All four of them were staring into the screen the Doctor introducing his family, the Master and the Son but you can call him Harry its funnier. When they were bombarded by everyone
"It's the Daleks"
"Doctor they've got an empire again!" spoke Sarah carrying on knowing how frightened the Doctor would be yet all he did was look at the Master then at Harry
Suddenly another transmission tried to overcome the network. The man in the vault had contacted the red dalek and informed him dalek Caan had said he had arrived and then demanded to be patched into the network.
The doctor, Master and Sarah looked shocked and terrified, Sarah thought him dead.
"Welcome to my new Empire, Doctor. It is only fitting that you should bear witness to the resurrection, and the triumph, of Davros. Lord and creator of the Dalek Race!"
"But you were destroyed. In the very first year of the Time war. At the Gate of Elysium. I saw your command ship fly into the jaws of the Nightmare Child. I tried to save you." Spoke the Doctor in shock.
"But it took one stronger than you. Dalek Caan himself." He replied to the Doctor, shining light on an opened toped dalek for all to see.
"I flew into the wild and fire, I danced and died a thousand times." Spoke a Sing song voice the open dalek they were shown his front missing showing the actual thing inside a metal shell.
"Emergency Temporal Shift took him back into the Time war itself."
"But that's impossible! The entire war is time-locked!"
"And yet he succeeded. Oh, it cost him his mind. But imagine, a single, simple Dalek succeeded where Emperors and Timelords have failed. A testament, don't you think, to my remarkable creations?"
"And you made a new race of Daleks?"
"I gave myself to them. Quite literally. Each one grown from a cell of my own body." He opened his tunic to reveal that his flesh was ripped off, his ribs and heart were visible.
"New Daleks. True Daleks. I have my children, Doctor. What do you have, now?"
"After all this time. Everything we saw... everything we lost... I have only one thing to say to you...Bye" The Doctor started off serious but then at the end when he said bye, he smiled at him and disconnected the network.
The rest of the people trying to help were also moving Jack managed to get the base code for his transporter off Martha which she gave him without her knowing what it would now allow him to do, after convincing Sirius to stay and protect the hub and as he knew Harry was now safe from anything he agreed so Sirius was hefting him a gun and Ianto was holding his coat open for him to put on, they knew he was going after the Doctor and his family, they also knew they had been discovered. As soon as Jack was gone, they all grabbed guns and closed and locked down the vault. They knew it was useless, but Sirius had faith in Harry and with that came faith in the Master and Doctor to always be with him.
Just as the vault door was blown open they opened fire only for the bullets to stop a foot from the door hanging there, Gwen went to poke the bullet and it moved a bit.
"The last protocol Tosh was working on, time freeze in the hub, I didn't think she had finished the program, were in a null zone time passes for us but not for outside." Spoke Sirius understanding more of what was going on.
Sarah had made her way to her car after getting a promise that Luke would stay indoors, only to have to surrender two minutes later when she ran into a dalek.
Rose had phones control and requested a site to site transport to the TARDIS.
The Tardis landed on an empty street, as the four stepped out Harry with his screwdriver ready to use his powers, they could only see the abandonment of the street.
"It's like a ghost town..." Commented Donna as they walked slightly away from the TARDIS
"Sarah Jane said they were taking the people. What for? Think, Donna, when you met Rose in that parallel world, what did she say?" Demanded Harry
"Just... the darkness is coming."
"Anything else?" Demanded the Doctor next
Donna looked away, thinking - then she spotted something behind the Doctor.
"Why don't you ask her yourself?" She said to the Doctor while pointing behind him all three Timelords turned around and there she was Rose Tyler standing there staring at the Doctor but not at any of the others.
The Doctor was running towards her before the others could he was only fifteen feet in front of them when they all heard the metallic voice.
"Exteminate"
The Doctor turned just in time to see the dalek as it shot at him it hit his right side as he tried to move out of the way Harry was already apperating and a golden dome appeared over the two.
"DAD" was screamed by Harry as he started to check him over, it was too fast he hadn't seen it in time. None of them had.
Jack appeared at the other end of the road and blew the dalek apart then he started running to the Doctor.
"Son get him into the TARDIS NOW"
"Okay" And with those words he grabbed who he thought of as another dad and apparated them right into the control room.
The others came running in a few seconds later.
"What do we do, how do we help him" Demanded Donna only to be pulled back by the Master and Jack
"Good luck Doctor" spoke Jack helping pull Rose back
"You know what this means, he's changing"
"OH No, I came all this way" Cried out Rose and she started to really cry knowing what this meant.
