What if Naruto was adopted by the Anbu Black Ops

Naruto was adopted by the Anbu due to the harsh treatment given to him by Konoha. He trains under Anko, Shisui, and Itachi. Not long after he graduates, Naruto is apart of team Kurenai with Kiba and Sakura. After the events of a mission exercise, Naruto leaves and begins training under Anko. What will be the outcome?

7. Chapter 7

*Notes - After reviewing the notes that were given to me by those of you who have been following the story, I'm going to address a few things. As far as the format, I'm using this from google docs and thus the previous chapter that I posted had a different format. I hope it made reading the chapter easier and I'll continue using that format unless told otherwise. Yes, this is what if Naruto was adopted by the Anbu. While he and Anko are a team, he currently isn't in the Anbu. However, I do plan on having him officially enter and become a member. As far as the executioner blade, I didn't want to give it to Naruto because he used his own weapons. In the latest chapter, Naruto created his own kunai along with keeping his sword for his new fighting style. Nobody really gave it much thought because Anko wanted both Naruto and Haku to return to the leaf. When everyone ganged up on Naruto, I understand that most people wouldn't do it with malicious intent. However, they believed that Naruto was the Kyuubi and people often respond differently than usual when they're afraid. That is why the genin acted totally out of character. Sasuke's actions with Anko are something that I believe she would keep secret. Knowing that Naruto and maybe others would retaliate. While Sasuke threatened to throw her under the bus, Anko's smart enough to know it wouldn't happen but decides to keep silent until a later time. Eventually, Sasuke will be approached by her and Naruto and that will be an event on its own, so stay tuned for that. I understand there are tons of concerns. I promise that things will be getting better as the story progresses. Finally, if there are any other fanfics that you guys would like me to make around Naruto and Dragon Ball. Chapter Seven : Fox Namikaze

Naruto and Anko decided to spend the last year together, focusing and sharpening on their skills. Naruto was currently using his body flicker to further increase his speed, stamina, and come up with ideas during battle. Anko made it her mission to attack Naruto and thanks to his healing abilities from Kurama, the damage she inflicted on her boyfriend was never anything life threatening. "Hey Anko?" Naruto asked as the two of them were sitting down and resting before resuming their training. "What's up?" Anko asked as she turned her head. "I was thinking, maybe after the chunin exams, I could look into joining the Anbu. I understand the mission that I've been given and how I'll be a temporary Anbu captain, but I'd like to find something more permanent." Naruto explained as Anko turned her body to be sitting across from him. "Naruto, becoming an Anbu isn't a walk in the park. I know you have become incredibly strong, but I don't know if you're Anbu material." Anko admitted. "What do you mean?" Naruto asked as curiosity ran across his face. "Do you know why the Anbu are who they are?" Anko asked as she gave Naruto a serious look. Naruto shook his head to respond that he didn't know. "The Anbu are required to handle some of the nastiest tasks in the world. I've been on many missions that required me to carry out an assassination on an individual, along with their families due to them being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It isn't easy. For myself, since I trained under Orochimaru, I learned to become heartless. It makes me sick to say this, but when I'm in battle, the blood shed and killing brings me joy. This is something I don't want you to ever experience." Anko admitted as she looked down at the ground as the guilt began to way in on her. She stated to Naruto that she was a monster. Naruto scooted himself next to her and placed his arm around her. "Anko, you aren't a monster. The fact that you have all this guilt is proof enough that you aren't a monster." Naruto said. Anko gave him a small smile. "Thank you, Naruto. For the first time in my life, I don't feel like a social outcast. Whenever I'm around you, all the feelings of anger and hatred leave my body." Anko admitted. Naruto stood up and gave her his foxy smile. "Anko, I promise. I'll protect you with my life and when the day comes that I encounter Orochimaru, I'll kill that snake bastard!" Naruto shouted with determination but was smacked across the back of his head. "Don't you dare say that! Naruto, I need you to promise me that if you encounter Orochimaru, you run. She isn't a ninja that you can just fight." Anko shouted. "Anko, I know you're concerned but I promise. I'm sure that I can stand my ground." Naruto said. Anko immediately punched him in the gut and he dropped to his knees. "I'm serious, Naruto. If I find out that you fought her, there is no jutsu alive that will compare to what I'll do to you." Anko coldly said with a slight sinister tone. Naruto nodded and gave her a thumbs up to indicate that he understood the message.

