The next day
"Alright, so where do you guys want me to start?" He asked his teammates, who were all sitting on their beds watching him intently except for ruby, who already knew of his transformation, but she did want to know more about her lover.
"Well, obviously, we wanna know about that scary-ass thing you turn into! Like what the absolute fuck!" yang shouted.
"Agreed it was certainly.." Weiss shuttered, "disturbing."
"That's Soul shatter. He's my partner. We've been stuck together since the day I was born, thanks to my parents. Soul was the only good goddamn thing they've ever given me."
They all raised an eyebrow.
"What do you mean 'given' to you?"
He scratched the side of his head. "I was considered special amongst my species as I was one of the few that could inherit a 'singularity' without dying or going insane, and because of this, soul shatter was infused into me when I was born."
"So Soul shatter is a Singularity. What exactly is that?"
"A singularity is an extradimensional god-like species that originated outside of creation and beyond."
All the girl's eyes widen at this information.
"OK, OK, WAIT A FUCKING MINUTE HERE!" yang said as she stood up. "YOU'RE TELLING ME A ALIEN IS LIVING INSIDE OF YOU!"
"Yup!" he answered happily.
Yang looked at him dumbfounded.
"So are we done here?" he asked, hoping to drop the subject, but unfortunately, they wouldn't let him do that.
"NO!!" They all shouted!
Ruby tackled him to the ground and grabbed him by the sides of his head, bringing him nose to nose. "I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU!"
"Ok," he replied while sitting back up with Ruby, now sitting on his lap. "Alright, continue to ask away."
"So what are you?" asked Blake as she was still curious about his heritage.
"My species were called 'Voidwalkers,' and before you guys say anything, I know that sounds edgy as fuck." Elridian added at the end as he saw yang was about to burst into laughter. "Anyways, my species ruled almost everything back in my dimension, but.." his voice lowered.
Ruby wanting to comfort Elridian, placed her left hand on his face causing him to look into her silver ones.
"It's ok. You don't have to finish if you don't want to.."
He smiled. "Thanks, little rose," he grabbed and kissed her hand. "Anyways, when I was six, a war began between multiple factions that caused the near extinction of my race, leaving me and one other person the last of our kind." He finished with a sad tone.
They all looked at him in shock. Ruby gave Elridian a tight hug while the others looked at him with grim expressions, and how couldn't they? Being the last of your kind would make anyone feel lonely and depressed.
"Im so sorry I can't even imagine the pain you must be going through.." Weiss replied.
"Thanks, M'lady, but despite everything, my people had it coming to them."
Blakes's eyes narrowed at him as, despite feeling bad for him, she couldn't help but feel a fire within her fuming. How could he say that about his own people? Sure her people made their fair share of mistakes, but she never wished for her kind to go extinct, so what was so back about his species that warranted such a statement. The others were probably wondering the same thing as they all gave him a confused look.
"What do you mean? They couldn't have been that bad, right?" Yang asked.
Elridian bitterly laughed. "Yeah, you'd think that, but trust me when I say this my people deserved what they got, and now that im the last one of my kind, I can bring my species back from the brink of extinction and start something I can be proud of, but that will have to wait until im older," Elridian said as he stood up with Ruby standing new to him. He then looked at the clock and grinned. "Now we have an hour before we have to head to class, so team meeting." he clapped his hand together.
Everyone still wanted to know more about him and his goal but seeing how quickly he changed the subject. They knew he wasn't going to budge, so saving this conversation for later, they got right down to business.
"You got it, our fearless team leader!" Yang said with enthusiasm.
"Whats did you have in mind?" asked the heiress.
"After school, I want to evaluate your skills and physical capabilities, and I wanna know where you excel at and where you struggle. After that, I can create a training regiment for each of you with personalized diets." then, everyone slowly turns their heads to look at Ruby.
"WHAT?!" she pouted.
"Sis, you know what that means, right?"
Ruby groaned.
"No more inhaling inhuman amounts of cookies," Weiss added.
