I was thinking about different hearts people have, and it just ended up like this. I felt that because I will probably do characters from Doctor Who, I would place the fanfiction there, as well as the fact that Torchwood is mentioned in Doctor Who. Therefore...yeah. So there ARE characters from Torchwood, as well as a few from Doctor Who.
