Chapter 01 (Day 1, Part 1) - Total Drama Island v2.0

A slight breeze swept through the paling grass of the Wawanakwan landscape. The blue water gave off a serene vibe as the sun sparkled down upon it. Bunnies squeaked, sniffing around the edge of the former campgrounds, leading into the forest. Everything seemed calm and completely devoid of any human interaction. It was short-lived, however, as the loud whirring of helicopter blades suddenly deafened everything. Coming into frame and pushing away all wildlife, a sleek red helicopter zoomed in. Inside, the very familiar looking man let out his signature grin.

"It's been over a year since we last were here at the majestic Camp Wawanakwa!" He was shouting over the sound of the helicopter before hopping off, landing safely on the grass. Giving his pilot a thumbs up, the black man nodded before flying off, the sound of the helicopter slowly fading away. Turning back to the camera, the man was still smiling hugely. "We sure missed that sweet Muskokan air," he stops talking to sniff the air and blanches slightly. "Okay, maybe not that much." His face of disgust quickly turned back to a smile.

"Anyhoo, welcome back to Camp Wawanakwa for another thrilling and exciting season of everyone's favorite show, Total Drama Island!" The camera zoomed in on his face, his face maintaining it's cocky grin. "Presented by your favorite host with the most, Chris McLean!" The camera cut away once more to the campgrounds, Chris walking across them.

"You all already know the drill, but let's just hit that refresher course for all our new viewers." It cut again to a different scene, this time with Chris standing in front of the two cabins that could only be defined as the Killer Bass and Screaming Gopher cabins from the previous season. They looked relatively the same as they did during TDI, if not a little more run down.

"22 teens are going to be spending their summer here at our lovely campgrounds and face a grueling number of brutal and life threatening challenges," he paused as the camera cut to a close up of his face. "Sounds like a good old time!' He chuckled. With a white flash, Chris was now standing in front of the cafeteria, still looking as gross and unsanitary as possible.

"Here our campers are going to be enjoying their fascinating gourmet food that is prepared for them, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!" He opened the door to the cafeteria, showing the two empty tables where the campers would eat. Nearby was the counter where the food was served from, and Chef was standing there, stirring a pot with what looked like tentacles and eyeballs in the stew. Chris let out a sniff and visibly gagged a little, but played it cool. "Are we at Wawanakwa or are we at a 5 star restaurant in France? You'd never know the difference!" Behind him, Chef rolled his eyes as the camera flashed in white again in transition, this time leading Chris to an outhouse with the door closed.

"What would this show be without our trusty handy dandy outhouse confessional, where our overly passive aggressive millennials can air out all their deepest and darkest secrets to the millions of viewers this show gets on the daily!" He opened the outhouse, letting out a discernible green cloud of odor flow out. The host started to hack, crouching down and resting one hand on his knees, the other over his mouth. The outhouse looked pretty much the same it did during TDI, only it had more flies swirling around and a great increase in spider webs. With another transition, Chris was standing near 12 tree stumps, separated into two rows of 6.

"Here is where we will have our faithful campfire ceremonies, where our wonderful little teens will be making enemies and deciding to send one of their teammates home, where they will have to walk down our Dock of Shame and board the Boat of Losers and can't come back. Ever." Chris started to walk away from the camera, before his head suddenly bounced back into the side of the frame with a scowl.

"Before we get any angry emails, we mean it this time! We are seriously serious! You leave," He slid his finger across his neck, "you're done. Finished. Fineto. End of the line." He scowl turned back into his grin before he slid back out of frame. Cutting once more to the dock, Chris was slowly walking towards the edge.

"Now this season, we are doing something a little different!" He finally reached the end of the dock, stopping and continuing to talk to the camera. "We ran the polls and you all answered, so this season we are going to be bringing back only 11 of those super angsty teens! The other 11 are going to be pure fresh meat." He tilted his head to the left, now using his hand as a visor for the Sun.

"But let's stop talking about all that, because I can see our first camper heading here now!" In the distance, a great big white yacht was speeding towards the island. Looking closely, you could see the silhouette of what looked like a man. As the yacht sped past, a man with whiter skin was standing next to Chris, matching his height. He placed down the suitcase in his hand, an unsure look on his face.

"And with that, we have our first new camper! How are you doing, Shawn?" The man, who had shaggy brown hair that fell just below his skull, gave Chris a blank stare. He was wearing a white long sleeve shirt, with an orange sleeveless jacket over it, with just a pair of blue jeans on. He also wore a green toque on the top of his head. After the pause, Chris tilted his head slightly. "You okay there Shawn?"

"Ayup." He spoke, still looking at Chris funny. "Was just making sure you weren't a zombie in disguise." Chris let out a chuckle, patting the man's shoulder.

"Oh Shawn, you won't have to worry about zombies! We got most of the undead outta here when we cleared the island preseason." Shawn's eyes went wide and he quickly yelped, running from Chris and cowering in a ball at the dock. Chris laughed again, looking towards the camera. "Always good to have a residential Zombie nut, huh?" Before he could elaborate more, there was a mighty screech that made him jump in fear. Shawn also squeaked, scared that the zombies finally were arriving.

With a mighty roar, a green and orange blur landed on the dock, hopping and happily waving towards the yacht that sped by.

"Wowie! Really wish he woulda went faster, but that was still pretty nice!" The girl turned, staring at the grinning host.

"And back by popular demand, it's Izzy!" The girl held her normal cackling grin, giving a large wave to the camera.

"It's so great to be back, Izzy would like to thank the Academy, and the School, and the Institute, and the University, and the… Well, Izzy can't think of any more school things. Can Izzy just thank the teachers then?" She pondered, walking past Chris, deep in thought. The host chuckled, shaking his head as he looked towards the next boat.

On the next boat, a tanned girl with a dark blue crop top shirt and black leggings stood with her arms crossed, a gold bangle on each wrist and a determined look on her face. As the boat hit the dock, she hopped off, a suitcase in both hands. Now that she was up close and personal, you could see her wavy chocolate brown hair that cut off right at the tip of her shoulders, as well as the faint gold glint of piercings in her ears.

"Welcome to Wawanakwa Vivian!" Chris announced, making the girl smirk and start to walk past him.

"Pleasure to be here Chris. Can't wait to win the whole shebang." Chris nodded, crossing his arms.

"Pretty confident aren't you? Think you can back that up?" She scoffed, putting her hands towards her hips after placing her bags down, standing next to the still cowering Shawn.

"I came to win! No way in hell I'm going to let some loser take the championship from me!" She looked down, finally noticing the boy. "Uh, you good there bud?" He looked up towards the tanned woman, shaking still.

"No zombies are here right?" Before Vivian could question his question, Izzy ran towards them, a huge grin on her face.

