Nier Automata: The Last God

A/N: Hey guys I'm back! I had to take a little break from writing, cause I have a bit of a cold rn. Well it's more I keep coughing and it's not going away.

But let's not worry about that too much!! So this chapter is gonna take a break from the fights and stuff, and maybe the next one, idk y'all just have to wait and see ;).

Anyways to answer Ruberforumfree's newest review... I don't know yet. At first this was gonna be a very small Harem. But I had another saying I should let Popola and Devola in the mix as well. And these two reviews got me thinking, "maybe I can make this work, Idk how but I'll just go with the flow then XD." Jokes aside, to answer your questions, yes I'll add Popola Devola, making it into a Harem, and 2B will be a in the "maybe" section.

And yes to the rest of you guys, A2 will be in the Harem too =w=.

Chapter 4: The long awaited reveal and H-Hey stop worshipping me!!

(In Xavier's Dreamscape)

(Xavier's POV)

I woke up in a jolt as usual, but this time I didn't feel any pain from my ribs. This made me all shocked and confused by all of this, looking around in the place I'm in, only to notice that the place I'm located at is nothing but a black void surrounding me from all angles. I then look down at my hands and my body, gently patting myself, a sigh of relief exits from my mouth.

"Ok so I'm not dead, but dreaming. But question is: what type of dream am I having?" I said out loud, as I stroke my beard in thought. "Well I can immediately knock out the badass, and fever dreams I have." I nods my head, before I begin to frown to myself. "So that only leads to me being in dreamless sleep or a nightmare..." I narrow my eyes at this, not liking this one bit. "Maybe I should I be prepared for wh-"

Suddenly I feel an overwhelming feeling of power from every direction, locking me in place from sheer power I'm feeling right now. I close my eyes, and grit my teeth, trying to fight back against this pressure. But I felt my body hit the ground all of a sudden, making me open up my eyes and a gasp to escape my lips.

I'm no longer in the void, but this time I'm in a barren wasteland. As I look around me, there's nothing but a bunch of dead corpses. All of them of many different species, even some Dragons are up in the mix. Broken and bloodied weapons, armor, shields, mangled and torn off limbs, and etc. Even the ground became soaked with blood, as some is splattered all over my forearms, torso, and legs. I look at myself with some disgust, not use to seeing so much blood covering my body and clothes being covered in this much blood in my dreams. But before I could say anything, the overwhelming power hits me with even greater force, making me look around for the source.

As I do, I noticed the area has more bodies littered everywhere. I then look up to the sky and see that there's nothing but black clouds covering the sky, blocking out the sun. But then I noticed something grey in my field of view and looked towards it...

And I immediately wish I didn't, now and forever. Cause what I saw will be added to the long list of nightmares I'll be having in the near future.

What I saw was a gigantic, grey stone like woman with a bald head walking around the barren wasteland, not caring for the many mountain of corpses spread across this ruined land. She also walking with no clothes on whatsoever, but her nipples and her "lower area" is not present on her. Now most would blush at a sight like this, especially in a dream. Because it's not every day you get to see a gigantic naked woman walking around. Regardless if she has hair or not. But to someone like me who knows exactly WHO that is, is more terrified than aroused.

I looked up at her in pure dread, fear, and horror as I recognized who this being was as she have disformed, grotesque flying monsters surrounding her. This is the very same being that caused the Nier Automata world to become what is it today, it was The Queen Beast from Drakengard. My breathing became heavy, as the feeling of it's power and presence alone made my instincts go haywire, begging my body to run far away as possible. But my body couldn't move thanks to it being too scared to move, as it felt the overwhelming pressure and power The Queen Beast is radiating, as she continues to walk away from this dead battlefield, as I still hear her loud stomping in the distance.

My breathing slowly begins to come back to me as I then began to get up, but with some difficulty. So I use my Maso energy to surround my form, as it, somewhat, helps me get up faster than before. After a couple of minutes of me struggling to stand up straight, I let out a sigh of relief and begin to look around to find a way out of this barren wasteland...

Only for me to freeze up once more as I heard something land right behind me, not only that, but I felt it have Maso energy from behind me. I slowly turn around to see what was behind me, praying it wasn't what I thought it was.

But a lot of times things don't go so smoothly for me in my dreams, especially in my nightmares.

I saw one of the grotesque monsters looking directly at me, as my eyes widening in horror and fear. Once we made eye contact, it let out a screeching roar for all to hear. But the moment it did, I quickly sprung into action and swing my blade downward, sliced it in two with [Ryūjin No Shi]. Blood sprays everywhere, covering me up in even more blood. I was shocked by how easily I took it down, but shakes my head, focusing on the situation I'm up in now. I then noticed more of them coming, getting into a stance, preparing for a long, tiring fight.

