"Peter Allen is becoming the hero the city needs. They still have six months before Barry Allen awakens from his coma, despite the setback of Max Dillon's attack. But now he's in a holding cell in Iron Heights, courtesy of ARGUS." The Watcher said as Peter Parker was asleep in his room, while the Watcher keeps on watching him. A little creepy, but it's his job. "But there is...someone else coming. Someone he has a long, long history with. Someone even Eobard Thawne would never have intentionally created."

Peter was snoozing in his bed, unaware he passed out in his suit after his battle with Max the other night. It was a long night, and he didn't have the energy to change. Which turned into a giant mistake in the morning.

There was a knock on his door, causing Peter to jump up and look to see he was still in his scorched and beaten-in suit. "Peter, honey, you there?"

Peter didn't know what came over him, but he just went with the first thing that came to his mind. "No!"

Okay, that was the dumbest thing he could have said.

"Peter, you gotta get ready or you're going to be late," May warned him and started to open the door, causing Peter to quickly cover himself using the blanket on his bed. He just got himself covered when May opened the door and "Peter...what's wrong with your face?"

Peter became shocked and remembered that his face is covered in smoke from his battle. Luckily all the injuries were healed, and she didn't see the worst of the battle. "What?"

"Your face is filthy," May informed him.

"Oh! Right. I was...cleaning the...chimney." Peter came up with the best lie he could.

May only became more confused after hearing that statement. "We don't have a chimney."

Peter looked shocked at hearing that and had nothing left. "What...?"

May was also confused but decided to push it away and knew that he needed to go. "Anyway, you need to get ready if you wanna eat before you get going."

"Yeah, okay, I'll get ready. But I'm...naked." Peter knew he needed to get better at lying if he was going to survive in this superhero world. "Go, go, go."

May rolled her eyes with a small smile and closed the door. Peter then tossed the blanket off and quickly got to work on getting dressed and getting ready to head to school.

One of the many people Peter had gotten arrested over the short time of being the friendly neighborhood superhero (name still a work in progress), Herman Schultz, was being let out after someone paid bail.

Herman was led out of the city to a place known as the Bar with No Name. He walked into the bar and saw someone sitting in the chair facing the window.

"You paid for my bail. Why?" Herman asked his savior.

"Let's say...it was a business decision." His savior said to reveal a rough and hard voice as he kept staring out the window. "This new vigilante that has come up recently...he's caught my attention recently."

"And what does that have to do with me?" Herman asks.

"He was the one who brought you in. I was thinking you would be more than happy to get back at him." He stated as he waved a finger to one of his men, showing a green finger in light purple fingerless gloves.

One of his men brought over a suitcase, leaving it in front of Herman to open. Herman was worried but knew they wouldn't go through all this trouble just to kill him. Deciding to trust them, he opened the suitcase and saw a suit.

The suit was bright yellow with armor points on the hands, the helmet was made of metal, and it had a strange diamond pattern across the whole thing. Next to the suit were two giant gauntlets that would go over his hands.

Herman looked over them and started to see what this freak was asking him to do. "You want me to squash the pest?"

"I want to see how well you do against him, yes." The figure confirmed to him.

Peter made it downstairs as quickly as he could and saw May had a quick breakfast laid out for him. Quickly eating it, he saw May coming over and was happy to see he was up.

"Morning, sleepyhead." May greeted him. "I was just talking with Anna May on her way out. Her niece was sad that you two didn't have a chance to talk last night."

"Oh, really?" Peter had a hard time believing that, feeling it was more May was sorry they couldn't meet last night. "What's she like?"

"She's a lovely girl. Lovely personality." May said and Peter swore he shivered at the idea. "You two would get along swimmingly."

"Who still says swimmingly?" Peter asks himself. "Well, I'll try and meet up with her sooner or later."

"Hey, if you have time later, can you look at the car? It keeps dying." May asked of Peter.

"I'll take a look at it when I get back," Peter promises and made his way outside. "See ya, May!"

"Have a good day!" May called out as Peter closed the door and raced to make it to school on time.

When Peter made it to school, he saw Bobby talking to Liz Allen, the head of the cheerleaders, followed by a peck on the lips.

Peter was surprised but happy to see that as Bobby noticed Peter and smiled. "What? Thought that last night I ran into you and Gwen was me being creepy? I was visiting her during practice."