"Zombies? Oh god, are you saying there are some zombies here? Izzy knows a perfect zombie call! Watch!" She started to screech out, making the man yelp and start to run in fear. "Wait, don't go! You can't hear Izzy's screechs if you run in fear!" She started to chase after him, screeching more and more as he held his hands firmly over his ears. Vivian signed, turning back towards the host.

"Yeah, I think I'll be fine."

Confessional Cam

Vivian - "I remember Izzy from the show, but I didn't recognize the nutjob she was chasing. He must be one of the new campers here. Well, it doesn't matter!" /She clenched her first, a smirk on her face/ "I'm here to win and that means they are all going down!"

Izzy - "Izzy later learned that Shawn has a massive fear of zombies, but you know what they say! You must face your fear in order to conquer them! So Izzy decided to make it her personal mission to help Shawn cure his zombi-phobia!"

Shawn - /He's on the toilet with his legs at his chest, and his arms over his head/ "Oh man! I've been studying for years and I'm always ready for zombies to attack, but for Izzy to constantly chase me and use them against me? Man, this is bogus.

As Chris chuckled at the campers' antics, another boat pulled up, dropping off a large black teen, who had brown dreads in his hair that fell around his chin and glistening diamond earrings in his ears. He wore a scowl on his face, looking around at the dock and the host.

"So this is Wawanakwa, huh?" His voice was deep, with a very intimidating drawl to it, making Vivian smirk, glad to finally have competition. He was wearing a bright blue tank top, with a pair of brown cargo shorts and light brown sandals.

"Welcome Samson," Chris started with a smile, patting the taller man's shoulders. "I hope you're ready for a fun filled summer adventure!" Samson chuckled, closing his eyes.

"Of course. A summer adventure. Why I say…" He began, quickly grabbing a book from in his bag, his expression changing from serious to a large smile. "It's just like the training arc from Super Summer Camp Puyo Puyo 3!" Vivian's expression dropped, looking at the book to see young anime women on the cover.

"Wait, what?" She started, but was quickly covered up by Chris, who laughed and nodded his head.

"That's right! Just like that anime! I know it's a good one!" The teen nodded, walking away from Chris and walking towards Vivian, nodding towards her. They stood next to each other for a moment before she spoke up finally.

"So uh, anime?" He turned to her at inhuman speeds, startling her, even though he was right next to her.

"Of course! Are you an otaku also? What's your favorite anime? I bet I've seen it!" Vivian wasn't prepared for the questioning and felt a visual sweat drop appear at her head. She was so preoccupied with Samson, she failed to see the next boat arrive.

"Well well well! If it isn't our next original camper! How have you been Courtney?" From the dock, the tanned CIT herself stood, a scowl on her face and her arms crossed over her gray blouse.

"Is that really what you want to be asking me Chris? You know exactly how I have been! I was telling with being cheated out of $100,000 because of that stupid Harold! I swear, if I see him again, I'm going to give him a piece of my mind and then some!" She shouted, walking past the host, who still held his signature grin.

"Lucky you then Courtney! The viewers didn't vote Harold back in this season, although it was pretty close." Courtney let out a scoff, shaking her head.

"As if that lanky dweeb would be winning a popularity contest. So what is it, am I the first one chosen from the originals? Wow, I'm honored." As she spoke, she heard the screaming of Shawn, and saw Izzy giggling, chasing after him. "Oh great… The crazy girl is back." She muttered, unsure what else to say about it, but before she could ponder it more, a loud cheer shook her from her thoughts.

"Woo hoo! I'm back! Did you miss me Chris?" The host turned to see one of the largest teens ever grab him for a hug, cracking his back.

"O-owen!" He strained out, struggling to keep himself conscious. "I missed you, please put me down!" He spat out in breathes, making the loveable oaf let out a loud laugh, putting him down.

"Oh Chris, you've always been such a jokester! Oh Courtney!" Owen ran towards the girl to hug her, but she quickly gulped and held out her hand, making him stop in a skid.

"No hugs! It's nice to see you too Owen!" She said with a nervous chuckle, making him smile in joy and turn towards the other two campers he saw.

"Hey there guys! You all ready to have fun?" He appeared behind them, taking Samson in one arm and Vivian in the other, who both had very different reactions: Samson had a smile, excited to see the large lovable oaf he had seen so much of on the last season, while Vivian leveled a glare at him, only seeing the previous winner and her biggest threat at the moment. Owen saw the girl look at him and didn't register the glare as ill intent.

Confessional Cam

Vivian - "Owen is definitely target number one for me. I'm hoping these people can see that that fat oaf is a threat and they decide to take him out early.

Owen - "Oh man, I'm so excited to be back! Last time I was here, I had such a great time and I can't wait to party again! Woo hoo!"

Samson - "Owen seems really nice! He was definitely one of my favorite campers from when I first watched the show. I wonder if he likes anime? Hmmm… I should definitely grill him later!"

As Owen chatted up the two new contestants, another boat arrived at the dock, dropping off another new-comer. Chris clapped slightly before gesturing to the new girl.

"Everyone, say hello to Charlotte!" From the dock, a girl in all black stood with a smile, a red notebook in her left hand, and a suitcase in the right.

"Hi everyone, good to meet you. I prefer Charlie also if we can." She chuckled slightly, taking a step past Chris. Her hair was black, with bright red streaks running through it, stopping at her mid-shoulders. She also had emerald green eyes and a small black nose hoop piercing in her ear.

The first person to react was Owen, who was already next to the new girl, extending his hand.

"Alright, new friends!" Owen shouted out, making the small girl smile. Owen shook her hand, lifting up the small girl before putting her back down, shaking her up. After she recovered, she turned towards Vivian and Samson, giving them a small wave. Before she could speak, Courtney was in front of her with a smile.

"Pleased to meet you Charlotte!" Charlie grimaced slightly, but quickly held it back and shook the CIT's hand. She knew all about her thing with Duncan and the rage she felt, but she pushed it aside; she had no desire to make an enemy this quick in the game.

"Thanks, you too, but really, if you can, I do prefer the name Charlie." Courtney looked down at her notebook before glancing back at the black-cladded girl, almost ignoring her request.

"Big note taker? Let me guess, is it full of tips on how to survive the island?" She said with a chuckle on her lips, but Charlie just nodded, grabbing her book with both hands.

"No, I like to take notes and I'm very observant. See, I really want to be a detective when I get older. So I tend to just. Hyper analyze everything." She responded with a smile, showing Courtney the notebook. She opened it and her eyes immediately went wide at how the book was completely covered in writing.

"Wow. Very thorough." She muttered back, handing the book back to the detective.

"So does that mean you can, like, read everyone like a book?" Izzy spoke up, getting tired of chasing Shawn around and now walking towards the dock, sweat pouring down her face. Charlie chuckled a bit, shaking her head.

