 Assault Helix provided by UNM just for this occasion.
He observed the Lourian cavalry, and frowns when he detected a lot of malice from them with his Living Radar. He also managed to acquire some info about them as well.
The Hawk Knights Order was called the best even amongst Louria Kingdom's Eastern Lords Army and was extolled as mighty warriors. Amongst them, the 15th Cavalry Regiment was a gathering of ruffians. They were bandits or pirates who obtain merits during Louria Kingdom's age of expansion, given a peerage and became nobles.
Their Captain, Jove was someone with especially cruel personality even compared with his members. If they didn't please him, he would even kill his subordinates in the battlefield and covered it as killed in action.
"We can't ignore this. Eliminating Lourian best cavalry should raise the morale of Qua-Toyne populace. Furthermore, we can also save the refugees at the same time. We'll engage them immediately."
"Got it, Captain!"
The Ka-29 Assault Helix then moves to face Hawk Knights Order. The GUF Squad can hear savage battle cries and horse gallops on the calm plains.
Parun pulled Asha's hand as they ran feverishly.
"It's alright, big brother will be protecting you without fail! Don't worry!"

Parun behaved bravely, but his heart was full of fear. He knew that the other party was a group of devils who come to kill them for real.

A long time ago, a Demon Lord appeared on the North Continent.

Elves, Humans, and Beastfolks couldn't resist the Demon Lord Army separately, so the various races joined hands and create an organization called 'Interracial Union' to combat the Demon Lord's Army by using each race's strong point. However, the Demon Lord Army was so strong that even the united races couldn't match, and the Interracial Union suffered defeat after defeat, and the veteran warriors died in battles. With the number of people able to fight decreased, the Demon Lord Army killed many Elves, Humans, and Beastfolks. More than half of the Philades Continent fell into Demon Lord's Army and then they invaded Rodenius Continent across the sea.
The Interracial Union retreated repeatedly and finally was cornered on the Elf's Sacred Land, the Divine Forest where the Elven God resided.
The Demon Lord Army recognized the high magic power Elves as troublesome being, and so to exterminate the Elves, they launched an attack on Divine Forest.
To protect the race that is like His children, the God of the Elves (the Forest God), raised His prayer to His own creator, the Supreme God, the Sun God. The Sun God responded to the prayers of the Forest God and sent his messengers to this world.
The messengers of the Sun God came riding Divine Ships that fly in the sky or Steel Land Dragons, with might sorcery that burns the land together with a thunder-like roar, they burned down the Demons.
Although the Demon Lord Army retreated from the Divine Forest after losing their main force, the messengers of the Sun God exterminated the Demons in the Rodenius continent, and even destroyed the Demon Lord Army that ruled the Philades Continent.
Elves, Humans, Beasts were saved and spread to the whole world.
Elves tried to give gold, silver, and treasures to the messengers of the Sun Gods as gratitude for their help, but they never took it and boarded on the Divine Ship before departed.
But one of the numerous Divine Ships broke down and remained in this land.
That Divine Ship was given a long lost ancient magic, the Space-Time Delaying Storage Magic, and is now carefully kept in the middle of the shrine in the Sacred Land of Lean Know Forest, on Qua-Toyne Principality.

Parun prays while running.
'Oh God, God! Oh, Forest God! Oh, Sun God! If you are really there, please help us now...! I don't care even if I had to become a sacrifice. Please... Please at least save my little sister! Oh, God please deliver us from the evil hands of the Louria Army that are trying to kill us!'

