This is a Remake of another story I made. (Twist of fate: Uzumaki Descendants)

In this story there will be events of the canon with some changes, there will be some filler characters or events with some changes.

I always thought it would be interesting as in a rewriting for the series where the characters have almost the same personalities but go in different paths as in Naruto leaving the village. Hinata truly becoming stronger to get him back and explore more wasted potential for her and more characters. And Sasuke's emotional growth and variety will be showcased through his dilemma with both Itachi and Naruto in this new well timeline…

And this story gives the opportunity to see and try these events.

As for Naruto this story features a stronger and more mature Naruto, but at a progressive and realistic pace. However, while he may grow into a stronger and more mature individual, Naruto is still Naruto and he will still have his moments.

This story is like a what if scenario with some changes or new characters to be more interesting.

I was inspired from other stories: Hell Hath No Fury by Darius Darkmon or Twist of fate by KonohasBlackReaper and other interesting stories so I will use some little dialogue from them as inspiration to help in the beginning of the story.

There may be minor bashing. If I do include some bashing of major characters (Konoha 12 for example) it won't last too long and is usually used in character development. I will only consistently bash those who I feel truly deserve to be bashed.

The pairings will not be the main focus of the story but for those for already want to know:

Most Pairings will be the more like in canon, they are canon with a reason, find more on my Bio about that if you want to know how I do them. Other pairings have yet to be announced or determined.

Unlike the last time when I was at the beginning of writing a story in this story I'm not going to hurry when I write this one.

So it may take more time for a chapter to come as I also want to make every chapter to have 5000 words.

Summary:

A Rewrite of the Naruto series where the characters have almost the same personalities but go in different paths as in Naruto leaving the village with the Scroll of Sealing after saving Iruka.

Hinata truly becoming stronger and maybe she manages to bring him back.

Sasuke now has to handle a dilemma with both Itachi and Naruto.

Will these changes be for the better or for the worse?

Here is a second Summary I made only for Naruto or more like from his perspective (also because I can't add in a Summary more then 383 words):

Instead of returning the Scroll of Seals after saving Iruka Naruto fled the Leaf to learn the Kages secrets for himself.

In doing so, he learns who his true friends are and discovers other Descendents of the Uzumaki Clan. All while trying to change the Shinobi world.

Even so he must resist the powerful temptation of the darkness and don't lose himself. No matter how dark and treacherous the path ahead of him would be, as long as he is not alone, he would never lose himself.

Enjoy.

Chapter 1:

Twist of Fate

Not many people would believe in the butterfly effect but one word changed everything for Naruto Uzumaki but not only for him, in the night he stole the Forbidden Scroll.

These words were told by Mizuki.

"Touch Iruka-sensei again, and I'll kill you" Naruto said, his voice seeping deadly intentions, the Forbidden Scroll still strapped to his back.

"Do you know the power that the scroll on your back holds? It contains the secrets of the Kages of the greatest Shinobi nation ever." Mizuki said, "In fact it's rumoured that even the Yondaime's legendary Hiraishin no Jutsu is contained in that scroll."

Naruto trembled at the power the scroll on his back could give anyone with the ability to learn it's secrets. Could he? Could Mizuki?

Dispelling the thought from his mind he crossed his fingers and said in a low voice "Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu"

Hundreds of distinctive pops were heard throughout the forest as a seemingly endless army of clones appeared in the forest.

Without so much as a word spoken the clones descended upon Mizuki and attacked with a sloppy form of academy taijutsu. Numbers prevailed as Mizuki was quickly overwhelmed and beaten to unconsciousness by the time the Hokage and a legion of ANBU arrived.

In the chaos Naruto's clones provided, no one noticed one of the 'clone' slipping off out of the forest and towards an unknown location.

Even if Iruka-Sensei acknowledged him, Naruto knew it won't be the same with other people, he was not even allowed to become Genin and even if he was let after this events, he know no one would even want to learn him anything because of the Kyuubi. And not to mention the Forbidden Scroll he was tricked to stole.

But now he had in his hands one of the most powerful scrolls in Konoha, one from where he can learn on his own like he did with the Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and now without Konoha holding him back he can train with the scroll on his back and maybe become a true shinobi.

Naruto could feel his mind hurting a little as the dispelled clones send the memories of what happened with Mizuki and Iruka.

