"W-What happened?" Ayla blinked, opening her eyes slowly. The room was dark, however there was a neon purple light shining through the blinds from what appeared to be a window. Ayla tried to get but found out that she was tied down to a chair, her hands bound by zip tie. Her eyes widen when heard a recording started to play:
"Ayla seems to respond to Belora's song as if she were her real mother. It's hard to see her like this, so "happy." I've lost Charlie and Sammy to that madman, who I once called a friend. Ayla is all that I have left, I will not lose her, too. Even if she hates me forever it, then so be it. I'm only doing this to protect her from the truth, especially from him. If he ever finds out about...no I dare not think of it. He will not get his hands on her. I will put an end to this once and for all and then Ayla and I can live together in peace." The tape stopped playing as it finished.
Ayla froze when she saw Vanny as she swirled around in her chair, facing her. She laughed, holding Ayla's walkman in her hand. Her bag was lying on the floor next her, slightly opened. "Aw, sweet, you really are daddy's little girl aren't ya,...Ayla Emily."
"Give that back. That doesn't belong to you! It's mine!" Ayla shouted at her. Vanny chuckled.
"It doesn't belong to you, either." she replied. "It's funny, considering what you are. You play "pretend" very well, in fact, so well. Now, it's time to stop."
"What are talking about?" Ayla questioned.
She struggled, trying to break out of the zip tie, but her attempts only made it tighter. Ayla tensed up as she saw Vanny getting up from the chair. She placed the walkman down on the desk and picked up a knife, playing it with her fingers. Then she slowly began to approach Ayla until she was standing right in front of her. The rabbit lifted her knife and began to move it over towards Ayla's bandaged arm, before Ayla could protest, Vanny had cut the bandage off, revealing nothing. There were no mark or cuts from where Monty had bitten into her arm. It had completely healed up. A normal injury it would take weeks even longer to heal up after an injury like that, but it was only a day. Ayla's blood went cold as she stared in shock.
"Oh, would you look at that," Vanny chuckled. "You really are a monster."
"Shut your mouth! I am not a monster. I am a human!" Ayla glared angrily at her. She paused when she heard Vanny made a dark chuckle.
"Now, would any normal human say that?" she asked. Ayla felt her heart stop. She shut her eyes tight as she felt another migraine hit her like a ton of bricks. No, this can not be true. This was a nightmare that Ayla wished that she would wake up right now. She wished that she was back in the Daycare with Sun in his arms. When she opened her eyes again, she saw Vanny's glowing red eyes staring back into hers. Ayla shook her head in disbelief, looking down at the floor.
"I am a human. I eat like a human, sleep like a human, I even bleed like one. Explain that!"
"Artificial blood," Vanny answered. "Henry Emily had to make the perfect daughter, to make her look and fit in like like a normal human. You were meant as replacement for the one he had already lost, since he lost his other two children."
"Stop...please." Ayla cried. Vanny got closer and cupped Ayla's cheeks with her hand, making her look at her.
"The real Ayla died 38 years ago." she told her. "You were only made to fill in what Henry had lost. He never loved you and no one will ever will. If they find out the truth about you, that you're really a machine, they will fear you. But, you don't have to be discarded like trash. I can help you."
"How?" Ayla asked.
"I have a friend, who's dying to meet you. I can take you to him, if you like." Vanny said. "He can give you a purpose."
Ayla looked down, thinking about Vanny's offer to her. She so confused about everything. Her entire life has been a lie! Then she thought about Sun, what would he think of her if he find out that she wasn't the real Ayla. He can never find out, she couldn't lose him too! If Freddy find out or the others...Ayla looked up back at Vanny and before she could say anything, she heard a beeping noise coming from her laptop in her bag. It was the virus tracker that she set to track down Moon's virus. It was coming from this room. Ayla's eyes widen in realization, quickly turning back towards the rabbit.
"You're the one who put that virus in Moon!" she shouted. Vanny sighed.
"I was hoping that you would come quietly with no fight. But, I can see now that your answer is no," she placed the knife underneath Ayla's chin, barely pressing it against her neck. "You're coming with me, whether you want to or not. If I have to rip you apart piece by piece to bring you back to him, then so be it!"