"HOLD YOUR SHAPE, I'm going to feed you my energy into you take it and fill the reserves you are losing, hold your shape don't change there is no need yet" Spoke Harry to the Doctor deadly serious cutting his wrist watching his own energy going to work he pushed it out of himself not to close the wound but to release the energy and guide it into the Doctor he was guessing at what he was doing but then he felt himself be drawn on.
"NO DAD HOLD YOUR SHAPE" He shouted out panicking, looking around for anything to help, he was changing and Harry couldn't stop it he was taking too much of his energy soon he would have to change.
"Pour the left over into you hand over there, we can dispose of it! Fill up your reserves heal yourself and push the rest there. Then for all our sakes stop pulling on my energy you've already taken two lives at this rate I'M going to have to change...DO IT DAD!" Suddenly the Doctor rolled over releasing the energy connecting Harry to him and did as he was told pouring the rest into his hand.
"Now then where were we?" Asked the Doctor as if they hadn't done anything strange the companions all looked at him funny. Harry just hugged him close, even the Master came and put his arm around his shoulder.
"WE were discussing your grounding for not checking the timeline especially your bloody own!" Spoke Harry watching his wrist heal as he held it up to stop blood loss.
"I'm sorry, as you know Rose brought the Doctor back out of me after the war….I've missed you, we thought you would return and that the Son would use his full powers, what's going on Rose?"
"The stars are going out right across the universe every universe and it starts in this one!"
"Hold on I don't have that sort of power yet only my Father could command that and it's not time, plus he would have told me"
"No Son it's not you, you are here to combat it as are the others. I don't know what is going on, but all the universes are dying off." Spoke Rose while looking between Harry and the Doctor.
"You're here as both Rose Tyler and the Bad wolf aren't you, my comment should have only made sense to my two dads and two other humans, your channelling time even using a universe hopper you are working with TIME. Rose Tyler. BAD WOLF!"
"No, I was allowed to come across once, when everything changed, the more the distant stars went out the easier it was to refine the hoppers and cross over, it's as though I knew thing I shouldn't, I knew the Doctor had a real family out there wating for him once I was in the parallel universe, I knew things about technology that would help us when needed, I just knew things."
"Oh….Sorry….That is your subconscious,s you hold all of time in there after looking and holding the heart of a TARDIS there was bound to be some leftovers if TIME didn't want you to mess with HER, SHE wouldn't have let you, yet you did, if asked specialised questions and you really thought about it maybe have to sleep on it but you would find your answer soon to the questions asked I would think, unless SHE just releases information as SHE feels you need it."
"Yes your FATHER, why isn't he stopping it?"
"I know why but my tongue is held all I do know is we are all that we have got, we need….." Harry didn't get to finish. The control room went dark even the time rota which usually lit the room on its own at times was diminished heavily.
"Temporal prison initiated!" came from the daleks surrounding the TARDIS and a blue glow appeared around it
"They've got us! Power's gone! Some kind of chronon loop..." Spoke the Master in frustration
The TARDIS rocked as it was pulled up towards the sky. Sarah Jane, Mickey and Jackie were hiding behind a van, watching the TARDIS fly away. Micky and Jackie had arrived and helped Sarah out of her extermination. Now they were near to the TARDIS they thought they would make it even with the daleks until they saw it being pulled upwards.
Sarah worked out she need to go where the TARDIS was going and so told them to put their guns down and surrender, she was the first to surrender then Jackie and then Micky though he kissed his gun before surrendering. They knew they couldn't use the universal jumps, not only were they worried about the tears, but it took a lot of energy which took thirty minutes to recharge.
Back at Martha's house another discussion was going on.
"Now Jack's explained the base code, I know how this teleport works. I think. But you just stay indoors, there's no Daleks on this street, you should be all right, just um... keep quiet."
"But where are you going?" Demanded her mother
"I'm a member of UNIT, and they gave me the Osterhagen Key. I've got to do my job…I'm sorry. "
"Martha. What's an Osterhagen Key? Tell me. What does it do?"
"Love you." Were he last words to her mother before she teleported away.
Germany 60 miles outside Nuremberg Martha landed in a forest. She heard Daleks nearby.
"Exterminieren! Exterminieren!
"Halt! Sonst werden wir Sie exterminieren! Sie sind jetzt ein Gefangener der Daleks!" [Stop! Or you will be exterminated! You are now a prisoner of the Daleks!]
Martha peered through the woods and saw several Daleks gliding through the forest.