(Flashback)

Naruto's clones have defeat Mizuki.

Iruka continued to lock in disbelief at what happened.

But before he could have congratulated Naruto, his clones returned to his direction and one of them said: "I'm very happy you acknowledge me Iruka-Sensei but I can't stay here anymore, no one will want to be my sensei or even train me, you didn't even let me pass the graduation exams. Even so I promise you I will become a true Shinobi, one you can be proud of."

After this night Naruto know he had a chance to be better. To make his old Sensei to be proud of him and he could spend some time and think more about these events that happened in this night.

"Naruto I…" before Iruka could have finish his sentence one of Naruto clone stopped as the clone said:

"If having the Kyuubi sealed in me somehow makes me less of a true Shinobi, Then I'll just go and crush all of the so-called real Shinobi."

After the clone finish the sentence, all of Naruto's clones dispelled before Iruka had a chance to say a word.

(Flashback end)

This line of thought brought a new dilemma to Naruto's mind.

If he ran away, Hokage-jiji was sure to send someone after him.

He knew that the people who ran away from their villages were killed. It was one of the few things he had paid attention to in the academy avoid any pursuers he would have to go far away, but he didn't have any money. He was given enough for food and groceries, but he had spent most of it. Even if he hadn't, Naruto was sure he would need a lot more than what he had to him at the moment.

It took Naruto some time to manage to climb the narrow spiral of stairs that was used by the repairmen or the non-ninja population of Konoha to climb to the top of the wall.

It already had become cloudy and the moon was completely hidden behind the grey clouds. Naruto ran on top of the wall towards the main gates. As he reached them, all he needed to do now was to jump from the wall to the trees outside. Naruto stopped in the shadows. He turned to look at his village one last time. His life here had not been a happy one. He had cried himself to sleep for so many times that he had lost count.

The cloud shifted for a bit and the moon shone briefly. Naruto's eyes went to the Hokage monument.

Four faces stared back at him, their gaze unflinching. Naruto felt a little guilty as he looked at the faces of the great leaders of his village. Maybe it was a trick of the light or Naruto's own feelings, but their faces almost looked sad.

Naruto couldn't help but feel that he had failed them.

They had never run from their battles.

Three of them had fought to their last breaths, and had never backed down.

Tears threatened at his eyes. He had wanted to become like them. In the beginning, it had been his attempt to gain recognition, but later when he had been forced to read about them by Iruka-sensei, and told their stories by Hokage-jiji, he had wanted to become like them for different reasons.

Now, he was running away, like a coward and a thief.

His restraint broke as he started to sob. "I-I'm sorry." He wheezed between his sobs.

No reply came

"I'm not l-like you guys-ttebayo. I'm not strong." He sniffed, tears overflowing his face. "I'm sorry, Dattebayo.", his shoulders sagged as he turned to leave.

He was not strong enough, well at least not yet.

The Hokage and his team of ANBU have just arrive not long after Naruto's clones have dispelled.

Iruka in a hurry told them what happened and that Naruto was planning to leave the village.

The Hokage immediately told his ANBU team to go and bring Naruto back unharmed and to alert the other Shinobi while two Anbu stay to take Mizuki into custody for information and the Hokage helped Iruka as they continued their talk.

"I failed him, Iruka-kun. A boy his age, forced to flee for fear of his life, from my villagers. I have failed him." The Hokage spoke, his voice gravelly.

"We all have, Hokage-sama." Iruka cut in, he too on the verge of tears. "I thought that treating him to ramen once in a while was enough. I should have paid more attention to his loneliness. I knew that the others hated him. Maybe if I had-"

"Don't blame yourself, Iruka-kun. You did not have any control of the situation, but I, as Hokage, have no excuse. I could have overruled the council any time I wanted, but I let my compassion for the villagers blind me to the injustices faced by Naruto. It is me who failed to protect him." Sarutobi said.

The Hokage would have adopted Naruto but having a kid with blonde hair being adopted by him it would have been very easy to be found out he was Minato's child. And the other villages could have try to assassinate him and he couldn't raise him properly since attention to the child despised by the entire village would have raised questions by the village council. He was supposed to treat everyone fairly, and Naruto was no exception.

He had no choice but to help Naruto while staying in the shadow because of the Elders and Danzo watched every move he made.