"Izzy, I don't think anyone could read you. You're a limited edition, one of a kind!" Courtney muttered an agreement to that, but no one heard it as Izzy's eyes lit up, rushing forward to hug the detective.

Confessional Cam -

Charlie - "I've always liked Izzy. Seems like she got a bad rap sometimes, but she's always been really cool. Only thing though, she DOES have a habit of doing illegal things for the hell of it. While I love fun, I can't really condone illegal activities! Maybe after a stern talking to or so, I can set her straight. She's also pretty cute… Not that I mean anything by that!"

Izzy - "Charlie is cool and she was nice to Izzy! Izzy doesn't mind be called psycho or insane or told to stop slamming the pizza guy in his face, but it's so special when someone says she is nice or 'Limited Edition!' Izzy just hopes she doesn't try to lecture me about the cops or anything!"

"Speaking of that, Izzy, we aren't going to be dealing with the RCMP this season are we?" Izzy started to cackle after she let go of Charlie before shrugging, cackling some more. Charlie frowned at this, while Courtney just slapped her forehead with her hand.

"Oh Izzy!" She heard and turned to see Owen, who wore a large happy expression on his face. He turned and started to rush towards her, hands outstretched to hug the girl. She looked excited as well, but at the last second it turned to anger and she quickly kicked him in the crotch, making him stutter and fall, making the other campers jump from the shockwave.

"Oh… My kiwis," he sputtered, holding his area in pain, while Izzy walked up, hands on her hips.

"That's for pushing Izzy towards the killer and hurting her so many times!" Everyone watched in awe, especially Samson and Chris, who were still wincing from the kick. The first person to regain their composure was Vivian, who raised a finger in question.

"Wait, aren't you two dating?" Izzy let out a scoff at Vivian's question, shaking her head.

"No! Izzy and Owen were just make out buddies! But Owen lost that privilege when he decided to sacrifice Izzy to a serial killer when Izzy could have easily killed the serial killer back!" Courtney stepped up, confused as well.

"But… Didn't he kiss you in the finale? I totally thought the two of you were together?" Again, Izzy scoffed, crossing her arms and shaking her head.

"Izzy wanted him to win, yes, but he also trampled Izzy again and then kissed her cheek. Izzy will pass on that!" Courtney and Vivian shared a look, both surprised at the recent development. So much so, that they all failed to realize a new camper had just arrived onto the island.

"Um, what exactly is going on here?" They all turned to see a man with black poofy hair that ended right at his neck line, as well a nicely trimmed beard. Like Samson, his ears were pierced, but instead of diamonds, he had gauges in his ears that you could probably only fit a pencil through. He was wearing black pants and black boots, with a dark blue shirt on and a red and black flannel on, the sleeves folded up to his elbows.

"Wowie!" Izzy started, rushing over to him and looking at the impressive bow in his hand. He chuckled slightly as Chris placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Everyone, I'd like you to meet Daniel!" Daniel smiled and waved to everyone, while Courtney pointed towards his bow.

"Is he even allowed to bring that to the island? Like someone could seriously get hurt!" Chris knelt down and looked at his bow before facing up and shrugging.

"I don't see an issue with it. We let Ezekiel bring his bow in the first season."

"He was kicked off first!" Courtney sputtered out, while Izzy went to reach for the bow.

"Can Izzy play with it? Izzy wants to see how well she can fire a bow!" Daniel pulled the bow back, so when she swiped, it was at air. She looked up to see a frown on his face.

"Sorry, but no. Not sure I can fully trust you with this. Plus, this bow is my baby." Izzy let out a frown, but Daniel ignored it as he walked past her, stopping at Samson and Vivian. One looked annoyed, while the other was engrossed in a book. He glanced back at Samson, looking at his book.

"Full Bride Psychos?" He asked, questioningly, making the larger man sigh, knowing he was about to get judged. Luckily, he was a very intimidating man, so he knew he was going to have to use it here.

"Yes. It's a manga I enjoy. Is that a problem?" He spoke in his deeper voice, making almost everyone gulp, unsure of what was about to happen. Daniel, on the other hand, just chuckled, shaking his head.

"No, it's a good one. Was just wondering if you read Gladiator Girl Squadron? It's Enko Kurokawa's best work if you ask me." Hearing someone not only know the author of the manga he was reading, but name her other works made Samson lose his intimidating aura and giggle slightly.

"Of course! You know anime?" Daniel made a 'so-n-so' motion with his free hand, making Samson light up and start to ramble about anime. Vivian signed and rolled her eyes, trying to ignore them.

Confessional Cam

Vivian - "Was really thinking this Daniel guy might be pretty cool, but nope! Turns out he's another massive nerd. God, I wonder where Chris even gets these guys?"

Daniel - "I've dabbled a bit into anime and manga. I'm nowhere near Samson's level, but I do like to sit around and watch some every now and then.

Samson - "Huzzah! A man of class! /He chuckles slightly/ But for real, it's soo cool to have a fellow otaku here! I could just tell I was annoying Vivian, so at least I have someone I can ramble to that will totally get me!"

Izzy - "/She has a frown on her face/ Izzy is pretty sad Daniel won't let her use his bow. She will be careful with it! She just wants to see how much of a dead shot she is!"

As the two boys talked, another boat sputtered along, holding a small girl with dark blonde hair that reached just below her shoulders and 3 band-aids attached to her face. She had bright blue eyes and was wearing a light green tank top, with a pair of capris on and brown wedges on. Chris smiled gesturing towards the girl.

"Meet Kara!" She smiled meekly at the host, taking a step off the boat. Unfortunately for her, as she stepped off, she tripped, tumbling out of the boat and smacking head first into the dock, her suitcase landing on top of her head. Courtney gasped and rushed to the girl, while the host started to laugh, earning him a dirty look from Charlie and Vivian.

"Are you okay?" Courtney asked, taking the suitcase off her, and tried to help her up. She rose to her knees, her face a flushed red.

"Y-yeah, I'm good… That's kind of a common thing for me." She chuckled silently, taking Courtney's hand and being held up. As they walked past him, Chris nodded.

"That's right. Kara here can be a bit of a klutz you see. We made her sign way more waivers than anyone else. Like WAAAAY more!" He chuckled again, making Courtney frown and she stood at the end of the dock with Kara on her side.

"Mean you can't sue him… Easily, at least." She muttered, but only really Kara could hear. As everyone started to get settled again, Owen was starting to rise, breathing heavily at the effort, while that was going on, another camper was dropped off on the dock.

"Another original! Welcome back Cody!" From the dock, a small nerdy brunette was giving Chris finger guns, giving him a toothy grin.