For the rest of the evening, both Naruto and Anko continued their training. While Anko was getting better at producing shadow clones, Naruto's Swift release had become exceptional. He managed to create another jutsu that was focused on single battles, opposed to multiple enemies. "Okay, Anko. This jutsu works about the same as the Flying Thunder God Jutsu that my father created. When I throw the kunai, I can summon shadow clones through it and launch an attack. This will work great, especially if they block the attack. I'll call this, Swift Release, Kunai Shadow Clone." Naruto declared with excitement in his voice. Anko smiled at her boyfriend and was proud of him to see that he has come a long way with his training. "The next thing I need to do is, learn how to use these jutsu without making any hand signs. By doing this, I'll have the element of surprise on my side." Naruto continued explaining. Anko nodded and she crossed her fingers and created three shadow clones. "Listen up! The only way that I can help Naruto improve is to attack him at random moments. As he is training, I want you to attack him with the intent to kill. I'm confident in my boy that if he is attacked, he'll eventually be forced to use his jutsu without time to make any seals or utter any words." Anko declared to her clones and they nodded. As she ordered her clones, Naruto had managed to create over one thousand shadow clones and he used his signature jutsu and managed to eliminate all of them without breaking a sweat. Naruto was standing tall as he glared with slight disappointment in his eyes. "There has to be a way that I can improve on my jutsu. I know that sticking to one thing is usually a disadvantage. What if I make this one thing so overpowered, that nobody will be able to counter it?" Naruto thought to himself as he drew his sword and destroyed the shadow clone of Anko that was about to attack. "Hey, Anko?" Naruto called out to her as she was meditating. "What?" Anko asked with slight annoyance because her concentration was broken. Naruto approached her and the annoyance she felt had faded away after seeing a distressed look on Naruto's face. "Is there a way that you can help me create weights to make it harder for my body to move?" Naruto asked. Anko smirked and gave him a nod. After going through three hand seals, a box appeared before them. Naruto opened it up and found a weighted vest, a set of arm weights, and a set of leg weights. "This will help you improve your speed and stamina. If you mix chakra to it, you'll find that you can have any resistant level that you need. Naruto smiled with excitement and immediately put the weights on. To his surprise, they fit perfectly over his clothes and it went in line with his outfit. "What do you think?" Naruto asked as he looked at Anko. She gave him a smile and told him that he was still an idiot, but he was her idiot.

Anko and Naruto decided that it would be a good time to wrap up their training for the day. The two of them proceeded into the house and entered the kitchen. They sat down at the table and to Naruto's displeasure, a bowl of vegetables sat in front of him. "Hey, Anko? I think either the house is broken, or we ate the last of the dango." Naruto said as he inspected the bowl of veggies. "No, Naruto. We have been eating nothing but dango for the past five years. Over the years, I had to have special seasonings added to your dango because I knew you weren't going to eat anything else. However, I've decided that you're going to eat your vegetables." Anko explained to Naruto. His face looked like he was told that his dog was killed. "But Anko! That is unfair! Why do I have to eat veggies?" Naruto complained until Anko threw a kunai that he caught with ease. ":Remember, I'm your sensei. You must do what I tell you to do." Anko said with her evil smile. Naruto sighed and then jumped up with excitement. In an instant, four Naruto's appeared. "Okay, I want you guys to eat the veggies." Naruto ordered and while they complained, they followed the instructions. Anko placed her head into her hand and said that she never met someone that was so grown, but yet, so childish. After they ate, both of them headed to their room where they would enter the shower. One problem that the two of them faced was that Naruto loved a shower that was ice-cold, while Anko loved a shower that felt like lava. He would allow his girlfriend to get cleaned off first because he knew that she would often attack him and he'd love the way she smelled after using her special body wash. Unfortunately, Anko put on a shirt that clearly was too big for her. "Hey, Anko? Are you okay?" Naruto asked as Anko proceeded to the bed. She gave him a mean glare and laid under the blanket. Naruto looked confused but decided to shrug it off. He entered the bathroom and began to undress as he noticed his whisker marks appear darker, along with his teeth appearing sharper. Naruto didn't think much of it and he quickly got cleaned up. Once Naruto finished in the shower and got dressed, Naruto crawled into bed only to be punched by Anko. "No! Don't touch me, go sleep on the couch!" Anko shouted. "What's wrong?" Naruto asked as concern grew on his face. Anko kept the blankets over her face and then Naruto decided it would be best that he left her alone. Naruto entered the living room and laid on the couch and fell into a deep sleep.