As a Hokage, he had no excuse, if he wanted he could have put a stop to it, but he let his compassion for the villagers blind him to the injustices faced by Naruto.

Naruto always know how to hide hid sadness behind a smile, Hiruzen himself was someone who had a dark side in him… a man in philosophical crisis.

He drifted between aggression and compassion, no doubt two opposing philosophies he learned from Tobirama and Hashirama.

Hiruzen struggle with the aspects of being Hokage, the light side and dark side.

Sarutobi had tried to find a replacement. He had sent messages to both his students and both had turned him down. He knew that Danzo would have jumped at the opportunity, but Sarutobi also knew that he wasn't an option.

With Danzo as Hokage who know what would have happened to Naruto.

Actually it was already bad enough.

Only a few people know of Naruto status as an Jinchuriki but Danzo destroyed Naruto's childhood when he put his mans to start to spread gossip around the village about Kyuubi sealed inside Naruto's body.

But now he was not going to make the same mistake again. After Naruto is brought back, he was going to make up for this and fix at least one of his mistakes he had made in the past.

He was just a human after all and everyone makes mistakes.

He was going to tell the boy about his parents and fix all he could do at the moment. Even so it was more hard to do then said.

Next day

Naruto was exhausted and hurting.

Running away had seemed like a good idea. Now, he was lost and hungry from not eating anything that night as he had used that time learning the clone jutsu.

He had gotten wet in the heavy downpour the night he had left and was pretty sure that he was sick. Usually, a few hours of rest was all it took for him to get better.

Maybe because he had the Kyuubi sealed in him, he thought.

Naruto sneezed. He hadn't had time to rest as he had been running nonstop to get out of the reach of the faster, elite tracker Shinobi. He was convinced that his head would burst. He could hardly keep his eyes open.

The sun on his back made his throat parched. To his luck he had found a cave which it was not to big, but it was enough for him to sleep and maybe even train later.

He stumbled and fell down. He didn't have the strength to pick himself up. For the first time since his flight from Konoha Naruto slept.

Iruka was bought to a hospital to heal after the events of the last night.

It was almost morning, the Hokage didn't sleep the entire night waiting for his Shinobi to bring Naruto back.

And now here they were but no one of the teams had manage to find the boy.

"What do we do?"

"Where the hell did he go?"

"Who cares about that! What idiot was on guard duty?"

"Everyone, calm down!" The Hokage shouted.

The spike of killing intent from the Hokage certainly did its job in shutting everyone up.

"Now that we can finally hear each other speak," The Hokage said sternly, giving them all a scolding look. "Let's start with what we know."

"The brat... I mean the boy has snuck out somehow." said one of the Shinobi.

"So, the question we need to ask here is not how did he get out, but where did he go," said another one.

The aging Hokage closed his eyes and let out a slow breath. How had the Academy student avoided detection for so long? It didn't make any sense.

"Where have you been searching?" The Hokage asked.

"The area within 20 miles of Konoha. He wasn't even a Genin so I don't believe he could have gone farther then that."

"That would explain it then, the boy has unnatural stamina and soon with more days he could be a country away. I want you to expand your search all over Fire Country, leave no rock unturned. I want him back alive and unharmed. If he comes back dead, I will hand out punishment personally." The Hokage leaked killing intent into his words.

Letting everyone there know that he was very serious in his orders.

"Hai Hokage-sama" All Shinobi from there said before they used the Shunshin no Jutsu and disappeared.

'What have you done, Naruto-kun' The Hokage thought.

Naruto just woke up, and he could fell already the cold in the cave.

He needed to go and eat something fast as his stomach was hurting and the sounds of his stomach made might have given the impression that a bear was in the cave at that moment.

"Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu" whispered Naruto making ten clones.

Naruto was surprise he didn't even had needed to say something as his clones already know what they had to do.

The clones already left the cave into search for food.

'Maybe I don't need to tell them what to do if I think to what I want them to do before making them.' Thought Naruto.

As much as he wanted to think more to this he needed to eat and maybe after that he will have more energy to read again that jutsu from the scroll and learn more.

Later some of the clones had returned with some apples they had found for Naruto.

Normally Naruto wouldn't eat something other then Ramen as that was the food he eaten since when he was younger.

