"Relationships are growing. Things are changing. The timeline is cementing in place." The Watcher said as he eyed the heroes. "Time for love to start blossoming."

After the movie, the group of five made their way out of the theater, the adults hanging back as the teens walked ahead of them. During the entire movie, Peter almost begged for some crime to happen so he could escape for a minute or two. During the seating, somehow, he manages to be seated next to MJ. He's pretty sure the whole thing was rigged against him.

Peter currently has mixed emotions about his feelings for MJ, after his disaster of a relationship with Gwen, he thought he wouldn't find anyone else. But maybe there was a chance that he and MJ could work.

"So, our family is friends," Barry commented to Caitlin as they walked behind the two of them.

"Bobby told me he had a friend named Peter Parker; I just didn't know he was your brother," Caitlin tells Barry, just as surprised as he is about the situation.

"Well, he and I were separated after our mother died," Barry explains to her.

"Right. You told us that earlier." Caitlin remembered when Barry explained the dream that he had that caused him to crash. "So, something tells me we're going to see a lot of each other."

"Inside and outside of those labs." Barry agreed with her.

"Well, I gotta get home," MJ said as she turned back to Peter. "Catch you later, Tiger."

"See you later, MJ," Peter said his farewells as she walked off.

"We gotta get going, too," Caitlin said as gestured to the parking lot.

"See you at school, Pete," Bobby said his farewell and left with his cousin.

The two brothers were back by themselves and started to walk. Since neither of them brought a car, they just saw it as a few more minutes than they get to spend together. But also, Barry's time to finally jump on Peter's crush.

"What's with the nickname Tiger?" Barry asked his brother.

"Just some weird nickname she started to call me." Peter shrugged, having no idea why she calls him that. But it's not like he's complaining. "I gotta get going home to May. See ya, Barry."

"See you, Pete," Barry said as Peter made his way down the street.

The minute his brother wasn't looking, and the streets were cleared enough, Barry took off running. When Peter felt his senses go off, he turned around and was shocked to see Barry was already gone. Shrugging it off, he sneaked into the alley and changed into his suit before taking off and swinging back home.

The next day, Barry knew Peter had school so he could spend the day trying to get used to his powers before going to introduce Peter to Joe and showing him around the home that he grew up in.

"Barry!" Cisco called out

"Sorry, did I pass it?" Barry asked when he turned around.

"You overshot it by six blocks," Cisco warned him.

"My bad," Barry said as he sped off towards the fire and into the burning building.

"You there yet?" Cisco asked as he reclined on the chair in the cortex of STAR Labs.

"What are you doing?" Caitlin asked as Cisco shuts down the computers and turned around to face her in the doorway.

"Nothing," Cisco promised.

"Who were you talking to?" Caitlin asked in suspicion.

"No one," Cisco said as he placed his lollipop in his mouth.

"Were you talking to Barry?" Caitlin asked as she crossed her arms.

"Who?" Cisco questioned, playing dumb.

"Barry Allen?" Caitlin questioned as she marched closer to her friend. "Was in a coma for nine months, struck by lightning, now moves at the speed of sound? Ring a bell?"

"No..." Cisco denied. "Haven't talked to him."

"Cisco, there's fire everywhere!" Barry's voice came off from the speaker on the desk. "Cisco, you still there?!"

Back in the fire, Barry spotted a child down the burning hall and sped across the burning floor and caught her. Racing out of the building, he got her to safety before rescuing several other people who were trapped. With his job done, he sped off and made it to an alleyway.

"Everyone's safe. What else you've got for me, Cisco?" Barry wonders.

"Barry, it's Caitlin."

Barry froze at that and had no idea what to think of this weird situation. The last they spoke was just last night after the movie with their younger relatives.

"Hey, Caitlin..." Barry greeted her, seeming to forget how to speak. "How's your day?"

"Get back to STAR Labs, now!" Caitlin said, eyeing Cisco.

