Dean is furious when he discovers Sam hadn't given up drinking blood after all, but his anger is no match for the misery he feels when Sam gets fatally hurt and everything goes horribly wrong. Set after 4.20, PLENTY of bloody and Hurt!Sam and Caring!Dean.