"Awe!! But I drink milk!"
Elridian chuckled at his lover. "I don't doubt that, my little rose, but I want to ensure that you are always at your best." He placed his hand on her cheek. "Because if your not," he paused, "I might lose you, and I don't wanna lose you or any of your or that fact." He looks at the others with a smile on his face. "I might not have known you all for long, but as my precious people, I swear on life to protect you all no matter the cost!" he proudly proclaimed.
The girls all smiled at him and felt their hearts skip a beat.
"Also, Ruby will be my second in command."
"WHAT?!!!" Ruby and Weiss shouted.
"CONGRATS SIS!!" Yang went to ruby, putting her in a bone-crushing hug.
"Can't...breathe..."
"Oh, sorry," Yang replied as she let's go of Ruby.
Weiss went right up to Elridian with a scowl on her face. "Are you only making her second in command because she's your girlfriend?!" The heiress nearly shouted.
"Yes and No." He saw the look everyone was giving him, and he elaborated. "Yes, I did give her the position because she's my girlfriend, but I also see untapped potential in her. Not that im saying none of you wouldn't make great leaders, but...ill be honest, and please don't take it personally, as it's not my intention to offend you, understood?"
They nodded.
"Good. Now, M'lady, there's no denying that you have talent. If you didn't, you wouldn't be hear simple as that." He paused. "But from one look, I can tell you have a temper and are prideful."
She was about to interpret, but he stopped her by placing his finger gently on her lips which surprised her but made her slightly blush from the contact.
"Losing your cool in the middle of a mission could lead to messy results, which is something we can't have; as I said earlier, I refuse to lose any of you, so if that means some or all of you will be upset with me then so be it. I won't risk it." He said with conviction in his voice. "Now, with your pride which in some instances can be understandable such as a mother being proud of her child's accomplishments or a man taking pride in his work, but where it is unacceptable is when they cannot admit where they are wrong due to foolish pride. We all make mistakes. We aren't perfect, but we can improve."
Weiss understood and knew he wasn't wrong. "I understand."
He smiled. "Good wouldn't want a beautiful girl mad at me, would I?"
Weiss blushed, and the other girls glared at him.
He then looked at Blake. "Blake is undoubtedly talented and skilled, but she seems to be more a follower, which isn't a bad thing. Not all can lead. It can be a pain."
Blake nodded in agreement.
"Lastly, there's Yang," he looks at the blonde, "No doubt you got the confidence and social skills; however, your biggest flaw is how you get provoked easily, then you get predictable, and then you get sloppy, which is something I can't allow."
"Damn, pretty boy, way to break a girl's heart." Yang joked but understood.
Then he looked at Ruby wrapping his arms around her. She leaned against his body and placed her hand on his own, enjoying the embrace. "Little rose here may have her quirks, but Ruby undoubtedly has the spirit of a leader. She's open-minded to accepting help where she lacks, will do everything in her power and beyond to help who she cares for, and while she can get upset, it would affect her ability to lead, so it was easy choosing her."
They all nodded.
"Good, glad everyone was understanding." He grinned.
At least they didn't bring up the silver eye.
Class
"The moral of the story is that a true huntsman must be honorable, a true huntsman must be dependable, a true must be strategically educated and wise, so amongst you believe themselves to be the embodiment of these traits?"
Elridian raised his hand while smirking. "I believe I fit most of these traits, sir, but I have to disagree with you on one of them. Honor. Honor is for pussies and dead men."
At this, some gasped while others scoffed at his disrespectful behavior towards the professor, but it didn't matter. He had all of their attention and would take advantage of it.
"Elridian, what are you doing?!" Weiss whispered loudly.
Port frowned. "Then, please enlighten us, step forward and face your opponent."
"Gladly, sir," Elridian grinned.
As he faced the cage waiting in anticipation, he couldn't help but be excited to humiliate his opponent in front of his class. Sure he wanted to show off a bit for his female companions, but his objective was to find ones who didn't mind the sight of brutalizing their opponents before ending their miserable existence.
