Takes place between chapters 3 and 4 of the fanfic Juliet Dies in This, but does not require knowledge of the fic (outside of the fact that Claire didn't make it out of the Shadow Realm during the Eternal Night) to be read. Rated for dark themes and canon typical violence.

Normal science and magic won't bring Krel's parents back, but dark magic and Gaylen's Core might do the trick. Dark!Krel, dark!Douxie. Can be read as shippy or platonic.