He could still remember when he meet Teuchi and Ayame and when he eat his first bowl of Ramen.

Since then Naruto started to eat there, it was like a second home for him, Teuchi always give him a bowl of Ramen every day to make sure Naruto didn't go to bed hungry. It was the only place where Naruto could buy food with the money Hokage-jiji gave him.

But now, when you are very hungry, I doesn't matter what you eat or how it teste like If you at least eat something. So he needed to survive with what he had at the moment.

After finish all the apples his clones had bring him Naruto chose to fell this time and watch over that scroll again and see what else can he learn about his jutsu.

Naruto opened the Forbidden Scroll.

The first jutsu he came across was the Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.

Unlike the last time now Naruto noticed he forgot to read the description of jutsu in his hurry to learn it. After reading the description, he couldn't stop himself from smiling.

It said that the clones could use jutsu and send their memory to the user upon dispelling. But winced after reading that it required high chakra reserves and could potentially kill the user if they made more than their reserves could handle. Also, dispelling large numbers of clones simultaneously could cause brain damage to the user due to memory backlash. He vowed that he would not make more than 30 clones at a time unless it was necessary or he felt he could handle more.

While Naruto may have been an idiot, he wasn't stupid.

Naruto had got a memory from one of his clones where he could find some lake with fish in it.

'Maybe it would be better for now if for now I get more food to have for at least today and tomorrow then I could start and train with the scroll.' Thought Naruto.

Some time passed of the day as Naruto with the help of his clones manage to catch enough fish for one or two more days.

It was nice to be free of all but now he was even lonelier then he was before

Naruto tried to fill the loneliness he was in right now by talking with his clones.

It was nice to know himself better, but after dispelling the clones he could fell again like he talked alone the entire time.

Even so while caching fish and getting wet in the process he did got some memories of how he eat fish and mushrooms before he meet Teuchi and Ayame.

But now it was time to try and learn another jutsu and he had enough space in the cave for that.

Naruto reopened the Scroll and just below the Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu he found two more jutsu related to it.

They were Shuriken Kage Bunshin and Bunshin Daibakuha.

It said that the Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu was forbidden only because it requires the user to know the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu beforehand.

Naruto speculated that the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu was just like the Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu but it probably make less clones.

He to in this morning didn't have that much chakra and that probably that is why he could make only ten clones back then.

Maybe after he learns how to control his chakra better he could control exactly the number of clones he wanted to make.

The next jutsu he saw was Bunshin Daibakuha.

It was forbidden because it required high chakra reserves, at least Jonin level to use, and it required the user to master the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu beforehand.

However both of these two jutsu's uses were amazing.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu let the user to create copies of weapons thrown in midair, creating a barrage of weapons to rain down on the enemy. The area of effect is determined by the proficiency of user, whereas Bunshin Daibakuha let the user to create suicide bomber clones which can be detonated by the user or clone itself.

It was considered nearly undetectable for non-sensors and Non-Doujutsu users.

Naruto grinned after reading this, as he knew they were not dangerous to him, having already mastered Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu which was beyond Kage Bunshin no Jutsu which required at least low Jonin chakra reserves to create only one clone, while he had created more with plenty of chakra to spare.

This meant he had higher chakra reserves than most Jonin. So Naruto started to learn Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu with a few stones he found in the forest as he didn't' have any kunai or shuriken to try with.

Night

Naruto had started to get some good work today. Throwing some little rocks then using Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu from 5 little rocks they become 25.

Still struggling with chakra control as he didn't know yet what exercise he could do to control the chakra he was putting in the jutsu he was using.

'Maybe I could find someone to ask about this or find a city and some books with instructions.' Thought Naruto as he wished he was more concentrated on class when Iruka-sensei was explaining this.

Now even if he did Naruto was more the type to learn from practice and hard work then from words.

He also started to wonder more things as the night was coming in.

Like when he was younger Naruto had made a champing fire and he made some fish to eat.

The food was felling even better when you know you worked for it.

While eating Naruto started to question himself.

'Would anyone care? Would anyone notice I disappear? Would anyone chase me? Would anyone want me? If they know what was inside me. Would anyone outside here see me? For the person that I really am.' These questions will keep him awake.

But the most important question was, what should he do now?

Except for learning from the scroll he didn't know what else to do.