Both Shisui and Kurama were laughing uncontrollably at the annoyed Naruto. "You poor thing," Kurama said to Naruto. He looked at her with confusion and asked what she meant. Shisui appeared and informed Naruto that Anko is having her woman problems. Naruto continued looking confused and asked what they meant. "Oh, Naruto. I take it you don't know about the female body." Kurama said with slight amusement in her voice. Naruto raised one of his eyebrows and asked what Kurama meant. "It's her time of the month. I'm surprised that you hadn't noticed. Then, I suppose you two were so focused on developing your fighting styles that the two of you were too exhausted to notice. Anko is in a ton of pain. If I were you, I'd go into the kitchen and get her a box of chocolate and give her a back rub." Kurama said with a soft smile. Naruto thought about what she said and nodded. He immediately woke up and ran into the kitchen and got a few different kinds of chocolate that appeared for him. Feeling beyond scared that Anko was going to attack him, Naruto thought about how he was going to enter the room. "I got it! Tomorrow, I'll work on a jutsu that allows me to travel with pure stealth." Naruto thought to himself and he immediately entered their bedroom with hopes that he wouldn't die. "What do you want? Go away!" Anko shouted until Naruto defied her and placed the chocolates in front of her and began to rub her back. "What are you doing?" Anko asked as she glared at him. "I want to be a good boyfriend. I know it's your time of the month and saw that you were irritated. I got you some chocolates and I'm rubbing your back because it will help make your body relax." Naruto said with his warm smile. Anko started to cry and hugged Naruto tightly. "Naruto! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to snap! I'm just in so much pain!" Anko shouted with sorrow in her voice. Naruto gave a warm smile and held his girlfriend tightly. The two of them cuddled with Naruto holding Anko tightly and the two of them drifted into a deep sleep. While in her dreams, she visualized both her and Naruto standing before the hokage. They were officially married and everyone they cared about was there and gave them their support. This made Anko blush in her dreams.

Naruto woke up and saw that Anko was still asleep. Remembering how angry she was the previous night, Naruto thought it would be better if he didn't wake her. After he got dressed and applied his chakra to the weights, Naruto proceeded out to the training field where he was determined to create a new jutsu. "Okay, dad's Flying Thunder God worked similarly. However, I need to do something that works better without the use of a kunai." Naruto said to himself as he began his warm up exercises. While running, Naruto had created multiple shadow clones to review the scrolls and notes that he wrote about the Body Flicker and Flying Thunder God. As they worked on studying, Naruto spent his time lost in thoughts as he tried to figure out different ways for the jutsu to work. Naruto then remembered how he wanted to enter the bedroom and get to Anko without her attacking him. Immediately, Naruto came to a stop and began to visualize Anko. When he vanished, Naruto had appeared in the kitchen and saw Anko who was waiting, eating a bowl of breakfast that was made for her. "Naruto? What are you doing?" Anko asked as she continued eating. "Strange, I visualized you and your chakra signature. I didn't feel you entering the kitchen. I'm working on a jutsu that would allow me to teleport to anyone as long as I can feel their chakra. It seems that I won't need to know the place that they are. What I want to do is be able to use this jutsu without using as much chakra as my Swift Release, Body flicking barrage or whatever the name is." Naruto said. Anko looked at him and gave him a smile. "What about, Swift Release - Flashing Strike?" Anko suggested. Naruto's face grew wide with his foxy grin. "Anko! You're a genius! That's such a cool name! Now, I came up with this idea earlier." Naruto said as he took a seat. Knowing that her boyfriend was off the wall, more than she could ever be. Anko looked at him and asked what it was due to not being able to wonder what he thought of. "We should work on merging our styles and jutsu! While I'm sure the flashing strike is excellent on its own. It would add a nice insult to injury to see us mix a jutsu that was beyond overpowered. Plus, I'm sure when I become officially part of the Anbu, It would be easier for our missions." Naruto finished explaining. Anko thought about what he said. "What if I summoned you from my snakes?" Anko suggested. Naruto looked at her with a look of confusion and asked if she could elaborate. "If I can summon a few snakes that were fused with your chakra kunais, we could perform the kunai jutsu and you'd be able to attack at any point. Another suggestion is, you can merge your chakras with my snakes and when they attack ,you'll be able to use their spots as summoning points. This would allow us to catch the enemy off guard without the use of kunais." Anko finished explaining. Naruto smiled. "Okay, yes. We will do it. I'm going to have some breakfast and then we can get started with our training." Naruto said brightly. Anko smiled and before him, a bowl of vegetables appeared. "Anko? Again?" Naruto asked with disappointment. Anko smiled and said that it will be good for his body. Naruto nodded and created his shadow clones to eat the veggies.

