An AU full length story written in honor of Red Queen Week 2015. It is the day before the curse hits and Red is desperate to find something, an item that will later remind her of what really matters in life and of the price she's willing to pay to protect it. In doing so, both she and Regina will learn that life is a circle that has very strange ways of coming back together.

Regina had gone to bed in an empty house, resigned to spend the first holiday since the curse broke - and for ten years before that - alone. But that's not what she finds in the morning. Only days before Christmas, a bit of magic turns the town of Storybrooke upside down, and this time, she has absolutely nothing to do with it.

It's been a year since Emma left Storybrooke. She's been calling Regina for a while now, but the Queen never answers the Savior. What happens when they finally decide to meet and go over everything? SwanQueen based off of Adele's "Hello"