"Exterminieren! Exterminieren!" Martha ran in the opposite direction.
Back in the TARDIS a discussion was taking place around the console.
"There's a massive Dalek ship at the centre of the planets. They're calling it the Crucible. Guess that's our destination." Explained Jack
"You said these planets were like an engine. But what for?" Asked Donna
"Rose! You've been in a parallel world, that world's running ahead of this universe. You've seen the future. What was it?"
"It's the darkness" Was her answer
"The stars were going out." Donna remembered
"One by one. We looked up at the sky and they were just dying. Basically, we've been building this, um... this travel machine, this... this, er, Dimension Cannon, so I c- well, so, I could..."
"What?"
"So I could come back." All three Timelords smiled at her they all know she only ever saw the Doctor not beneath it.
"Shut up. Anyway, suddenly, it started to work and the dimensions started to collapse. Not just in our world, not just in yours, but the whole of reality. Even the Void was dead. Something is destroying everything."
"In that parallel world... you said something about me." Spoke Donna while looking at Rose
"The Dimension Cannon could measure timelines, and it's... it's weird, Donna, but they all seemed to converge on you." Rose explained to them all
"But why me? I mean, what have I ever done? I'm a temp. From Chiswick!" Was her Whitty comeback at times that is all she felt she was.
Suddenly the TARDIS stopped moving, they had obviously arrived at the crucible they could hear the outside.
"Doctor, you will step forth or die."
"We'll have to go out. Cos if we don't, they'll get in."
"You told me nothing could get through those doors." Spoke Rose in confusion
"Last time we fought the Daleks, they were scavengers and hybrids and mad. But this is a fully-fledged Dalek Empire, at the height of its power. Experts at fighting TARDIS', they can do anything. Right now, that wooden door... is just wood." Explained the Doctor to Rose, Jack and Donna, but she was a bit further from the others, Donna was lost in her own world, the beat echoing in her head again she had heard it before in the TARDIS but thought it was her imagination.
Five of them started to walk towards the door but Donna stayed behind, the Doctor went to her apologising but saying there was nothing they could do at the moment. Then he turned around and walked out with the others.
"Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks!" Spoke the one on a dais in red
"Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks! Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks!" spoke all the other ones on the ground and flying around, the grating really got on Harrys nerves he could hear the scream behind them.
Donna was walking towards the door, but she stopped when she heard the beat again.
"Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks! Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks!"
They all watched, watched the countless Daleks swarming in the air.
"Behold, Doctor! Behold the might of the true Dalek race!" Spoke the red dalek. Donna was still in the TARDIS. She looked back to the hand in the jar, trying to find where the beat came from. The Doctor noticed that she was still inside.
"You might as well come out Donna you're no safer in there." Spoke the Doctor, but as she was making her way out the doors slammed shut in her face.
The Doctor and Master ran towards the TARDIS
"Donna?" The Doctor asked
"Doctor, what did you do?" Shouted Donna
"it wasn't me….OY bring her back!" Demanded the Doctor of the red dalek
"This wasn't of dalek origin" Spoke the red dalek
"Doctor!" Shouted Donna again
"Stop it! She's our friend, now open the door and let her out!" Begged the Doctor
"This is Time Lord treachery." Came the metallic response
"US? The door just closed on its own!"
"Nevertheless, the TARDIS is a weapon, and it will be destroyed." Answered the metallic voice again and then a trapdoor opened beneath the TARDIS and it fell down.
"What are you doing? Bring it back!" Demanded the Doctor and even the Master and Harry looked concerned.
"What've you done, where's it going?!" Demanded the Master of the dalek
"The Crucible has a heart of Z-Neutrino Energy. The TARDIS will be deposited into the core." Was their answer
"You can't, you've taken the defences down, she'll be torn apart!" Shouted a shocked Harry
"The female and the TARDIS will perish together. Observe!" He activated a holographic screen that showed the TARDIS, bobbing in the energy field.
"The last children of Gallifrey are powerless."
"Please, I'm begging you, I'll do anything! Put me in her place, you can do anything to me, I don't care, just get her out of there!" Begged the Doctor in a panic. Harry looked between his two dads, he held up his left arm and popped the lid up and before anyone could do anything he pressed a button and was gone. The rest were stood watching the TARDIS perish or so they thought.
"Five, four, three, two, one and the TARDIS is destroyed the female with it" Spoke the metallic voice as they all saw the death of the TARDIS
Harry arrived onto the TARDIS to a shock. A new naked Doctor and Donna, his naked dad was running around the console so Harry jumped right in to help him and they were out of there with one second left, to an outsider it looked like it had finally been destroyed to those inside she was running on silent running mode outside of the crucible, with everything turned off accept the main console so they could remain hidden for now.
