The next day

"Hey, boss," roman said nervously.

Roman and Adam were standing in front of Wrath, a beast hiding as a man. A man who could kill both of them within a blink of an eye if they said the wrong thing. Wrath looked down at them as inferior insects, and thats because they were.

"Tell me, is there anyone else involved in your partnership? Elridian told you two were working together, but he had a suspicion there's a third party involved, am I correct?"

They both nearly shat themselves hearing this. How the fuck did Elridian and Wrath quickly figure them out with very little information given to them. It must be them damn void walker genes or some magic shit.

Adam gulped, "uh yes, sir but um.." Adam looks at Roman, then back at Wrath," it was more like we were under someone else. I wouldn't really call it a partnership with her."

"Tell me more."

"Her name is Cinder fall. She's hot, has amber eyes, long dark brown hair wears a barely legal red dress with golden designs, and is a major pain in the ass." Roman replied.

"Cinder also works under someone else. Salem, I believe, was her name." Adam added.

"Do you know much about this Salem character?"

"No, unfortunately, the most I know is that Salem is the one who pulls the strings behind everything."

"Hmmm." Wrath thought for a moment. "I'll have to inform Elridian of this news. What are your current objectives with Cinder's faction?"

"Steal a shit ton of dust mostly, but we also take other shit that could be useful, but there's probably a lot more planned in the future," Adam answered.

"Good, continue to work for her, then report whatever you learn to me immediately."

"Yes, sir!" Both shouted.

They were about to walk off but were stopped by Wrath's spine-chilling voice, "remember if I ever find out you betrayed my prince, ill kill you in the slowest ways imaginable, subject you to things your mind cannot fathom, and then tear out soul, am I understood?"

"You got it, boss!"

"Yes, sir!"

Then like that, they walked away with fear drilled into their souls.

Wrath chuckled. "I almost forgot how fun it was to do that."

He felt a vibration coming out of his pocket, and he took out his scroll to see he's got a message from Elridian.

Elridian: So what have you learned?

Wrath: Roman and Adam work under a woman named Cinder. I told them to continue doing so and report whatever they discover to me. An individual named Salem is the whos in charge Cinder is just another pawn, rather amusing if you ask me.

Elridian: Indeed it is. Anything else?

Wrath: Before I forget, I got a brief description of this Cinder individual. "Hot" has amber eyes, long dark brown hair, wears a barely legal red dress with golden designs.

Elridian: That last part sounds familiar. Ive encountered such a woman before on my first night when I arrived within this dimension. Unfortunately, she got away before I could question and eliminate her.

Good work, Wrath. Excuse me; I have another business to attend to. Have a good day.

Wrath: Likewise.

Wrath didn't like the fact that they'd had a potential rival. Only his prince should be the one calling the shots. He wanted to find these two women, tear them apart, rid them of their souls and make them as an offering to his creator, a sign of his undying loyalty and willingness to do anything to ensure victory for the prince. For now, he would command these humans and faunas for Elridian. He would strengthen them, give them the best quality equipment they could offer, and spread their influence. The only thing he could not do was find worthy "knights" and a "watcher" for his prince as only Elridian can decide whom they shall be, but if Wrath was a betting man, his prince has already found them.

In the land of darkness

There Ryzorin was facing a horde of Grimm ranging from the weakest to the strongest he didn't feel nor look worried, and why should he? These "Grimm" were inadequate. Worthless. A waste of space. Prey. With a snap of his fingers, they were torn to shreds by his tendrils. Hundreds upon hundreds of limbs were raining from the sky as the tentacles tossed them away as if they were trash. The others were staggered as he tore through some of the most feared Grimms on Remnant, but Ryzorin, they were merely a nuisance.

Ryzorin faced his new allies and asked, "Was that it? If so, then im severally disappointed."

Salem's eyes twitched, and the others walked several paces away from her, fearing their safety. Nonetheless, she was impressed with the amount of raw power displayed, but she had the odd feeling he was still holding back. What else did he have? What else could he do? What is his full potential?

She ignored his comment and replied, "you're still holding back."

He nodded.

"You haven't sent anything worth putting any effort in. I didn't even have to use my singularity form."