"Heya! Good to be back, alright!" As Cody walked, Courtney popped up once more, a questioning look on her face.

"Uh Chris, I thought you said we were voted back into this island by popularity?" Chris nodded, a little confused at her question. "Well, uh… Oh, how do I put this?" She stammered, tapping her finger to her lips. Vivian scoffed and simply tapped her foot on the dock.

"She's wondering how Cody got to the show if it was by popularity." Cody popped up between them, a frown on his face.

"Okay, harshness." The nearby Kara giggled at his words a little, making the tech geek flush and wave to her, while Chris laughed at the two other girls.

"You kidding me? Have you ever even checked out the Total Drama blogs? Cody probably has the biggest fan base out of all of the guys on Total Drama! Well, besides me of course." He flashed a grin, a sparkle shining on his teeth. Courtney gave the host a questionable look at this.

"Really? Cody was the most popular guy on the show?" Cody looked hurt at her words, but then shrugged, not caring that much, and did his cool guy strut towards Kara, who was still giggling at him.

"Okay, well no. He was number 3, I believe. But one of the top two refused to come on the show, so you won't be seeing him around, and he was number 2." Courtney crossed her arms at the host.

"Well, who was number one then?" She asked, not noticing the hands wrapping around her waist.

"Who do you think, Princess?" She let out a huge audible gasp, recognizing the voice as one she hadn't heard in almost a year.

"Duncan?" She exclaimed, being whipped around by Duncan, a smirk on his face and a wiggle in his unibrow. Before he could say anything else, she jumped on him, pushing her lips on his. Chris chuckled at the antics, while some of the new campers blushed, not yet used to how hard the two can go at it.

"Campers, I'd like you to get to know Duncan!" Vivian scoffed, turning towards Charlie.

"Looks like Courtney is really getting to know Duncan." She chuckled a bit and Charlie nodded, but she also held a grimace on her face.

Confessional Cam

Charlie - "What can I say? I am a detective and Duncan is nothing but a criminal! Did you guys really expect me to like him? All I know is he better be staying out of my way!

Kara - "/She giggles slightly, looking into the camera with a blush/ I am definitely one of those Cody fans. I'm not saying I'm gonna fan girl and go crazy over him! I just think he's… really cute!"

Cody - "Yeah, I've seen a lot of stuff written about me, saying I'm definitely one of the top choices for a lot of people. But, personally? I didn't really believe them! I still got bullied at school and I didn't talk to any girls in the past year! I really hope it's not a massive prank being played on me…"

Courtney - "/She has her arms folded and a stern look on her face/ Look, I don't want to be judged. I admit, I might have gotten a little excited at seeing Duncan again, but that's it! I didn't really get to see him at all during the entire year in between seasons!

Duncan - "I ended up having to finish my juvie sentence once I left Total Drama the last season, so I got to see Courtney for maybe a month after the show finished. All I know is, I've been with a bunch of tough dudes all year, so I'm glad to be out and to finally see Princess!"

"How touching." Chris remarked as the two teens went at it, making mostly everyone else uncomfortable. "If only they could do their gross little make-out's away from the rest of us!" There was an audible pop as their lips disconnected, making Courtney blush, but before she could say anything, Duncan ran off, Courtney hoisted on his shoulder.

"Wait! Where are you taking me? Oh, you Ogre, put me down!" She started to hit his back with her fists, but he just kept running, laughing as he did it. Chris groaned, taking out a walkie talkie.

"Do me a favor and keep an eye on Duncan and Courtney? I don't need a teen pregnancy here on the island." The walkie crackled out as Kara gave the host a look.

"A bit presumptuous, don't you think?" Chris laughed, shaking his head and the blonde turned towards Cody, who was also shaking his head. Moving on, she looked at Owen, who also shook his head, but added a little laugh. Lastly, she glanced at Izzy, who currently on her head, balancing herself (with Daniel next to her, his face flush red, desperately trying not to look at the redhead's panties.

"Oh no. Those two would go at it like rabbits. Izzy had bets down that those two totally did the do." Kara gulped, looking back towards the host as another boat arrived, this time holding a tall man with blond hair and a cowboy hat. He held a smile as he hopped from the boat.

"Chris, my man! I'm back!" Chris and the man high fived, sharing a toothy grin.

"Geoff! The party can now officially start!" Geoff gave a nod, walking over the campers and extending his arm for a high five from everyone.

"Cha dudes! Names Geoff, how are you all doing! I know you Owen! Cody! And if it isn't Izzy!" The three named campers all smiled, welcoming the party boy, while Izzy also high fived him, hurting the man in the process.

As Geoff introduced himself to the new cast members, another boat arrived, this time no one was getting off. Chris ticked his head to the side, looking in as a boy in a green jacket was thrown out from the inside of the boat, his blue toque almost falling off his head. He muttered something, but no one was able to hear it as the sound of the boat speeding away dwarfed everything else.

"Another original! Welcome back Ezekiel! Rough trip?" Ezekiel muttered again, rising up from the dock and dusting himself off.

"I guess you could say that, eh." From afar, Vivian coughed looking towards Chris and Ezekiel, an obvious frown on her face.

"Not to be Courtney, but Chris, did you really do a contest and let popularity decide? I mean, how did Home-School make the cut?" Ezekiel opened his mouth, but Chris beat him to it.

"I don't think you guys realize how popular some of these original contestants actually are. You see, Zekey here is actually pretty popular once people got over the whole sexist comments thing." He chuckled, and Ezekiel frowned, looking down at the dock, but he was quickly taken out of his thoughts as Izzy jumped on his shoulders, making the prairie boy lose his balance, but thanks to Izzy's balance, he was able to keep himself standing.

"Oh yes, Zeke is quite good! Izzy made sure to visit him and he's been a good farm boy all year long, hasn't he?" Ezekiel gulped and nodded, his hands known on Izzy's shoulders. Owen frowned at this, looking at the two.

"Wait… Izzy, you visited Ezekiel at his house?" Izzy nodded, her smile still on her face.

"Yeah, eh. She nearly scared my mother to death too. Still don't know how she got into the cabinet, eh," he muttered, while the crazy girl cackled again, still balancing on his shoulders.

"Wasn't the first time Izzy was met with a knife… Won't be the last. Especially because your mom did it almost every single time I visited!" Ezekiel groaned again, while Owen whimpered at her words.

"Wait, Izzy visited Zeke multiple times?" She nodded once again, making the big guy whimper again.

Confession Cam

Geoff - "I don't know what Owen is getting so worked up about. From what I hear, Izzy traveled around Canada and visited us all in between seasons. She came to a party of mine and dude, it was so wicked! I never knew Izzy was such a partier!

