With the help of Rose, Martha, Donna, Amy, Rory, Jack, and even the Master, she gets her way eventually, so they can joyride around the universe. Rose sits in vigil by his side, Novice Hame treats him, but inside the Doctor's mind, he's been thrown into an alternate dimension, and things are beyond bizarre. The Daleks do not kill, the Doctor must learn about their new ways in this new world, with Rose, and his adversary-come-friend; Dalek Thay.

Things are never as they seem. The Doctor does not exist, nor do his companions, nor his enemies. John Smith is a small boy, and he's sick. Very sick. Between him, and the other patients at Redwood Children's Psychiatric Hospital, is there any hope for their recovery? (Loosely based on an idea by Tumblr User Cosmic gyral)

The Doctor had landed in Chiswick, by mistake of course. He had not anticipated, that finding a young woman's wedding veil, would account for so much, in so little time. Donna is running away from her wedding, but will she go back? Would she have stayed with the Doctor there and then, had things been different?