They raised an eyebrow.

"The fuck is that?" Mercury asked, confused.

"Give me a challenge, and ill reveal it," Ryzorin said with a grin.

It was silent for a moment, but the silence was broken by Salem, "so be it." She snapped her fingers, and within a few moments, a thunderous roar could be heard.

Everyone who knew that roar went pale as they only heard that sound once and hoped they would never have to listen to it again. Cinder couldn't believe Salem was unleashing that creature on their newest ally. How could he ever hope to match it? It lived for hundreds upon hundreds of years, its power only matched by a few and surpassed by less. When it landed, everyone besides Salem couldn't help but stare. Ryzorin even had to admit it was magnificent, and if he were to fight it in his regular form, he would lose, so it was only natural for him to unleash "Reaper." the best.

What stood before him was a dragon that was well over two hundred meters long. If it spread its wings, it could eclipse all the light enveloping everyone in darkness. Most of its body was covered in white armor with spikes protruding along its tail to its skull. Its face was long, showing its set of sharp pointed teeth. Its crimson eyes stared back into his bloody orbs. They could sense each other power, both refusing to back down, and everyone besides Salem was nearly shitting themselves but burning with excitement.

"Since you have shown me your full strength, I shall do you the courtesy of the same. It will bring me great pride in defeating you." Ryzorin said, genuinely surprising the others and earning a growl of understanding from the great beast.

Ryzorin took several steps back, his gaze not leaving the dragons.

Then he transformed into his singularity form. Its size dwarfed Elridian's as it stood at fifteen feet two inches. Its armored hide was as dark as the abyss, with spikes protruding nearly everywhere on its body. It had two pairs of wings that were covered in sharp ridged edges, and its were wings three times his size. It had two horns on each side that each split into two points. The first set of horns was at the top of the skull, while the other horns were located where the eyes should've been, had a row of long sharp teeth, and had a symbol engraved in the middle of the face that glowed as bright as the moon.

Cinder was terrified but was more intrigued than anything else.

Mercury and Emerald were pissing themselves at the sight as Ryzorin looked like a thing of nightmares.

Salem couldn't react. She was frozen, not out of fear but pure internal joy, as she wanted to see what this man could do and see it now.

Both creatures of raw power roared a primal roar before they began to charge at one another. The sounds they emitted could be heard from miles away, terrifying whoever or whatever was close by. Ryzorin was the first to strike as he rammed his fist into the creature's skull, causing it to stagger back, but it returned with an attack of its own as it breathed ebony flames. Ryzorin taking to the skies, evaded the fire but could feel the heat being emitted, and to say it would've hurt like a bitch would've been a massive understatement. He flew towards the dragon tackling it further into the sky, then planted his knee to its throat, pissing off the dragon as it used its hands to grab at Ryzorin's wings and then breathed its black flames into his face.

The pain that Ryzorin was indescribable, and he mentally cursed whatever severally weakened him in the first place. He once was able to destroy dimensions, slay an entire pantheon of gods, and was so close to releasing the "Eradicator," but now, here he is, barely over three percent of his power.

Nonetheless, he welcomed the pain, something he didn't feel often, but when Ryzorin did feel it, it was because of the thing he called a little brother.

Meanwhile, the dragon and Ryzorin are throwing themselves at each other, attempting to cause as much damage as possible their spectators could only watch in awe. The battle that they witnessed shouldn't be possible, but it is they watched as the mighty dragon unleashed its black flames on their new ally, who could transform into a creature of nightmares. It was undoubtedly magnificent.

"So, Cinder, who do you think is gonna win?"

"Obviously, it's going to Ryzorin. If he doesn't, ill be somewhat disappointed." She replied with her gaze, not leaving Ryzorin's form.

"Either way, I give the man props."

"Gotta agree with Merc on this. Any else that tried doing that would've been fucked give or take a few people."

Back to the fight.

The dragon swung its tails at the Void walker, who quickly dodged its attack and shot out spikes that came back from his body. A few of his projectiles penetrated its thick natural armor, but it was deep enough to cause any harm. The dragon roared again, making its way towards Ryzorin at blinding speeds, but a solid strike from his fist cracked more of its defenses, but it didn't pay at mind to it as only one thing came to mind, which was to tear apart its opponent.