But to my surprise, none of them fly towards me, but fly over me. This confuses me greatly by their action.

'The hell? Where are they?' He thought as he turn around behind, only to find nothing but corpses once again. 'Aren't they supposed to be an army coming after me right about now? And not only that, doesn't The Queen Beast supposed to-'

My eyes widen from the sudden realization, and began to look around everywhere to see if she's coming or not. But then I felt the ground quake underneath me, and my body freezing up once more. But it felt more restricted, my body is refusing to move from this spot. The quakes soon turn into tremors, as my breath becomes frantic. Not only that, but my heart pounds wildly in my chest out of pure fear for what's to come. I then close my eyes out of habit and wait for the tremors to stop.

What seems like a long time, to which it was just 5 minutes, the tremors stops and everything around is quiet, too quiet for my liking as my body is still completely frozen. Not liking this at all, I begin to open my eyes, but they refuse to listen to my demands. So with great effort, and the help of Maso, I slowly begin to open them, and was greeted with something so terrifying, so chilling, that it even leaves my soul a quivering mess from the sight.

In front of me was The Queen Beast herself, her empty stone grey, eyes stare directly into my very existence. Her eyes has no irises or pupil at all. She then opens her mouth, as her long grotesque tongue slithers out and slowly approach me, like how a snake would before it strikes at it's prey.

My eyes widen in pure fear and terror at the realization, as I begin to panic as it get closer and closer to me. But then, an idea pops into my head. Thinking quickly, I release more of my Maso energy, as my body slowly respond to my commands once again. But I noticed her tongue moving a bit faster, making me panic even more. But I regain complete control over my body once more and brings up my sword to intercept it.

But I was too slow to react to it in time.

I felt something pierced through my abdomen and out my back. I then slowly look down at my abdomen...

Or what was left of it.

My eyes widen in pure shock and horror, as her tongue pierced through my abdomen completely, and going out my back. Then I begin to cough up a lot of blood, as my mind finally begin to register the pain. I grit my teeth harshly together, trying my damndest to not scream out loud in pain and agony. But then I felt myself being pulled towards something, realizing The Queen Beast is pulling me towards her open mouth. I try to free myself from her hold by coating my blade with what remaining Maso energy I have left, but instead of slicing it off, rather it bounce harmlessly off of it. Before I could a different method, I noticed that her sharp teeth come into my view. As I drew closer and closer to her awaited mouth, this made me desperately swing my sword down at her tongue rapidly.

But it was all hopeless and for naught...

I took notice I was already at her long awaited mouth. and the moment the lower half of my body was in her mouth, she immediately bring the top half of her mouth down. But in a last ditching effort, I use what remaining Maso into my body, enhancing it, using my right hand with my sword in it, to slow down it's descent. And I use my left hand to stop it as well, not caring if my left hand was pierced through by one of her sharp teeth.

Biting back a scream once more, I struggled to keep the at bay. But I still see her mouth steadily, but slowly closing as she removes her tongue from my abdomen. I release a loud grunt of excruciating pain, and let a pained yelp escape from my lips as I felt her bottom tooth fill the gaping hole in my abdomen. Tears of pain, anger, and fear begin to stream down my face, using all of my remaining strength so I don't get ripped in half.

But sadly my dreams never be in my favor...

The Queen Beast then suddenly opens her mouth a bit, confusing me for a moment before I realize what she's doing and tries to get myself off her bottom tooth.

But I was once again, too slow to react to it...

The Queen Beast brings the top half of her mouth down onto my abdomen with great force, breaking my sword, and my left arm in the process. Not only that I can't feel my left forearm, nor my lower body. I then feel myself falling, until I hit the ground with a loud thud. My vision became blurry and I could barely hear anything. But then my vision slowly begin to come back to me as I stare up towards the blacken sky. I also see The Queen Beast standing there... munching on something?

Then my eyes widen once more as I lift myself up and look down at my torso, only for me to see the my lower body gone, my guts slowly spew out of the wound. As if this was the final straw, I screamed out loud to the heavens above, as the immense pain finally registered to me. I continue to scream, trying and failing to keep my guts from falling out. Then out of nowhere, I heard a familiar haunting melody rings throughout the land.

This made me look up towards The Queen Beast, as my irises shrink a bit, seeing her lift up her foot directly above me as she getting ready to squash my like a bug. Knowing that there is nothing left for me to do, I close my eyes and accept my death, since I have no Maso left, and I rapidly approach my death. I then lay my head back down on the blood soaked ground, awaiting my death.

