Early into their campaign to reunite the Earth states, Baatar and Kuvira find themselves stranded in Republic City without a place to stay. Not wanting to face Opal at Air Temple Island, the pair convince Lin to lend them her couch for the night.

Story loosely follows the comics up to the end of ruins of the empire. Korra/Asami. THis story follows Korra and Asami as they handle the fallout from Kuvira's destruction and help restore balance to the world and heal their wounds. All the while they discover more about their relationship and the world they live in.