The fight continued for five minutes until Ryzorin decided it took too long.

But it never got the time to react as its left wing was torn off, causing it to shriek in agony. Ryzorin didn't want this fight to drag out, so he tossed its wing away, letting it fall to the ground, and immediately tackled it, causing both of them to crash into a nearby mountain.

Ryzorin then began to tear off more of its limbs slowly. He wanted to hear the screams that he loved hearing. It was like music to his ears, but it was even better as it was a powerful foe or was one until he tore off everything but its head. It was a stubborn thing refusing to die and wanting to get one last hit before it passed. Black flame once again met his body. It burned like a motherfucker, but he pushed threw the pain and snapped the dragon's lower jaw. The beast's bright red eyes continued to dull until there was nothing but darkness, and then its body began to disintegrate until there was nothing left but the victory.

He turned back towards his new allies and smirked at their reactions.

"If you thought that was amazing, you should've seen me in my prime."

With Elrid and Blake

"Why did I expect anything else?"

"Saying there's something wrong with the place I picked?" Black asked dangerously.

They were at a bookstore that was acted as a hangout spot. There was nothing unique about it besides having a vintage vibe to it.

"No, it's just so you," he said while looking around then at her, "not that there's anything wrong with that. I find it kinda adorable if im being honest." The Eye eyed teen said while smirking at her.

To hide the blush that was inevitably coming, she looked down at the book she was reading, "are you always such a flirt?" She asked, trying to sound annoyed.

"From what Ive seen, yeah, he is." Summer replied, rolling her eyes, forgetting only Elridian and Soul could hear her.

"Yeah, but I can't help it. All my teammates are gorgeous girls. How can I not?" He said happily.

She was glad that the book was covering her face as of right she was redder than his eyes.

"Plus, I know you like it," he said while pulling her book away, exposing her red face.

She looked away "screw you.." she said quietly.

He grinned. "When? Where? And how hard?"

She really had to be careful with what she said around him, or otherwise, her face was never gonna go back to normal. "You're impossible.."

"And thats exactly what you like, and you can't deny it."

"True," she thought mentally. Wanting to change the subject, she talked about her leader's former dimension," so what kinda species were there back at your dimension?" She was genuinely curious about the other species from his dimension as Remnant only has two while he was from a place where there were an endless amount of possibilities.

Knowing what she was doing, he decided to humor for a bit, "well, there's the Hydian's. They are basically talking cats that can walk on two legs. They were a mysterious bunch, anti-social as fuck but were generally nice once they got to know you, had pretty fur were on the taller side and had an obsession for seafood."

Her bow twitched, and she smiled. "I wish I could've met one."

"Is it 'cause you're a cat, Faunus?" He said quietly.

She froze. Blake knew this conversation was gonna happen sooner or later but still wasn't looking forward to it. She looked at him sheepishly, "I was wondering when you were gonna bring that up again.."

"I just wanna know why you really hide, but I see plenty of Faunus back at school..so why.."

"Yeah, but have you noticed how Faunus have been treated?" She said hotly.

"Im aware, but still, hiding isn't the way. You should be proud of your race. Not hide away like a coward." He said coldly.

She flinched at that and looked down, knowing he was right, but fear was something she couldn't help feeling, "...im sorry for being scared.."

Great now he felt like an ass, but he didn't regret his statement. He just regretted how he said it.

"Look, im not trying to be an ass...but what about our team? What happens when they find out in a way that isn't favorable?"

He had a point. Blake hated to admit it, but he was right, especially if they found out about her former association with the white fang. That would be a shit show. "Your right, but could you please just give me some time?"

"Alright, I want something in return."

She looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

He further elaborated. "I wanna see your ears."

Blakes's eyes widen. "Why?" She said in a whisper.

"Curiosity."

"Just that?"

"And I thought you'd look adorable with cat ears, so I wanted to see for myself." He grinned.

Her face went red. "Shut up.."

A few moments of silence.

"Ok...ill let you see them, but no-" She was cut off.