"You got this, El!"
He looked at Ruby and nodded, then faced the cage as a boarbatusk was released from its cell, charging towards a bored Elridian who casually stepped to the side as the Grimm attempted to ram its tusks into his flesh but instead was tripped by the teen and fell face-first onto the ground.
"Alright, gentlemen, ladies and bitches today, you're going to be educated by yours truly."
The Grimm managed to get back on its legs, furious at the teen who tripped it. It began to spin forward, dashing at Elridian at impressive speeds to the worry of everyone, most notably his lover.
"El, LOOK OUT!!!" she yelled in worry.
The red-eyed teen grinned as he effortlessly caught the Grimm by the tasks and lifted it without much effort.
"Now it is true you be dependable as it's not only your life on the line, you also have to consider your comrades and take the best course of action to ensure victory. It's also true you must be strategically educated and wise enough to make the best decisions possible. However-" He slams the Grimm on the ground, planting his foot on its unprotected belly and rips off one of its tusks, causing the creature to cry out in agony. "Honor doesn't belong on the battlefield or when facing an opponent with a simple goal. To kill you."
This statement caused some to tense up while others considered his words. Everyone in the room stared at the teen who effortlessly man-handled a boarbatusk.
"You fight to win, and to win; you have to fight smart but most importantly dirty." He said while ramming the broken tusks into the Grimms eye, causing more cries of agony." You gotta be dirtier than a cheap whore who's getting rammed by four men at the same time. You have to know your opponent's weaknesses, strengths, how they present themselves, you have to think like a winner, and if you do that, you cunts might have a shot at surviving the worst that the Grimm has to offer," he finished as he brutally snapped the Grimms neck tossing it to the side like worthless trash.
He then took his place by Ruby's side as he casually began to write notes into his notebook, not giving a shit about the looks he was receiving.
After that, news spread about Elridian's actions causing many of the students and teachers to speak of him. Some disagreed with his philosophy while others agreed with him, and some were neutral; nonetheless, he made a name for himself as the 'Monster of beacon, 'a rather fitting name he thought, but his lover and his team seemed to have different opinions on that name entirely.
Sure he was brutal, blunt, and slightly sadistic, but at his core, they believed he was a good person who cared for the people closest to him and wanted them to succeed with flying colors. He just had harsher methods.
Hours later
They soon realized that his methods of being harsh were an understatement for several hours straight as he made them train to the bone.
While he adored his lover, he had to admit she lacked in hand-to-hand combat. She was physically the second weakest amongst the group, with only her stamina and speed being her saving graces. This would not do; no woman of his would-be dispatched by a bunch of worthless bitches.
Yang is physically the strongest of the four women, with the most aggressive fighting style, and is a skilled combatant. However, her temper was an issue, and her speed could improve. Any experienced fighter would easily exploit her anger causing the blonde to become predictable and seems to primarily rely on her fists in a fight which he couldn't accept when she has two perfectly usable legs.
The Faunus in hiding is by far the most skilled of the four having no noticeable weaknesses physically as she had superb agility, speed, endurance, and only being second in terms of physical power, with yang taking the crown.
Weiss was physically the worst as she was quick to tire, as she took the most breaks out of the four, her strength or lack of strength was laughable, durability she might as well be glass cannon, considering ruby was able to beat her in hand-to-hand with a sloppy punch while nearly knocking the heiress out in the process. Her speed and agility could also be better, but it wasn't the worst he's seen.
Overall he had his work cut out for him, but it wasn't anything he couldn't handle.
"Alright, everyone, that's gonna be it for today!"
Hearing thoughs sweet words, all the females collapse to the ground due to sheer exhaustion, and we're heavily breathing.
Elridian sat on the ground between them and had an enormous shit-eating grin and pulled out some papers that each had their personalized training regiments and diets.
"Imma just leaves these on the ground for you guys," he said while standing back up and looking down at the four groaning females, "I'll see y'all later. Got something to do."