"Ah." Peter was understanding it now.

Bobby then looked around and had to tell his friend something. "Hey, can you meet me after school?"

"Yeah, sure, what about?" Peter wonders.

"Something I need you to see," Bobby explained and they went about their day.

After the school day was over, Peter made his way to the alley near the school where Bobby decided for them to meet in. If Peter didn't have his powers, he would think something bad was gonna happen.

As he waited for a moment, Bobby came up and had a hood over his head. "Hey, thanks for waiting for me."

"Sure. What's up?" Peter wonders.

Bobby sighed and looked around to see nobody coming. "Ever since the accelerator...something weird happened to me. Like...you wouldn't believe me. I'm going to sound insane."

Peter couldn't help but look annoyed as that's the most ironic statement in irony history. "Try me."

Bobby sighed and rolled up his sleeves. "It's going to be easier to show you."

Bobby then eyed an open can on a box and started to warm up by rubbing his hands together. He then closes his eyes, summoning the power and Peter watched as the air became dense and the atmosphere became colder before mist of snow started to surround Bobby as a blast of ice left his palm and imbedded itself into the can and sent it flying.

Peter looked in shock as Bobby showed himself covered in snow and his clothes now have a layer of snow over him. Bobby showed his face which was still covered in snow and Bobbie just brushed it off like it was nothing.

"See?" Bobbie asks with a shrug. "Weird, right?"

Peter didn't know to either jump at the fact his friend has powers or scream at the fact that his friend has powers. But seeing how his friend revealed he had powers, Peter decided to show it off.

He jumped and landed on the side of the building and smiled at Bobbie. "Not that weird, I hope..."

At Connors' house, he has been spending months looking over the effects the regeneration of his limb has brought him. It took months and looking over to see if there were any ill side effects. The only thing he had found was this rash, sharing notes with Harrison Wells.

But as the night went on, Connors started to feel ill as he woke up and saw the rash formed into scales and got Connors worried. He picked up the phone and tried to contact Harrison Wells, but there was nobody home to answer.

Connors made his way outside and contacted a ride for him and got inside. "Where are ya heading?"

"STAR Labs," Connors told him, feeling something building inside him.

"Alright." His driver said and Connors looked down to see his arm has turned into a monstrous lizard hand. "Hey, you okay?"

"Just...drive." Connors snarled at him, feeling his DNA beginning to morph. The driver just let it go and drove off.

After explaining everything to Bobbie, the two of them exchanged their experiences and Bobby admitted that his powers were why his parents disowned him. That made Peter feels sorry for him as he didn't tell May about his abilities for fear that she would think he was a monster or a freak. He knows May would never do that, but he also knew she had too much to deal with and didn't want her discovering about them. Not yet at least.

But right now, he was currently working on May's car as he said he would. He wonders what was wrong as he couldn't get the car started after he thought he had everything fixed. Trying to get it started turned into a hassle that was getting on his nerves.

Sensing something, he then saw someone coming up to the open hood and fiddling with the wires. Getting out, Peter looked and saw a familiar face fixing the wires.

"Hey, Mary right?" Peter asked her.

"Yep," Mary confirmed as she gestured to the wheel. "Hey, how about you give it a try now?"

Peter shrugged and gave it a try, the car finally starts. "Wow. You know your way around a car."

"Surprised a girl knows how to fix things?" Mary asked with a coy smile.

Peter immediately panicked and realized he might've accidentally offended her. "Oh, no, no, I didn't mean that. I just mean...you didn't...you don't..."

Mary laughed and bumped her fist against his shoulder. "I'm just messing with you. My dad is a mechanic, so I grew up spring this stuff...until he became a dick." Peter was shocked to hear her talk about her dad that way as she then patted his shoulder and picked her bag up. "Happy to help."

Peter then noticed what looked to be a tattoo of a spider on her arm as she reached to close the hood. "Nice tattoo."

Mary looked at it and smiled. "Yeah, I'm a bit of a fan of the Spider-Man."

"Spider-Man?" Peter asked her, thinking of the name and it's not half bad.

"That masked vigilante that's been helping the city," Mary explained. "He never gave himself a name and I thought that spider on his chest would be an indication he's spider-based."

"I like it," Peter admitted.

"The tattoo or the name?" Mary asked.

Peter thought of what to say and shrugged. "Both?"