"Ayla?" Ayla's eyes widen and she quickly turned her head to see Sun, standing by the door. He looked at her confused, seeing her tied up.
"IS THIS A GAME THAT I DON'T KNOW ABOUT?!" he exclaimed, excitedly. "I WANT TO PLAY TOO!"
Ayla felt her heart drop as she felt Vanny get off of her, turning her attention towards Sun. "How is that robot out of-" she turned back to Ayla. "You naughty, naughty girl! You hacked his coding. That is against the rules!"
"Sun! Help! Get me out of here!" Ayla shouted for him. Sun looked at her confused as he turned his head. "This is a really weird game. Can you tell me why you are tied up like that?"
Ayla saw Vanny walked over to the desk and she picked up a remote, pointing it Sun.
"What are you doing?!" Ayla shouted at her.
"Ayla, who are you talking to?" Sun asked her. "There's no one there." Ayla's eyes widened as she turned to him before looking back the rabbit standing in front of her. He can't see her?! She must have made herself to appear invisible to the animatronics so they wouldn't be able to see her. This was not good.
"It will be a cost of Moon, but, can't have him meddling in my plans." Vanny said. "Bots, disassemble Sun." Ayla's eyes widen in horror as she saw Vanny pressed the button.
"No!" she screamed out.
Sun stared stared at her, not knowing what had happened. Quickly, Ayla kicked Vanny, while she was distracted, knocking her back, sending her crashing into the shelves. Items fell on top of her as she tried to get up. Ayla quickly turned back to Sun.
"Sunny, get me out of here, now! We need to go!" She shouted at him.
"What's wrong? Why are you upset? What happened?!" Sun asked.
"I'll explain everything later. We need to leave now!" She shouted at him.
Sun quickly hopped over to her, breaking the zip tie ties off, with ease, freeing her. Ayla got up and snatched her bag, as well as her Walkman from the table, then quickly grabbed Sun's hand and the two ran out of the room. Vanny managed to get back on her feet again. The two saw several bots heading heading towards them, their eyes locked mainly on Sun.
Ayla noticed that the map bot was among them as well, narrowing it's eyes, as it targeted at her. She stared in disbelief. The bot was still chasing after she thought she had lost it on the escalators inside the Atrium. It was definitely determined to get her to take it's map.
"Oh look! New friends! Let's go say hi to them!" Sun beamed. Ayla grabbed him before Sun could go over to them.
"Don't you get it? They're after you!" Ayla warned him. "Vanny just ordered them to tear you apart!"
"Who's Vanny?" Sun asked. The bots were wheeling closer and closer towards them now. Ayla shrieked and she quickly grabbed Sun's hand, pulling him with her.
"She's the one who glitched everyone, including Moon!" she told him. Sun's eyes widen in shock. So, that voice he had heard was whoever Ayla kicked was called Vanny and she was behind it all? Ayla and Sun quickly ducked around a corner and hid, watching the bots wheel past them in a frenzy. Ayla sighed and sat down to catch her breath.
"We need to get back into that room somehow. Then I can make a retrovirus to fix everyone!" she told him.
"That is great news!" Sun said happily before he trailed off. Ayla noticed that he had gone quiet.
"Is there something wrong?" She asked him.
"Back in that room before I came in, I heard this Vanny person say something strange to you." Sun told her. Ayla froze and she felt her heart stop.
"How much did you hear?" she asked him, scared.
"Only the part about her saying something like you're not a human?" He told her. As much as she didn't want to, she had to tell him. If he hated her for it then at least she told him the truth, instead keeping up this lie.
"Because it's the truth. I am not a human. I am a robot," she told him. Sun stared at her with a surprised look. "It's not like meant to lie to you. I only just found out myself, as well, from Vanny. I understand that if you don't want to be with me-!" Ayla yelped in surprise as Sun scooped her up hugging her tightly in his arms.
"THIS IS PERFECT!" He exclaimed happily. "Do you realize what this means?! We can be together forever!"
Ayla stared at him in shock before thinking about what Sun had said before smiling back at him. She placed her forehead against his face plate.
"I want that too."