Owen - "/He has tears in his eyes/ I learned that Izzy visited everyone while we were in between seasons… Everyone but me! Oh Izzy! /He starts to sob in his hands/ I need to win back my Izzy! /He farts, letting out a small chuckle/

Cody - "Yeah, Izzy showed up at my high school and flying kicked one of my bullies! It was pretty great."

Courtney - "Izzy visiting me? Yeah, she did. She came and threw chocolate cake at my opponent in the middle of a debate for Student Council President. I can't say that I approve, but… /She smiles slightly/ That girl did end up dropping out and I won the election!

Duncan - "Yeah, I actually saw Izzy a few times. Crazy girl that one is. She broke into my juvie to ask me if me and Courtney had gone all the way. Still think she's crazy, but that red head has fire in her soul.

Ezekiel - "I'm still not sure how Izzy found my home, eh. She visited multiple times, just to make sure I wasn't being a 'woman hater.' /He sighs/ I'm never going to get away from those comments, eh.

"Yeah, I still don't understand why I wasn't allowed to refuse the show, eh. You let Noah refuse." Chris laughed as he walked over to the Ezekiel-Izzy combo.

"The difference is, Noah was adamant about his refusal. You caved after we asked a third time." The prairie rolled his eyes, but he knew that the host had a point; he felt pressured and accepted after they asked him a third time.

"Izzy bored now! Let's venture ahead!" She took ahold of his toque, making him yelp, and pushed forward, making the boy also walk forward. Kara chuckled at the antics, watching them be towards the back of the dock. At the same time, Shawn finally slipped back, relieved that Izzy now had another victim.

"Oh man, I don't know if I can do this!" Everyone looked towards the dock to see the boat speeding off, leaving a blonde woman behind with a very pained expression on her face. Not that most of the guys were even looking at her face, but were ogling her large breasts instead.

"If it isn't Lindsay! How are you, sweetheart?" She was holding her head in anguish, but she looked towards the host at her introduction.

"I had so much trouble last season Chip, but there are so many people I don't know. How will I ever make it through this season?" Some of the original campers laughed, but others, like Vivian, simply gave the ditzy girl a stern look.

Lindsay took hold of her baggage, walking towards the end of the dock, where Charlie had been standing. After glancing at her chest, Charlie was quick to look back at her eyes, hoping she wasn't caught.

"Hi! My name is Charlie! It's nice to meet you Lindsay!" The blond girl's face quickly turned to happiness as she dropped her luggage and shook the detective's hand.

"It's so nice to meet you Corey! I love your hair! It looks so cool with the red in it!" Charlie frowned as she got her name wrong, but she was honestly expecting this.

Suddenly, a loud cheer was let out from the back of the dock, making the campers jump in fright, with Daniel even aiming his bow, ready to shoot. They all looked to see Geoff shouting in joy, his eyes almost hearts as the next boat was arriving.

From the yacht, a blond girl stood with a smile on her face and a surfboard in her hands. Even from the distance, she could see the party cheering and jumping, making her blush and chuckle. As it pulled up, she hopped off gracefully, walking towards the other campers.

"Well, it's time for OG contestant number 9, Bridgette!" She kept her smile on, waving to everyone and walking past Chris.

"Well, hello everyone. Ready for more fun this summer?" Everyone gave her scattered responses, and as she scanned the crowd, she locked eyes with Ezekiel. Her look hardened into a glare, and he responded with a gulp, hiding his face with his toque. Before anything else could be exchanged, she was enveloped in a massive hug, making her giggle as her boyfriend spun her around, her surfboard clattering down onto the dock.

"I see someone is excited to see me." She spoke with a smirk as he put her down, the smile on his face super wide.

"Cha! I'm so glad to see you babe!" He quickly placed a kiss on her lips, and she wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing him back. And they kept kissing… And kissing… And kissing.

"Jeez, can… Can they breathe?" Shawn asked, looking at the campers near him, who shrugged in response.

"I heard they one time made out for 3 hours straight. Lungs of steel." Duncan stated, walking back to the dock with a smile. Next to him, Courtney was flushed red, her hair disheveled. Before she could defend it, she noticed Bridgette and smiled widely.

"Bridge! You're back!" Another pop echoed in the area as she disconnected from Geoff, a smile on her face at seeing Courtney.

"Courtney! It's good to see you!" The two girls hugged, while Geoff and Duncan exchanged a fist pound. Nearby, Vivian turned to Charlie next to her.

"It really does feel like a reunion and we are all just standing here awkwardly." Charlie nodded, while Samson was too busy reading his manga. Kara looked towards Cody and shrugged, a smile still on her face, while Daniel also shrugged, his bow on his shoulder. The only other new contestant, Shawn, walked up to the two girls.

"On the bright side, if they turn into zombies, we can kill them much easier since we don't have emotional ties to them, that's a very good thing to have." He placed his hands on their shoulders when he spoke, making them both take a step and remove his hand.

"Hey Chris, so only 2 more campers from our generation are coming?" Courtney asked, which Chris answered with a nod. Courtney signed, pushing her hand to her chin in thought. "I wonder who else it could be." Duncan scoffed, gesturing towards Ezekiel and Cody.

"Well, we got losers like those two here, so wouldn't put it past them to bring us like, Katie and Sadie."

"Hey!""Rude, eh." Cody and Ezekiel muttered in annoyance at Duncan calling them losers. Bridgette looked over to Ezekiel with a raised eyebrow, which simply made him squeak and hide away again.

"Well, you can ponder that some more, because next up we have Soren!" The boat pulled up once more, dropping off a tall tanned man, which made some of the girls swoon. He had brown hair that fell just above his shoulders, as well as an intoxicating green color for his eyes. He was wearing tight black pants, as well as a black dress shirt, with the sleeves rolled up, and his shirt unbuttoned, showing off a white tank top under it.

"Hello Chris. A pleasure to meet you and to be on this island!" He waved towards the campers, and most of them waved back, except for Vivian, who simply narrowed her eyes.

Confessional Cam

Vivian - "Say what you want, but I don't trust him. These pretty boys are all the same. They hit you with these massive good looks and nice words, and then bam! They trick you and are cunning and deceiving! Well, I came here to win, so I'm gonna teach that pretty boy a thing or two, just you see!"

"Wow!" Bridgette muttered, before shaking her head, noticing Geoff's brief panicky look. "I mean, wow, nice to meet a new camper!" She shook his hand and he smiled, kissing her hand, making Bridgette blush and Geoff frown.

"You must be Bridgette. A pleasure to meet you! And the boyfriend Geoff right? I must say, you have gotten quite a marvelous catch here with her." He nudged Geoff, who went straight back to smiling and nodded. Lindsay rushed forward, hearts in her eyes.

"Hi there Sergio! I'm Lindsay! Nice to meet you!" He almost let a frown crack at his name, but he expertly hid it, simply smiling and kissing her hand, making her giggle and blush.

