Nyx is now 22 though and while she has a stable job and okay social life she is a mess. When the The Doctor returns and offers her amazing adventures with him and the TARDIS, Nyx sees it as a way to get out of her boring life.

She observes but doesn't discriminate. Her answer is all cheek and no judgement. " Well, the boots and the magician outfit are pretty good dead giveaways."