Back at the crucible the Master gently spoke to the Doctor while the other two were making enough noise trying to support the Doctor on the loss
"Harry thinks of her as a mother and she thinks of him as her son they will have escaped he wouldn't have left otherwise" His voice was so low only the Doctor picked it up but you could see his shoulders relax a bit.
"The TARDIS has been destroyed. Now tell me, Doctor. What do you feel? Anger? Sorrow? Despair?"
"Yeah". Answered the Doctor to in shock hoping the Master was right
"Then if emotions are so important, surely we have enhanced you?"
"Yeah? Feel this!" Spat jack just as he shot at the Supreme Dalek with his side arm gun, causing no harm at all.
"Exterminate!" Spoke the red dalek and the death ray hit Jack and he collapsed, dead. Rose had knelt beside him
"Jack! Oh, my God! Oh, no!"
"Rose, come here, leave him."
"They killed him."
"I know. I'm sorry."
"Escort them to the Vault. They are the playthings of Davros now." Spoke the red dalek again the Doctor pulled Rose up and turned her away from looking at Jack, the Doctor looked back to Jack who winked at him and the Master who had also noticed.
As they were being escorted to the vault the TARDIS was a different matter.
"All repaired, lovely! Ssh! No-one knows we're here. Gotta keep quiet. Silent running, like on submarines when you can't even drop a spanner. Don't drop a spanner! I like blue, what d'you think?" spoke the Doctor in his usual way.
"You. Are. Bonkers!"
"Why?! What's wrong with blue?"
"Is that what Time Lords do? Lop a bit off, grow another one? You're like worms! Is that how Harry was grown the Master lost his hand and then Harry was born out of it?
"What? NO, I was conceived, very uniquely conceived but still a baby I was born "
"No no no no no, I'm unique. Never been another like me. Cos all that regeneration energy went into the hand. Look at my hand! I love that hand! But then you touched it, WHAM!" Donna jumped and yelled at him for that.
"Ssh! Instantaneous biological metacrisis. I grew...Out of you! Still, could be worse."
"Oi! Watch it, Spaceman!"
"Oi! Watch it, Earthgirl!" Spoke the new Doctor sounding just like her but male, Donna's mouth hung open from surprise and so was the new Doctor's.
"Oh... I sound like you. I sound all... all sort of... rough."
"Oi!" Shouted Donna
"Oi!"
"Oi!" She said again after he had repeated her
"Spanners, ssh! I must've picked up a bit of your voice, that's all…..Is it? Did I? No! Oh, you are kidding me, no way. One heart. I've got one heart! This body has got only one heart!"
What?...What, like you're human?" Asked Donna making Harry move over to the new Doctor and start running scans of him
"Oh, that's disgusting!" Spoke the new Doctor
"You've only got one life, you copied Donna's template rather than the other Doctors or the Masters you've become human but still with all your information and you're fully intact." Spoke Harry with some sadness, it would only be a human life as well, the doctor took three lives of energy but only pored one into the hand the rest he used to heal himself and then pulled the rest into his own reserves, so that he gained a life instead of using one. But this one life turned into a human one, not a Timelord life.
"No wait…..I'm part Timelord part human….Well, isn't that wizard?"
"I kept hearing that noise, that beat." Spoke Donna in confusion
"Oh, that was me. My single heart. Cos I'm a complicated event in time and space, must have rippled back. Converging on you." He walked to the console while talking looking at what Harry was doing.
"But why me?"
"Cos you're special." Spoke the Doctor as though it was the most obvious thing in the world
"Oh, I keep telling you, I'm not!"
"No, but you are…..Oh. You really don't believe that, do you? I can see, Donna... what you're thinking. All that attitude. All that lip. Cos all this time... you think you're not worth it."
"Stop it!" Soke Donna but he just carried on
"Shouting at the world, cos no-one's listening. Well... why should they?"
"Doctor. Stop it" Begged Donna.
"But look at what you did!...No, it's more than that, it's like...We were always heading for this…..You came to the TARDIS on your wedding day straight through the shielding. And you found me again. When looking into the Adipose problem…..Your granddad during the voyage of the titanic in space…..Your car!...Donna, your car, you-you parked your car right where Harry was going to land the TARDIS, that's not coincidence at all! We've been blind. Something's been drawing us together for such a long time."