Naruto and Anko were inside the office room that was created suddenly for them that had all the notes, scrolls, and other information to combine chakra and jutsu with Anko's snakes. Wanting to quickly get the research doen, both Naruto and Anko created two clones to further assist with finding information. After an hour passed, both ninja were confident in the ability to mix their jutsu together. Naruto managed to place a seal on Anko's sword that allowed him to appear where her sword struck. Whenever they fought together, Anko would make it her mission to attack a certain way that would allow the enemy to be drawn into a false sense of security. Anko then practiced her Striking Shadow Snake Jutsu that would allow Naruto to appear and attack. The two of them were satisfied with the results. "Okay, since we only have eleven months left, I think we should spend this time on increasing our conditioning. From four to eight, we will exercise our bodies. We will eat at nine, and then at ten, we will work on our taijutsu and spar with each other. At twelve, we eat lunch. Then at one to four, we will work on our teamwork training. Finally, at five to seven, we will do our individual training and then be done for the day." Naruto explained. Anko nodded in agreement. For the next eleven months, both Naruto and Anko trained harder than ever and when it was time to leave, the two shinobi had drastically changed in the five years they were inside the room without time and space.

Inside the Hokage's office, Hiruzen and Jiraiya sat as they waited for the return of Naruto. "Where did you say my godson was?" Jiraiya asked in skepticism. Hiruzen smiled and informed him that he and Anko Miterashi were on a special five day mission. "You sent him with her? Isn't she a bit wild, like Kushina?" Jiraiya asked nervously. "I can assure you, Naruto and Anko were perfect for this mission. But now that you mention it, I do notice a similarity between Anko and Kushina. Both of them were considered high spirited and psychotic." Hiruzen said with a chuckle at the end. "So tell me, what is your plan with Naruto for the chunin exams? I know he was promoted to chunin, so doesn't it make sense that he sits out?" Jiraiya asked. "No, I have him on a special S rank mission. I believe the sand village has partnered up with Orochimaru in the sound village. My resources have informed me that they will be striking during the chunin exams. I want Naruto to participate as a genin and gather information. During the first exam, Ebiki will be giving them a written exam. Naruto is going to use that time to get a feel for each of the shinobi. Once he collects information, through the use of his Mangekyo Sharingan, he'll speak to Ebiki and inform him about everything. Afterwards, Naruto will be sent into the forest as an eliminator. His job will be to eliminate any threats that could be dangerous to Konoha. Finally, the third exam is where he will forfeit. Since he is a chunin already, it makes no sense for him to fight. I'm going to have him meet with the Anbu, head of clans, and council. He is going to be given the role as Captain and lead the counter-attack for the invasion. I'm going to assign the jounin senseis to be at the stadium and assist the others with fighting for the invasion. If my gut is right, then Orochimaru will attack me head on. Jiraiya, I want you to be Naruto's second and force the others to listen to his command. I'm going to have Anko and Iruka evacuate the children and civilians to a safe place before Naruto begins the counter attack." Hiruzen finished explaining. Jiraiya smiled and said, "Sarutobi sensei, you seem to have faith in Naruto. Is this because of his skills or is it because he's Minato's son." Hiruzen smiled and said that it was a little of both. The two laughed until the timer on Hiruzen's desk went off. He smiled and said that it's time for Naruto and Anko to return. After Hiruzen made a series of hand seals, a door appeared and both Naruto and Anko exited the world and entered the hokage's office.