But then I heard a loud, furious roar echo throughout the land as the descending foot, was thrown off it's target. I look up and to my surprise, I see Deathwing tackle The Queen Beast down to the ground, and stopping her haunting melody. The ground quake from the impact, as loud roars and haunting melodies could heard throughout the battlefield. But before I could witness the battle unfold itself, my vision slowly began to fade away as I feel my conscience being pulled back into reality.

(Location: The Resistance Camp)

(3rd POV)

Xavier woke up in a bit of a jolt once more but let out a quiet hiss of pain, still feeling the concussion from his previous battle and groans softly to himself. Slowly he open his eyes a bit more, feeling the crust from his eyes break away. He was greeted with him in a room that looked old, and very spartan. Except that few bookselves that was there, but then he notice 2B, 9S, and the rest of the Squadron there. There's also three more androids there as well, these three androids he recognized from the game. Two of them have red hair, one spiky, the other straight and they both have a yellow flower in it. Their outfit colors are black and white, like in the game. The last one has black hair but it concealed by a green scarf that's wrapped over her head. Her outfit is same from the game as well.

He then took notice that they're talking to someone from a holographic screen from Pod 1337. He see Commander White herself, talking to the group that has gathered around. Xavier lay there on the bed, listening to their conversation. But he noticed his clothes 8 or 9 feet away from the bed, and slowly crawl out of the bed and towards them.

"How is his condition? Any improvement? Any changes? Will he wake up?" White asked rapidly, making Xavier sweat drop internally at this. As the other androids look towards Popola and Devola for the answers. Popola sighs out loud, before she look at Commander White with a small frown.

"For the 56th time Commander White, yes his condition is stable, no there has not been any more improvements to his body, nor has there been any changes on his body, and lastly we still don't know when will he wake up." Popola said, with a hint of annoyance in her voice. Devola shakes her head at this, as she turns away from a another argument and look towards Xavier's direction.

As her and Xavier stare at each other with wide eyes.

Devola eyes widen in shock as she look at him, while Xavier eyes widen from being caught from trying to reach out for his clothes, that was 8 or 9 feet away from him.

The both of them stare at one another good 3 minutes, no longer listening to small argument, before her sister called out to her.

"Right Devola?" Popola said as she cross her arms around her chest, but her sister doesn't respond to her. "I said right Devola?" She said, a bit louder this time, but her sister still doesn't respond to her. Getting a bit frustrated she turns around and look towards her sister. But before she could say anything, she too saw what Devola was seeing and her eyes widen as well.

The rest of the androids look to where the twins was looking at, and their eyes go wide as well. Xavier just freezes up like a deer caught in some headlights. As he slowly tries to get up, but his arm on the floor is still somewhat asleep and weak, so his upper body falls down on the floor as he let out an "ouch." This cause Popola and Devola to rush over towards his direction, help him up, and lay him down on the bed once again.

"Yeah that'll leave a sore spot, thanks two and my bad for the trouble." He chuckles softly, as they blush softly from the thanks and reply with a "you're welcome". He then looks towards the other group, but he look past them and see White on the holographic screen, her eyes widen from making eye contact with me. "Can I be safe to assume that you're the Commander?" Xavier asked her, sitting up from the bed and looking at her direction.

"U-umm, yes that is correct. I am The Commander of the faction known as YoRHa, it's an honor to be able to talk to you our creator." The Commander said, making Xavier nervous as he saw the glint in her eyes. Her eyes are that of a worshiper, no of that of a zealous person. He stares at her for a moment and nods his head at her with a smile on his face.

"Well it's a pleasure to meet you White. Oh and you better get used me to call you by your name and not by titles." He told with a serious expression on his face. She tries to refute but relents to his command.

"As you wish Mr. Moore" she said, earning a nod from Xavier. She look at him with worry. "Are you sure you're ok? Not still broken? What about your concussion? Is it still their since the past 5 days?" She asked him multiple questions, making him chuckle sheepishly at this.

"Yes, I'm sure, no every one of bones is mended and healed, my concussion is gone, and I'VE BEEN IN A 5-DAY COMA!?" He answered her questions, before he lost it on the last question. This startled every android in the room, before he rub the back of his head. "Oh whoops, my bad." He chuckles in a bit of embarrassment.

"It's not a problem Mr. Moore, your reaction is quite appropriate." White said with a smile, making him smile as well. "Well now that I know you're well and alright, I think this meeting is over." She said, making Xavier's jump up.

"Wait a minute I haven't-" he doesn't finish his sentence, as he notice all the female androids blushing, as he see White, Popola, Devola, and the green scarf around her her head, eyes widen as they was looking down at a "certain" area.

"So my guess was correct, he is quite big~" Devola said in a teasing tone, breaking the silence. This made Popola look at her at her sister and say "D-Devola!?" at her. "What? Don't act like you wanted to know what size he was too Popola~ In fact I remember you make glances down there when we had to examine his body a bit~" Devola teased her sister, making Popola a stuttering mess.

