(A/N) So...I was gonna do the same history and background for Peter going to New York, living with Richard and Mary, whilst their Ben broke up with May and moved out to be with his family. But then decided to take that idea and mix it up for this new reality. Ben and May stayed in Central City, stayed together, Mary and Richard moved out to New York, and...let's see what happened.

Spiderwitch - I never even noticed that. Now you've pointed it out, I can't unsee it.

YEARS LATER:

"Two brothers, separated from their family by a mysterious monster." The Watcher said as he looked down to a young Peter Allen (Or should it be Peter Parker now?) as he was officially adopted by the Parker's and became their son. "A monster who was trapped in this time due to his actions. No way to return home, Eobard Thawne saw the only way back to the world he once knew was to give birth to the Flash. But in this world, destroying the Flash's true origin altered the life of Peter Allen...turning him into a problem he would have to deal with."

We now cut down to a school in Central City where Peter Parker was walking up the steps of his school and making his way up the steps when a horn honked and almost ran him over as Peter looked back and saw some jerk almost run him over as he made his way inside.

On his way, he was just listening to this podcast he found about a man called The Eddie Brock Report.

"Eddie Brock here reporting today from downtown Oakland, where massive demonstrations have taken over the streets. I've been chasing this real estate bribery story for a few weeks now; this is going to piss you off..."

Later on, when he got into the school, he was putting up some school pictures that he took of the school clubs. He's become a bit of a self-taught photographer over the years, never really having any friends in school.

"Sorry." The boy and group of bullies said as they caught the ball again.

"Morning, Flash." Peter greeted Eugene Thompson, getting used to constantly getting hit.

"Morning, Parker," Flash said as he walked past.

Peter sighed and walked down the halls to get to his locker, rubbing the part of his head that had only recently got hit. Wandering down the halls, Liz Allen the head cheerleader, got his attention.

"Hey, Peter, right?" Liz asked, surprising Peter that she was actually talking to him.

"Uh...yeah," Peter confirmed.

"I really like your photos," Liz said as she gestured over to the photos he took.

"Really? Wow, thanks." Peter was getting surprised; nobody ever really complimented his skills before.

"Listen, are you busy Friday night?" Liz asked him, causing Peter to jump to conclusions.

"No. No." Peter answered her.

"Cool. Because my boyfriend's birthday coming up, I was wondering if you could take a few photos of us." Liz asked, getting Peter smacked down from his height. "Just wanted to do something nice for him. Maybe frame a nice one."

"Right." Peter nodded. "That's a sweet thought, I'll get back to you. See what I can do." He promised as he gestured in the direction that he was going in.

"Okay. Thanks." Liz said as Peter made his way to his locker.

Once in class, Peter was getting a little bored and just needed up do a bit of browsing on STAR Labs where his next class was going to be taking their trip.

"Okay, so how do we calculate linear acceleration between points A and B?" The teacher, Mrs. Warren, asks the class, none of them paying attention. "Flash?"

"It's the product of the sine of the angle and gravity divided by the mass." Eugene "Flash" Thompson, the school top jock, and certified moron answered.

"Nope." Mrs. Warren said and noticed Peter on his computer, currently looking over the news of the particle accelerator. "Peter. You still with us?"

"Uh, yeah, sorry," Peter said as he closed the computer and saw the problem on the board. "Mass cancels out, so it's just gravity times sine."

"Right." Mrs. Warren confirmed. "See, Flash, being the fastest isn't always the best thing to be."

That earned a laugh from the rest of the class and Peter got a look of anger from Thompson. Yeah, he immediately knew that he was going to pay for that later.

When lunch hit, Peter made his way outside with his camera. Being part of the yearbook club, his main job was to take pictures through the year of what he thought would look good.

Catching a girl from one of his classes, he saw her sitting down on a table and reading a book. Thinking it'd be a nice photo; he raised his camera at the perfect angle and took the picture.

Turning around and walking past a pedestal on the school, he missed the incoming basketball flying in and bouncing off his face. That also sent him falling and tumbling to the floor.

"Ow." Peter groaned as he tried to get up when Flash Thompson came and as soon as Peter got back up, he was immediately knocked back down.

"Come on, get up, Parker!" Flash told him and Peter did his best to get up, but just decided it's best to stay down.

That's when the girl who Peter had just seen walked over and saw the two of them. "Flash." She called out, getting his attention and Peter tried to pull himself up from the ground. "Flash, are we still on for after school today? Because I hope you've been doing your homework. Last time, it was very disappointing." Peter then finally got himself off the ground and groaned as he felt around for anything broken and the bell rings. "Why don't we just go to class?"

Flash rolled his eyes and walked away. "Whatever."

She looked back at Peter and saw he was okay, and she needed to get to class too.

Making it to class, Peter sat down as the teachers were making sure everything was in place for them to head out to STAR Labs.

"You okay?" Someone asked, getting Peter to look and see it was the girl from earlier.

"Yeah. I'm fine." Peter promised.

"I think you should go see the nurse," Gwen told him, feeling he's hiding the pain. "You might have a concussion."

"It was a ball. And I trip like that daily." Peter admitted with a chuckle, getting a laugh out of her. "I don't know why I told you that. There...there's no reason for you to know that."