From afar, Cody was watching with a scowl.

"It's wild, all these girls going goo-goo eyes for some guy they just met, huh?" He turned towards Kara, but a frown developed on his face instead, as Kara was watching him with hearts in her eyes as well. "Always the muscular guys, huh?" He said to no one in particular, but Samson nearby sneezed.

"Wow, he's like the anti-me." Everyone looked towards the edge of the dock, where another tan camper was standing. His skin tone might have matched Soren's, but that was about it; He was a lot shorter than Soren and he had curly brown hair that was fairly short. Unlike Soren, who was muscular and fit, the new camper was smaller and skinnier.

"Everyone, you met the peak of physical perfection with Soren, I'd like you now to meet the peak of gaming perfection, Levi!" No one seemed that impressed with his words, which made Levi frown. He was wearing a pair of tight blue jeans, and what looked like a jersey as his shirt. Owen was the first one over, hugging the new camper, which made him wince as his back cracked.

"Ah man, it's nice to meet you new guy! I'm Owen!" As he let go of Levi, the boy twitched before getting up, dusting himself off as Cody gasped.

"Wait! That name on your jersey! Is that… Is that you?" Cody stepped towards him, pointing at the Jersey. From above, Geoff looked at them with a critical eye.

"This is a jersey?" Levi sighed, nodding at the party boy before turning towards Cody.

"It's an Esports jersey and yes! It's mine. My gamertag is LevvingChainsaw!" He turned and gestured to his back, where it said the gamertag with a pair of chainsaws crossing on his back. Cody gasped, while Lindsay rubbed her head in confusion.

"Esports? Is that like sports you can only play during the summer?" Levi completely ignored the blonde and continued to talk about his jersey, which made several of the campers glare at him. Charlie looked towards Lindsay.

"Esports are digital sports. Electronic Sports. It's like video game tournaments basically." She still looked confused, but nodded at the detective's words, while Duncan snorted, shaking his head.

"So what, you just play games all day? Real athlete right there." Courtney smacked her boyfriends chest, while Levi glared at the delinquent, but before he could retort, Cody cut him.

"Not only is he an athlete, but he's one of the biggest Esports athletes there is! LevvingChainsaw is the only player to ever enter a guild tournament solo and win! They said he took out 1200 players by himself!" Levi smirked at this, but Vivian rolled her eyes at it.

"Oh yeah? Sounds like you're only good at games then. So with no game, you have no life." She stated, not noticing the chuckle from Daniel, and the sudden jolt of attention from Samson. Levi gave the girl a scowl.

"I'm plenty good at a lot of things!" Levi pouted, crossing his arms but walking away from the group that was around him. As Chris shook his head, the next boat arrived, a girl with pale skin standing there. She has light blond hair that trailed down to her waist, as well as pale teal eyes, with lips that almost seemed to be pale blue. She was wearing a bright light blue shirt, but only the collar could be seen over her green sweater. She stepped from the boat, showing off a black skirt with purple tight leggings under them, as well as a pair of black shoes on.

"Hello and welcome to Wawanakwa. I'd like everyone to meet Dawn!" The pale girl walked forward, and that was when everyone noticed she had no luggage. "Say Dawn, you forget to pack your things?"

"Not at all," she started, her voice higher and almost seeming whimsical. "My things had already arrived and are safely in my cabin." Chris frowned at her response, crossing his arms.

"But you don't know which cabin is yours yet?" She giggled slightly, walking past Chris, giving him a slight wave.

"Of course I already know which team I will be on." Her smile almost seemed contagious as she walked past the other campers, stopping briefly at Courtney. She stared at the girl, making Courtney look around, nervous. As she opened her mouth, Dawn giggled and took her hand.

"I can see the shade in your aura and I just want you to know that it will be alright Courtney. You are dampening your own brightness, but that will change with good vibes." Without another word, she walked off, leaving Courtney majorly confused, while Duncan next to her swirled his finger on the side of his head, making the crazy motion. Dawn found herself next to Daniel, looking up to the taller man.

"I must say, you have a very calming and natural aura. It seems very peaceful." Everyone seemed fairly weirded out with her, but Daniel simply smiled, and placed a hand at the top of his shirt, near his neck.

"Probably would be thanks to this." He pulled out a necklace that was tucked under his shirt; a vibrant purple crystal. Dawn smiled at the crystal before looking back towards him. "I always like to keep my amethyst on me." Near them, Owen pursed his lips.

"What does an amethyst have to do with him having a calm aura?" They could tell his question was genuine and Daniel was about to answer, but Dawn beat him to it.

"Amethyst has the healing powers to help with stress or rage or anger. It helps create a balance and frees your mind to those things." Owen nodded, but Daniel picked up where Dawn left off.

"It also is directly linked to your crown chakra. It's said to help with opening your third eye and getting in tune with both the physical and spiritual worlds." Dawn beamed up at Daniel, excited that he seemed to actually know about crystals, but Lindsay near them groaned, holding her head.

"Oh no, this got complicated again. Darcy and Darwin are hurting my head with all this." She grumbled, while Daniel frowned at the girl. Nearby, Charlie also nodded slightly.

"She has a point. I respect it, but I'd rather believe in cold hard facts instead of the power of crystals." Dawn nodded, a smile still on her face.

"That's okay! We are all allowed to have our opinions." From afar, Vivian coughed out, "hippies," which was caught by Bridgette, who frowned in response.

Confessional Cam

Bridgette - "I barely met her, but I can already tell this Vivian girl is going to be mean. We can't ever have a season with no mean people, huh?"

Daniel - "I wouldn't say I fully believe in crystals and their healing powers, but I'm knowledgeable on the subject. See, my mom is huge into crystals and this amethyst is actually a gift from her. Like I said, I don't fully believe in healing powers or connecting to the spirit world, but I will admit I definitely feel more relaxed when I'm wearing it."

Dawn - "Daniel seems very nice and his aura has a nice flow to it. Perhaps he would be interested in reading the tea leaves with me later on? It's always nice to have a meditation buddy."

Ezekiel - "I've read quite a bit about crystals, eh. They seemed to know their stuff. I wonder if that Dawn girl would be interested in being friends. Some meditation could definitely be what I need, eh!" /He rises and opens the confessional door, where Dawn is standing and he jumps in fear/

Dawn - "/Outside the confessional/ Of course you can meditate with me Ezekiel. I can see how much you have grown just from your aura. The guilt and regret you felt when your parents suffered backlash definitely affected you immensely. I can't wait to see you later!" /She closes the door, leaving a startled Ezekiel./

Ezekiel - "How did she know that my parents suffered backlash, eh?"

