Chapter 3: The Lioness awakens part 3.
( Hospital)
Naruto had froze not expecting Anko to be actually there.
"Anko-Sensei!" Both Naruto and Hinata say.
"So brat? Care to run that by me again? I'm crazy?" She asks with a dangerous grin with Naruto flinching lightly.
"I take it back! Your not crazy!" He says.
"Good. That's what I thought." She says now focusing her attention on Hinata.
"You there. Hyuuga Princess. I saw what you did. I kinda like that." Anko says with Hinata blushing.
"You liked what I did?" She asks seeing the special jonin nod
"Yeah! That was fucking awesome! You turning into a lion was kickass and gave that prick cousin of yours a mauling he deserved!" Anko praised more with Hinata still blushing at the praise while Naruto did admit he liked that.
"So princess... your boyfriend checking up on you?" Anko teases with a smile with Naruto and Hinata blushing.
"Wh-What!?" Says Naruto blushing
"Boy-Boyfriend!?" Stuttered Hinata turning red
"We're not like that!" Naruto says in defense With Anko turning to him
"Oh? Is that so? Why did you come to her hospital room and check on her then? That sounds like what a boyfriend would do?" Questioned Anko with Naruto now going a bit red. While Hinata was already red lit up like a Christmas tree.
"Because I care about her! Why else!? I mean sure Hinata is nice and pretty and doesn't look down on me or hit on me like Sakura-chan, but." he was about to say until Anko cut him off.
"Let me stop you right there kid. I don't think your pink-haired teammate is the one you should be focusing your attention on. I've heard how she belittles you when you first entered the exams not to mention hits on you for no fucking reason. I can see Kakashi doesn't give a shit about that." Anko would say with Naruto looking at her and thinking on that.
Hinata who also listened. Growled suddenly with her eyes turning moonlight color but reverted back to normal. For some reason, she felt a little angry at Sakura for doing such a thing to her Naruto-kun.
Anko who noticed this grinned at the animalistic killer intent Hinata was producing.
"Say Princess. Want training from me?" Anko asked with Hinata looking back at her.
"Training? Me? But I didn't advance in the exams?" she says with confusion
"Maybe so. But I'm going to train you into a kick ass kunoichi. What my friend kurenai is doing isn't doing much for you, she's only holding you back and being all soft and motherly on you." Anko says
"Well Kurenai is the kind of Mother figure I have... Since mine died after Hanabi was born..." Hinata says sadly remembered her mother's death. Her father told her that Hiyori Hyuuga had died from childbirth after giving life to Hanabi.
If only Hinata knew the real truth of what happened to Hiyori,
"Sorry to hear about that princess, but now is the time that you must grow stronger! Kickass and take names! Your ass nearly got handed to you by your cousin." Anko pointed out.
"I kinda agree with the craz- I mean Anko-sensei that you should grow stronger if you want to keep your way of the ninja Hinata! You just need more faith and confidence that you could do it!" Naruto says with Anko frowning at the slip up, but turned her attention back at Hinata.
Hinata having listened to her crush suddenly gained a look of determination at his words.
"I'll do it!" she says with Anko grinning.
"Oh I get it.. So the brat is the one who can boost up her confidence. I might as well take both of them." Anko thought turning her attention to Naruto.
"Say Brat. Want to join me and Princess here in our little training?" Anko asks with Naruto looking up at her.
"You would train me? Really?" he asks seeing her nod.
"Of course, that is if Kakashi is already training you?" She replies but noticed Naruto's expression turned dark.
"No he's not training me for the finals. He's training Sasuke for the exams." Naruto says with a angry huff with Anko frowning.
"Seriously? He's just training the Uchiha brat? And not you?" Anko asks with Naruto nodding and explained why Kakashi wouldn't train him. Which pissed her off. She could understand why Sakura wasn't getting any training because she lost in her Match
"That fucking hypocrite, all he talks about is teamwork and says his own motto not even following it! I'll train the Kyuubi brat too. I might as well be his sensei!" Thought Anko
"Well brat. You'll be learning from me too." Anko says with Naruto looking up at her in hope.
"Really?" he asks
"Of course! I'll make both you and princess here kickass shinobi." Anko declared.
"When?" they both asked
"We'll be training in the forest of death. In two days. You brats know where to find me." Says Anko who had left the Hospital room.
"Isn't this great Hinata! We get to learn from cr-" Before he could utter that word he carefully looked around and looked outside the hospital room to make sure Anko wasn't around.
"Naruto-kun. Anko-Sensei isn't all that crazy. Please don't call her that. She's willing to help both me and you In training after all." Hinata says with Naruto frowning knowing Hinata has a point.
"Fine as long as she doesn't do anything crazy to me when we train. Cause if she does I'll prank her so hard that she'll be begging me not to do anything crazy to me!" Naruto says
"Naruto-kun!" Says Hinata with a shocked expression as she has heard of his pranks and how dangerous he is when it comes to pulling pranks in Konoha..
"And I mean it." He says puffing up his chest. As she giggled.
( Hyuuga compound)
It was later on that night.
Hinata was discharged from the hospital as she decided to ask her father about this bloodline she has that she can turn into a lion. As she walked down the hallway to his office only to hear something.
