Emma walks home quietly. The images of Regina pressed up against her still replaying in her head. What was Killian going off about? What lights, what fire? Fire?!

Emma pulls out her phone: "I know I just left but I had a great time. We don't have to make sense of this right now, but we do need to talk about the magic, maybe after we enroll Henry back in school?" Emma hits send and waits for Regina's reply. Now, she knows she needs to consult Blue about the magic. It's been going bananas ever since she got back, and she doesn't want to set anything on fire. Her phone goes off.

R: "this evening has me so distracted I didn't even think of Henry's school! Yes, absolutely we can talk about it after we go enroll him. I'm sure he can pick back up where he left off. Then maybe we can do brunch? I'll look at some spell books tonight, there must be something I'm missing."

Emma smiles to herself. The idea of spending more time alone with Regina makes the butterflies start up in her stomach again, "deal. See you at 730a sharp Madam Mayor." She knows Regina must be smiling on the other side at the Madam part of that text.

R: "see you then Miss Swan. Good night." Emma replies with a good night of her own and when she opens her door, she finds Mary Margaret and Charming waiting up for her.

"Well, hello. I didn't expect the both of you to be up." Emma can feel the awkwardness of her comment as she takes her jacket off. Mary Margaret moves from her spot washing dishes to the couch and plops down next to David. Emma sees the big smiles forming on both their faces.

"Soooo, how did your night go?" Mary Margaret askes with a slightly higher pitch than usual. Emma feels herself blushing, but I mean it's not like anyone knows anything. Do they? She is doubting herself and decides to quickly change the subject.

"My magic is out of control." She says quickly.

"Wait, what? What do you mean? Did something happen? Is Henry, ok?" Mary Margaret asks as she shoots up, the smiles gone and now stern concern covering her face. David stands next to her. Ok, so maybe that was a bit much.

Emma sighs. "No, no. I didn't hurt anyone, no need for alarm. I just... whenever I even brush against Regina is sort of... I'm not sure… sparks?! It just seems out of control is all and then Killian showed up at her door talking about fiery amber lights..." Emma is rambling and when she looks at David and Mary Margaret they are softly smiling. "What?" Emma asks.

"Well, I mean, I saw sparks, we can for sure call them sparks. Right, Mary Margaret?" David replies to Emma. "I could feel the radiation of something and it for sure felt like you could start a forest fire with those gaze exchanges…" David says as he and Mary Margaret start to giggle. The red is rising to Emma's cheeks, and she can feel it.

"Ok, well I think that is my cue to go to sleep!" Emma says holding her jacket tightly against her and begins to slowly walk away.

"You need to go to Blue about the sparks thought if they are more literal then metaphorical…" Emma can hear Mary Margaret trail behind her as she goes into her room.

Emma yells out "good night, see you in the morning" before closing her door. She can hear the laughter from the living room. Great apparently, it's obvious. She doesn't even doubt it, whatever earlier was, she has not felt that in a very long time. Not just the overwhelming want that she has for Regina but the natural way it felt, it just makes sense. She isn't sure how she is going to sleep; she wonders if Regina is thinking of this too. Maybe they should just talk now. Emma hears her phone go off and as she reaches for it and looks down, it's not who she was hoping for.

Killian: "Can we talk? I'd like to talk please. You came back and I let my feelings get the best of me. I've missed you. I apologize for jumping to conclusions." Emma reads the text and takes a deep breath. She isn't in the mood to deal with this tonight or any night really. She deletes the message.

Emma starts texting and deletes the message. She begins texting again. Smiles to herself and sends it.

E to R: I hope this doesn't' wake you. You looked beautiful earlier. I didn't say it and I meant to say it. I'm not sure how I'll get sleep.

Emma walks into her restroom and changes as she waits. She slips into sweats and a tshirt. She hears her phone go off in her room.

R to E: I am up, I'm having a hard time falling asleep. We both can't sleep. Maybe you want to count sheep together?

Emma begins to feel her nerves flare up. She throws on a hoodie and some sneakers. She takes a deep breath.

E to R: Sure, I can come back if you are up to that. I can jump out of my window and head your way. Don't even say a word, I feel like a teenager as it is with David and Mary Margaret here.

R to E: Not a word. I am up for that. Don't knock. I'll be in the kitchen, let yourself in.
