The attack on Beacon effected everyone differently, for Ruby it was her first real look at the life of a Huntress and the responsibilities of that title. Plagued by nightmares she seeks out shelter in the library. Ozpin can't bare to see those silver eyes so dulled and helps Ruby come to terms with the life she has chosen. AU Ozpin lives!

The fall of Beacon didn't kill Ozpin after all, instead the secretive headmaster was rescued by his inner circle. Even with his life saved, the fall created new problems and made some of the old return with vengeance. Thankfully there are many hopeful souls to reintroduce stability to the world.

The Butterfly Effect. A well-known theory that says that a single action in the past could affect the entire futur. What if three persons were sent into a fictional world they barely know about?
