When Jim and Uhura find themselves stranded on a planet as part of the same away team, will they be able to put their differences aside in order to survive? With the Enterprise unable to reach them and one of the away team already dead and another with a serious injury as well as those who attacked them hunting them through the wilderness, now really isn't the time to be arguing.

This is just a rather humorous short story about Jim Kirk's comment "I ripped my shirt again". How did he rip it the first time?

Spock brings Jim to New Vulcan & the Vulcans are insulting Jim since he's human which upsets Spock because Jim is his friend (future boyfriend). Jim speaks the current language of the Vulcans & Old High Vulcan & knows exactly what they are saying about him but it doesn't bother him. Then some Vulcans decide decides to insult Spock and Jim tells them off and insults them back.
