Chapter 1: Kotori Itsuka's Turn

When Kotori woke up the next day, she found that Yoshino next to her was gone.

She was a bit worried at first, but after a second, she calmed down completely. She believed that Yoshino was only sent back to her original world because of the lack of reiryoku.

Yoshino was just here last night, sleeping peacefully with a smile on her cute face. Thanks to the reiryoku that Shido transferred to her through kissing, she was able to stay in this Neighboring World a little longer.

Shido, Yoshino, and Kotori were not in the "Date a Live" world. In fact, they were in a Neighboring World that had a lot of anime characters from the shows of their original world.

If he wanted more powers, he would need to help her protect this world.

But what concerned him the most was the little girl with long plum hair named Rio, the one who summoned him to this Neighboring World, and he had no memories of this mysterious girl previously.

Last night, Shido kissed Yoshino on her lips and transferred the reiryoku that was bestowed upon him to her. When the clock struck 12:00, she was still staying in this world instead of getting sent back. When Kotori came to this world, she was genuinely happy too. In this case, they could stay here longer with him!

However, the powers were not enough for Yoshino to stay for another day, only a couple more hours. It would require an extremely large amount of reiryoku to do what Shido wanted: Bring all the Spirits into this world.

This was a good opportunity for her to wake up her big brother. Although she didn't get to prepare breakfast this time, the task of waking up Shido was more important for her.

Kotori looked in the mirror to make sure there was nothing on her face, and then walked out of her room.

When she came to Shido's room, she walked over carefully. Seeing Shido still hadn't woken up, she secretly smiled and threw off her shoes.
