Tony was a star and he tended to burn you if you got too close to him, purposefully or not. Good thing that Thor was a god and hadn't met a single star strong enough to kill him yet. This is not Canon Compliant and exists post- Ragnarok and Civil War, but with some changes. Written for my Writing Challenge Day 7: Star. She still couldn't understand how it happened. The mission had gone without a hitch, the terrorists were apprehended and the bombs secured. But suddenly one of the supposed hostages had jumped and all hell had broken loose. A suicide bomber, they told her. And the shockwave had sent him crashing against a wall. Steve. Her partner. Her husband. AVENGERS BELONGS TO MARVEL STUDIOS.

"There's a lot of mystery left to be solved here," she said. He agreed, though they were talking about two different things. She was talking about the case and he was talking about her. He was transported to the future only to find himself fighting with her against her past. They had a lot more in common than they thought and this was unnerving to the woman.

It was an expensive price to pay; for this closeness, for his greed to claim this man.

Jennifer moved into Avengers Tower. Tony has a special surprise to make her feel a little more at home. A late night in the tower lead to Jennifer and Steve have their first true conversation since the downfall of S.H.I.E.L.D. Jennifer has to decide how much she is will to tell Steve. Set after The Winter Soldier and before Age of Ultron.

"In every timeline, in every universe, Tony, you always did … that." "Did what? Trapped you in an awkward dance and forced you to confess?"

After the break-up of the Avengers and enactment of the Registration Act, Peter is kidnapped and forcibly recruited to become a soldier for Tony Stark. The famed Avenger wants to rebuild his team - an army - to fight in an upcoming war. Except, Peter has no interest in being a soldier and does all that he can to escape his new life. However, it's not easy to outsmart or beat Tony.

When Tony and Peter encounter a barely sane villain they're given a gift nither of them asked for but maybe could use after all. Peter turns into a toddler whenever he's upset and Tony can't help but think that he's the most adorable cherub in all the world

After the battles and death, the child grows. The child lives. And, maybe, they all fight on. MAJOR ENDGAME SPOILERS. originally posted on AO3.
