After the events of the failed Second Rebellion, President Snow famously declared that the 75th Hunger Games would be recreated for the 150th Games to make up for the failed Games. Since that day, the Victors of Panem have dreaded the day they would have to re-enter the Arena. That day has finally arrived. What will it take to outmatch Panem's most dangerous killers?

Dyson, a fifteen-year-old from District 5, has always dreaded having his name called at the reaping. Then, his worst fears come true. Thrust into the Sixty-eighth Hunger Games, he must overcome the odds in order to return to his friends and family.