Naruto looked at Hiruzen and both he and Jiraiya were stunned at the resemblance that Naruto had to Minato. Standing next to him with her hand holding his, Anko had appeared to make a slight few changes. Her hair and facial features were the same, but her body had become more proportioned and toned. Both Jiraiya and Hiruzen's nose began to bleed controllably at the look at Anko. "That's enough, I don't think my girlfriend wants to be stared at all day." Naruto said as he gave Anko a wink. "Girlfriend?" Jiraiya asked with a blush on his face. Naruto turned to the older man with long, white hair. "Who are you?" Naruto asked with a confused look. Hiruzen cleared his threat and said, "Naruto, this is Jiraiya. He's known as the toad sage, legendary sannin, and your godfather." Naruto's eyes opened wide upon hearing that he had a godfather. Jiraiya gave him a slight smile. "Why are you here?" Naruto coldly asked that drew concern to both Anko and Hiruzen. Jiraiya gave him a stare. "Why the hell are you here!? For eighteen years I had nobody except for the old man and Anko. Where the hell have you been? Where were you when I was being beaten to a pulp everyday? Where were you on the nights that I considered killing myself from all the hatred I received from the village? Where were you when everyone found out that I was Kyuubi?" Naruto shouted as tears began to fall down his face and he took off in a sprint. Jiraiya reached his hand out in a small attempt to stop Naruto but it was too late. "Jiraiya, give Naruto time. His life hasn't been easy." Hiruzen calmly said. Both men noticed a glare from Anko. "He isn't wrong. Where were you? Isn't that what Godfathers do? They're there for their God Kids. I guess you and Orochimaru are more similar than you think." Anko coldly said as she proceeded to the door. "Also, Naruto and I are getting married after the chunin exams. If I find out that someone tried to interfere or stop us, I know who to come to." Anko declared angrily as she exited the hokage's office to go look for Naruto.

Naruto sat on the top of the hokage monument. Tears were pouring out of his crimson eyes where the sharingan resided. "Why did you have to come?" Naruto asked himself as he wiped his tears. Feeling a slight touch on his shoulders, Naruto turned around to see Anko with a look of sorrow. "I know it was a lot for you to take in. But, I would like you to give Lord Jiraiya a chance. I know you're hurt, but I need you to understand that he was playing a major part of the village. Lord Jiraiya has a spy network that he runs and without the network, the village would have been destroyed years ago." Anko explained. Naruto nodded and hugged Anko tightly. "Are they still in the office?" Naruto asked as he tried to wipe away his tears. Anko nodded and the two of them vanished and appeared by the hokage's window. "Naruto? Are you okay?" Hiruzen asked as Jiraiya sat still and looked at the boy with a disappointed expression. Naruto nodded to indicate that he was fine and both him and Anko entered the room. "Naruto, I'd like you to hear Jiraiya out without interrupting him." Hiruzen said. Naruto nodded and held Anko's hand as he allowed for Jiraiya to speak. "Well, where do I start? I suppose the beginning will make the most sense. Ten years before the Kyuubi attacked Konoha, both myself, and your Godmother, Tsunade were inside the village. We were preparing to leave on a mission and while we were out on the mission, Tsunade and I discussed our son, your father. Minato Namikaze, the village's fourth hokage, and my student. Tsunade and I were out to build a spy network that would give the leaf valuable information to prepare for any wars or other enemies that may come. During our time away, we received word of the Kyuubi. When Tsunade and I heard of our son's passing, we were crushed. I decided to allow Tsunade to back out of the mission due to needing time to cope. She has yet to be seen since then. While I was away, I received word about Orochimaru creating her own village. When I learned that she was planning to attack konoha and capture the Kyuubi, I made myself known to her. After revealing myself, I knew that I'd be tracked. Had I returned to Konoha and met you, it would have placed you in grave danger. I knew that I needed to contact you and check up on you due to knowing how the villages were known to treat a Jinchuriki. I reached out to Sarutobi sensei to collect information about you. He told me that you have been fine and that Minato's wishes were being met. This brought me to the conclusion that Naruto Namikaze was fine. So I did my routine check ups and when I heard that you became a ninja, I was happy. One day while I was out researching, I found an updated bingo book. Under our famous Kakashi Hatake, Naruto Uzumaki was placed. To you and most people this wouldn't be odd due to you being the one who killed Zabuza Mommochi. However, I was surprised to see that you didn't have your father's name, Namikaze. After seeing this, I began doing my own research on you and when I spied on the village for my own reasons, I saw how badly you were treated. I was prepared to come down on the leaf, but then I managed to calm myself down. It was then that I reached out to my sensei and here we are. So, I didn't avoid you because I didn't love you, I avoided you to save you. Had I known how you would have been treated, I'd have brought you along with me." Jiraiya finished saying. The room went silent due to nobody knowing what to say. The only thing Naruto was able to feel was Anko's hand tightly squeezing him to assure him that he will be okay. Naruto took a deep breath and looked at the hokage. "Old man, is this true? Were you the one that kept everything from me about my only family left?" Naruto asked. Hiruzen took a deep breath and glared down at his desk to figure out what he was going to say. "Naruto, if you knew the truth. You would understand why I did what I , you're Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze. Do you know how many enemies that your father had? If word would have gotten out, you would have been at the top of the bingo book immediately. I only did this because I love you. You're my grandson and no matter what, I wanted to protect you. I decided to have you live with the Anbu because I knew that you would be safe and could learn how to become a powerful ninja." Hiruzen said. Naruto remained silent and stared down at his feet as he considered everything he had been told. Naruto smiled at Jiraiya and walked over to give him a hug. This surprised everyone. After giving his god son a hug in return, Naruto gave his signature foxy smile. "Okay, let's talk about the invasion!" Naruto said.