"Just one sec."

He quickly made one of his Signs, then activated it. Blake was confused. Nothing seemed different, and she looked at Elridian inquisitively.

"It's an invisibility and silence Sign. No one can hear us or see us. Honestly, I would've used it earlier, but I forgot," he chuckled.

She rolled her eyes and smiled. Slowly she took off her bow, revealing a pair of short black cat ears. Elridian, despite being a sadistic, masochist, manipulative, cold-blooded killer, the teen had a weakness.

"OH MY GOD, SHE LOOKS SO CUTE!!!" Summer eyes were beaming from the cuteness.

It was cute things, and boy, did he think her ears were adorable. Without a second thought, he raised his right hand and gently began to pet her ears, catching the Faunus off guard.

She didn't expect Elridian to pet her ears, but it felt nice. It felt really nice. No one had ever petted her ears before, but now that she knew what it felt like, she didn't want it to stop. She closed her eyes and began to lean in closer. Then he scratched a particular part of her, and she started to purr, not caring that Elridian could hear her.

"Whenever we're alone, maybe I can do this more often."

"I'd like that." She said, smiling.

After a few minutes, she opened her eyes and noticed how close their faces were. She went red but didn't pull away. Elridian knew how to break her defenses. Usually, this would bother her, but for once, it didn't. She didn't know what it was about the red-eyed teen that made her so vulnerable, but she liked it as long as it was only him.

"El..."

"Yeah?"

He felt a pair of lips press against his cheek and looked at her as she leaned back with red cheeks.

"Thank you."

"No need to thank me. I always look after what's mine."

She blushed. "What?"

"You heard me."

Somewhere at Atlas

Deep in the uncharted territory of Atlas, several Atlas soldiers and an Atlas specialist were exploring an area that was dense in Grimm activity which was odd considering Atlas was one of the safest places on Remnant.

"We haven't seen anything in hours. Sure the Schnee wasn't being paranoid." A soldier said.

"Careful there wouldn't want her catching you saying that. Besides, we both know the paranoid one is Ironwood. She just listens to the guy." The other second soldier replied.

"Guess you ain't wrong."

A female soldier walks in between them.

"Heya, Jim!" And looks at the other soldier, "sup Nick you guys enjoying yourselves?"

Jim rolled his eyes, "Yeah, Gemma, I just love standing around in unknown territory where we could possibly get torn to shreds by a bunch of Grimm," he replied sarcastically.

Gemma patted his back."Good! Glad you're enjoying yourself!!"

Jim scoffed.

"So, where is she anyway?" Nick asked.

"She's exploring some temple with Hector. It's up ahead."

They continued to walk for several minutes until they saw a massive temple.

They all stare in awe for a moment but hear someone shout."OVER HERE!!!"

They saw it was hector and quickly made their way toward him.

"Find anything?" Nick asked.

"Jack shit. Schnee is starting to get pissed off." He pointed toward the white-haired specialist.

"Ah.."

They all then slowly approach the specialist.

"Specialist Schee?"

She turned to look at them with a frown on her face. "I believe it's time for us to head out. I can't fathom why the General would send us out here." She huffed in frustration.

"I was beginning to think the same. No offense."

She nodded. "She should make our way towards the bullhead. This scouting mission was a complete waste of time."

They nodded in response, but before they could make their way toward the exit, they heard what sounded like a woman screaming bloody murder in the temple. This caused them all to draw out their weapons.

"What the fuck was that?!" Jim shouted.

"Sounded like a woman getting attacked!! We gotta help her!!"

Schnee didn't waste any time as she and the fours quickly rushed towards the screaming.

The closer they got, the screams got louder more unnatural.

It was beginning to send shivers down all their spines. They were starting to regret going deeper within the temple.

Then the screaming stopped as soon as they entered a large area. It was vast in width and length. Several hordes of Grimm could easily fit in here if the damn things ever wanted to.

The silence was unnerving.

Hector gulped. "Specialist Schnee?" He was beginning to shake.

She was still alert to her surroundings. "Yes?"

"Why didn't the General send more men with us if this place was supposed to be swarmed with Grimm?"