The Knights' distance with the villagers was just below 500 meters. The villagers faces were paralyzed with fear as they desperately flee. The drawn swords are the sign of the incoming slaughterfest. There were also fine women mixed amongst the fleeing mass. Imagining the tragic future that will befall his preys, a smile broke on Jove's face.
"Chargeeeeee──────!"
"UOOOooooooo!"
The cavalry squadron increased their horse's speed even more and scattered a large amount of dust as they dashed forward.
"── Captain! There's something glowing in the sky!"
Suddenly, a subordinate with the best eyesight in the squadron yelled and pointed at the sky.
"Hah? ... What is it!?"
When Jove looked up at the sky, a spear of light flew straight towards them.
── So fast!
Instinctively sensing a danger, he pulled the reins and cried out while taking an evasive action.
"Avoid it!"
The light spear pierced through the Hawk Knights Order's 15th Cavalry Squadron without them being able to evade it.
Place: Ka-29 Assault Helix
Finally engaging the cavalry unit, Yasei decided to call the nearest base for a rescue operation.
"To the nearest Alliance base, this is Assault Helix. We've located the refugees and are currently engaging the enemy cavalry unit. I can count 200 and 100 total for their respective numbers. Send in some choppers here."
Soon enough, he received a response.
"Assault Helix, this is Daital Command. We got you on the battlefield control. I trust you'll be able to eliminate them while we send in 25 Chinooks to your location."
"Much appreciated, Daital Command."
With that assurance, Yasei then issues the next command.
"Man the ports! Let's give these supremacists their just desserts!"
"Ryokai! (Roger!)"
Parun feels like he was dreaming.
Just after he shouted towards the Heaven, a spear of light flew over him. The 'Light' burst open near Lourian soldiers, and immediately after that, an ear-splitting thunderous roar and shock wave mowed down the surroundings.
"Wuuaaaa!"
Soil was flying around as if the earth itself had erupted, even Lourian soldiers outside the blast radius fell down together with their horse.
It was as if the Wrath of God hadn't been satisfied yet, Light Spears continued to rain down one after another. Streak of flashes, roar of thunders. With a tremendous exploding flame, the earth was charred down.
"T-... the Louria soldiers scattered!"
"W-what is happening!?"
Someone shouted.
The scarred and frightened Louria soldiers scattered to all directions, their file and rank completely fell into chaos. The scattered cavalry on the front was struck by yet another Light Spear. With a power enough to turn the earth inside out, the cavalry engulfed by that shock blown away into pieces together with their horse.

"Damn it! What the hell is that!"
Red Eyed Jove looked up at the sky.
A phenomenon that they couldn't understand was happening before their eyes. A dark and huge inorganic object were hovering in the sky while giving off whirling loud roars. Every time it emitted a light, their comrade blown apart by a violent explosion.
The enemy was in the sky, they had no means to attack them from ground.
"Bastards! This is a foul play!"
(Says the one who intends to slaughter these civilians.)
This voice shocked the elven refugees.
Surprised by that sudden reply, Jove and his surviving subordinates were trying to turn around towards their encampments―――