"Wait..where..are you going...El?" Ruby asked, doing her best to get up but failing.
He didn't turn to face them. "Don't worry, just gotta get some stuff done. If imma be a leader, I might as well look the part," then he walked away.
When he was far enough, he took out his scroll and texted Adam.
Elridian: I need some assistance. Where are you?
Adam: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
After that, he put his scroll away and headed towards the white fang leader's location.
Thirty minutes later
Adam was walking around frantically with several of his men watching him in curiosity and worry as they'd never seen their leader like this before, which in return made them nervous having their weapons at the ready.
"Any clue what's up with boss?" the guard whispered to the other.
"From what I've heard, a certain someone is coming to visit."
"Ah well, definitely couldn't be that Torchwick guys. That guy is just annoying, but his lady friend, on the other hand," shivers of fear went down the man's spine," she's terrifying."
His fellow white fang member nodded in agreement.
Both men tensed as they saw a man in a red hood appear in front of them. They were about to pull out their weapons. However, they were stopped by their leader's voice.
"Don't attack him. He's..an ally."
Both men nodded.
Elridian faced Adam. "Hello there, Adam. It's Been a few days. Anything new?"
"Uh, yes. The white fang has allied with a criminal known as Roman Torchwick. We've
also managed to steal money, dust, and a shipment of atlas technology." Adam answered nervously.
"Interesting. I've been meaning to get in contact with Roman for a possible partnership and atlas tech, huh?"
Adam was surprised but said. "Well, if you'd like, I could get into contact with him for you, and indeed would you care to see?"
Elridian smirked. "Yes and yes."
Adam nodded and gestured for the teen to follow him.
As they made their way out of the building, many of the white fang members were looking at Adam as he was walking alongside a human they'd never seen before but what was strange for them to see was the nervous look on their leader's face. As the two continued to walk towards the shipment of atlas technology, Elridian couldn't help but smirk at Adams's shaking body. It wasn't noticeable from afar, but being a foot away from him, Elridian saw the fear in the man, and he enjoyed the shit out of it.
A few moments later, they got to the shipment, and Adam opened up the container.
Elridian whistled. "Damn."
Elridian saw several crates of weapons, armor, and other equipment. The dimension hopper approached the suits of armor and asked, "Hey Adam, mind if I take some of this? I need some gear."
"Go ahead."
"Awesome, ill need to break it apart and make a design for my suit. Got any place where I can do that?"
Adam nodded.
"Good." Elridian then lifted the crate and followed Adam.
A few hours later
"So, if I may ask, why do you even need armor? I've seen what you can do." Adam asked while Elridian was modifying the atlas armor.
"It's more for appearance than anything. I'm a leader myself, and I need to look the part."
"Ah, I see." Adam was lost in his thoughts until something came to his mind "so a leader, huh?"
"Yeah, im the leader of my own team of huntsmen, and it just so happens that their all females." Elridian chuckled. "Oh yeah, I attend beacon now should've started with that probably." he shrugged.
Adam's eyes widen, and he shoots Elridian a look of anger. "When did this happen?!"
"Two days ago, I believe I didn't care to remember, only joined caused my little rose caught my eye, so I shot, and I scored." Elridian noticed the look adam was giving him "also, don't worry about me saying anything im only there cause I need powerful allies for my goals."
Adam relaxed. "I see."
Elridian finished modifying the armor and grabbed two cans of spray paint. He sprayed painted the larger pieces of armor black and the smaller parts red. Then he took a few steps back to admire his work and smile.
"Perfect."
Even Adam was impressed with the young teens' handy work. The overall design of the armor was sleek, with certain parts of the armor having sharp-pointed ends that could be used to cause damage to anyone stupid enough to face him in close quarters. The helmet had the design of a Beowolf's face.
"Now." Elridian raised his index finger, and it began to glow red. He then began to draw strange symbols on his armor that intrigued Adam.
"What are thoughs symbols?"