"On my way," Barry said as he started to walk before getting a headache and speeding off.

"Have you both lost your minds?" Caitlin asked the two of them as she walked out of her labs. "Who do you think you are?"

"I'm the eyes and ears, he's the feet," Cisco explained to her.

"This isn't funny," Caitlin told them. "You could've gotten yourself killed. You can't just be going running around the city like some supersonic fireman."

"Why not?" Barry asked. "Wasn't this what we talked about? Using my speed to do good?"

"We said you are supposed to help us contain other Metahumans." Caitlin corrected his statement. "And besides from Max Dillon, Mark Allen, Curtis Connors, Spider-Man, we haven't yet to hear of anyone." She then got sentimental. "And what about Peter? We supposed to tell him that his brother he just got back was killed in a fire?"

"People need help in this city." Barry defended his case. "And I can get away fast enough, so Peter doesn't need to worry about it."

"Peter?" Cisco asked in confusion.

"Barry's brother," Caitlin answered her friend. "I met him last night with Bobby."

"Wait, Bobby's friends with his brother?" Cisco asked as he looked between them. "Wow. That's weird yet funny at the same time."

"What I think Caitlin is trying to say is that restraint is the best course of action right now," Wells said as he strolled into the room. "We are still learning what your full strength and power are."

Barry sighed and started to understand what he was saying when he thought of something and turned to Cisco. "Spider-Man?"

"You haven't heard of him?" Cisco asked in shock. "Man, you should really catch up on what you missed out on." He then remembered something and handed him his phone. "Oh, and you missed a call from Joe."

Barry answered and Joe was calling him for his day job where he then sped off.

"When do you think he'll realize he didn't take his clothes?" Caitlin asked Cisco.

Back at school with Peter, he was making his way through school while talking with Bobby. They found it odd and funny how their family was somehow already friends with one another.

"Did you find it weird, last night?" Peter asked Bobby as they made their way out of the school.

"Which part? Our relatives or MJ?" Bobby asked him.

"Both." Peter decides to answer with. "This thing with MJ is a separate problem."

"She seems to be interested in you; you're just not really giving her any answers." Bobby defends her. "I mean, what would be the worst thing that happens if you decide to go out with her?"

"And if a supervillain learns my identity and decides to target her?" Peter asks Bobby.

"Well, what are you going to do? Avoid her at every turn?" Bobby asked him. "Never get into a relationship ever again?"

"My last relationship got the father of my girlfriend killed." Peter reminded him. "Not to mention you almost with them."

Bobby saw that was a good point and shrugged. "Okay, but what about me? Not worried someone might try and kidnap me?"

"You can defend yourself." Peter reminded him.

Just as they took a turn, MJ was also making her way out when she looked around. At the sight of her, Peter almost leaped and hid behind one of the corners. He moved so fast that Bobby could barely comprehend it happening.

MJ then noticed Bobby and walked over to him. "Hey, Bobby."

"Mary Jane. Hey." Bobby greeted her.

"Have you heard from Peter since last night?" MJ wonders.

"Yeah, he..." Bobby said as he looked over and saw Peter shaking his head to not give away his location. "Left."

"Oh." MJ felt sorry to hear that. "Listen, I've been trying to get close to him, but it's...he's been distant since our date. My aunt said that he was sweet, caring, and I've seen him be all that." She then sighed and almost turned to Peter as he jumped to the ceiling to hide. "But every time that I try to get close to him, it's like he puts walls up."

"Well..." Bobby had no idea what to say as he looked up to Peter. "Have you heard how his last relationship ended?"

"Gwen Stacy's father died during a fight with the Lizard, and she moved out of town," MJ remembered.

Even though she knew Peter's Spider-Man, she doesn't want to lead on to him she knows. She knew Peter is Spider-Man, but she doesn't know if he knew he was Spider-Man.