The hokage informed Naruto of what would be expected of him and this had Anko feeling uneasy. "Lord Hokage? You can't be serious about having Naruto encounter Orochimaru. I know he has gotten stronger, but she is on an entirely different level." Anko said. Hiruzen gave a deep sigh before speaking. "Anko, I need you to understand. Orochimaru is a ninja that holds no moral code. Naruto has become an asset to our village and we may need him to fight." Anko looked down but Naruto placed his arm around her shoulders. "Anko, I give you my word. If I can help it, I'll stay clear of Orochimaru." Naruto promised his girlfriend who gave him a kiss. Both Hiruzen and Jiraiya blushed. Hiruzen then began speaking. "Naruto, though you are a chunin, I'm going to temporarily demote you to genin so that way you can enter the exam without any problems. You'll be a one man team. You still have a little while before the exams and so I'd like you and Anko to join the other teams on missions. This will help strengthen more team work along with allowing for the other teams to gain more experience that will better prepare them for the chunin exams." Both Naruto and Anko nodded and they vanished. "Did Naruto do what I think he just did?" Hiruzen asked Jiraiya with his mouth hanging open.

Naruto and Anko went to their home inside the forest of death and they found Haku training with Sasuke. Both Naruto while wearing his mask and Anko greeted Haku and Anko gave Sasuke a death stare. "What's going on here? Why is the Uchiha brat at our home?" Anko asked as she crossed her arms. Sasuke scolded Anko when Haku admitted to Sasuke asking her to help him with his taijutsu. "Look, Kakashi has been busy. I'm not too knowledgeable on taijutsu and I thought that since Haku managed to keep up with Fox, then I could get some real training." Sasuke admitted. Anko burst out laughing and stated that it was funny how the legendary Uchiha needed help. Anko then orders Fox and Haku to grab a bite of dango for her while she speaks to Sasuke. Once both Fox and Haku left, Anko crossed her arms and grew a sinister smile. Sasuke's face looked slightly nervous and he was immediately thrown across the training field. "Hmph, not so tough. Come on, fight me." Anko taunted. Sasuke's face grew angry and he charged at Anko but was kicked to the ground. Anko stood over him with her arms crossed and her evil glare. "Why, you!" Sasuke shouted and he grabbed his kunai and tried to stab Anko in the leg. She easily jumped and slammed her heel into Sasuke's eye. "What's wrong Uchiha? Back in Waves you were all cocky and arrogant. Did your balls fall off or something?" Anko said. Sasuke glared at her and his eyes opened wide when Anko told him he was a coward. Immediately, his eyes turned crimson and two dots appeared in both of his eyes. "Foolish little brother. You must live with hate, and let that hate live with you for the rest of your days." a voice in Sasuke's head said. "Wrong!" Sasuke shouted and this concerned Anko. Sasuke jumped up and threw a barrage of kunai in her direction that she easily blocked with her sword. Sasuke then appeared across from her and shouted, "Windmill, Triple Attack!" Shuriken with string attached to them pinned Anko against a tree. Sasuke then went through a variety of hand seals and shouted, "Fire Style, Dragon Flame Jutsu!" A large dragon of fire appeared and struck Anko head on. Sasuke fell to his knees as he tried to catch his breath. To his horror, Anko appeared behind him with a smirk on her face. "Not bad, you almost had me." Anko said before kicking Sasuke in his back and sending him flying down. She then formed a few hand seals and summoned a couple of snakes to keep Sasuke contained. "Listen up, Uchiha. I'm going to tell you something. I won't reveal to Fox about what happened in the Land of Waves. However, if you wish for me to keep my mouth shut, you'll appear here every morning along with Ino and Sai. I'm going to explain to Kakashi that his team needs extra training. From now and till the chunin exams, you'll be going through Anko's Hazing Training." Anko declared. Sasuke looked at her with an angry expression. "Don't look at me like that. You brought this upon yourself. Plus, the training I give you might be enough to help you defeat Itachi." Anko said and Sasuke's eyes opened wide. He bowed his head and said that he'd be back the following morning with his team. Anko winked and told him that he better show up.