On the next moment, his eyes saw a sight of himself and his horse shattered. Red Eyed Jove was smashed to smithereens by gunfire from the transport assault helicopter, 'Ka-29 Assault Helix'.
The Hawk Knights Order 15th Cavalry Regiment was annihilated in mere seconds.
Before long, numerous flying ships appeared from the eastern sky.
While giving off fear-inducing whirling sounds, the objects, that had cast huge magic capable to roast the earth, passed through the over the villagers with great speed. Fierce winds flew underneath the big objects, the raging strong wind increased the villagers' fear.
Parun looked up at the objects.
He was captivated by the mysterious arks with various shape, but he noticed that on each hull there was a red circle with sixteen rays like a sun drawn on it.
'―――! Sun? There is a drawing of the sun's symbol! So the Emissaries of the Sun God really came!'
The flying ships with long plate turning around on its front and back descended to the ground, and the door on its side hull opened, where people wearing sky blue clothing alighted from inside.
"Who are they? Those people with dirty looking sky blue clothes?"
"They don't look like soldiers, but... What their identity is?"
The villagers who, was saved from Louria Kingdom's Soldiers and relieved that they still held their lives for the moment, became wary of the people that appeared before them. They were not a member of Lourian army, but they also were not Qua-Toyne soldiers either. Although they looked like belong to the human race, they didn't appear like soldier at all. They were carrying something like a black tube with handle in their hand.
One of them, a person who didn't carry the black thing, put a strange thing near his mouth and let out a loud voice.
(Is there anyone injured?)
There it is, the voice that couldn't belong to a human. Hearing it for the second time made the villagers surprised and frozen in silence.
In the first place, those people hold overwhelming power enough to annihilate the cavalry in mere seconds. If the villagers made them angry, they might lose their own lives. Perhaps if they report the injured people, would they be killed since they wouldn't be useful for the labor force? Or will they be sacrificed to the monster that cast those powerful magic?
Parun who believes that they are the Emissaries of the Sun God moved forward without fear.
"Thank you for helping us. Are you the Emissaries of the Sun God?"
At the boy's question, the UNM personnel present was confused for a few moments and tilted his head. He then looks at the leader-like figure aboard Ka-29 Assault Helix.
Noticing the confusion, Yasei thoughts for a few second.
'Emissaries of the Sun God? ... Ah! The Rising Sun Flag! That's exactly like the tale that Moriya Shrine preserved. And Amaterasu indeed urged the Alliance to initiate Project Shoukan. So this kid is actually correct about why the Alliance came to this world in the first place.'
During this rescue operation, both GUF and UNM must guide civilians and evacuate them as soon as possible. However, this is a special circumstance, since the refugees might hold a hint to discern what actually happened in this world back in the past. Furthermore, this won't be a lie. So, Yasei nodded and answered.
"Yes, that's right. We came to save you, so you don't need to worry anymore."
The villagers looked at each other and began a commotion.
Seeing this situation, the UNM personnel slightly cringed.
'I didn't expect the reveal to have that big of an impact...'
Yasei also feel the same thing, but he steels himself to see what the refugees have to say.
"Th-... The Emissaries of the Sun God, he says!?"
"Now that he mentioned it, there is a picture of the sun on the hull!"
"You're right! The sun is also on their clothes' shoulder!"
"A Divine Ship that flies in the sky... A powerful magic that burns the earth... And a mark that symbolizes the Sun God! There is no mistake! The God of the Elves once again prayed for the Sun God to sent the Emissaries."
"Oh... Sun God! We offer our gratitude for sending Your Emissaries to rescue us."
The village chief, as the representative of the village, moved forward and stood beside Parun before offering his gratitude.
"Emissaries of the Sun God, we offer our utmost gratitude for saving our life on this occasion."
"We-... We are just doing the right thing. I'm really glad that we make it on time. Now, this way ―――"
While having a cramp on his face, the UNM personnel attempted to guide the villagers into the transport helicopters 'CH-47 Chinook', when the villagers suddenly bowed down to the ground.
"We are truly... truly thankful!"
"Ah, please raise your head! Come now, quick enter. We will transport you to a safer place..."
"It will be disrespectful for us to not supplicate ourselves in front of the Emissaries of the Sun God..."
"Umm... It will be alright... So, please could you quickly get on here?"
"We can't possibly do that! To ride on the Divine Ships, we are not worthy..."
Yasei can only made a call to a certain miko goddess friend of his in response.
"Sanae, come here ASAP! These elves won't budge unless we got an actual deity ordering them!"
And fortunately, she responded right away.
"I'll be right there, Yasei. Just tell me your location."
Thus, the third Incident Resolver from Gensokyo, Moriya Miko Goddess, Sanae Kochiya, made her appearance.

Currently, Marisa read the report about the movements of Lourian army. There is one particular movement that concerned her, but fortunately, Yasei already took care of it two days ago alongside a squad of Human Guards. To prevent this from happening again, Reimu expands the barrier all the way to Quila border. since it turns out Lourian force found that the intersection of Qua-Toyne, Quila, and Louria border is the end point of the barrier, so they decided to send 15th Cavalry Regiment to find any viable shortcut to bypass the barrier.
Safe to say, Louria won't be able to find any holes in the barrier after this. As bonus, they even able to safe the elven refugees as well.
What is most unexpected though, is the fact that the entire Top 4 Resolvers (including herself) gathering in one place. Apparently, Sakuya came to check Patchouli on Remilia's order. As of Sanae, she gushes excitedly about how there might be a proof that the tale of Emissaries of the Sun God that Moriya Shrine preserved really happened.
The Chief Maid then started the discussion. (AN: Called it.)
"So, that's what happened..."
"Yeah. I'm really glad Yasei is here, you know."
"I can see that, Marisa-san. He called me to placate the elves because they simply just won't move!"
"Wait, really?! I thought he was joking..."
"No, Reimu-san. They thought our Chinooks are one of those Divine Ships that they heard in their legend and outright refused to enter until I told them that the Sun God ordered it! Even Tenchou-sama became exasperated and basically green-lights me to do so."
The fact that Amaterasu herself told Sanae that shows that this situation is unexpected, even for the Chief Goddess. This reminds the Resolvers about the proposal she requested to the Alliance years prior.