"Yeah, well...Peter was the one who helped Connors turn into the Lizard," Bobby explained to her, causing MJ to look up in shock. "He blames himself and broke things off with Gwen before she said she would be leaving town. He likes you, but...he's afraid he'll hurt you like he did Gwen."

MJ started to understand the distance he was putting between them now and sighed. "I understand that, but...does he plan to be alone for the rest of his life?"

Bobby looked up to Peter and saw the sad look on his face at the idea. Even he asked the same question, and it's sad he can't give her a straight answer. He knew Peter was Spider-Man, but he doesn't know she knows he is Spider-Man.

"I kinda think that's his plan." Bobby was sorry to admit.

"Well, when you see him...tell him I'm not afraid of a little danger," MJ said as she walked off down the hall.

As soon as she was far enough away, Peter dropped from the ceiling and landed next to Bobby.

"Was that necessary?" Bobby asked him.

"Probably not," Peter admitted.

"Maybe I should start hanging out with Barry and Caitlin," Bobby commented, figuring they might be less drama.

Meanwhile, with Barry at CCPD, he had just had a talk with Iris about the reporter job she was leaving to do and just stopped by to say hi. Which ended with a small make-out session between her and Eddie, as she and he had started dating while he was in a coma.

Barry's happy for his friend, but they could be more sensitive to the people who don't have girlfriends. Thinking since Iris is going to be busy, and he was supposed to be going to Simon Stagg's presentation and award ceremony, he decides to ask the only other person that might be interested.

Since she was the only one who knew what was going on with him, Caitlin gave Barry her number so he could stay in contact in case of an emergency. Willing up the courage, Barry called and waited for an answer.

"Caitlin, hi."

Is there something wrong, Barry?" Caitlin asked, currently back home just as Bobby recently returned.

"No, I wanted to ask you something..." Barry bit his lip, stuttered for a moment, then finally blurted out what he wanted to ask. "Do you want to go with me to Simon Stagg's presentation that's in two hours?"

Caitlin immediately went silent, and, though the logical side of his brain knew she was trying to figure out what he had just said, the illogical side was panicking, thinking that he messed up their growing friendship.

"Two hours?" Caitlin said after a moment. "Sure, I'd like to."

He was floored for a moment. "Wait, really?" He then almost smacked himself for saying that. "Oh, great, cool, yes. I will come and pick you up."

Bobby watched as Caitlin was rummaging through her closet looking for something to quickly throw on that looked nice. He didn't know what to think of the situation, knowing well about Ronnie, and even met the guy a few times before they got engaged. He knew how grief-stricken she had been when he died and saw he was one of the few things that pushed her through the pain.

"How's this?" Caitlin asked as she came out in a casual-looking outfit. That being a long red dress with her hair braided and looking like she was going to a Homecoming dance.

"That depends," Bobby said, crossing his arms almost to try and look intimidating. "Is this a date?"

"No," Caitlin said as she decided to take that as a yes and went to get some shoes. "Just a friendly outing."

"Really?" Bobby asked, raising a brow. "Because from my perspective, it looks like a date."

"It's not a date!" Caitlin promised as she laughed at his behavior.

"Does he think you think it's a date?" Bobby asked him.

"So what if he does?" Caitlin asked as she fixed her hair out a little.

"Really? Then how come you were the first person he asked?" Bobby asked her. "Why not Cisco?"

"Cisco's not interested in scientific breakthroughs in bioengineering." Caitlin defended Barry's decision to include her in the ceremony. "Besides...If it leads to that, I wouldn't mind."

"You dating the brother of my best friend," Bobby commented, weirded out by the idea. "Blech."

"You're such a child at times." Caitlin scoffed at his behavior.

Then there was a knock on the door, getting both of their attention.

"Well, have fun on your not date," Bobby said as Caitlin rolled her eyes and opened the door.

Just as she suspected, there stood Barry Allen, ready to go. "Hi."

"Hey," Barry said, looking at her clothes. "You look...nice."