"Speaking of weirdos and freaks," Chris began, ignoring the frown on Bridgette's face. "We have our 10th original camper!" The boat stopped, revealing a girl in black and blue with pale skin. She wore a frown on her face and stepped onto the dock, dropping her back in a slump.

"Back to this dump. Great." She muttered, glaring at the host before walking past him, but it didn't damper his smile at all.

"Always a pleasure to have you Gwen. Hope you're ready for all the fun and wild adventures this summer!" Gwen's hand had to be blurred out, which the host simply laughed at. "Gotta love Goths!" Gwen walked towards the dock and looked at the campers, mentally ticking off each one.

From the originals, one was bust reading a book, so she wasn't going to stop him, a blonde and a black haired man with a bow in his hand seemed engrossed in a conversation, one seemed to be looking around, his eyes scared and his brain on high alert. One girl was glaring at her, which gave her major Heather vibes and it was way too early for that.

From the campers of last season, she couldn't make out a single one she liked, save for Bridgette and Geoff, but the two of them were already having a discussion, looking like they were about to lock lips. With a sigh, she stood next to the person that seemed the most sane, which happened to be Charlie. The detective gave her a small nod then went back to minding her business.

"It's great to see you again Gwen!" She let out a groan at the voice, turning to see Cody standing there, almost looking as if heart's were in his eyes.

"Hi Cody," she responded flatly, not really wanting to talk with her fan boy, but he didn't seem to mind the dismissal, and kept talking to her.

"Isn't it great, being back on the island with another chance to win? I was starting to get worried since you were the 10th original contestant. But I'm really glad you made the cut!" He chuckled slightly, rubbing the back of his head, not noticing Kara's pout as she watched them talk. It took a second, but then Gwen's eyes widened as she registered Cody's words.

"Wait. 10th?" She shouted, looking around at all the campers. Izzy, Courtney, Bridgette, Geoff, Duncan, Lindsay, Owen, Cody and herself… Oh and the sexist that got booted first. As she added them up in her head, she turned towards Chris, panic on her face.

"Chris, where is Trent?" From his spot on the dock, he looked back over at the Goth, a questioning look on his face.

"Who?" Gwen started to growl, stepping forward, her boots making loud echoes on the dock.

"I swear to God McLean, if Trent isn't here… If you have Heather come back or something, you will face my wrath!" She shrieked, anger plastered on her face. The host laughed, shrugging.

"I didn't choose who came back. That was all up to the votes for popularity!" She pointed an accusing finger towards Ezekiel, who yelped once again, hiding behind his toque again.

"But you have the sexist back? He is more popular than Trent?" She screeched, which several of the original campers had to agree with, while the newer campers felt it wasn't that fair, but they weren't about to interrupt Gwen's rant.

"He might be the last camper, who knows?" Chris said with a shrug before looking towards the horizon, seeing another boat. "And here comes another boat, it might be Trent!" He shouted, making Gwen look at the point in hope.

Confessional Cam

Gwen - "Look, I get I started this off already seeming like a bitch, but come on! Ezekiel and Cody over Trent? Also, why isn't Justin here? Didn't he literally ooze popularity? I just don't understand. If the viewers really picked the sexist and the pervert over Trent… Well, you guys need to open your eyes.

Bridgette - "I didn't want to say anything, but I did agree with Gwen. I'm still kind of in shock that they let Ezekiel back here, especially after the things he said! I'm not one to hold grudges that much, but with his comments and how creepy he was towards me at Playa de Losers last season… /She shudders/ Let's just say I don't like the weasel that much."

Ezekiel - "/He is frowned, curled into a ball with his toque over his eyes/ It's been an entire year, and it just seems like I can't get away from those comments, eh. I definitely learned! Eva throttled me and Bridgette put me in my place! Izzy is one wild girl and can do stuff I can't even imagine, eh! Girls are definitely strong and some are stronger than a lot of guys I know! /He sighs, looking down/ I just wish Chris would have let me refuse to come back, eh."

Courtney - "Not to sound this way, but I actually think it's good we have Ezekiel back in the game. If he is on my team and we lose, then we definitely have someone we can just throw under the bus. /She pauses, before a scowl deepens on her face/ What? I'm just thinking strategically! It's not like I'm going to be a villain this season or anything!"

Geoff - "Man, I'm really hoping Zeke changed. He's been getting nothing but roasted this whole time! Unless he's still a sexist then, damn, sucks for him."

Samson - "I watched a lot of Total Drama Island, and I'm pretty sure Ezekiel got the message instantly. I mean, if I was a sexist and some girl held me off my feet and dangled me in the air, it would certainly change my perspective!"

As the boat stopped, a darker skinned nerdy looking girl stepped off with a smile. She was wearing a white shirt, but you could only really see the collar, as she had a green sweater on that was covered in white polka dots. She was wearing a yellow skirt and had long white socks that went to her knees and black shoes on. Her hair was fairly plain, being black and going down to her neck, and a pair of black glasses on.

"Everyone, meet Mabel!" She tipped her trilby to the host, smiling as she did.

"Hello everyone! Pleasure to meet all of you here!" Her voice was higher pitched, but nowhere near Dawn's level. Gwen groaned at the fact that it was a new camper and not Trent. The first person up to her was Owen, who looked at her hat.

"Wow! Nice hat! Nice to meet you! I'm Owen!" She blushed slightly, looking away and rubbing her arm. She nodded quickly.

"I'd shake your hand, but I'm not sure what germs are there! I'm sorry." Owen simply chuckled, rubbing the back of his head.

"No, that's pretty smart…" Nearby, Courtney gagged, while Duncan shook his head. Mabel looked up, her face still flushed.

"It's nice to meet you," she muttered before gulping and whispering. "Kami, watashi wa totemo kincho shite imasu…" Next to her, Geoff scratched his head, looking at the other three campers near him.

"Uh, what?" Duncan and Courtney shrugged back, while Bridgette just raised an eyebrow. From the back, Samson spoke up without looking up from his book.

"She said she's nervous. Probably pretty shy." Everyone looked towards him, eyebrows raised. He looked up, chuckling slightly. "What? I'm an otaku. Of course I can speak Japanese." Nearby, Ezekiel also nodded.

"Ayup, he translated that perfectly." Next to him, Izzy also looked amazed.

"Whoa, Zeke you can speak Japanese?" The prairie boy nodded, and started to count off on his fingers.

"Yeah, eh. I can speak English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, German and Korean." He counted up to 8, nodding. While most of the campers looked at Ezekiel in awe, Mabel signed, a hand over her chest.

"Oh wow, those are the exact eight languages I can speak." Ezekiel smiled slightly, looking at her.

"Kakoy-to geniy?" He asked her in Russian, which made her smirk, walking towards the campers, not feeling her usual nervous self.