Both Naruto and Haku were at the dango stand. "How was your mission?" Haku asked to break the silence. Naruto got nervous due to trying to figure out how to explain it to his new friend. "It went great. Anko and I were really successful." Naruto said. Haku smirked and said that she wasn't an idiot. "I'm not sure how you did it. But both you and Anko have clearly changed your physical appearance. Plus, I noticed you two have been more public about your feelings. Either you two had an awakening moment, or you went to a place that gave you time that expanded that of five days." Haku said with a smile as they proceeded to return home with the dango. "Okay, look. I need you to keep this a secret." Naruto seriously said in his stern voice. Haku smiled warmly and said that she would keep the secret till she died. Naruto informed her about the room without time and space. "One day out here was one year inside the world. Anko and I spent five years together. So I guess it may be strange to everyone else, but she and I grew significantly closer within the time span." Naruto finished explaining. Haku smiled and said that she figured they had done something like that. As they were walking, they noticed a short, purple haired woman talking with a white haired man that only revealed an eye. "So you see, it's either the Uchiha is expelled and you are forced to train your team yourself, or your precious Uchiha and his team get the training they need." Anko said sinisterly to Kakashi. "Okay, I guess you have a point. I cannot believe Sasuke would do that. Anko, I deeply apologize for him and anything you want to do to him as payback, I'll understand." Kakashi said in his disappointed voice. Anko smirked and said that she will give Sasuke everything he deserves. It was then that Naruto called out to Anko. "Hey, Fox! How is it going?" Anko happily called out. Both Fox and Haku shook their heads at the possibile conversations that could have been said between her and Kakashi. "I think it's better we don't ask." Haku suggested and was given a nod of understanding by Naruto. "Okay, so our training for the chunin exams will be slightly different. I'm going to speak with Kurenai to have Sakura and Kiba join us. I'll also reach out to get Hinata, Choji, and Shikamaru. This will be the perfect chunin exams prep course. I wonder if the hokage will pay for this as a mission for the training." Anko said and both Haku and Naruto looked at her with sweat dripping from the side of their faces.

The three friends returned back home and began chowing down on the dango. Once they finished eating, Anko gave Naruto a kiss and informed them that she was going to speak with the hokage about her chunin prep course. Naruto and Haku waved goodbye to Anko. "Hey, Haku?" Naruto asked. "What is it?" Haku asked as she put down the empty dango stick. "What do you think about the leaf and fellow genin? Is there anyone in particular that you like?" Naruto asked as he grabbed another dango stick. Haku looked at him and then took a pondering expression. "If there was anyone here that I liked, it would probably be Sai." Haku admitted to a shocked Naruto. "Sai? Why do you like him?" Naruto asked with curiosity in his voice. "He is similar to me. Both of us lack many emotions that others would consider important. He is straightforward and is dedicated to being a Konoha ninja." Haku continued explaining. Naruto smiled and said that he understands. "Naruto… I love you." Haku randomly said. This made Naruto choke on his dango. "I love you, you're like the brother that I never had. I feel safe when I'm around you and I trust you with my life." Haku admitted as she gave Naruto a hug.