"Thanks," Mary said with a smile. "See you later, Peter Parker." With that, she walked off and left Peter alone with the fixed car.

Peter was about to turn around and ask how she knew his name as he never told her his last name when his senses went off. He hears screams, sees smoke, and then watched as a car came flying in through the air.

Looking back over, he saw Mary had already vanished, almost into thin air. Peter shrugged and ran off down the street, missing that Mary was watching him from a nearby window, and smiled at what he was going to do.

"Go get 'em." Mary encourages the hero.

Peter swung his way over to the bridge as night began to set when he saw what looked to be a giant lizard attacking the bridge.

When Connors transformed due to injecting himself with the lizard DNA, he has taken on the appearance of a hulking humanoid towering at about seven feet in length. His skin has changed to a dark shade of green with rough scales resembling those of a reptile's as well as a dark beachy underbelly, is bald, and his eyes change to mottled yellow. Additionally, Dr. Connors also possesses a long thick tail as well as sharp teeth and claws, not to mention his T-Rex-like snout that was at least a foot long off of his face.

He sent several cars flying off the bridge and Peter leaped down, webbing the cars to the bridge to make sure that nobody was in them. Seeing nobody in them, he kept webbing them and keeping people from falling into the ocean. When he finally came across the giant Lizard, Peter swung over and cried.

"Incoming!" Peter cried as he came in and kicked the Lizard before he could attack civilians while holding a car.

The Lizard dropped the car, Peter webbing the car before it could hit the water and the Lizard started to crawl away. Peter was about to go after the monster when he heard someone call out.

"HELP!" Someone cried, causing Peter to stop and turn to face him. "Help me, my kid is trapped!"

Peter thought he checked all of the kids and realized he must've somehow missed them. Looking back over to the Lizard, he watched as he held his hand before crawling away.

Stop him or save the kid?

Not even a dilemma for him.

Peter immediately jumped down and shot a web towards the car and landed on the back of the vehicle. Already hearing the cries from the little girl, he ripped off the window on the back.

"Hey, hey, buddy it's okay." Peter tried to calm the kid but was failing miserably. Deciding it's the best option right now, he ripped off the mask to appear human to the kid. "Hey, it's okay, look." That finally calmed the girl down as she got a good look at him. "I'm just a normal guy." He then held his mask out. "Here, you wanna hold this?" He then tossed his mask to the kid. "What's your name?" He then saw her backpack. "Nora?"

The kid looked back at him and nodded. "Yes."

"Beautiful name." Peter complimented and earned a smile from the girl. "What do you say we get you out of here, Nora?" She nodded and Peter started to climb into the car. "Stay very still."

Outside, the car's gas started to leak out down to the front while Peter was focusing on the kid. When he reached her, he unbuckled her, and she landed on the back of the driver's seat. "You okay?"

"Yeah," Nora assured with a smile.

That's when the car caught fire, a spark causing the gas to go off and his webbing snapped in the heat.

Peter shot a second web to grab onto the bridge and ended up yanking himself out before grabbing the bumper of the car. He had no idea he could hold a car like this, but it seems he is learning a lot about his powers right now.

"Nora! You need to climb, now!" Peter told her as the flames began to consume the whole car.

"I can't!" Nora cried, becoming scared again.

"Yes, you can!" Peter tried to help her, but she was determined to stay in the car. He thought of what to do and had an idea that could help. "The...the mask! Put it on! It'll give you strength. Trust me."

Nora looked down at the makeshift mask and decided to trust him and put it over her head and around her hair.

"There ya go!" Peter encouraged her as she started to climb over the seats. "You're doing great, but can you speed it up a little?"

Nora climbed over the seats the best she could when the bumper fell off. Nora cried in terror while Peter shot out a web and attached it to her chest so that he could grab her.

Peter sighed in relief that he was able to save the little girl and started to pull her up to the top. On the way up, he took his mask back and handed her to her father.

"Oh, Nora!" Her father cried in relief as he held his daughter close. He then kissed her head and Peter watched in sadness as he knew he would never have a male model in his life as this girl does. The man then looked over at Peter as he kept his eyes on him. "Who...who are you?"

Peter thought of the name and remembered what Mary called him and admitted it was a good name. "Spider-Man."

With that, he did a backward dive off the bridge before skidding off the side by the water and making his way back home.