"Sowas in der Art," she responded in German, which Ezekiel nodded to. The first person to respond was Duncan, who chuckled slightly.

"So homeschool is some kinda genius huh? Who woulda figured that a genius would think that women are dumber and weaker than men?" A few glares were shot to Duncan, but even more were shot to Zeke, who yelped. Mabel looked confused, but she was already at her social interaction limit for the day, so she just let it slide.

"Oh, here comes the next boat!" Chris shouted, looking across the lake again to see another boat. Gwen rushed forward again, feeling very hopeful. However, her hope was dashed when the boat sped past the dock, not even stopping. She wasn't the only one, as Chris also looked confused.

"Ooookay. That wasn't supposed to happen? Did a camper miss the boat pick up?" He placed his hands on his hips, pulling out the walkie talkie in his pocket when they all suddenly heard the sound of a plane flying over the island. There was a scream from the back of the group, and some turned to see Shawn eyeing the plane in fear.

"Did the zombies learn to fly? Oh God, this is not good." A reassuring Cody patted his shoulder, while Kara watched with a sympathetic frown.

As everyone looked up, Charlie pointed up.

"Look, I can see something coming down!" It was coming fast as well and it suddenly splashed into the water, drenching those closest to the water (Bridgette, Courtney and Vivian). Vivian glared at Soren next to her, who narrowly dodged the water and was wearing a smile. Geoff looked over into the water to see the object floating in the water.

"Hey brah, it's a suitcase with those floating things on it!" As they all pondered that, they heard some cheering and looked up to see someone high above, a large smile on their face as they dropped. Chris cheered, clapping suddenly.

"Of course! I knew he would make a grand entrance like this!" All the campers looked in awe besides Gwen, who knew that Trent wouldn't make an entrance like this. With this being the 21st camper, her hopes at Trent coming to the island were slowly diminishing.

"Party on!" They heard the man yell as he deployed his parachute, flying in a circle around them before landing safely in the grass behind them. As they all rushed forward, the man was wearing a wicked grin, wearing a gray flight suit and helmet. As he took off the helmet, most of the campers stopped cheering and simply stared.

As he zipped down his suit, they saw the long blond hair that reached his mid back, tied up in a ponytail, as well as his green eyes and small stud piercings in his ears. He wore a reassuring smile on his face and as his flight suit was now off, he was wearing a fairly thin loose fitting black t-shirt, with a pair of blue jeans on. He looked up at everyone, giving them a small wave.

"Hiya. Name's Maverick!" Everyone looked again before everyone's eyes glanced at Bridgette, who was staring at the man with wide eyes and a small blush on her cheeks. It was here he finally noticed the blonde staring at him and he looked around, confused.

"What? Do I have something on my face?" He chuckled slightly, but his question was left unanswered as Chris placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry about it! With Maverick here, that's all 11 new campers here on the island! Which means, we are just missing our one returning camper! I see them coming now." Gwen clenched her fists, giving herself one last burst of hope. Maverick looked over with a smile.

"Sweet! But first… Chris, did you see where my surfboard landed?"

Confessional Cam

Bridgette - "Oh wow. It's… It's like looking in a mirror? This is so weird."

Duncan - "So it looks like Chris was able to get the male version of Malibu Barbie on the show. Who could have guessed that?"

Kara - "I wish I had that kind of coordination. If I went skydiving like that, I would definitely not make it to the ground! /She gulps/"

Soren - "Out of everyone I've seen, he definitely looks like the biggest competitor. Sure, that Vivian looks like a toughie, but I'm not worried. My other threats are definitely the people that made it far last season."

The boat sped forward before stopping at the dock, everyone staring curiously. They were all wondering who the final camper for the returning contestants would be; who could have possibly won the popular vote through all the Total Drama blogs. There was nothing for a moment, and the silence was broken by Owen, who screamed out, holding his head in anguish.

"For all that is good and holy, the suspense is killing me! Just come out!" The larger teen was hit in the stomach by a flying suitcase, which sent him to the floor wheezing. Another suitcase went flying out, which was caught by Gwen. She looked down at the suitcase, reading the name and feeling her already pale skin pale even further.

"Oh you gotta be kidding me-"

"That's right! It's everyone's favorite, back to the island!" As he gestured, a taller teen stepped forward, wearing a red tube top and brown shorts, her hair tied in a ponytail that reached her mid back. There was a smirk on her face as she took off her sunglasses, staring at all the campers.

"Heather!" Gwen felt her insides crumble as the Queen Bee herself stepped off the boat, smiling at all the contestants.

"It's good to be back Chris," she started with a smirk, walking towards Gwen, looking down at her suitcase. "I believe you have something of mine?" Gwen felt like chucking it in the water, but she currently didn't have the energy to do that, so instead she just loosened her grip and leveled a glare at the raven-haired teen. "Thank you." And with that, she took her suitcase and walked towards the back of the group.

"Wait, was that it? No blow up? No 'everyone is a loser'?" Duncan started, looking in disbelief. A few others nodded, while Heather sighed, shaking her head.

"No, I'm good." Was all she replied with before turning her attention to the host.

Confessional Cam

Heather - "Don't get me wrong, everyone there was a loser and annoying, but this is the start of a new season! 10 people here already have it out for me, so I need to gather more allies and bide my time. If that means playing nice for a little bit, well then that easily something I can do. /She smirks at the camera/"

Daniel - "Damn, was really expecting a blow up. Oh well, can't win them all. I will say this though… Heather is really hot. /He chuckles slightly/ I won't do much about it, since, well you know… She's a bitch. But I can definitely admire her and flirt with her!"

Gwen - "Okay, Heather is definitely up to something. Luckily, she can't get away with anything this time! We all know she is the biggest pain on the island, so I'm hoping we vote her off instantly!"

"With that, we have all 22 campers for our brand new season of Total Drama! And this one is going to be a doozy folks!" Quite a bit of looks were shared, and a couple gulps were heard.

"We are going to cut to commercials now, but when we get back, it's going to be everyone's favorite part: the teams! And then our super amazing challenge! We will see you in a little bit, here on Total! Drama! Reborn!"

Alright, I'm going to try and update once every week or 2 weeks, but it's hard with my job. Any pertinent reviews will be answered at the beginning of the next chapter!

Total Drama Reborn! is an AU where the only season was the original TDI, and this season takes the place of Total Drama Action. 9 of the 11 new campers and 1 intern are my creations; the sole exceptions to the characters are, obviously Dawn and Shawn. Since Revenge and Pahkitew never happened, I wanted to bring at least one from each season over. Was really debating on Sky, but ultimately went against that.

Either way, I'll try and get the next chapter out as soon as possible.

Also, between Mabel and Ezekiel, he asked, "Are you some kind of genius?" And she responded with, "Something like that?"