She smiled and moved a bit of her long blond hair out of her face. "What's your name?"

Peter then felt a little pain from hearing that and was a little down. "You don't know my name?"

"No, I know your name." She assured him. "I just wanna make sure you know your name."

Peter chuckled and saw she was checking for a concussion. "Peter." He answered, seeing she was still waiting for more. "Parker. Peter Parker."

"Okay." She nodded and looked ahead. "I'd still go to the nurse later."

"You're Gwen, right?" Peter asked, wanting to make sure he didn't get her name wrong.

"Gwen Stacy." She confirmed with him and had an idea. "Hey, you wanna partner up? For the report on STAR Labs?"

"Sure." Peter guessed, seeing it would be cool.

As they made it to STAR Labs, the class was assigned into groups of their choosing. Gwen and Peter were in a group as they made their way into the labs and met with the tour guide.

"Hello, I'm Dr. Jenet Klyburn, here to welcome you to the Scientific and Technological Advanced Research Laboratories, or just STAR Labs," Jenet informed the class with a smile. "I'll be with you for the duration of your visit. The most important and only rule is to follow instructions, and don't touch anything. And where I go, you go. Shall we start the tour?" She then led them down and started to show them the inventions around the room. "Founded in 1991, STAR Labs is leading the world in exciting new technological discoveries that, as our motto suggests, are truly bringing the world of tomorrow today. In just a few days, we plan on activating the particle accelerator, hoping to reveal many new elements and studies we would never hope to accomplish alone." That's when an elevator went off and she stopped and was shocked when everyone else looked and was just as surprised. "Oh, are we in for a surprise. It is my honor to introduce to you all the founder of STAR Labs, Dr. Harrison Wells."

Everyone on the tour just clapped and was excited to see him. "Hello, kids." He greeted as he walked over with a smile. "Dr. Jenet, are these our best and brightest from Midtown?"

"It would seem that way," Jenet said in confirmation.

"Hm," Harrison said as he was looking at the kids as if trying to handpick one. "Mind if I were to follow along on this little tour?"

"Of course not, we'd be delighted," Jenet said as they keep going.

"Harrison Wells," Peter said as he and Gwen just kept staring. "Harrison Wells is joining us on the tour."

"Yep," Gwen stated in confirmation, even though she didn't believe it. "Try not to trip."

"No promises," Peter said as they quickly caught up with the group.

They made their way through the halls until they reached the cortex, the main room of the whole lab. In there, they saw a bunch of scientists working.

One of them wearing glasses and combed blonde hair made his way over to them and they saw he had a missing right hand.

"Welcome." He greeted the group. "My name is Dr. Curtis Connors. And in case you're wondering, I'm a southpaw." That earned a few people to laugh in the crowd. "I'm not a cripple, I'm a scientist, and I'm the world's foremost authority on herpetology. That's reptiles, for those of you who don't know."

"I think he's talking to Flash," Gwen whispered to Peter.

"But like the Parkinson's patient who watches on in horror as her body slowly betrays her or the man with macular degeneration whose eyes grow dimmer, I grow to fix myself. I want to create a world without weakness. Does anyone care to guess just how to accomplish such a task?"

One of the people in front, Lana Baumgartner, raised her hand to give her answer. "Stem cells?"

"Promising," Connors confirmed it was close. "But the solution I'm thinking of is more radical."

That for them all in for a loop as none of them could guess what it was.

"Told you, Connors," Harrison informed him. "They-"

"Cross-species genetics?" Peter asked, getting them all to stop and turn to face him in the back and saw they were waiting for him to explain. "Person gets Parkinson's when the brain cells that produce dopamine start to disappear. But a zebrafish has the ability to regenerate cells on command." As he went on, Harrison removed his glasses as he became thoroughly impressed by this. "If you could somehow give this ability to the woman you're talking about, that's...she's basically curing herself."

Connors was also thoroughly impressed as he swears Peter looks familiar. "And you are...?"

"Peter." Peter introduced himself.

"One of Midtown's best." Their teacher called him out.

"Really?" Harrison asked impression all over his voice.

"Second in his class," Gwen added.

"Oh, is that so?" Harrison asked.

"Second?" Peter asked and was directing that more at Gwen. "You sure?"

"Pretty sure," Gwen whispered with a smile.

Connors then got a call and looked at it. "I have to take this, but I'll leave you in the capable hands of Dr. Klyburn here." He then left the group, followed by Harrison Wells, who kept a close eye on Peter as he left the room.

After a tour around the labs, they made it to the engineering department where they were introduced to the lead engineer, Ronnie Raymond. He went over the science that went behind creating the particle accelerator, and that was where the tour had come to a close.

But they still had a few dozen more scientific research stations they're going to be visiting over the next few weeks due to the schools all having a relationship of giving out internships to the best and brightest. STAR Labs, Mercury Labs, Life Foundation, and a few more.

(A/N) In case anyone's gonna ask...I don't know if I'll do Spider-Gwen in this story.

Yet! I mean...Flashpoint?

Maybe I'll do something when we get down that far the road. Who knows? The sky's the limit in this alternate reality. Also, we're gonna be a while before the spider bite. Get comfortable.