"We are some of the most competent soldiers of Atlas. A few dozen Grimm is nothing we can't handle." She stated proudly.

The area was silent. It was dark. It was driving Atlas soldiers mad.

"I don't feel like we're dealing with any sort of Grimm.." Gemma replied.

They then heard footsteps, but then it was silent again. The process repeated itself multiple times before the silence came back. The eerie silence was leaving the five Atlas soldiers nervous.

Schnee gritted her teeth. She wasn't about to let someone scare her. "SHOW YOURSELF NOW, COWARD!!! I GROW TIRED OF THE FOOLISH GAMES!!" She had her sword ready to kill whoever was pissing her off.

Silence once again.

Winter was about to scream again, but an unknown woman spoke. "I just wanted to play."

They frantically looked everywhere, finding nothing.

"But your mean." Another pause. "I don't wanna play with you anymore." She then began to giggle, which sent shivers down everyone's spine.

Then they heard screams, but it wasn't the unknown woman screaming. It was Gemma.

They turned to see she had vanished.

"GEMMA!!!"

"I SWEAR TO OUM, IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO HER, ILL KILL YOU!!!" Jim screamed.

The woman giggled again. "Don't worry! We were just playing! Here!" And just like that, a mangled corpse appeared in front of them.

They gasped in horror. Whoever Gemma once was no more as her body was torn to shreds. Her muscles were exposed. Entrails were out, and her face was missing exposing her bloody skull.

"Doesn't she look better now?!" She giggled again.

"GEM-" Jim didn't get to say anything as he met the same fate.

In just a few moments, Winter lost two of her soldiers, and not wanting to lose anymore, she screamed, "HEAD TOWARD THE BULLHEAD NOW!!!"

Without being told twice, they rushed out of the temple. In mere minutes they were out.

They faced the entrance expecting the woman to leap at them but nothing.

It was silent for a moment until Winter broke it. "Let's head out...no use losing anyone else."

Nick and Hector nodded.

As they all made their way toward the bullhead, Schnee couldn't shake off the feeling of being watched by someone eerie. "We need to run."

"What?"

"RUN!!!" She yelled.

And boy, was she right to run as she caught a glimpse of the woman who killed the others, and Winter went pale.

They ran with everything they had within them, but they could feel the woman catching up.

They were so close to the bullhead, but the woman appeared, and they quickly stopped.

They were all shaking at her appearance.

Her smile was impossibly wide. Her bright green eyes were that of a madwoman. Pale as a ghost with all of her veins exposed. Her attire was torn to shreds with blood coloring her clothes, fingers, and mouth with flesh stuck in her teeth.

This woman was completely and utterly insane. "I didn't say we were done playing." Her smile widened further, which they didn't think was possible.

She rushed at them at terrifying speeds that Winter could barely comprehend. She'd never been so scared before in her life. Whoever this woman was needed to be killed immediately.

Shaking away her fear, she rushed at the woman, swinging her blade with swiftness, elegance, and preciseness.

The woman nearly giggled at this. She found it adorable the lady wanted to play with her now, but she could wait her turn.

She quickly split the other two in half with nails and then made her way towards her last playmate.

Her playmate was fast, but her speed wouldn't matter in the end. It never did.

After a few more minutes, she found an opening and slashed Winter's face, causing the woman to scream in agony.

Winter growled in response and used glyphs to accelerate her speed to greater levels, slashing at the woman swiftly with blood splurting all over the ground, but the woman wasn't dying, which was pissing winter off.

After ten minutes, Winter was getting nowhere with the woman. So she summoned a Beowulf to distract her while she made her escape.

"Awe, a new playmate!!" The woman squealed with excitement! Which greatly disturbed the woman.

Winter quickly entered the bullhead and was in the sky in moments, leaving the crazy woman down there. She sighed in relief but wasn't enjoying the pain. "Shit..."

The woman watched as the bullhead flew away as she had already dealt with Winter's summon a while ago.

She smiled sinisterly. "Bye! Bye! Until we meet again, playmate!!" She waved the bullhead goodbye. "Now, time to find my master." She giggled as she walked away.

She could sense him, and she couldn't wait to play with him like old times.