Not only but the other female androids, including White.

Xavier, on the other hand, was blushing like crazy. Since he has never been naked in front, human or android. But he decided to suck it up and break the tension in the room.

"Ok!" He said out loud, gathering everyone's attention. "And I better see your up here on my face and not to where junior is at." He said in half joke, half serious manner, making the females blush again. While 9S was holding in his laughter, to which Xavier notice and gave him a nod, getting a nod back from 9S as he regain his composure. "The discussion of my dick size will be saved for later. And I expect and meeting between me and you White." He said to her, as she nods, even though she's still blushing.

"R-Right I'll let your Pod know about the arranged meeting." She said, nodding her head "Also know that YoRHa will have your full support Mr. Moore, and will do our best to protect you from harm." She said with a smile, also a noticeable hint of zeal is more audibly in her voice. Xavier notice this but doesn't say anything about it. But before she could leave, he called out to her.

"Oh and White?" He said, getting a "Yes?" from White. He smiles softly and say, "Call me by my first name Xavier." He said, before he gives her a devious smile. "You should smile more often. You look beautiful when you do." He said to her, making her a stuttering mess.

"W-WAIT WHA-"

"End Transmission"

The Transmission ended with Xavier snickering like a madman, as the other androids look on with disbelief and amused by this, the latter being Popola and Devola from when she bothered them non-stop about Xavier's health, the former for the rest of the female androids in the room, and finally a bit of both for 9S. His Pod 1337 flew up to him.

"You did it on purpose didn't you?" Pod 1337 asked him.

"Maaaybbeeee~" Xavier said.

"You did it mess with her."

"I did it to mess with her." Xavier admitted, laughing maniacally. This made the androids wonder, what other strange thing their creator is gonna pull next?

"Oi hatchling it's not THAT funny." A deep, booming voice echoed throughout the room, making the androids jump in surprise.

"W-What the hell was that?" 11B said, asking what was on everyone's mind. They look at Xavier and see him look down at his right hand, as it has a reddish orange glowing circle on the back of his hand.

"DW? Is that you?" He asked.

"The one and only partner." He responded, making his and everyone's eyes widen but for different reasons.

"But how?" He couldn't help but to ask him. But before he could get an answer out, 4B decided to speak.

"What's going on? And why is there a voice talking out of your hand?" 4B asked, to which Deathwing responds to her question.

"Well it's quite simple little Automaton." Deathwing ignores Xavier pleads and continues. "I am Deathwing, the oldest known watcher, that was turned into a Dragon God of war and Death." He explained, making their mouth go widen in absolute awe and shock. "And this hatchling here is my successor to becoming a God of War and Death." Now THIS made the some of the Androids let a gasp of shock, and Xavier's eyes to go widen from the revelation.

"I'm sorry. BEG YOUR PARDON!?" He exclaimed, not knowing he'll become a God. But before he could say anything, he felt the YoRHa androids gazes on him on him as if he's some holy being.

"S-So y-you're a G-G-God?" 12H said in a shaky voice, hoping he would say yes. But before he could, Deathwing interrupt him once more.

"Why yes of course he is. In fact he's the potential to become one of my strongest successors yet. He just need the training and the experience, so don't let anything bad happen to your God, ok? Tada~" Deathwing said, leaving as the glow on his right hand disappears. Groaning out loud, looking back towards the YoRHa androids and his eyes widen from what he is seeing. He see 2B in the front, as the rest of the Androids line up before her as they do the YoRHa salute in of Xavier, as Anemone follows suit but she stands off to the side. Only Popola and Devola didn't salute, but that doesn't stop them from looking at him with a look of zeal and redemption in their eyes.

'I'm going to get you back for this DW!!' I thought to myself, as I hear him laughing at me. But I was knocked out of my thoughts, by hear the YoRHa androids speak.

""We are to serve you, Our Creator, Our God."" They all said as one.

Xavier could only stare at this and could say three words that come to mind.

"Aw crap baskets"

Xavier's life just got a lot interesting, and difficult.

A/N: there you go guys! That's it for Chapter 4 of Nier Automata: The Last God! In the next one is gonna action up in there once more. But we're gonna meet Jackass in the next one! So be probably be prepared for some funny moments.

Now since I've agreed to make it a Harem I want to guys to tell me in the reviews, who all should be in the harem? And I need a lot of you to tell me. And I'll make sure their main cast characters stay in the same, but they will have a some of character development with Xavier if they'll be in harem.

Also I'm coughing fit rn, so I won't be updating a day after each one anymore. Until I feel better than maybe, idk.

Another thing! I've been thinking about writing another SI story, but it's about RWBY, what do you think? Let me know in the reviews.