He needed something more then learning to motivate himself to become stronger and to do something in this life then just being a burden.

The pain of not knowing who he is, of being someone without an identity. Who is he really?

Naruto was questioning his own identity and who should he have been or be.

Back in Konoha he did all he could think of to get attention.

'I was interested in Sakura to because she's beautiful and smart and really popular...Was I interested in her only because I wanted to get attention and recognition?' wondered Naruto 'I always did whatever it took to get attention...am I a bad person for doing this?'

There were two or three people who were kind to him and some who never bully him, yet he didn't know for sure if he could or not have been friends with them.

'Would I have realized these things if I stayed in the Konoha or acted like an idiot to get recognition as I did before?' thought Naruto.

He didn't know, he was also not sure what he should really do.

No! He needed to have faith in himself! And forge his own identity.

But for the moment he needed to become stronger, nothing else mattered now as he didn't even know where he was and he had no desire to return to the Village that the demon inside of him had done his best to destroy. A village where he was even unhappier than he was living in a cave.

Not to mention he doubted he would be welcomed back with open arms, he was rather surprised he hadn't been apprehended by Hunter-nin yet.

Konoha

Sarutobi reached his office in the Hokage tower. His ANBU standing guard at the doors saluted him. He nodded to them as he walked inside.

He went and sat behind his desk and sighed. He disliked days like these when he felt his age. He may be the Hokage, but he was also a weary old man. Ever since he had returned to office after Minato's death a decade ago, he had started to get tired easily.

After the village had stabilized, a year later, Sarutobi had tried to find a replacement. He had sent messages to both his students and both had turned him down. He was all alone.

He knew that Danzo would have jumped at the opportunity, but Sarutobi also knew that he wasn't an option. Nara Shikaku had said that he wasn't powerful enough and didn't portray the image of a fearsome leader and turned down the Hokage politely. Even Hizuren had to agree. Even if Minato had been easy going, he had been feared like none other in the ninja world, keeping future enemies in check.

His only option was to remain in office as long as possible, until a worthy successor emerged. Hatake Kakashi was one to look out for, but he wasn't ready yet.

Uchiha Itachi had also caught Hizuren's eye. The will of fire burned bright in the young man, but the sacrifice Itachi had made had removed him from the equation. Before leaving, the young Uchiha had promised to protect the village from the outside.

Hizuren sighed.

If not for that incident, Itachi would have been ready to take up the mantle of the Hokage as the Sixth, by the time one of his replacement stepped down, preferably Jiraiya. He had long since given up on Tsunade. Also, Itachi being primed for Hokage would have pacified the Uchiha.

Only if that could have happened, he could have more time for the problems he had.

He could have even prevented the events from the last night from ever happening.

He could have taken better care of Naruto.

Letting his thoughts wander to the blonde demon container he couldn't help but bristle with fear at how much danger he put himself in by carrying and learning the techniques of the scroll. If he let that scroll fall into any hands but his own he would have to kill him himself.

And the old Hokage didn't know if he could bring himself to do it.

Iruka wanted to go after Naruto to but he didn't fully healed yet and he told him he should at least wait until after the graduation exams.

Iruka didn't want to fail the blonde child that he had become emotionally attached to, but seeing as the child had failed to perform even the simplest jutsu, was forced to decide that Naruto was not quite ready to be a ninja. Frankly, Iruka was beginning to doubt that Naruto would ever be able to graduate, until he was proven wrong the last night.

Naruto was very creative, even now the Hokage remembered how the boy took him down and stole the scroll.

(Flashback)

"What are you doing in my house at this hour?" The Hokage asked.

Naruto started sweating at being caught. He decided to use his own super awesome jutsu to get away.

"Oiroke no Jutsu!" Naruto shouted as he transformed in a busty, naked female with smoke covering her private parts.

The Hokage, surprised by this sudden move and being a pervert, erupted in fountain of a nose bleed and was propelled to the back of the room, knocked unconscious.

Naruto couldn't believe it he had defeated the Hokage. Now, he had to complete his mission and begin searching for the Forbidden Scroll. He found it and escaped into the forest surrounding the village.

(Flashback end)

The Hokage hoped he will never have to face that jutsu, ever again.

