Bones is grimly aware that Jim wouldn't survive two days without him. To prevent being posted on different ships, they get a marriage license. After T'Pring's death, how does Spock react to finding out his potential bond-mate is unavailable?

Looking around the ship and its crew he couldn't help but feel at home. These people —crazy they may seem, were his family and the ship was his home. (ON HOLD)

As Jim recovers from his ordeal within the warp reactor, Spock finds himself emotionally compromised and works to overcome the human part of himself, with little success. The only way he seems to make any progress is when he is with his Captain. Set after the events of Into Darkness, will include themes from TOS. Spirk, others to come in later chapters. I just want to make it clear that I absolutely love this movie. But, I had a few ideas about how to make the story different, and I wanted to practice some writing. So, this is my take on Star Trek: Into Darkness. There won't be a lot of major changes, but enough that it is definitely different. Is it better? That's up to you.