"But you're talking, like... destiny. There's no such thing, is there?" Asked Donna shocked
"It's still not finished. It's like... the pattern's not complete, the strands are still drawing together. But heading for what?"
"Are we a part of a prophecy that we don't know about, I went years without knowing I was part of one. It's possible you know" Answered Harry for Donna he knew the new Doctor was still working things out in his head or trying to.
The rest of Harrys companions weren't doing much better the Master, Doctor and Rose were all in forcefield prisons in the vault with Davros although the Doctor couldn't help demanding an explanation as to what was going on, then he went on about how Davros was the daleks pet not their leader. However, when dalek Caan was revealed, things really took a different turn for the Master and the Doctor. He had seen all of time and space at once no wonder he was mad but he was revered and no other dalek would go against his wishes. He spoke of the child of death being there at the end of it all.
It was the Doctor who demanded to know what that meant and then they found out, all the worlds and the crucible were an engine as he thought only for something much worse than domination, they were going for total destruction, a reality bomb to kill off all of reality.
Jack was taken for reclamation only to fall out a minute later coughing up the smoke that followed. Sarah and mickey managed to escape from the prisoners by using her sonic lipstick and hiding through a door, but Jackie couldn't follow she had helped a woman off the floor and now had lost her chance in the confusion.
The Doctor was shown a holographic screen with the prisoners on it, no one noticed Jackie thankfully. But the Doctor realised what was going on
"That's Z-Neutrino energy... flattened by the alignment of the planets into a single string…No! Davros! Davros, you can't! You can't! NO!" Shouted the Doctor in horror, the Master just wished the drums were back this couldn't be happening.
Mickey and Sarah were watching the test and theorising on what was going on luckily thirty minutes were up for Mickey and so he managed to get Jackie to him without the other seeing. Then the machine was set to work
Harry was looking at the screens around him that they were using. After the console room had caught fire again Harry had changed the room and put a new high-tech control unit in place of the old one, well with the TARIDS' help and the new Doctors.
"Doctor the planets are aligning all twenty seven of them and they seem to be feeding back to the crucible." Spoke Harry with worry.
"Single-string Z-Neutrinos compressed into... No way!"
"A reality bomb, with twenty seven planets providing the majority of power it could kill our section of the multiverse. The stars going out all of them it's this, this is what father and TIME was warning me about. We have to stop it I can remove all life on all these planets quickly and peacfully and then Destroy the planets, before the bomb fires. I could directly focus on the crucible but even DEATH is not so precise unless in person all on there would die even Jack….permanently."
Back at the crucible the test had fired but Rose didn't understand what had happened
"Electrical energy, Miss Tyler. Every atom in existence is bound by an electrical field. The Reality bomb cancels it out. Structure falls apart. That test was focused on the prisoners alone. Full transmission will dissolve every form of matter." Spoke Davros in pride.
"The 27 planets. They become one vast transmitter. Blasting that wavelength... " Started the Doctor only to be fished by a prideful Davros
"Across the entire universe. Never stopping, never faltering, never fading. People and planets and stars will become dust, and the dust will become atoms, and the atoms will become... nothing. And the wavelength will continue, breaking through the Rift at the heart of the Medusa Cascade into every dimension, every parallel, every single corner of creation! This is my ultimate victory, Doctor! The destruction of reality itself!"
"You'll never get away with the death of this reality Davros, please stop now" Begged the Doctor he didn't know what Null would do and he really didn't want to find out. Not like this.
"It is time Supreme Dalek!" Spoke Davros again into the intercom
"Recall all Daleks, tell the fleet to gather at the crucible, we will gather here and become the only life form in existence daleks will rule supreme!"
Jack had finally finished crawling through miles of pipe works to fall out of a grate only to bump into Sarah, Mickey and Jackie.
"Just my luck. I climb through two miles of ventilation shafts, chasing life signs on this thing... (he pointed at his wrist device) And who do I find? Mickey Mouse."
"You can talk, Captain Cheesecake!" They laughed and hugged each other.
"Good to see you... and that's Beefcake".
"And that's enough hugging." Jack had let him go and saluted Sarah.
"We meet at last, Miss Smith."
"There is something we can do. You've got to understand. I have a son down there on Earth. He's only 14 years old. I've brought this." She held up something that looked like a diamond pendant. Jack looked at it with open-mouthed awe.
"It was given to me by a Verron Soothsayer. He said, "This is for the End of Days."
"Is that a Warp Star?" Jack asked shocked, Sarah just nodded.
"Gonna tell me what a Warp Star is?" Demanded Mickey