Next Day

Naruto just finished eating the food he had left from the last day and he was thinking to send his clones again around the place in search for food or maybe even a village where he could buy some food or move his hiding place.

But it didn't last long as two hunter-nin have found his track.

"He is here."

"We found him."

Naruto returned to see two figures at the entrance in the cave.

It was no good he didn't have where to run. It looks like this will be his first challenge if he wanted to be able to continue his journey, to know who he was. He wanted to find out who he is and what was he supposed to do with his own life.

He couldn't, he didn't want to return to the village where he was the idiot who know nothing and was being locked down by everyone else.

He was not going to let anyone stop him. He was not going to accept any of this!

"Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" Naruto called out, using small stones as shurikens.

The two Hunter-nin just barely avoided the stones as they jumped away from the attack.

Being caught in the narrow cave with the destructive blonde was not a place anybody wished to be in.

Especially when they were unable to fight back.

"Uzumaki-san, the Hokage has ordered us to bring you back to Konoha. Please don't make this difficult," One of the masked Shinobi said.

Naruto let out a growl that shouldn't have been able to come out of his human voice box.

"Then why?" He asked, his voice growing in volume "Did he send Hunter-nin!" Naruto yelled, the whisker marks on his cheeks growing more pronounced as he made The Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and the two Hunter-nin were being caught off guard by the army of clones the boy had and can made.

Without so much as a word spoken the clones descended upon them and attacked with a sloppy form of academy taijutsu.

The two Shinobi were quickly overwhelmed and beaten to unconsciousness.

Watching with no small amount of satisfaction as the two Shinobi were beaten, Naruto stepped over to the fallen ninja and stripped them of everything he deemed useful.

To his luck he found a backpack and some little food left with some money, now he needed to move before more Shinobi could find him.

Looks like it was time to leave Fire Country.

Some days later

Naruto had traveled a long time to make sure he doesn't encounter more Shinobi from his village.

"I wonder how far away a town is" Naruto asked the air, not expecting an answer.

"About 4 hours west."

Naruto spun around upon hearing the voice, his hands already flashing through the hand seals for Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.

"I'm not a threat" The man said, slowly backing up.

Taking in the rather unassuming man's features Naruto answered quickly "Then how the fuck did you sneak up on me"

"I didn't sneak...I walked up to you and you didn't notice" The man said.

"Ahh...well that's rather embarrassing" Naruto replied rubbing the back of his head.

"You're a shinobi, I take it?"

"Uh, sort of..."

Without another word the man gestured for Naruto to follow him.

After a moment Naruto followed him, catching up quickly.

The rest of the trip passed in relative silence until Naruto saw a town ahead.

"There it is!" Naruto yelled, jumping up and pointing to it.

The man looked slightly put off by his rather excited display and merely grunted.

"I'm leaving now, I have things to do and I'm sure you do too"

"I do, thanks for the guide," Naruto said, genuine appreciation in his voice "I never did get your name?"

The man replayed telling him his name, not asking for Naruto's name in return.

Naruto couldn't believe how very kind and respectful people were in this town.

People were nice and smiled at him, he asked a woman if there was a ramen buffet and the way she answered him with a 'Yes.' was so kind, and she even guided him there, this give him hope in his heart that people could change and be better, be kind, he started to appreciate and like people with a good heart even more.

He didn't need to spend his time as he did back in Konoha to gain attention from mean people and even if he was sort of a Shinobi this will not stop him from being kind with people in which he saw hope they could be better.

Naruto was still reminded of his painful past as a child and started to resist his teary eyes, but at last, he gave in to his own tears. He liked those places even if he couldn't stay for long.

He needed to train and get resource and find a way to carry the backpack and the giant scroll without gaining much attention.

Author Notes (warning: potential spoilers)

This the remake of the first chapter. I hope you enjoyed it. Tell me in review what I can improve.

Naruto will need to know how to abuse Kage Bunshin in training if we want him to survive but I don't want him to have this already from the first chapter and he is someone who appreciates hard work.

Naruto is smarter here than he is shown in canon, because in manga/anime I think part of his problem is brain damage due to Sakura nailing him in the head so often.

I didn't read the full manga yet but I know some important thinks from some events…

And at the moment I also read from Naruto Novels:

Itachi Shinden - Book of Daylight

Itachi Shinden - Book of Midnight

Sasuke Shinden - Book of Sunrise

There may be some information from these novels I will use in the story at least as flashbacks.