"It's Sign magic. Signs have near-limitless possibilities as they can be used to increase one's physical capabilities, strengthen weapons and armor, create effects, make explosives, blah blah blah, you get the idea. I'm using my signs to increase my armors durability tenfold and giving it certain effects."
Adams's interest was piqued. "Wow, that's amazing. I could only imagine the possibilities of such a thing."
"This fucker better not ask me to enhance any of his shit." The teen thought. "Now's it done." then a portal appeared in front of him, and he tossed his suit into it, then it closed. The teen turned to face Adam. "By the way, did you contact Roman?"
Adam nodded. "He'll be available tomorrow night."
"Good. Now it's time I take my leave im sure my team is worried about me-" Elridian quickly looked at the time to see it's past midnight "fuck! I'll see you tomorrow."
And like that, the teen disappeared.
Adam let out a deep sigh. "shit."
Beacon
Elridian was on the school grounds, slowly walking towards the dorms, but as he made his way there, he enjoyed the night sky and the light emitting from the moon. However, he heard a voice from behind him that he really didn't need to hear at the moment. He turned around to see Glynda Goodwitch.
He smiled and waved at her. "Hey Miss Goodwitch, lovely night, isn't it?" he asked, avoiding the inevitable.
"Mr. Rath, it's past curfew."
He sighed. "And I apologize. It wasn't my plan to be gone for so long. I was getting equipment to look the part of a leader, and it slipped my mind."
Glynda understood he wanted to take his role as leader seriously, so she decided shed cut the dimension-hopper some slack. She signed and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Alright, ill let you off with a warning, but please keep track of the time, Mr.Rath."
Elridian smiled and gave her a thumbs up. " You got it. Have a good night."
Walking away quickly, he got to his dorm within a few minutes and was tackled to the ground. Much to his surprise, he didn't mind as it was his little rose. She sat up, straddling his waist, pointing her finger at him with a cute pout on her face.
"Where were you?! I was worried about you, you jerk!"
He grinned. "So you decided to stay up past midnight? I'm touched," he said teasingly.
She blushed and looked away. Elridian pulled her by the collar of her shirt and pulled her into a passionate kiss that lasted for several minutes, then broke it and looked straight into her silver orbs. "Am I forgiven?"
She smiled and wrapped her arm around his neck and gave him another kiss before replying. "Now you are."
"Good." He turned to see everyone was still asleep. He was honestly surprised no one woke up when Ruby shouted at him. She looked in his direction and giggled.
"After getting back and taking a shower, they instantly passed out."
"I bet."
They both got up, and Ruby grabbed his hand, leading him to their bed. She pushed him onto the bed and began to wrap herself around him. She smiled in satisfaction.
"Better."
He kissed her forehead. "Wanna go on a date on Friday?"
She smiled and hugged him a bit tighter. "I'd love to."
He closed his eyes and began to play with Rubie's hair. "Goodnight, my little rose."
"Good night, El bear," she said, smiling with a slight blush.
El bear, huh? He liked it, and so did Soul shatter if his laughter was anything to go by.
Sure it wasn't badass, but it's what Ruby called him, so he accepted it. He was just glad it wasn't my little alien or some shit like that, or he may have contemplated impaling himself with God Eater.
Next-day/ cafeteria
Team RWBYE and JNPR were sitting at the same table, with most of them having conversations, all except the young void walker. He was deep in thought about some of his past memories, wondering if a specific individual was alive and if by some small chance their still alive; he hoped they weren't also on Remnant, or otherwise he would have another problem on his hands.
"El? El?" She places her hand on his hand.
"Huh?" He shook himself from his thoughts and noticed everyone was looking at him, concern in their eyes. "Uh, what's up?"
"You spaced out on us, pretty boy. You alright?"
"Yeah, im fine."
He felt Pyrrha's hand on his shoulder and looked at her. "You sure?" She asked with concern.
He nodded and got up. "Sorry, I just need to be alone right now," he said, walking away with everyone now more worried about him than before.