Tenchou Ohirume (大日天照), better known as Amaterasu Oomikami, is the one who requested Historia Alliance back in 2062 to prepare a continent to be transferred to a world that she once helped from 1943 to 1945 via Imperial Japan forces. The exploits of Imperial forces in said world became a tale that Moriya Shrine preserved for decades. She found that this world allows her to gain tremendous power from legends and myths, and wished for a permanent presence there.
It just so happened that the Alliance are preparing themselves for a Multiverse Campaign, so this is actually a good start.
First, UNM proved that Inter-Dimensional Travel is viable by having multiple worlds from Red Alert Dimensions. They would later add Dimension Panzer in 2035 and Dimension Strangereal in 2067 to strengthen their land and air power. By now, it's obvious that Red Alert Dimensions comprise most of UNM naval power.
Then there's GUF, which managed to acquire five Multiverse-level Fighters by 2062, collectively called as Shitennō (based from Minamoto no Raiko's own Shitennō). Tenchou surmised that even with tremendous power she gained from the New World, they'll still be able to beat her if they decided to go serious.
The fact that both GUF and UNM leadership believe in leading by example at the front lines are what made them earn her respect. Actually dethroning the Lunarians led by Tsukuyomi as the dominant powerhouses also helps in that regard, since she found out that Omoikane decided to stay in Gensokyo after being exiled from the Moon and has been aiding the realm on few occasions, including a plan to save the Capital in 2015.
This might be the reason why she didn't hesitate to help one of the Watatsuki sisters during the Second Genso-Lunar War, since Omoikane made an elaborate plan for them to clear their name since they were considered as some kind of pariahs. Once the Watatsukis became the leading figures for the Lunarians, she approved their decision to form Historia Alliance alongside GUF and UNM in 2040.
She found out from Susanoo, one of her siblings, that an aspect of Orochi managed to merge with two other aspects, but he also notes that these aspects are completely under control of Reimu's Mutsuigeki counterpart. After watching her for years, Susanoo didn't see her as a threat, and is content with letting her keeping the powers obtained from Orochi's aspects, knowing that she'll use them responsibly.
'He already killed the original Yamata no Orochi, after all.' She thought with amusement. Later she found out that this Mutsuigeki Reimu became one of the GUF Shitennō as well. The fact that she has a Kusanagi didn't surprise her, since that sword is originally found inside Yamata no Orochi's body. This is because she already heard that the Yamatai lineage found its way to Gensokyo after confirming the existence of a Kusanagi there.
Perhaps, with Orochi's demise, Kusanagi became fragmented and its many aspects are spread throughout the universe. She holds the original aspect, which is the consolation gift from Susanoo. The Yamatai Princess holds the heirloom aspect that she gave to Japanese Imperial lineage. And finally, Mutsuigeki Reimu hold the precursor aspect, which means she wields a Kusanagi as Avatar of Yamata no Orochi.
With GUF holding two Kusanagi aspects and UNM trying to gain her favor (while not knowing that they already gained it in addition of her respect ever since surpassing the Lunarians), she finally responded with a proposal, and introduces herself to the Alliance with the alias she picked beforehand.
And the rest is history.
(AN: I decided to take some liberty here to create a lore for Amaterasu, Susanoo, and Tsukuyomi plus their relation with Historia Alliance prior to the start of Historia Shoukan. The elements I used here came from Touhou Project (obviously) and Smite: Battleground of the Gods. It's normal if most of you never heard about the latter. As for Orochi itself, I took elements from no less than 3 sources, which is King of Fighters, Warriors Orochi, and High School DxD. Before you say anything: No, I didn't kill off Kyo Kusanagi. The three Kusanagi renditions that I use came from Touhou, Smite, and DxD.)

