Rosalie Hale
[Author's Note: Rosalie could hit me with her car if she wanted. She's so fkn hot. Thanks for the reviews. You guys are the bessssst. Having something to post daily is actually a lot of fun. Also, I hope you guys love the cover photo I made lololol. Hot goddess version of Angelina Jolie makes a perfect Rosalie and Sarah Shahi as Bella is sexyyyy. I used a picture of her with a lollipop and I sort of modeled my picture after that one meme of Ariana Grande looking at Pete Davidson.. Buuut the image uploader thing cropped the image. The title fits amazing but the sucker is gone. Just know it's there. And know that Sarah Shahi is a hotttiieee. Read on, my friends!]
Rosalie edged her brand new white pearl Bugatti Chiron up to 150 miles per hour. She'd just broken free from traffic and the frustration of keeping an extremely expensive luxury car at a stand still paired with her anticipation of seeing Bella Swan had her absolutely livid. She zipped in and out of cars and sped down the highway, knowing that if she were to be pulled over, her charm would get her out of any trouble.
She couldn't stop thinking about the way Bella's breasts looked beneath her white tee, the way her pants hugged her ass, how the brunette's heart threatened to leap out of her chest when Rosalie even came near her. It had been a very long time for Rosalie and though initially, living a celibate life had been easy.. The more time she spent with Bella, the more her mind began to imagine.. There were so many things, given the chance, she would've loved to try. The way Bella would feel against her. The vampire was practically sick with yearning.. yearning that really shouldn't have been entertained.
Without looking, Rosalie got her phone from the passenger seat, plugged it into her stereo and then demanded the automated voice to call Alice. Her sister, of course, picked up on the first ring. No doubt, she was probably perched at the top of the tallest ONP tree to get service.
"Hello Rose," she greeted her in her usual chipper tone. "I knew you were about to call. Traffic?"
"Goddammit yes."
"How close are you?"
"I'm about twenty minutes from the park. Where is she?"
"In the watchtower," Alice replied, "I left her about forty-minutes ago. I've been patrolling. A large bear has been sighted in the area."
"Please take care of that," Rosalie growled, immediately prickled with anxiety. "And please calm me down."
"Darling Sister," Alice replied casually, "please don't tell me you're nervous."
"I shouldn't even be going. Being in her life is dangerous and-"
"Rosalie," Alice interrupted. "You'll go back. You'll see her. You'll remain in control of yourself."
"You don't know that," the blonde vampire countered briskly, "your visions don't contain her."
"No," Alice said, "but I feel it. And Bella is very excited to see you."
Rosalie hesitated. She'd thought almost constantly of Bella's strangled cry when the vampire had left her in a rush. Her assumption had been that she was upset with her. Hearing otherwise had Rosalie considering options again. "She's a human," she reminded herself and her sister. "This is absurd. I can't do this Alice. I can't.. be with her.."
"Why not?" Alice wanted to know. "What are you legitimately worried about?"
"Killing her," Rosalie hissed. "Please remember what she is to me."
"Your cantante," Alice provided. "Yes. But you won't hurt her."
"You don't know that Alice." She shook her head and resisted the urge to snap her steering wheel in her frustration.
A few moments slipped by as the blonde vampire moved closer and closer to her destination, wishing that she had the strength to stay away.
Then Alice spoke again, "I spoke with Carlisle today about Bella."
Her interest immediately peaked. "Okay? And what did he say?"
"That in all his research he's never come across a human like Bella Swan. That he's heard of vampires- such as the Volturi- who have the ability to resist powers to some extent. But he's never heard of a human doing it. And that even those vampires have limitations whereas she has none."
"And so what does he think?" Rosalie followed up, desperate for answers.
"That she's special, Rose. That she transcends regular humanity. That you were destined to find her. That she's meant to be-"
Rosalie cut her off without another word. "Don't say it."
"Just think about it," Alice insisted, somehow managing to keep her tone light. "She's extraordinary. Edward feels the same way. Her mental resilience is unmatched and in theory, her physical resilience should be comparable."
The blonde vampire's mind strayed, considering her sister's hypothesis. What if Bella was physically resilient? What if she could handle Rosalie's touch, her.. embrace? She felt her frustration take a second seat to her suddenly ravenous interest.. the possibility was too precious.. too tempting. "Do you really think I could-"
"I touched her, Rose. She didn't even shudder. She's totally normal around Edward and I both. She is adorably awkward but absolutely casual." Alice waited a moment for Rosalie to fully ingest her words. Then she said, matter-of-fact, "I truly believe that you could."
