She is a trained, battle hardened soldier, but she's got a history she would rather forget. They once promised each other forever but weren't ready for it yet. But when one of them is nearly killed by their new partner, the other has had enough and decides that the time for their forever has come. A/B/O verse. Maybe if Peter had known what it was like to have a big family he would have known that being babied by the Avengers meant that they loved him. Maybe he wouldn't have thought he needed to prove he was strong. Maybe he would have asked for help when he needed it.

After everything she'd been through, Natasha just couldn't handle being a field agent. But she needed some kind of job to stay under the protection (and invisibility) of the agency so Coulson reassigned her. Clint, another agent, was having trouble.
