The team are brought in to give an assessment on a group of blood covered, highly delusional individuals that were brought into custody after threatening a local. Suspected to be suffering from a shared psychotic disorder, folie à deux, the team only has 72 hours to figure them out before they're forced to release them from custody and back into the real, very much undead, world.

Rick Grimes wakes up in what he thinks is the safety of a new sanctuary. Soon, he finds out that the place he thinks is safe hides secrets, and not everybody can be trusted.