Ruby looked down and signed in sadness.
Yang rested her head on her little sister's shoulders. "Everything will be fine, sis im sure he's just homesick or something."
"Yeah, your probably right." She brightened back up and looked at everyone with a shine to her eyes. "Elridian and I are going on a date on Friday."
Everyone smiled at the youngest member of the group. Yang hugged her sister tightly.
"Awe, my little sister is going on her first date im so proud!!!"
"UGH, YANG!!!" Ruby whined.
"Any clue where he's talking to you?" Weiss asked.
"Nope, it's a surprise, I guess."
"Well, either way, we must get you prepared."
"Ice queens, right, we gotta get you something that isn't," she pointed at Ruby's attire. "This," Yang replied while Weiss groaned at the name.
"WHAT'S WRONG WITH WHAT IM WEARING?!"
Everyone looked at her with a deadpan expression.
"Ok..we'll go shopping," she said sheepishly.
Somewhere else
He sat by the fountain that was located outside of Beacon, pondering on his thoughts until he felt a family's presence next to him.
"Something on your mind Mr.Rath?" asked the headmaster.
He signed. "Yeah."
"Well, if you want, I could lend an ear. Im, a good listener."
He nodded, and Ozpin sat beside him.
"Imagine an entire species being wiped due to their actions except for two who managed to survive. One is a six-year-old boy destined to preserve creation, and the other One is a nine-year-old boy is destined to destroy it, and to make it worse, they were brothers. The younger brother wanted to rebuild, while the older brother wanted to destroy everything as he was no longer being held back by his parents." He looked at the sky, "Sooner or later, the brothers would have to fight one another, so the younger brother trained every day for three years to prepare himself and when the time came. The brothers fought and continued for six years with armies by their side. They fought until there was nothing left but an empty husk, and then everything became a blur."
Ozpin took in everything the boy said and had felt several emotions. One was sadness as two brothers were destined to kill one another and that Elridian was now the last of his kind. Two was anger for the older brother, who destroyed everything the boy held dear, and lastly, he felt hope for the young void walker. He could accomplish his goals of rebuilding on Remnant. Elridian could one day bring Remnant to a new age of peace, technological advancement, security, an entirely new race, and many more possibilities.
"I can only imagine what your going through, Mr.Rath...and quite frankly, I don't know if id strong enough to push through such an endeavor." He placed a hand on Elridian's shoulder. "But knowing that you did shows strength nearly none possess, and I know you'll accomplish great things one day."
Elridian looked at him and gave him a light smile. "Thank you." He sighed. "Hey, oz?"
"Yes, Mr.Rath."
"Can you keep a secret?"
"Of course." He smiled.
Elridian nodded. "Well, you might not believe this, but Ruby's mother...Summer is inside my head, or better yet, she's connected to my soul, which would explain how I obtained a silver eye."
Elridian's statement caught Ozpin off guard. "I...surprisingly believe you...when did this happen?"
"When I arrived three days ago."
"What has she told you?"
"She told me the story with the silver eyes."
"I see..does she know?"
Elridian sighed. "No, but ill tell her eventually...Anyways I'll need to learn how to use the silver eye and begin to increase my power level as im only at zero point seventy-five percent of power, and from what Soul has told me, it would take me, "he groaned," sixteen years to get back to full strength." He said casually.
Ozpin's eyes widened like saucers. He knew the boy was powerful, but the feats that the boy was able to accomplish were not even at full percent. This new information was mind-boggling. "Well, If I can help, don't be afraid to ask."
"Actually, there is something you could do for me."
"Oh?" Ozpin raised an eyebrow.
Elridian takes out his scroll and pulls up a map of Remnant. "I need to know the areas with the highest Grimm populations. It will help me a great deal."
Ozpin nodded, knowing it was best to let the teen do what he did best.
Slaughter a fuck ton of Grimm.
Nighttime
"So, where's the person you wanted me to meet? Neo and I have things to do, you know?" Roman asked, annoyed.