"She must be restrained Hiashi!" Says a voice she recognized too well. That sounded like her grandfather who detested her since birth.
"I am working on that now. The Sandaime Hokage assured me his student Jiraiya of the Sannin will arrive to put another seal on Hinata." Hiashi says as Hinata listened widened her eyes in confusion as she listened closely to the conversation.
"Seal? There's a seal on me?" She thought
"Bah! Why not kill her and be done with it! We did it with her mother when we poisoned the bitch when she gave birth to Hiashi's other daughter!" Says Another Hyuuga elder.
That made Hinata widen her eyes in horror and shock... what did they say!?.
"What!? They killed mother...? Father... and the elders... killed mother!? Why!?" She thought with tears now flowing in her eyes.
"Idiot! If we kill her now the Hokage will become suspicious! We can't have that!" Hiashi spat at the elder.
"And pray tell me what will you do should the seal fail a second time! Hiashi! If she becomes a lion and wishes to maul us if she ever learned the truth of what really happened to her mother." Says her grandpa
"Should the seal fail... I may have too put the birdcage seal on her head to restrain her from killing us if she ever learned the truth.. or just kill her by making it look like an accident..." Hiashi says.
"Or give her to Kumo. Since they want our Byukugan so much. But they won't be able to have her eyes once they are sealed away." Suggested another elder.
"I agree with that motion." Says another
"Her fate will be decided. I will put my faith in Jiraiya's seal again. If it fails. We either kill her... or send her off to Kumo without the Hokage noticing." Says Hiashi.
"And what if Hanabi asks what happened to her older sister?" Says a female elder.
"Hanabi will become the new heiress. She shows no signs of Hiyori's bloodline. I will tell her that her sister was killed or captured by Kumo... then we mold her into our perfect heiress. Hinata never was heiress material she's too soft and too weak" Hiashi says
"I'll make her forget Hinata. And focus on her duties as the next heiress." Added Hiashi.
Hinata who heard everything... was silently crying... she quietly walked away and left the area.
She ran out her house with hot tears in her eyes. After hearing all those terrible things they would do to her.
They killed her mother... and now they want to kill her if she turns into a lion again... they would be willing to kill her... or send her to Kumo.
She feels betrayed... hurt... sad... angry... and wants... to unleash this lion that they are afraid of... but she needs help on how to control it...
"Mother..." she sobbed crying for her mother
She needed some comfort... she needs to see Naruto...
She unknowingly got a trace of his scent and followed him heading to his apartment.
( Konoha Border)
"This is stupid. Hokage-Sama wants us to be on a look out for two lions? What two Lions could pose a threat to us?" Says a Anbu in a Hawk mask
"You never heard of the stories of the ghost and the darkness? Two vicious man eating lions?" Says a Veteran Anbu with a bear mask.
"No, I just thought it was a myth." Replied the Anbu in Hawk mask.
"Well these lions aren't ordinary lions. They are ruthless murderers. The two of them have prowled on the elemental nations killing anyone they want. They don't care where you are or where you come from. Some say that they are demons... or possessed by demons. They will come to you and kill you, and no Shinobi or Kunoichi that was sent to kill the two lions never came back. The civilians wanted protection from these two lions and every Kage would send a team of Shinobi or Anbu after these two. But of course the teams or squads sent to kill the lions never came back and were assumed to be killed by those lions." Says the Veteran Anbu with the rest shuddering.
"And what makes the Hokage think we can handle two lions? If no other team could?" Asked another Anbu in a badger mask
"Your guess is as good as mine. He wants us to stop the two lions from coming to Konoha no matter what the cost." He replied
"Why would they come to Konoha?" Asked Hawk.
"That I don't know. But whatever it is I don't want to know why." Replied bear
"Just keep your eyes peeled. They could be anywhere.." says Bear.
"I still find it ridiculous... they're just lions what's the big deal!?" Says another Anbu in A rat mask.
Before he could question him they heard loud roaring.
They instantly got on guard knowing it could be the lions.
Hawk brought out his tanto as did the rest. As they looked around.
They were tense and nervous.
Hawk stood by the grass. Holding his tanto
Out of no where a lion pounced on him and bit int his neck ripped it out as he screamed which got the other Anbu on full alert.
Turtle and Rat both ran to save him but the Second lion also came out of no where and slashed its claws at Turtle killing him. While lunging at Rat ripping his arm off.
Ghost lunged at the other Anbu who screamed in terror at seeing the lion charge at them.
Bear pulled out a paper bomb.
"Eat on this you sons of bitches..." Bear says ready to toss the paper bomb but suddenly felt his leg being bitten and snapped as he screamed and was dragged into the grass to be eaten alive or mauled
Blood curdling screams filled the area when the lions were massacring the Squad of Anbu.
Badger was crawling for his life since he is the sole survivor since the rest of his teammates were brutally mauled.
"Kami save me please! Please I have a family back at home! Please Save me!" He begged crawling for his life trying to run away from the sadistic lions.
Darkness went after him and pounced on him fangs and claws bared.
"NOOO!!!!!" Screamed Badger as he was ripped to shreds by Darkness.
Both lions faces were covered with blood from the Anbu, as they both kept going to Konoha to find Hinata.
