When there are wounds, they are healed. Even when things go bad, more than physical wounds need to be mended but in that process, knowledge and wisdom is gained, for better or for worse. Hawke is terribly wounded during the fight with the Arishok and to heal her Anders fuses with Justice to heal her almost from death. This though, is not the only healing that takes place.