"Thanks," Caitlin blushed at the compliment. "Ready?"

"Yeah," Barry said as the two walked down the halls towards the elevator.

As they walked down the hall, Bobby watched them and didn't know how to feel. Seeing this as a backup situation, he called the only one who can help him.

"Hey, Pete? We have a situation." Bobby called his friend in. "Not a bad one, just a... weird one."

A while later, Barry and Caitlin were at the awards ceremony after Stagg had been given his award. While that was going on, Peter was sitting outside and watching Barry and Caitlin interact.

"What am I doing here again?" Peter asks Bobby, who was still at his apartment.

"Isn't it weird for you that our families are going out?" Bobby asks him.

"I don't know." Peter shrugged. "I've only hanged out like twice with my own brother. You're just being a little overprotective."

That's when his senses went off and screams were going off in the building. Inside the building, Barry and Caitlin were just talking about the cellular regeneration technology when a man wearing an all-white suit appears with spots all over. He shot bullets at the ceiling and looked around the room. "

"Hello!" He greeted all of them. "How considerate that you're all wearing your finest jewelry. It's almost like you knew I was coming!"

That's when a guard came up behind him. "Freeze!"

"You don't want to do this." The man warned him.

"Drop your weapon!" He demanded.

Sighing, the figure did just that. "Fine. It was just for show anyway."

With that, he tore one of the spots off of his body and tossed it towards the guard. When it hit the floor, it became a hole that the guard was falling through.

But before he could fall through, Peter came swinging in and pulled him out of the way. "Well, well, well. If it wasn't the villain of the week." He then started to stroll over towards him. "So, what do I call you? The Dalmatian? Sucker?"

"You can call me the Spot!" He declared as he looked over his suit. "And you must be the Spider-Man!"

"Guilty as charged!" Peter said with a bow. "So...do me a favor, take this hit like a man!" He then ran over and wet to punch the man.

But before he could, the Spot opened a hole in front of Peter, causing him to go flying through.

When Peter was flying through the portal, he saw thousands of different similar portals. When he shot a web at a portal, the webbing just ended up leaping from one to another, becoming one giant tangled web.

When he fell through another one of them, Peter was sent falling from the skies when the Spot returned and snagged him to a flagpole.

"There you go. Don't worry. I have no reason to kill you." Spot tried to reassure him as he jumped back into another portal.

"Okay, I know this guy is trouble, but I'm gonna have a hard time taking this guy seriously with that getup," Peter commented as he got free by prying himself free. When he looked around, he noticed he was on the opposite side of the city. "Great."

Then he realized that this worked in his favor when he noticed that he needed to get to Joe West's place to meet Barry's second family. Leaping off the building, he started to swing off, knowing he could never get back to Spot in time.

Barry was stuck watching the interjection from Spider-Man and the quick ending fight before the Spot returned and took everything from everyone. When he opened a portal to try and escape, Barry tried to speed after him, but he ended up fainting in the alley where he got away.

A while later, he woke up to find Caitlin was standing over him and his cheek was stinging from something. "Barry!"

"Did you... slap me?" Barry asked as he rubbed his cheek.

"Yes, I did," Caitlin said as she looked over his body as if searching for something.

"Why?" Barry asked in shock.

"Because you fainted." Caitlin defended her action.

"Smelling salts work just as good," Barry replied, but he then noticed the angry look in her eyes. "What?"

"Why didn't you tell me about this, Barry? You passed out." Caitlin's voice rose dramatically as she held his face with her hand and turned to check his head for any concussions. "I came out here, and... and I thought you dropped dead!"

Barry was surprised at her tone and noticed she was truly scared. "I-I'm fine, Caitlin."

"No, you're not." Caitlin declared as she then took hold of his arm and yanked him to his feet. "We are going back to STAR Labs to run some tests, now."

Barry saw it was better to not question her and just do as she said and was dragged alongside her. Something tells him that he was gonna be late with his meetup with Peter and Joe.