"He'll be here soon," Adam stated calmly.
Meanwhile, Neo is sitting on the table playing around on her scroll, waiting for whoever to show up. She was curious about who the person was as every time Roman asked about the individual, Adam would nearly shriek in terror, much to her amusement, but who in the world would be able to terrify Adam?
Her question would soon be answered when they heard an unfamiliar voice.
"Thanks for coming, Mr. Torchwick."
They all turned to face the unfamiliar individual, and what they saw terrified them to their core. There was Elridian in his singularity form staring down at them as mere ants. It wasn't his full form but terrifying enough to make them nearly shit themselves, much to his amusement.
Neo now understood it was a thing of nightmares that could slaughter them all in an instant if it wanted to, but thankfully for her and Roman, he wanted to discuss a partnership.
"Uh, I-I um, it's my pleasure-"
"It's Death-seeker."
"Well, Death-seeker, what can Roman Torchwick do for you?" he asked, doing his best not to squeal like a little girl under presence.
Elridian smiled and went back into his human form, which confused his soon-to-be allies, but they were also glad to see it was a young man.
Elridian pulled back his hood, revealing his smirk. "Remember me?"
Neo was shocked that it was a person so young but in awe at how attractive he was. Perhaps, this partnership wouldn't be too bad for her after all.
Romans's jaw dropped to the floor, and only two words came out of his mouth. "Well, shit wasn't expecting that."
Elridian chuckled and took a seat at the table. "I get that a lot." He then looked at the ice cream girl and smirked.
"OH, DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE GOING AFTER HER!!" Summer shouted.
Elridian smirks on the inside. "Where have you been? I haven't heard from you or Soul all day."
"Oh, we were playing games and lost tr-WAIT A MINUTE DON'T YOU TRY TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT, MISTER!!!"
"If it makes you feel any better, she'll be the last one."
Summer sighed. "It better be, mister."
"Jeez, what are you, my mother?"
"Knowing you, I will be in the future."
He grinned on the inside. "Well, since it's inevitable, Im calling you mom from now on."
"...ok."
"I think you broke her Death-seeker," Soul added.
"Good.
Noticing that the teen was checking her out, she grinned and walked closer to him. Then she made his lap her new chair. "Like what you see?" She asked through a text message on her phone.
He looked at her with a grin. "Hell yeah, I do," he replied with an arm wrapped around her waist.
She had a light blush on her face but smirked.
"I hope you don't mind, but im claiming you as mine."
She grinned. "I have no issues with that."
Looking at her reply, he chuckled.
Adam and Roman continued to look at this scene and sweatdropped.
"Um, I hate to ruin," he motions to the both of them, "whatever the fuck that is, but could we get to the point?" Roman asked.
"Oh yeah, thats right. You guys are working for me now." Elridian said nonchalantly.
Neo and Adam's eyes widened.
Roman chuckled, "I like you, kid. You got some serious balls, but you understand who we are, right?"
"I fully understand, but as I said earlier, you work for me now. Just like Adam." He motioned at the bull Faunus.
"And what makes you think I'd be willing to work for you?"
Elridian smiled. "Easy, I'll offer you protection, access to technology that is beyond anything that Remnant has, but it will be limited. I can't have you guys having my more dangerous toys. And most importantly, you know what I can, and you don't want me as an enemy as im not afraid to get my hands dirty."
"True...I can agree to that, but I have one question."
"Shoot."
"Why us?"
"Simple, you can never get rid of crime. It's one of the uglier truths of life, but if you can't get rid of it. You control it, plus I want to stay within the shadows. I cant risk being caught."
Neo and Roman grinned at him. "Alright, I think we can come to an understanding."
"But."
The two look at him
.
"No killing innocents, That's all I ask. Other than that, I don't care what you do."
They both nodded in agreement. "Well then, Death seeker, I can't wait to see what you have planned," Roman smirked.
He smirked back, "Trust me. It's gonna be big."