In this story I will have some events from the last one (Naruto Twist of fate Uzumaki Descendants) I made but they may play in a different way or time.

I know Kakashi and Sarutobi didn't do the best job on helping Naruto and a lot of people like to bash them but just imagine how bad would have been if Kakashi ended up going rogue ninja after his past, or what could have happened if Danzo become Hokage instead of Hiruzen returning to be Hokage.

Here is how I analyze some things about Naruto for who wants to know more. Take them as new knowledge or as just my personal opinion. It doesn't matter that much just don't make a big deal of them in Review.

Naruto's love for Sakura:

I'll tell you how I see things, my point of view: In canon Naruto's love and desire for Sakura at the beginning of the series was because she is an average ninja girl. Naruto wanted all the leaf village to look up to him and select him as Hokage one day for one reason... so that he will be accepted and respected by the leaf village.

Everyone must accept the Hokage, and most will respect the Hokage. Therefore, a goal/milestone along that path of becoming Hokage is to get the most average ninja in his grade to believe in him. If he can convince the average leaf ninja to accept him, he will have achieved his long goal of being accepted by the leaf village, rather than ostracized. This is the original drive behind his crush on Sakura and his desire for her to love him.

I wouldn't say he never truly loved her. But I think he never really understood what it meant to love someone, given how his childhood played out. But as Sakura points out in Naruto: The Last, it's not that his feelings weren't genuine. His feelings grew out of a rivalry with Sasuke. It's kind of like how you think you love someone, but after you're with them for a while you realize you didn't actually love them as much as you thought. I don't think Naruto wasn't serious, but his true feelings weren't about getting Sakura to like him back and truly loved her. Rather, it was just him trying to show that he was better than Sasuke.

And he was with her on the team for a long time and at least I think he love her as a sister. For the team 7, Naruto saw them more as a family in a way, and Sakura was really the only and first girl to spend time with, as if we think about (Ayame is anime only). There would be more things I could mention but I think you already understand my point.

How Sarutobi took care of Naruto:

The fact that Bijuu were weapons of war was a closely guarded secret in all the Shinobi villages. This is why so many of the villagers referred to the Kyuubi as the Demon Fox. As the Hokage, he could not come to Naruto's aid in any official capacity, as it would destabilize Konoha's government. We something similar in Suna, where the government's connection to the Ichibi caused serious strife within its system. Anything that Hiruzen did for Naruto had to be completely clandestine. The extent of Hiruzen's officials actions had to be limited to decreeing that the villagers not be allowed to talk about it, to prevent any actual violence against Naruto. Beyond that, Hokage could not, under any circumstance, come to the aid of a Jinchuriki. This explains his "hypocrisy" when making his promise to Kushina. He did not know he would have to become the Hokage once again after Minato's death.

Basically, imagine that you are Hiruzen Sarutobi. You cannot act under the aegis of the office of the Hokage to support Naruto. There is no one in the village other than Kakashi that is willing to take care of Naruto. You yourself and Kakashi are way to busy as high ranking officials to take care of him yourself. What do you do? Do you ensure that he has a place to live, ensure that he is enrolled in the Academy, prevent serious violence against him, and check on him in secret whenever you get a chance? Well these are all the things that Hiruzen did. Given the limitations, this is about as much as you can expect out of the Hokage.

Forbidden Scroll jutsu contained and which we can speculate are in at the moment:

Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu:

Taju Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu which has been banned by the Yondaime Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin no Jutsu a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu:

This technique was invented by Hiruzen Sarutobi, demonstrating his title as the "Professor" with its conceptualisation and efficiency. After throwing a single shuriken, the user duplicates it with their chakra, in the same way that the Shadow Clone Technique makes copies of the user; creating shadow clones is already difficult on its own, but specifically duplicating inanimate objects is even more difficult. In an instant, the thousand copied shuriken spread throughout the area, surrounding the target. Because the shuriken are physically real, the target is attacked from every direction, which they have almost no chance of completely avoiding.

Bunshin Daibakuha:

Let the user to create suicide bomber clones which can be detonated by the user or clone itself and you need to know Shadow Clone Technique first.

There are more of them but they will be revealed later in next chapters.