Inside the Hokage's office, Anko smiled as she felt and heard the conversation between Naruto and Haku. "You wished to see me?" Hiruzen asked as he was stamping paperwork. "Yes, Lord Hokage. I have a huge favor and by the way, your wrinkles are fading." Anko said with her foxy smile. Hiruzen sighed hard with a smile because he knew when Anko was trying to get something that he would normally decline without hesitation. "What do you want, Anko?" Hiruzen asked as he leaned back in his chair. "I was thinking, since the chunin exams are approaching and my student is already a chunin. I was considering starting a chunin exams prep course. This would be good for the rookies because I can train them and help get them in better shape." Anko stated. To her surprise, Hirzuen agreed and told her that he'll inform the senseis to have them send their students to Training Field forty-four. This made Anko smile and she bowed and then left the office. As Anko was walking down the street, she overheard a conversation that piqued her interest. "Did you hear? The Sand have their own Jinchuriki. I think this is bad news for the leaf. Hopefully our Jinchuriki doesn't team up with theirs. I think we should kill them both before anything can happen." the people in the bar said. Anko threw her kunai at the table of men talking. "Hey, jackasses. Remember this, our Jinchuriki happens to be my boyfriend." Anko sinisterly said. The men immediately ran as Anko laughed and continued walking home.

Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Guy sensei were sitting around and discussing the ridiculous order that the hokage gave to have their students trained by Anko. "What's the worst that can happen? Her student, Fox, became a pretty powerful shinobi. I mean, he killed Zabuza." Kakashi admitted. Asuma took a puff out of his cigarette before nodding. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm slightly worried about Naruto. Has anyone seen him around lately?" Kurenai asked to prevent any suspicion that Naruto is Fox. The jounin all shook their heads and were surprised to see Anko walking down the street. When Anko heard the jounin call her, she proceeded to enter the bar and took a seat. "What's up guys?" Anko asked in her surprisingly good mood that concerned everyone. "Rumor has it, you have a boyfriend?" Kakashi asked. Asuma, Kurenai, and Guy's face dropped when Anko nodded. They tried to ask who it was and she declared that it was Fox. This shocked Kurenai. "Isn't Fox only thirteen?" Kurenai asked with a high volume. Anko smirked and said that it's complicated. "Look, he is preparing to be accepted into the Anbu Black Ops. If you guys were wondering about my training." Anko said. This shocked the jounin and Guy spoke up, "Anko? What kind of training have you done that would have the boy ready to be an Anbu at such a young age?" Anko smirked and said, "Well, Fox is a different case. In fact, he's taught me a few things. Instead of teaching him anything special, we primarily focus on conditioning his body. Also, I helped him out with learning about chakra control and creating new jutsu. You could say, ``Fox has a single jutsu that is original." Anko finished explaining as she took a sip of the Sake that Kurenai ordered for her. Guy smirked and requested that Anko trained his team. Anko smiled back and said that her training will begin at four am. "I've got to go, I'm sure Fox and Haku are missing me." Anko said. This concerned Kurenai and she asked, "Wait? Haku? Why would she be at your house with Fox?" Anko informed her that Haku and Fox live together with her because she had nowhere else to go. Anko then left and the jounin began to sigh in regards to how weird that girl is.

Anko arrived at the house and found Naruto in his room working on his scrolls. Haku was in her room doing the same. Anko smiled and felt a bit of pride that her two favorite shinobi are both taking strides to go far. "This will be an excellent lesson to show the genin runts." Anko thought to herself. Naruto was reviewing his father's scroll and decided to keep his Swift Style - Flashing Strike as his version of the Flying Thunder God. "Rasengan? What's this?" Naruto asked as he reviewed the notes. "The rasengan is a jutsu without a chakra nature. The user swirls chakra in their hand along with having chakra swirl in the opposite direction. When the chakras are balanced, an orb of blue chakra will appear." Naruto finished reading. "Hmph, how can I create my own variation? It seems to me that the rasengan is an orb that inflicts damage. What if I can merge the chakra with my blade and slash my sword that causes the same damage as the standard rasengan?" Naruto thinks to himself. "I got it! Okay, I need to learn the Rasengan and mix the chakra with my blade. What did dad write down in his notes?" Naruto asked himself as he looked through the scrolls that he received from the room without time and space. Naruto had found the scroll of Minato Namikaze.

Haku was going through the notes she had about her ice style. "How can I add to my kekkei genkai? How did Naruto defeat me? He had such speed and strength, I couldn't keep up. He then shattered the mirrors. Maybe I could implement the water style and wind style separately but at the same time, simultaneously. I wonder if Naruto is having any progress with advancing his jutsu?" Haku thought to herself as she closed her eyes and fell into a deep sleep.