"Yep, Reimu. They're really stubborn when it comes to that. Or should I say, they already consider us enemies the moment they found out we have youkais as well. No wonder Alice's Praetor wants to invade them so bad. I'm just glad Qua-Toyne and Quila have demihumans and humanoid youkais just like back in Gensokyo and Falmart."
"At least this isn't the first human supremacist force that we faced."
"I agree with Sanae. The first time we faced a supremacist force, they have enough tech level to hold Historia/Neo-Gen coalition for months, and even pushed us back at some point. Compared to that? This isn't even two weeks, and we already crippled Lourian navy and air force. Still, they have invaded our ally, and we've retaliated."
"Indeed. If we're going to tackle Multiverse matters, we better make sure we can deal with our local universe first. It's sad that HMF can't join, but they need to protect their universe as well. I'm pretty sure they appreciated Qua-Toyne's agriculture products we sent to them in return for their Faciendi metalii."
"It's a good thing we contacted STI first, then."
Sakuya said as she served Patchouli a tea before then resumes speaking.
"As of the plan to cripple their army, I think we're already on the right direction. Still, it's imperative to give them a warning beforehand lest it turns to a massacre."
"From the way you put it... Will this be a psychological warfare?"
"Exactly. If they didn't turn back, then Marisa can execute that plan of hers. Considering their technology level being similar to that of Saderans back then, this should do it."
"Everyone is in agreement, then?"
With the collective nod from Incident Resolvers and Magus Trio, Reimu ends the meeting.
"Alright, then. Let's end it here. We all have work to do."
They then went their separate way.

Clara Hastings, the UNM Officer who commanded the Artillery Base for the current war, is currently looking at the situation on Gim from the battlefield control. She saw that the citizens became restless as Lourian army keep bothering them all day and the number of soldiers spotted there keep increasing.
The current numbers are 190,000 personnel. Marisa made it clear that she'll call the bombardment once the number reaches 200,000 and the Lourians ignore their warning.
Commander Moizi remain paranoid because of this, but every time he tried to send his men to attack, Magus Trio forces stops them from advancing. Additionally, the observers that witnessed Rodenius Grand Naval Battle, General Nou and Naval Officer Breweye, came to the base as well. He didn't want to let the General down.
"I see... So this is their artillery."
"Hmm... This number, I originally want to say this isn't enough. But I saw the recording of the naval battle. Even the Council are forced to acknowledge that it really happened."
"True. Looks like their battlefield control is far more useful than I initially thought. To think they actually record their previous battles for future references..."
"No wonder the Alliance became this strong..."
The chatter stopped when Clara decided to greet Qua-Toyne observers.
"Sirs, welcome to the Artillery Fire Support Base. My name is Clara Hastings, UNM Officer assigned to command this base."
"We thank you for allowing us to participate in this matter, Commander Hastings."
"No problem. If this goes according to the plan, we can expect the call from Magus Trio by tomorrow."
Qua-Toyne military higher-ups decided to see how Historia will cripple Lourian army, just like what they did to their navy and air force.
Unknown to them, Quila have send their men to reinforce Magus Trio in order to lure as many Lourian soldiers as possible to Qua-Toyne/Louria border perimeter. They honored the military alliance since they know if Qua-Toyne fall, they're next.

"Sir, we've spotted at least 30,000 personnel gathered at Louria/Qua-Toyne border."
Receiving the report, Patagene wondered if they plan to attack Louria. Based from brief glimpses that the advance force managed to take note, these force seems to be well-equipped.

"Are the wyverns from the vanguard force has been recalled?"
"Yes, sir. We now have 50 wyverns defending the capital."
"Continue with the usual pressure strategy. Keep them in check and make sure we hold them enough until the invasion on Qua-Toyne is completed."
